Abstract

Learning should be ingrained with the creation of original academic work using a thoughtful blend of techniques. The educational process has altered in the digital age to meet the needs of our "digital natives." Today, online and offline learning are employed in tandem depending on the needs and learning styles of the students. Blended learning is the result of combining various learning modalities. This approach goes beyond the typical speed, location, and style of instruction. It gives the flexibility to the education system. It is reducing all types of situational obstacles and expanding the learning environment with a wide range of novel methods, tools, and ideas. Blended learning modules were created to investigate the impact of this method on secondary school students' attitudes toward science. A quasi-experimental approach was used, with one group being the control group that received standard care and the other being the experimental group that participated in the integrated learning strategy. The t-test was used to analysed the data. It was determined that secondary school pupils' gain scores for learning outcomes in science range significantly from one another.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to identify variables and employee performance. This has an impact on the output of workers at the Tourism and Creative Economy Department. Descriptive research is the methodology used, qualitative research aims to explain the variables studied, in this case the employees of the Department of Tourism and Creative Economy, by providing explanations of all events obtained in the field and by explaining problem solving based on the data obtained. Data collection was carried out using methods and strategies from library research. Direct object observation, direct source interviews, and documentation constitute field research. The overall picture obtained from research findings is that it is not yet operating optimally due to employee performance reasons. According to research findings, the Tourism and Creative Economy Department requires additional Human Resources (HR) who must have skills, experience and be diligent. Low staffing levels are indicated by the large number of employees who often leave the workplace during working hours and arrive late. Both strict punishments for workers who lack discipline in carrying out their work and training to improve employee talents are needed to improve employee performance in carrying out their obligations.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the responsibility of banking institutions and the government in terms of legal protection for customers who use mobile banking services. Empirical normative research methods were used by the author in this research. This means evaluating the implementation of normative legal provisions (legislation) and is linked to field data obtained from interviews with subjects relevant to the research problem. The research data collection method is carried out through field studies (field research) and library research, namely conducting research by studying in the library through reading references in the form of books, articles and legal journals as well as through the results of interviews which are then used as material to produce conclusions that answer research problems. However, the data analysis used is qualitative data analysis, which means collecting, analyzing and interpreting primary and secondary data that is arranged systematically, clearly and in detail. Next, legal thinking logic is used to analyze this data. The research results show that the responsibility of banks and government institutions for losses experienced by customers should ideally be linked to proof that the losses originate from errors or negligence by the customer or the bank.

Abstract

This study aims to accomplish three primary objectives: firstly, to assess the impact of partial working capital turnover on profitability; secondly, to examine the influence of partial loan turnover on profitability; and thirdly, to investigate the combined effect of working capital turnover and loan turnover on profitability. The variables under scrutiny include profitability, denoted as the dependent variable (Y), measured through return on assets, and independent variables (X) comprising working capital turnover and receivables turnover. The research is conducted on the population of all manufacturing companies in the food and beverage sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, with a sample of 17 companies selected over a 3-year period using a saturated sampling technique. Data collection involves the utilization of documentation techniques. Analysis entails classic assumption testing, multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination testing, t-tests, and F-tests, facilitated by SPSS software. The findings indicate that, overall, working capital turnover and receivables turnover do not collectively exert a significant impact on profitability. Additionally, the study reveals that partial working capital turnover, when examined in isolation, and partial receivables turnover do not individually exhibit a significant effect on profitability.
