The purpose of this study is to examine and analyze the effect of competence and non-physical work environment on job satisfaction and employee performance, examine the effect of job satisfaction on employee performance, and examine the mediating effect of job satisfaction on the influence of competence and non-physical work environment on employees performance at Child Special Development Institution Class II Kendari. This research approach is quantitative using survey methods and explanatory research design. The data was collected by cross-section using an instrument of a questionnaire. The population on this study were employees at Child Special Development Institution Class II Kendari, using the census method of determining respondents, so that the respondent size was set at 46 employees. The analytical tool used is Partial Least Square (PLS).The results of this study indicate that competence has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. competence has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, non-physical work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, non-physical work environment has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and job satisfaction does not mediate the effect of competence and non-physical work environment on employee performance. From these results it can be concluded that the better the competence possessed, the existing non-physical work environment and also the perceived job satisfaction, will be able to improve employee performance.

The purpose of this study was to analyze and explain the role of competencies on job satisfaction and employee performance and organizational commitment to job satisfaction and employee performance and job satisfaction on employee performance, then the mediating role of job satisfaction between competency and organizational commitment to employee performance at the Wakatobi District Transportation Agency. The research analysis unit is an employee of the Department of Transportation of Wakatobi Regency. The sample respondents were 50 employees. Data collection techniques were carried out by distributing questionnaires followed by conducting in-depth interviews. The analytical method used in testing the hypothesis is Partial Least Square (PLS). Qualitative information is used to explore additional information relating to the results of hypothesis testing.The results of this study indicate that: there is a significant influence between competency and organizational commitment to job satisfaction on employee performance, as well as competency on employee performance, this illustrates that high organizational competency and commitment will have an impact on job satisfaction, the implications of which is improving performance . However, organizational commitment is not significant to employee performance, this indicates that a high commitment of an employee to the organization cannot influence the results of employee performance, meaning that work is not only based on commitment but there are other things that must be emphasized including skill abilities and even employee satisfaction. The workload given to him. Then there is a significant relationship between competency and organizational commitment to employee performance mediated by job satisfaction, meaning that organizational competence and commitment can significantly improve employee performance triggered by increased employee job satisfaction. Beberapa organisasi memiliki budaya, tujuan atau visi dan gaya manajemen yang berbeda, demikian juga dengan perusahaan. Untuk membentuk budaya mereka atau mencapai tujuan mereka, manajemen membuat beberapa aturan untuk internal dan eksternal perusahaan. Mereka berharap orang-orang akan mematuhi aturan itu, dan menjadi kebiasaan mereka. Beberapa perusahaan membuat beberapa aturan menjadi gaya permainan. Terkadang untuk membuat beberapa aturan berhasil diterapkan, manajer memberikan hukuman kepada yang melanggar aturan itu, dan beberapa manajer memberikan penghargaan kepada yang menerapkan aturan dengan baik. Penggunaan reward dan punishment sebagai bagian dari gamification. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menilai faktor keberhasilan dan kegagalan implementasi gamifikasi. Untuk menilai mereka, penulis mewawancarai karyawan dari PT.A, PT.B, PT.C dan PT.D yang telah bekerja lebih dari 2 tahun. PT. A dan PT.B adalah perusahaan jasa, PT.C dan PT.D adalah perusahaan manufaktur. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan adanya perbedaan pengelolaan gamifikasi pada objek penelitian, dan terdapat perbedaan hasil pelaksanaan gamifikasi karena beberapa faktor yang berbeda.

This study aims: 1) to examine the effect of ability on motivation, 2) examine the effect of ability on employee performance, 3) examine the effect of motivation on employee performance, 4) examine the effect of ability on employee performance mediated by work motivation.The object of research is the North Konawe District Education and Culture Office. The study population was all employees in the Department of Education and Culture of North Konawe Regency, amounting to 95 people. Size of sample determination using census / saturation technique means that all populations are used as samples, thus the research sample is 95 people.Data collection methods using a questionnaire, the scale of data measurement using a Likert scale model. The research data were analyzed using path analysis with the help of smartPLS ver 2 software.The results of the study: 1) ability has a positive and significant effect on motivation, 2) ability has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, 3) motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, 4) ability has a positive and significant effect on employee performance mediated by employee motivation. The Effect of Leader Member Exchange, Organizational Justice and Organizational Commitment on Employees Performance of BKPSDM Buton Tengah. Supervised by Samdin and Salma SalehThe objectives to be achieved in this study are to: examine and explain the simultaneous effect of Leader Member Exchange, organizational justice and organizational commitment on employees performance of BKPSDM Buton Tengah. Testing and explaining the influence of Leader Member Exchange on the performance of Central Buton BKPSDM employees. Organizational Justice on Employees Performance of Central Buton BKPSDM. And Organizational Commitment on Employees Performance of Central Buton BKPSDM. The population in this study were all employees of BKPSDM Buton Tengah, all of which were civil servants totaling 52 employees. Measurement of data in this study using a Likert scale. The data analysis technique used in this study is descriptive statistical data analysis and inferential statistics, namely multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS Version 20 software. The result of this study showed that Leader Member Exchange, Organizational Justice and Organizational Commitment simultaneously has positif and significant effect on employee performance. Leader Member Exchange has a significant positive effect on employee performance. This means that increasing Leader Member Exchange has a positive contribution to improving employee performance. Organizational Justice has a positive effect on employee performance. This means that the increase in employee organizational justice has a significant contribution to employee performance. Organizational commitment has a positive but not significant effect on employee performance. This means that good organizational commitment makes a positive contribution to improving employee performance but is not significant or not meaningful

This study aims to determine the effect on human resource competencies, information technology utilization and internal control systems on the value of government financial reporting information. The sample in this study were 60 employees who took part in making financial policies and were involved in the preparation of the Kendari City Government's financial statements. The research instrument used a questionnaire and the analytical method used was multiple linear regression analysis. The results found that human resource competencies, information technology utilization and internal control systems partially and simultaneously had a positive and significant effect on the value of financial reporting information. The better the competence of human resources, information technology utilization and internal control systems, the higher the value of government financial reporting information will be.

This study aims to test and analyze: (1). The influence of the work environment on the performance of the Kolaka Regency Regional Secretariat employees, (2). The influence of work discipline on the performance of the employees of the Regional Secretariat of Kolaka Regency, this study used as many as 63 employee respondents. While the data analysis used descriptive analysis and inferential analysis Multiple Linear Regression using SPSS software.The results of this study are (1). The work environment has a significant effect on the performance of the Kolaka Regency Regional Secretariat employees, (2). The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of management safety interventions, human safety interventions, technical safety interventions on safety behavior. The research method used is a quantitative method, with the type of causal research. Data collection is done by distributing questionnaires to all employees of 50 people. Data analysis method using SEM-PLS with WarpPLS 6.0 software. The results obtained from this study are management safety interventions affecting technical safety interventions, human safety interventions, and safety behaviors. Human safety interventions affect technical safety interventions and safety behavior. Technical safety interventions affect safety behavior. The results of this study indicate that to improve safety behavior, managers must improve management, human, and technical safety interventions. This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of Organizational Culture, Organizational Commitment and Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) on Kendari City Agricultural Service Employee Performance. This study uses a quantitative approach and is explanatory in nature, which aims to determine the factors/influences of the composition of a variable. The object of this research is the employees of the Kendari City Agriculture Service with a saturated sample of all employees, as many as 76 respondents. The analysis technique used is a quantitative method, namely multiple linear regression analysis.The results of this study indicate that there is a positive and significant influence between organizational culture, organizational commitment, and organizational citezenship behavior on the performance of the Kendari City Agriculture Office employees. The direction of positive influence shows that the more organizational culture of organizational commitment, and organizational citezenship behavior perceived by members of the organization, the higher the performance of these employees..
