Abstract

Marketing management is a science that studies the implementation of marketing. In marketing management science, companies can determine which market to target by fostering good relationships with the target market. The purpose of this study was to analyze and examine the effect of location and service quality in determining consumer loyalty with purchasing decisions as an intervening variable. The population in this study are employees of Angkringan Aroma Kopi Pancur Prajekan Bondowoso. The sampling method was determined by simple random sampling. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in this study used the Structural Equation Model - Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM). The results of the direct influence hypothesis test using the Smart PLS 3.0 application, indicate that location has a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions, service quality has a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions, location has a significant positive effect on consumer loyalty, service quality has a significant positive effect on consumer loyalty, purchase decisions have a significant positive effect on consumer loyalty. significantly positive on consumer loyalty. The results of the indirect influence hypothesis show that the location variable on consumer loyalty through purchasing decisions has a significant positive effect, and service quality on consumer loyalty through purchasing decisions has a positive but not significant effect.

Abstract

The use of e-commerce in Indonesia has grown very rapidly and continues to increase. Erigo Store has become one of the leading e-commerce platforms in Indonesia. This study aims to analyze the factors influencing purchase decisions at Erigo Store. This research uses a qualitative method through interviews and observations. The research sample consists of 27 key respondents who are Erigo Store consumers. The results of this study indicate that Indonesian e-commerce consumers tend to look for quality products at affordable prices. Positive reviews from other consumers also become an important factor that can increase consumer trust and encourage them to make purchases. This research provides valuable insights for business owners and marketers in the e-commerce market. These findings affirm that companies need to understand the importance of maintaining a balance between price and product quality to enhance consumer appeal and trust.

Abstract

This service to society is motivated by several important things, including; First, the increasingly rapid advances in technology and information require humans to be able to adapt to these developments, both by designing them, getting to know them, as well as operating and utilizing them. From a positive side, this can facilitate activities or transactions as well as human interaction in the virtual/digital world. Second, the majority of Indonesian people, especially in urban areas, still do not know or use technology for business activities. This is of course based on various things, including educational factors and experience factors. Furthermore, for rural communities as downstream communities, of course in time they will also experience adjustments to the development of this technology, so they are required to be able to understand and utilize it.   This community service aims to introduce technology for business activities and how to utilize various technological applications in digital business transactions and interactions. The result of this community service is that the perpetrators of the UMKM activities Songgo Jati Venue and Resto, Sentra Kota, Jl. Caman Raya No. 16 Block E3, Jatibening, Kec. Pondok Gede, Bekasi, West Java has understood the urgency and benefits of social media marketing as an effective marketing tool to increase MSME business activities. Some of the social media applications that have been practiced by MSMEs are websites, market places, social media (face book ads, tik tok ads, and instagram ads), and e-commerce, for example go food, shopee.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the management branding of Sido Muncul products, especially the Tolak Angin product, in relation to the broader pharmaceutical industry in Indonesia. This research utilizes a systematic literature review (SLR) as a qualitative approach, supported by tools such as Publish or Perish, PRISMA, and Covidence softwareto collect, filter, and evaluate relevant academic sources. Additionally, a science mapping review serves as the quantitative approach, using Mendeley and VOSviewer software to visualize bibliometric data and research trends. Tolak Angin exemplifies effective brand management by successfully positioning itself as a trusted natural remedy within Indonesia’s competitive health landscape. The product’s strong market presence reflects strategic branding, consumer trust, and cultural relevance. The implications of Tolak Angin’s brand management go beyond individual success; it catalyzes broader shifts in Indonesia’s healthcare industry. As consumers increasingly prefer natural and holistic alternatives to synthetic drugs, Tolak Angin inspires other pharmaceutical companies to innovate and develop herbal-based remedies.

Abstract

Fisheries is an important sector in Indonesia's economy, especially for Bugis villagers who depend on marine resources, amid challenges such as overfishing and damage to marine ecosystems that require more sustainable management. This study aims to explore the experiences of Bugis fishermen in Kampung Bugis Ampenan, West Nusa Tenggara, in applying “Blue Accounting”, which integrates economic, social and environmental values. The method used is a qualitative method of spirituality approach. Data collection techniques with observation, interviews and documentation. The results showed that Bugis fishermen indirectly use Blue Accounting practices, in which recording and reporting fishing activities in detail. Despite being aware of the importance of maintaining the marine ecosystem, Blue Accounting practices are often perceived as an additional burden by Bugis fishermen. This research emphasizes that the successful implementation of Blue Accounting requires support from stakeholders, including government and non-government, to provide the necessary training and resources. The research also shows the importance of integrating local and spiritual values in marine resource management. The research is expected to provide practical recommendations for policy makers in formulating inclusive and sustainable marine resource management strategies.

Abstract

Masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah minat dan motivasi peserta didik SMK Negeri 1 Tambusai pada saat pembelajaran Teknik Informatika (TIK) masih rendah, hal ini disebabkan kurangnya waktu dalam belajar. Penelitian ini bertujuan Untuk mengetahui minat dan motivasi siswa dalam mengikuti mata Teknik Informatika (TIK) pada peserta didik di SMK Negeri 1 Tambusai.Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian quasi eksperimen. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah peserta didik SMK Negeri 1 Tambusai kelas x TKJ yang berjumlah 30 orang dengan menggunakan teknik pengambilan Total Sampling. Penelitian ini dilakukan di SMK Negeri 1 Tambusai,  dari hasil analisis pengujian Hipotesis minat peserta didik terhadap hasil belajar siswa yang dilakukan perhitungan statistik sesuai dengan formula yang digunakan (Uji t) diperoleh thitung 4,276 >ttabel1,697 yang berarti Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima. Hasil tersebut diartikan bahwa terdapat pengaruh minat peserta didik terhadap Hasil Belajar peserta didik Mata Pelajaran TIK Kelas X di SMK Negeri 1 Tambusai.Kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini Terdapat Pengaruh yang Signifikan antara Minat Peserta Didik terhadap Hasil Belajar Mata Pelajaran TIK kelas X TKJ SMK Negeri 1 Tambusai

Abstract

Technological developments have changed the way of interaction in marketing communication strategies from face to face (conventional) to screen to face (internet marketing). Speedia Motor is a traditional motorbike repair shop, which does not utilize social media and digital marketing in this digital era, this is what makes Speedia Motor experience a decline in product/spare part sales and it is not easy to get customers. The problems above are what made us take this case study to help motorbike repair UMKM digitalize their business, in order to follow current trends, in order to increase the number of customers. The method applied in this research uses the design thinking method, as well as conducting observations at workshop locations and conducting interviews with motorbike repair business owners in order to get to the root of the problem. Our aim in this research is to help UMKM owners who lack understanding in using the e-platform. commerce & social media to be able to reach wider customers, and market available products using digital media or the internet. After implementing digital marketing, the results we found were increasing product visibility and shop visitors online. By conducting this research, we hope to provide an understanding about the effectiveness of social media and digital marketing on conventional motorbike repair shop owners

Abstract

Throughout its history, the Kingdom of Galesong has been led by 19 rulers, known as Karaengs or Traditional Leaders. This study focuses on the leadership of I Aba Jadjid Bostan Daeng Mamadja, the 17th Karaeng of Galesong, who held the longest reign from 1952 to 2009. Prior to becoming king, he had already proven and shaped his leadership through a series of heroic events that built his reputation and image as a charismatic leader. This research employs a qualitative method with a historical approach. The findings indicate that the formation of I Aba Jadjid Bostans charismatic leadership was influenced by both external (destiny or birthright) and internal (deliberate formation through rigorous training) factors, in line with Max Webers theory. His leadership experienced significant shifts in the role and function of a Karaeng. From 1952 to 1962, as Karaeng of Galesong, he acted both as the head of government in an administrative sense and as the leader of the kingdoms traditional community. However, from 1962 to 2009, his authority was reduced to leading only the kingdoms customary community due to changes in Indonesias governmental structure. Throughout his reign, he was known as a deeply respected and beloved Karaeng, admired for his wisdom, strong character, and charismatic presence. It is therefore unsurprising that his leadership left a lasting legacy, particularly in preserving the existence of the Kakaraengang institution and the cultural traditions of Galesong.

Abstract

Abstrak The workshop aims to strengthen the competence of elementary school teacher in implementing in-depth learning through the integration of digital technology such as the Word wall platform, LearningApps and YouTube. This activity is a Community Service of Elementary School Teacher Education, Universitas Pelita Bangsa which involves elementary schools in the Wanajaya Cluster, Cibitung, Bekasi. Specifically, 27 teachers and 1 principal of SDN Wanajaya 3, and 4 students were involved in the training class on Integrating Digital Technology in Deep Learning Models. The workshop was carried out in three stages, the preparation stage where the community service team prepared the workshop offline by inviting several schools in Wanajaya to collaborate with the MoU and IA Cooperation. In the implementation stage, workshop participants participated in theoretical presentations and guided practice in using digital platforms to explore in-depth learning interactively, then evaluation was carried out via GForm. The evaluation results showed that 81% assessed that the presenter mastered the material very well, 82% assessed that the material was easy to understand, 83% assessed that the presenter actively involved the participants very well, 86% assessed that the material explanation strategy was very effective, and 88% assessed that the presenter stimulated participant discussion very well. The evaluation results showed that 81% assessed that the presenter mastered the material very well, 82% assessed that the material was easy to understand, 83% assessed that the presenter actively involved the participants very well, 86% assessed that the material explanation strategy was very effective, and 88% assessed that the presenter stimulated participant discussion very well. 86% of presenters were considered very good at managing time, 81% of presenters were considered very effective in using technology. 86% rated the speaker's attitude and interaction with participants as very good, 82% rated the material as relevant to the needs of elementary school teachers, 86% of participants were assessed as being able to provide real examples of classroom learning, 87% considered the workshop to be very useful, solution-oriented and innovative, 100% considered the in-depth learning workshop easy to follow and 55% of teachers found it easy to use YouTube, 35,7% Wordwall, 11% LearningApps, dan 8,5% Mentimeter. Thus, this in-depth learning workshop integrated with digital technology effectively improves teacher competency. Keywords: Workshop; Technology; Deep Learning; Elementary School Teachers Abstract This Workshop bertujuan menguatkan kompetensi Guru SD dalam implementasi pembelajaran mendalam melalui integrasi teknologi digital seperti platform Wordwall, LearningApps dan YouTube. Kegiatan ini merupakan Pengabdian Masyarakat PGSD Universitas Pelita Bangsa yang melibatkan SD di Gugus Wanajaya, Cibitung, Bekasi. Secara khusus yang mengikuti kelas pelatihan Integrasi Teknologi Digital dalam Model-model Pembelajaran Mendalam sebanyak 27 Guru dan 1 Kepala Sekolah SDN Wanajaya 3, dan 4 Mahasiswa yang dilibatkan. Workshop dilaksanakan melalui tiga tahapan, tahap persiapan tim pengabdian mempersiapkan workshop secara luring dengan mengajak kerjasama beberapa sekolah di Wanajaya dengan MoU dan IA Kerjasama. Tahap implementasi, peserta workshop mengikuti pemaparan teori dan praktik terbimbing dalam penggunaan platform digital untuk mengeksplorasi pembelajaran mendalam secara interaktif, kemudian pada evaluasi dilaksanakan via GForm. Hasil evaluasi 81% menilai pemateri menguasai materi sangat baik, 82% menilai materi mudah dipahami, 83% pemateri melibatkan secara aktif peserta sangat baik, 86% strategi penjelasan materi sangat efektif, 88% pemateri menstimulus diskusi peserta sangat baik. 86% pemateri dinilai sangat baik mengelola waktu, 81% Pemateri dinilai sangat efektif menggunakan teknologi. 86% menilai sikap dan interaksi pemateri terhadap peserta sangat baik, 82% menilai materi relevan dengan kebutuhan guru SD, 86% peserta dinilai mampu memberikan contoh nyata pembelajaran di kelas, 87% menilai Workshop yang dilaksanakan sangat bermanfaat, solutif dan inovatif, 100% menilai Workshop Pembelajaran Mendalam Mudah diikuti dan 55% Guru merasa mudah menggunakan YouTube, 35,7% Wordwall, 11% LearningApps, dan 8,5% Mentimeter. Dengan demikian workshop pembelajaran mendalam terintegrasi teknologi digital ini efektif meningkatkan kompetensi guru. Kata kunci: Workshop; Teknologi; Pembelajaran Mendalam; Guru Sekolah Dasar
