Penelitian ini berisi tentang bagaimana situasi pengambilan keputusan jangka panjang yang tidak konsisten karena adanya dorongan motivasi dan emosional yang bersifat sementara untuk mengejar hal lain yang lebih menggoda seperti kecanduan, kelaparan, atau hal lainnya. Pengambilan keputusan sebaiknya bersifat rasional, didukung oleh fakta, dan tidak bias. Namun dalam kenyataannya, pengambilan keputusan biasanya juga dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor. Faktor dari dalam individu yaitu kontrol diri, dan pengendalian emosi. Emosi salah satu pemicu seseorang dalam bertindak. Dalam penelitian ini dijelaskan bagaimana kita bisa dapat mengerti serta memahami dan mengontrol emosi dalam diri yang berdampak bagi individu tersebut dalam pengambilan keputusan dan bagaimana pandangan secara Buddhisme dalam pengambilan keputusan

The implementation and practice of entrepreneurship in Indonesia to achieve success is supported by various aspects including the entrepreneurial capacity itself. In an effort to develop the concept of entrepreneurial capacity, one of the most important internal factors to be studied as preliminary research is the transformational leadership style that business actors have as an adaptive and flexible leadership style in accordance with the current entrepreneurial context. This study aims to further examine how transformational leadership is described as an important aspect of a person's entrepreneurial capacity. This research used descriptive quantitative method with convenience sample technique. Research respondents were 126 respondents. The results showed that transformational leadership style is a leadership style that is very suitable to be applied in today's entrepreneurial practice with 3 (three) main dimensions that make up transformational leadership styles, namely idealized influence, inspirational motivation, and individualized consideration.

The objectives of the study are : (1) The effect of knowledge management, organizational culture and work involvement simultaneously have effect on Employees performance at the Secretariat Office of the DPRD of Southeast Sulawesi Province; (2) the effect of partial knowledge management on Employees Performance at the Secretariat Office of the DPRD of Southeast Sulawesi Province; (3) The effect of partial organizational culture on Employees Performance at the Secretariat Office of the DPRD of Southeast Sulawesi Province; (4) The effect of partial Work involvement on Employees Performance at the Secretariat Office of the DPRD of Southeast Sulawesi ProvinceThe research design used was quantitative research. The population of the study were all employees who worked at the Secretariat Office of the DPRD Southeast Sulawesi Province. The purpose of this study was to examine and explain the effect of compensation, organizational culture, and motivation on employee performance. Data collection is done using survey methods through questionnaires and interviews. The population of this study is the Hati Mulia Hospital in Kendari City, amounting to 80 people. Because the population in this study is relatively small, all the populations in the study were made as respondents. The analytical tool used is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. The results showed that simultaneous compensation, organizational culture, and motivation had a positive and significant effect. Then partially compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee performance; motivation has a positive and not significant effect on employee performance.Keywords: compensation, organizational culture, motivation, employee performance

The purpose of this research is to test and explain the influence of professional allowances (remuneration), education and training on police performance both simultaneously and partially at the Muna Police Station. This research approach is quantitative with a positivist paradigm. Data was collected by cross-section by using a questionnaire. The population of this research is all police personnel with the rank of AIPDA and BRIPKA as many as 252 people. The sample size was determined by the Slovin formula, so that a sample of 71 people was obtained. The sampling technique is based on random sampling. The analytical tool used is Multivariate Regression Analysis. The results showed that the professional allowance (remuneration), education and training simultaneously had a positive and significant effect on police performance. Then the professional allowance (remuneration) partially positive and significant effect on police performance. Education partially has a positive and significant effect on police performance. Training has a positive and partially significant effect on police performance. This means that the higher the professional/performance allowance, education and training, the police performance will increase significantly. Changes in the increase in professional/performance allowances which are described by the fulfillment of requirements in receiving professional/performance allowances (remuneration), education, namely the opportunity for the development of knowledge through formal education, then training, namely the clarity of goals and targets for participating in training, has a significant or significant contribution to the improvement police generic police performance.

This study aims to determine the effect of Earning Per Share and Return on Assets on Share Prices at PT. Bank Negara Indonesia Tbk. The method used is explanatory research with a sample of 10 years of financial statements. The analysis technique uses statistical analysis with regression testing, correlation, determination and hypothesis testing. The results of this study Earning Per Share have a significant effect on stock prices by 51.2%, hypothesis testing obtained significance of 0.015 < 0.05. Return on Assets does not have a significant effect on stock prices, the contribution of influence of 33.9%, the hypothesis test obtained significance of 0.047 < 0.05. Earning Per Share and Return on Assets simultaneously have a significant effect on stock prices by 73.2%, hypothesis testing obtained significance of 0.010 <0.05.

The purpose of this study was to examine the influence of the dimensions of knowledge management on the performance of police officers at Muna Police. This type of research was a survey with a cross sectional study design. The population in this study were 221 police officers at the Muna Police Station, Southeast Sulawesi Province. Determination of the sample in this study using simple random sampling technique in order to obtain a number of 67 people. The results showed that There is an effect of knowledge acquisition/acquisition on the performance of members of the Muna Police Resort, there is an effect of sharing knowledge on the performance of members of the Muna Regional Police, there is an effect of the use of knowledge on the performance of members of the Muna Police, there is no effect of documentation/store of knowledge on the performance of members of the Muna Police. there is an effect of knowledge protection on the performance of members of the Muna Police Police. And collectively the use of knowledge is the most influential variable on the performance of members of the Muna Police Police.

The purpose of this study was to examine and explain the role of competitive advantage in mediating market orientation, entrepreneurial orientation on marketing performance (a study on the fishery product processing and marketer in Wakatobi Regency). The population of this research is a group of fishery product processors and marketers in Wakatobi Regency, totaling 540 people, the number of samples being 55 people. The data from the sample/respondent were analyzed using SmartPLS in order to obtain the results of the causal relationship between the variables developed in the model. The results of testing the role of competitive advantage in mediating market orientation, entrepreneurial orientation on marketing performance (a study on the processing and marketing of fishery products in Wakatobi Regency), are as follows; the effect of market orientation on competitive advantage has a path coefficient of 0.518 with a probability level of 0.000 (p<0.05), the effect of market orientation on marketing performance has a path coefficient of 0.276 with a probability level of 0.020 (p<0.05), the influence of entrepreneurship to competitive advantage has a path coefficient of 0.384 with a probability level of 0.002 (p < 0.05), the influence of entrepreneurial orientation on marketing performance has a path coefficient of 0.218 with a probability level of 0.076 (p < 0.05), the effect of competitive advantage on marketing performance has a path coefficient of 0.487 with a probability level of 0.000 (p < 0.05), the effect of market orientation on marketing performance through competitive advantage has a path coefficient of 0252 with a probability level of 0.001 (p<0.05), the influence of entrepreneurial orientation on marketing performance through competitive advantage ng has a path coefficient of 0.187 with a probability level of 0.0014 (p <0.05). The benefit that can be learned from this research is the development of knowledge, especially in the paradigm of structural relationships of the role of competitive advantage in mediating market orientation, entrepreneurial orientation on marketing performance (a study on the processing and marketing of fishery products in Wakatobi Regency).

This study aims to determine whether profitability, sales growth, asset structure and liquidity affect the capital structure of manufacturing companies listed on the IDX in 2018. Data collection uses secondary data obtained from financial statements using purposive sampling techniques. The population is 170 manufacturing companies registered on the IDX in 2018, while the sample taken is 113. The results of the research variable data have been tested with the classic assumption test in the form of normality and heteroscedasticity tests. The method of data analysis uses multiple linear regression techniques. The results showed simultaneously that profitability, sales growth, asset structure and liquidity had a significant effect on capital structure. The results of the research partially showed that profitability and sales growth had no effect on capital structure. While the structure of assets and liquidity has a negative and significant effect on capital structure.

This research aimed to find out and analyze (1) the effect of remuneration, working environment, and working discipline on the employee performance at Halu Oleo University, (2) the effect of remuneration on the employee performance, (3) the effect of working environment on the employee performance, and (4) the effect of working discipline on the employee performance.This research employed the quantitative analysis method and the data were analyzed using multiple regression analysis. The population consisted of all 484 staff at Halu Oleo University. The number of respondents was 97 persons who were selected using slovin technique.The research results showed that jointly, the remuneration, working environment, and working discipline had positive and significant effect on the employee performance at Halu Oleo University. the remuneration had positive and significant effect on the employee performance at Halu Oleo University, working environment had positive and significant effect on the employee performance at Halu Oleo University, working discipline had positive and significant effect on the employee performance at Halu Oleo University.Keywords: the remuneration, working environment, working discipline, employee performance
