The rapid development of information and technology requires companies to be able to compete in a competitive business environment. This study aims to determine the role of MSDM in achieving a company's competitive advantage. Using qualitative writing techniques and literature reviews, this scientific journal was written by analyzing the relationship between the impact of variables sourced from books and online journals such as Google Scholar, Google Books, and Potral Garuda. MSDM plays a very important role in managing expertise and motivating employees. MSDM has the ability to influence company performance by focusing on developing human resource assets. This is seen as a resource that can provide competitive advantage. By managing employee expertise and motivation, companies can achieve higher levels of performance.

Every company must provide quality financial reports presented in the form of company financial statements or with accounting information. Public accountants are needed to find misrepresentations or fraud in financial statements and reduce the possibility of this happening. This research aims to provide an explanation and analysis of the effect of audit fees, audit duration, company size and managerial ownership on audit quality in transportation and logistics sector companies listed on the IDX in 2016-2022. This study involved 63 observations, each with 9 samples and 30 populations. Data analysis was carried out using descriptive statistics, classical assumption tests and multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS 25 software. The results of the study concluded that audit fees and company size had an effect, but audit tenure and managerial ownership did not.

Taxes play a crucial role in infrastructure development, improving the quality of public services, and alleviating poverty, serving as the country's main irreplaceable income. However, optimizing tax revenues in Indonesia faces various complex and multidimensional challenges. The goal of this article is to review in depth the importance of taxes in efforts to achieve the vision of a Golden Indonesia 2045, an ambitious vision that covers various aspects of the nation's economic and social progress. This article will also examine strategies that can be implemented to increase tax revenues. It is hoped that tax revenues can be significantly optimized, thereby supporting sustainable financing of national development and realizing the vision of a Golden Indonesia 2045.

Bende Subdistrict is designated for city/government service centers, high-density residential areas, tourism/entertainment zones, and commercial and service areas in Kendari City, Southeast Sulawesi. Its central location has led to uncontrolled development within the area. Given its potential, better management can maximize the area's functions. This study employs a descriptive qualitative method, incorporating the collection of primary and secondary data. The results indicate a lack of order in urban infrastructure management from the perspective of urban design elements. Therefore, this study aims to provide guidance for the government and other stakeholders in developing Bende Subdistrict into a sustainable area.

The purpose of this study is to 1) find out and analyze whether a decision to review a criminal case can be used as new evidence (novum) on a review of a civil case. 2) To know and analyse how the criteria novum according to the Civil Procedure Law. Research method with the type of research in this research is normative law research (normative legal research). The type of research is a legal vacuum. The nature of research is prescriptive. The analysis of this research is done by criticising, supporting, or commenting, and then making a conclusion on the results of the research with the help of a library study. A method for normative research is a prescriptive method, a method of analysis that gives a judgment (justification) of the object being studied whether it is true or wrong or what it is supposed to be according to the law. Results of research obtained first; a novum must meet the requirement that the novum has to be definite, that it exists before the matter begins to be examined, and that it is not found when the process of examination is in progress. Second; Novum in civil matters is explicitly referred to as a means of proof of letters. Thus, the notion of evidence (novum) is evidence in the form of a letter containing a fact already existing at the time of a quo investigation in the first instance before the quo is settled by the court.

Data Mining, focusing on the Hierarchical Divisive algorithm, can provide a solution for PT.AYN in overcoming the problem of unifying and evaluating sales data, a company that sells various types of disposable tissues. This study aims to identify products that are in demand and less in demand and to group sales data based on company and product type. The results of this study provide valuable insights for evaluating sales data, understanding distributor purchasing trends, and supporting more effective stock planning, shipping, and marketing strategies. Through the application of the clustering method and the Hierarchical Divisive algorithm, this study offers an effective solution to optimize the use of sales data at PT.AYN, which has the potential to be a valuable asset in formulating long-term business strategies. The conclusion of this study is that the Clustering method and the Hierarchical Divisive algorithm can be used to solve problems in grouping sales data based on various factors, including region and product type, and can assist in developing better marketing strategies.

This article discusses the urgency of Indonesian public policy in facing the situation of "war in peace" amidst global economic competition. Competition between countries now includes economics, technology, and politics. Indonesia must adopt adaptive and proactive policies to maintain stability and advance national interests. Through qualitative analysis, this article explores strategies such as strengthening economic infrastructure, economic diversification, human resource development, economic diplomacy, and bureaucratic reform. National security policy must also include economic, cyber, and energy aspects. This research provides insights for policymakers, academics, and practitioners in formulating effective strategies to face the challenges of globalization.

Using PLC we can measure the coil windings for the motor. In which the PLC is used to give the command for the desired winding count. Coil winding is the difficult part of the motor when it gets affected and to repair that the count of the coil windings plays an important role. To Solve that solve that problem, PLC are used which will take the wing counts and then it will start the motor and when it will reach to that desired winding count it will stop. With that its used to find or calculate the RPM of motor also.

The appraisal system that focuses on attitude types, is elucidated in this research. Appraisal represents an expansion of the Systemic Functional Linguistics theory in the area of interpersonal meaning, introduced by Martin and White. This study employs qualitative research coupled with discourse analysis (DA) methodologies. The primary focus of this research is the analysis of President Joko Widodo's speech text. at the send-off of the Indonesian Team to the XXXIII Paris 2024 Olympic Games. This research uses document analysis as a data collection technique. The research results showed that there were 10 attitude systems consisting of 2 positive affects, 5 positive judgments, 2 positive appreciations, and 1 negative appreciation. It is hoped that the athletes will bring home honor and pride for Indonesia with the positive attitude of President Joko Widodo, which demonstrates his full support.

This study aims to determine the regulation and implementation of law on Corporate Social Responsibility at PT KAI DIVRE I SUMUT, and to determine the obstacles to the distribution of assistance and sanctions applicable to the misuse of Corporate Social Responsibility assistance at PT KAI DIVRE I SUMUT. This study uses a normative-empirical legal research type. This study uses two types of data, namely primary data obtained from interviews and secondary data consisting of primary legal materials, secondary legal materials, and tertiary legal materials. The data collection method in this study is field research and library research. The results of the author's research are that PT KAI DIVRE I SUMUT has carried out its responsibilities and commitments as regulated in existing laws and regulations. There are two obstacles for PT KAI DIVRE I SUMUT in distributing CSR assistance, namely the vast geographical area of North Sumatera and limited funds. Regarding the sanctions that apply if there are CSR aid recipients (community or MSMEs) who misuse CSR, the sanctions given by PT KAI DIVRE I SUMUT are in the form of blacklist sanctions. If there are members of PT KAI DIVRE I SUMUT who misuse the distribution of CSR aid, the sanctions given by PT KAI DIVRE I SUMUT are in the form of Disciplinary Punishment which can be in the form of written warnings, salary deductions and TGR (Demand for Compensation).
