Abstract

Shoulder injuries are among the most common orthopedic problems in padel athletes due to the sport’s repetitive overhead movements, rapid rotations, and high mechanical load on the glenohumeral joint. This study aimed to analyze the prevalence, characteristics, and risk factors of shoulder injuries in padel players based on a systematic review of research articles published between 2022 and 2025. The method employed was a systematic review following the PRISMA 2020 guidelines. Articles were selected according to predefined inclusion and exclusion criteria. The findings indicate that upper extremity injuries, particularly shoulder injuries, show a significant incidence among padel players. The most frequently reported conditions include rotator cuff tendinopathy, shoulder impingement syndrome, and scapulohumeral biomechanical alterations. Major risk factors identified were overuse, muscle strength asymmetry, altered shoulder kinematics, and high training loads without adequate periodization. Diagnosis was commonly established through a combination of orthopedic clinical examination and imaging modalities such as MRI or ultrasound. In conclusion, shoulder injuries in padel athletes are closely associated with biomechanical factors and training load. Preventive strategies focusing on rotator cuff strengthening and scapular stabilization are recommended to reduce injury risk and optimize athletic performance.

Abstract

In the age of algorithmic hegemony, traditional radio must contend with competition from music streaming services and independent podcasts. To survive and remain relevant, radio must conduct digital transformation by surfing on the wave of the Internet, and websites serve as the “anchor.” This study examines the extent to which websites promote and sustain radio stations. It focuses on three metropolitan stations in Indonesia: Sonora FM Jakarta, PRFM Bandung, and Suara Surabaya. Using a qualitative case study approach, data were collected with in-depth interviews with station managers, digital ethnography in a professional forum (FDR Indonesia), and content analysis of the stations’ digital properties. The study found that the website is not merely an option but a required “digital face” that enables a supportive symbiosis across platforms. By adding streaming radio, news archives, and podcasts on demand, stations turn passive audience members into active interactors. In conclusion, a radio station can best maintain its public and brand image by providing nonlinear material and hypermedia experience through a robust website

Abstract

Launched in 2021 by Indonesia's Film Censorship Board (LSF), the National Self-Censorship Culture Movement (GNBSM) aims to encourage ordinary citizens to make mindful choices about film content, drawing on personal moral judgment alongside existing regulations. This paper thoughtfully explores how Immanuel Kant's enduring ideas on duty especially the categorical imperative and individual autonomy help us understand both the high ideals driving GNBSM and the everyday hurdles in making them work amid streaming platforms and digital viewing habits. Through close reading of three LSF studies from 2022-2024 that captured perspectives from over 2,000 people across Indonesia, we notice some striking patterns: nearly everyone (92.97%) sees the value in age ratings, yet far fewer (just 45%) feel the campaign's message truly lands with them; rules cover only a sliver (5.17%) of where films are actually watched, since most viewing (94.83%) happens online; and grasp of these ideas differs sharply by education, with higher-educated groups at 60-70% buy-in versus 30-40% elsewhere. What's particularly telling is this tension: 81% now skip unsuitable material, but Kant would argue real moral agency needs deeper reasoning, not just habit. Looking ahead with care for all sides, the paper suggests practical shifts retelling the story through Kant's lens for better connection, extending efforts to where people really watch films, fostering community discussions on ethics, and creating spaces for genuine dialogue. In essence, Kant reminds us that true ethical progress happens when principles resonate in both action and understanding.

Abstract

Abstract

Blasting activities in mining are intended to fragment and displace rock masses, but they also generate environmental impacts in the form of ground vibration. Ground vibration measurement is required to predict allowable vibration limits. This study aims to predict ground vibration levels caused by blasting activities using the Artificial Neural Network method at the open pit coal mine. The research employed an applied research method using primary data consisting of ground vibration levels, blasting distance, and explosive charge weight obtained through direct field measurements. Data processing and the determination of model architecture and parameters were conducted using Matlab software with the backpropagation learning method. Model training and testing were carried out using blasting data from two blasting location. The results indicate that the Artificial Neural Network model with three input variables, ten hidden neurons, one output neuron, and one output layer was able to predict ground vibration levels with root mean square error values of 0.18 and 0.63. The prediction accuracy for peak particle velocity reached 93.24 percent at Pit 1 and 89.55 percent at Pit TSBC. These results demonstrate that the Artificial Neural Network method is effective for predicting ground vibrations caused by blasting activities, allowing blasting geometry planning to be better controlled to minimize environmental impacts
