Abstract

This study was aimed to examine the effect of corporate tax aggressiveness on the amount of firm cash holding and the value of the company. Book-Tax Difference is used as a measure of corporate tax aggressiveness. The cash flow sensitivity of cash is used to measure the amount of cash holding and Tobin’s Q is used to measure the value of the company.The population in this study is all manufacturing companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2015. Sampling method in this research is purposive sampling. The final total amount of samples in this study were 109 companies.After going trough the stages of data processing and analysis techniques used are multiple regression analysis. The analysis showed that independent variable of taxaggressiveness does not affect the amount of cash holding. But the results of the further analysis indicatethat tax aggressiveness affect the value of the company.

Abstract

Tujuan dari riset ini mengetahui untuk mengetahui dan mendeskripsikan peran kepala sekolah dan guru dalam menumbuhkan perilaku hidup sehat pada siswa Sekolah Dasar Negeri 29 Pekanbaru. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Kemudian teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data dan kesimpulan. Hasil pada penelitian ini adalah perilaku sehari-hari anak usia sekolah dasar yang menunjukkan kepedulian terhadap kesehatan diri dan lingkungan, dalam perilaku berikut: sarapan sebelum ke sekolah, makan teratur, jajan di kantin/warung yang bersih, makan makanan yang sehat, cuci tangan dengan sabun dan air yang bersih sebelum makan, menggosok gigi, membersihkan kuku dan rambut, menjaga kebersihan wc sekolah, menggunakan pakaian yang bersih, menggunakan sepatu dan kaus kaki yang bersih, membuang sampah pada tempatnya, membersihkan ruangan kelas dan lingkungan sekolah, membiasakan hidup bersih di rumah, serta mengikuti kegiatan olahraga dan aktivitas fisik secara teratur. Penelitian ini dimaksudkan agar peran kepala sekolah dan guru dapat memotivasi siswa untuk menjaga kondisi lingkungan sekolah yang sehat, agar secara mandiri terhindar dari penyakit.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan tentang pemanfaatan permainan lego untuk pengembangan sikap disiplin anak usia dini di TK Darul Hikmah Tsamaniyah Medan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Sampel penelitian ini adalah 1 orang guru dan 11 anak-anak di kelas. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan antara permainan lego dengan perkembangan sikap disiplin anak usia dini di TK Darul Hikmah Tsamaniyah Medan. Saran dari penelitian ini yaitu bagi pengelola dan pendidik agar lebih mengembangkan media pembelajaran dan lebih inovatif dalam memilih alat permainan yang menyenangkan bagi anak. Bagi peneliti selanjutnya yaitu disarankan agar dapat meneliti lebih lanjut yang sehubungan dengan permainan lego dan perkembangan anak usia dini. Sebab permainan lego juga akan mempengaruhi tumbuh kembang anak pada perkembangan lainnya

Abstract

This study analyzes students' difficulties in solving set story problems, taking into account students' learning styles. The research approach used a qualitative approach. Data were obtained through questionnaires, written tests and interviews. The results showed that students with visual, auditorial, and kinesthetic learning styles experienced difficulties in solving set story problems. Students with visual learning styles experience two indicators of difficulty, namely difficulty learning concepts and difficulty applying principles. For difficulties in learning concepts, students cannot use formulas that are in accordance with the conditions of the problem, namely the formula for the combination and difference of three sets. As for the difficulty of applying principles, students make mistakes in calculation activities and do not solve the problem. Students with auditorial learning styles experience all indicators of difficulty, namely difficulty learning concepts, difficulty applying principles and difficulty solving verbal problems. In the difficulty of applying concepts, students cannot translate the form of the problem, do not know what is known from the problem, students also do not use formulas that are in accordance with the conditions of the problem. In difficulty applying principles, students make mistakes in calculation activities when solving problems. In the difficulty of solving verbal problems, students make mistakes in translating problems into mathematical form, students also cannot determine the data used, and do not check the answers obtained. Students with kinesthetic learning styles fulfill all indicators of difficulty, namely difficulty learning concepts, difficulty applying principles and difficulty solving verbal problems. In difficulties in learning concepts, students hesitate in using memorization or set notation. students cannot use formulas that are in accordance with the conditions of the problem. In difficulties in applying principles, students make mistakes in calculation activities. This happens because students do not know the formula and make mistakes in using the data used. In the difficulty of solving verbal problems, students make mistakes in determining the data used, students do not check their answers again.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kecerdasan naturalis pada anak melalui percobaan gunung meletus. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian eksperimen dengan desain pre ekperimental dengan tipe one group pretest posttest desain. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah satu kelas anak B yang berada di TK Lely Medan yang berjumlah 15 orang. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara tes, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan dengan uji normalitas, uji homogenitas, uji T, dan uji gain. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai rata-rata pretest sebesar 64 dan nilai rata-rata posttes sebesar 84,67, hal ini menunjukan bahwa hasil belajar mengalami peningkatan sebesar 20,67 dan besar rata-rata uji n-gain score sebesar 0.56 atau 56.66% dan termasuk kapada kriteria sedang. Berdasarkan paparan diatas, dapat disimpulkan bahwa penggunaan metode ekperimen gunung meletus dapat meningkatkan kecerdasan naturalis pada anak usia 5-6 tahun di TK Lely Medan.

Abstract

The implementation of a text-based approach in the Merdeka Curriculum at the Senior High School (SMA) level aims to improve students' literacy skills through more holistic and contextual learning methods. This research explores how this approach is implemented, the challenges faced by teachers and students, and the impact it has on learning. The research results show that the text-based approach allows students to understand the subject matter more deeply, improve critical thinking skills, and strengthen communication skills. However, there are obstacles such as lack of resources and adequate teacher training. Recommendations for improvement include providing ongoing teacher training and providing relevant teaching materials.

Abstract

Sustainable tourism is becoming an important issue in economic development and environmental conservation in Indonesia. Local communities have a key role in promoting sustainable tourism entrepreneurship to achieve sustainable development goals. This research aims to understand the challenges and opportunities faced by Indonesian local communities in promoting sustainable tourism entrepreneurship. The research method used is descriptive qualitative involving case studies in several tourism sites in Indonesia. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with key stakeholders, participatory observation, and analysis of relevant documents. The research also adopted a triangulation approach to enhance data validity. The results show that Indonesian local communities face complex challenges in promoting sustainable tourism entrepreneurship. These include a lack of understanding of the concept of sustainable tourism, a lack of entrepreneurial skills, a lack of access to capital and technology, and limited support from the government and relevant institutions. However, the study also identified a number of opportunities that local communities can take advantage of, including Indonesia's rich culture and nature, the increasing interest of tourists in sustainable tourism, as well as the active role of non-governmental organizations and the private sector in promoting sustainable tourism entrepreneurship.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out how skippable, non-skippable advertising and product knowledge affect customer response. The theory of advertising value (informativeness, credibility, entertainment, irritation) and consumer response theory (awareness, knowledge, likes, preferences, beliefs, purchases) are used. This study uses a quantitative approach and uses a survey as a type of explanatory research. fifty people answered using the Slovin formula. Closed-ended questionnaires, observations, literature, and literature studies are data collection methods. Data analysis was carried out through the data processing stage using SPSS, and statistical formulas were used to analyze the data. The results of this study indicate that there is an insignificant effect between YouTube advertisements and customer responses.

Abstract

The prevalence of drug abuse cases is increasing day by day. This is accompanied by the high number of cases of drug crime. In handling drug-related cases, a medical assessment is required from a psychiatrist or a doctor authorized to provide an assessment. This article uses a research method in the form of a literature study. From this literature study it was found that medical assessment can play a role in the judicial process, protect suspects and the environment, and can play a role in improving drug handling. In Indonesia, sanctions for narcotics cases have a two-way system, namely criminal sanctions and operational sanctions. Criminal sanctions are used to prevent abuse and illicit traffic of Narcotics and Narcotics or their ingredients and rehabilitation is a form of action-consequence of drug abuse. Based on the law, judges can decide or order drug addicts to undergo treatment and/or treatment. Through an integrated assessment, which involves the medical team and the legal team. Judgments are viewed from a legal and medical point of view, so that more and more decisions are starting to include not only criminal decisions, but are also accompanied by medical rehabilitation decisions for drug users.
