Abstract

AbstractThe purpose of this study was to determine the effect of service quality, relationship marketing and trust on customer loyalty at Bank Sultra Sub-Branch Sao-sao Kendari. The sampling technique used in this study is to use Accidental Sampling. The population of this research is the savings customers of the Southeast Sulawesi sub-branches of Sao-sao, namely Simpeda, Tabankda, Tapelra, Tahara, Tabunganku and Simpel. The sample in this study found 100 people based on the sample formula. The analytical tool used is multiple regression analysis.The results showed that service quality, relationship marketing and trust had a positive and significant effect on increasing customer loyalty. Based on the test results of multiple linear regression analysis, regression coefficient, correlation coefficient, coefficient of determination, and partial regression (t). Thus, it can be said that service quality, relationship marketing and trust make a positive and significant contribution to customer loyalty at Bank Sultra Sub-Branch Sao-sao KendariAbstrakTujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas layanan, relationship marketingdan kepercayaan terhadap loyalitas nasabah pada Bank Sultra Cabang Pembantu Sao-sao Kendari. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan menggunakan Accidental Sampling. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah nasabah Tabungan Bank Sultra Cabang Pembantu Sao-sao Kendari yaitu Simpeda, Tabankda, Tapelra, Tahara, Tabunganku dan Simpel. Sampel dalam penelitian ini ditemukan 100 orang berdasarkan rumus sampel. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi berganda.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas layanan, relationship marketing dan kepercayaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap peningkatan loyalitas pelanggan. Berdasarkan hasil uji analisis regresi linier berganda, koefisien regresi, koefisien korelasi, koefisien determinasi, dan regresi parsial (t). Dengan demikian dapat dikatakan bahwa kualitas layanan, relationship marketing dan kepercayaan memberikan kontribusi yang positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas nasabah pada Bank Sultra Cabang Pembantu Sao-sao Kendari.

Abstract

The objectives of the study are: 1) The effect of partial job satisfaction on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) of teachers of SMAN 3 Bombana. 2) The effect of partial organizational commitment on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) of teachers of SMAN 3 Bombana. 3) The effect of job satisfaction and organizational commitment simultaneously have effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) of the teachers of SMAN 3 Bombana.The research design used was quantitative research. The population of the study were all teachers of SMAN 3 bombana with the population of 40 persons, using saturation sampling. Data were retrieved by interviews and questionnaires. The data analysis technique was multiple regression model with the help of SPSS 24.The result of the study shows that: 1) Job satisfaction has positive and significant effects on teachers’ Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). 2) Organizational commitment has positive and significant effects on teachers’ Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). 3) Job satisfaction and organizational commitment simultaneously have positive and significant effects on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) of SMAN 3 bombana teachers.Keywords: job satisfaction, commitment, and organizational citizenship behaveior

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of free shipping promos and customer experience on customer satisfaction. The population in this study are customers who shop online through the Shopee application. The technique used in sampling is non-probability sampling with purposive sampling method. The sample in this study amounted to 100 respondents. Data collection was obtained from distributing questionnaires and literature studies. The data analysis method used in this research is multiple linear regression. The results showed that the free shipping promo and customer experience had a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. Based on the results of the coefficient of determination test, the R Square value of the customer experience variable is 0.384 or 38.4%, meaning that the customer experience variable has the most dominant influence on customer satisfaction.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze workload, organizational commitment to employee performance through job satisfaction at the Kendari City Revenue Service. This research approach is a survey with an explanatory research design. Data collection is done by using an instrument in the form of a questionnaire. The population of this study were all employees of the Kendari City Revenue Service as many as 104 people. The determination of the number of samples was carried out using a census. The analytical tool used is SEM with the AMOS program package.The results showed that (1) Workload had a negative and insignificant effect on employee job satisfaction at the Kendari City Revenue Service. (2) Organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction at the Kendari City Revenue Service. (3) Workload has a negative and insignificant effect on employee performance at the Kendari City Revenue Service. Organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Kendari City Revenue Service Office. (4) Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Kendari City Revenue Service. (5) Job satisfaction is not able to mediate the effect of workload on employee performance at the Kendari City Revenue Service. (6) Job satisfaction is able to mediate the effect of organizational commitment on employee performance at the Kendari City Revenue Service.

Abstract

This study aims to measure the level of mental burden experienced by machine operators in food and beverage companies. The study used the Nasa-TLX method, with a total sample of 8 operators in the mini jelly production section. The results of the research show that the operator's mental workload is high. Therefore, companies must take action to reduce the high mental burden of operators for the good of employees and the company

Abstract

Along with the current progress and development of the Kendari Resort Police to maximize knowledge and build an effective organizational culture in order to create better work results and quality of personnel work, so that the existence of Bhabinkamtibmas personnel in the midst of society can create security and order in the jurisdiction of the Kendari Resort Police.This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of Knowledge Management and organizational culture on the performance of members of the Kendari District Police Bhabinkamtibmas. The population of this study was all members of the Kendari District Police Bhabinkamtibmas of 80 people and all of them were sampled. The analytical tool used is partial least square with the Smart PLS program version 3.0 while the data collection method used questionnaires, documentation and interviews.Based on the results of the study it was concluded that: (1) knowledge management had a positive and significant effect on the performance of the Kendari District Police Bhabinkamtibmas (2) organizational culture had a positive and significant effect on performance of the Kendari District Police Bhabinkamtibmas.

Abstract

 The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of empowerment and work involvement on employee performance at the Konawe District Forest Service. A total of 48 employees became respondents using census research spread across all rooms in the Konawe District Forest Service. Data were analyzed by multiple regression analysis through the SPSS for Windows program.The results showed that empowerment and work involvement simultaneously had a significant effect on employee performance with determination of 0.468 or 46.8%. empowerment partially has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, work involvement has a positive and not significant effect on employee performance. It is expected that further research will reconsider other variables that influence employee performance, namely leadership style, work motivation and work environment.Keywords:Empowerment, Work Involvement and Employee Performance

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) disclosure on company value of manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The sample in this study uses purposive sampling technique, from determining the sample obtained 12 sector manufacturing companies. various industries listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange that meet the criteria to be sampled in this study. The data collection method uses documentation. Data analysis used descriptive statistical analysis and simple regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that the disclosure of Corporate Social Responsibility (corporate social responsibility) has a significant effect on firm value in various industrial sector manufacturing companies in the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI). This shows that the greater the disclosure of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), the greater the value of the company.

Abstract

This research inteds: 1) to examine the effect of work discipline on the commitment of Wakatobi Regency OPD organization, 2) to examine the effect of work discipline on the performance of Wakatobi Regency OPD employees, 3) to examine the effect of organization commitment on the performance of Wakatobi Regency OPD employees 4) to examine the role of organization commitment in  mediating work discipline on the performance of Wakatobi Regency OPD employeesThe research subject of is the Regional Government Organization of Wakatobi Regency, the population of this research is all the employees who served as section heads in the Wakatobi Regency OPD which amounted 128 people. The size of the sample was determined with census technique, the study sample was 128 people.  The data in the research were analyzed using path analysis with the help of smartPLS 2.0 software.Thesis: 1) work discipline has positive and significant effect on organization commitment, 2) work discipline has positive and significant effect on employees performance, 3) organizational commitment has positive and significant effects on employees performance, 4) organization commitment is able to mediate work discipline on employees performance.Keywords: work discipline, organization commitment and employees performance

Abstract

Penelitian ini untuk menguji dan membuktikan secara empiris pengaruh kompetensi,integritas dan kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel mediasi terhadap kinerja penyuluh pada Dinas Tanaman Pangan, Holtikultura dan perkebunan (TPHP) Kabupaten Konawe.Penelitian ini merupakan Penelitian explanatory yang bertujuan menjelaskan Hubungan kausal antar variabel dengan  menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dan sampel dalam Penelitian ini adalah seluruh penyuluh pada Dinas Tanaman Pangan, Holtikultura dan perkebunan (TPHP) Kabupaten Konawe 130 orang responden. Metode analisis untuk menjawab hipotesis dalam penelitian ini adalah Metode PLS (Partial Least Square)yang mengukur intensitas 3 variabel, yaitu variabel independen, variabel mediasi dan variabel dependen.Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kompetensi, integritas secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja penyuluh pada Dinas Tanaman Pangan, Holtikultura dan perkebunan (TPHP) Kabupaten Konawe. Kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja penyuluh pada Dinas Tanaman Pangan, Holtikultura dan perkebunan (TPHP) Kabupaten Konawe. Kompetensi secara parsial berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja penyuluh pada Dinas Tanaman Pangan, Holtikultura dan perkebunan (TPHP) Kabupaten Konawe sedangkan integritas secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan  signifikan terhadap kinerja penyuluh pada Dinas Tanaman Pangan, Holtikultura dan perkebunan (TPHP) Kabupaten Konawe.
