Abstract

This study aims to: (1). To find out and analyze the simultaneous influence of social support, ethical climate and organizational commitment to the turnover intention of PT. State Savings Bank (BTN) Persero, Tbk Branch Kendari, (2) To find out and analyze the influence of social support on turnover intention on employees of PT. State Savings Bank (Persero) Tbk, (3) To find out and analyze the influence of the ethical climate on turnover intention on employees of PT. State Savings Bank (Persero) Tbk. (4) To find out and analyze the effect of organizational commitment on turnover intention on employees of PT. State Savings Bank (Persero) Tbk.The population in this study were all employees of PT. State Savings Bank (BTN) Persero, Tbk Kendari Branch, amounting to 60 permanent employees, spread in the Main Branch Offices, Cash Offices and Sub-Branch Offices. Hypothesis testing is done by using multiple regression analysis.The results showed that: (1) social support, ethical climate and organizational commitment simultaneously had a significant effect in encouraging employees to intend to leave work from the company to find better employment opportunities than those available. (2) social support partially has a significant influence on employees' intention to leave the company where they work. (3) the ethical climate partially has a significant influence on the intention to leave company employees. (4) Organizational commitment partially has a significant influence in encouraging company employees to intend to leave work in the banking company.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of organizational citizenship behavior, work stress and personality on the performance of the North Sulawesi Regional Police Narcotics Directorate Personnel. This research is a quantitative approach. The population in this study is the Personnel of the Drugs and Drugs Directorate of the Southeast Sulawesi Regional Police with a sample of 60 people. The analysis used multiple regression analysis with the help of IBM SPSS 22 Software. The results showed that (1) Organizational citizenship behavior, work stress and personality together had a positive and significant effect on the performance of the North Sulawesi Regional Police Narcotics Directorate Personnel, (2) Organizational citizenship behavior had a positive and significant impact on the performance of the North Sulawesi Regional Police's Drug Directorate Personnel, (3) Work stress has a positive and insignificant effect on the performance of the North Sulawesi Regional Police's Drug Directorate Personnel and (4) Personality has a positive and significant impact on the performance of the Southeast Sulawesi Regional Police's Narcotics Directorate Personnel.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the Influence of planning, organizing, actuating and controlling  toward the performance of the State Civil Apparatus at the Molawe District Office, Konawe Utara Regency  simultaneously and partially. The sample in this study as many 35 people Apparatus State Civil who worked at the Molawe District Office, Konawe Utara Regency. Analysis tool  used is quantitative analysis using Multiple Linear Regression Analysis.The results showed that the simultaneous functions of planning, organizing, actuating and controlling had  significant effect on the performance of the State Civil Apparatus at the Molawe District Office, Konawe Utara Regency. And partial functions of planning, organizing and actuating had positif significant effect on the performance of the State Civil Apparatus at the Molawe District Office, Konawe Utara Regency, so that the hypothesis can be accepted.

Abstract

This study examines the effect of corporate governance and ownership structure on the performance of companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange.The study population of the companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange collected 43 companies. The selection sample uses purposive sampling thus the study sample won 14 companies. Data in the study were analyzed using path analysis with the help of SmartPLS 2 software.The results of the study: 1) corporate governance proxied by the size of the board of commissioners and independent commissioners has a positive and significant effect on company performance which is proxied by ROA and ROE. 2) The ownership structure that is proxied by foreign ownership has positive and significant of company performance which is proxied by ROA and ROE.Keywords: corporate governance, ownership structure and company performance

Abstract

The problem in this study is how to implement Soft Skills and Hard Skills in improving the performance of the Bengkulu Province Youth and Sports Service (Dispora) Employees. Primary data needed was obtained through a questionnaire. Considering that the research population is diverse, the sample is taken using a stratified sampling technique. Data analysis used multiple regression and correlation methods, while the hypothesis test with t test and F test with 0.05.The results of the analysis show that Soft Skill and Hard Skill have an effect on employee performance, respectively 0.318 and 0.539. By comparing the two, the influence of Hard Skills on employee performance is more dominant when compared to the influence of Soft Skill changes.Soft Skills and Hard Skills together have a very strong relationship with employee performance with a variation contribution of 60.4%. Considering the contribution of the two types of expertise, it is recommended that the relevant officials make efforts to improve these skills, by conducting internal training, involving their employees in various trainings organized by other parties, and motivating their employees to continue to develop their skills independently.

Abstract

PT. XYZ often experiences production constraints because of the tea TB 4 Asli RCLT's type of defective product during the production process. The purpose of this study is to find out the factors that cause the occurrence of defective products and provide recommendations that can be made to reduce the level of defective products. This study uses the Seven Tools method which consists of flow charts, check sheets, histograms, pareto diagrams, scatter diagrams, fish bone diagrams (cause-and-effect diagrams), and statistical process control (control charts). The results showed that there were 2 types of the biggest defects are Bag Overlap with a damage percentage of 26.15% and Tea in Seal 22.56%. These defects are caused by several major factors which are machines and men. The results of the study also show that the company's production process is still not well controlled. So, it is expected that PT. XYZ considers recommendations by giving more attention to the quality of the people who work and conducting in-depth analysis of other factors that can cause engine damage so that the company can reduce the level of defective products during the production process.

Abstract

The purpose of this article is to discuss two significant upcoming challenges that unions will face in Indonesia. The first is the role of trade unions in the transition from a labor economy to an automation economy. This is achieved through the integration of two research methodologies – intuitive logic, which is a branch of scenario planning, and a rigorous literature review of the contextual environment in times of disruption and change. It seems that automation and AI must have had a huge impact on the human workforce because before citizen automation existed. Indonesia already has a lot of jobs/unemployment, so logically if automation and AI develop rapidly in Indonesia, of course there will be a reduction in the human workforce because they are replaced by machines or robots.. Mass production industries are clearly most likely to be automated, and their workers are more likely to be replaced by AI-driven industrial robots. Unions in transition to an unemployment economy are likely to negotiate with governments as well as companies in order to defend the rights of Indonesian workers.

Abstract

The role of Financial Literacy in Moderating the influence of financial behavior bias on investment (Studies on Southeast Sulawesi Capital Market Investors. Thesis. Management Science Study Program, Postgraduate, Halu Oleo University. The purpose of this study is to explain and examine the effect of Financial Behavior Bias consisting of 6 indicators, namely Overconvidence, disposition effect, herding, risk aversion, representaveness and anchoring on investment decisions and the role of Financial Literacy in moderating the effect of financial behavior bias on investment. The research design used is quantitative research. The data used are primary data and analyzed using SPSS software version 25. The sampling technique is using the Slovin equation. And the sample in this study was 265 IDX stock investors representing Southeast Sulawesi. The results of the study show that the financial behavior bias which consists of indicators of overconvidence, representaveness and anchoring has a positive and significant effect on investment, but differs from the indicators of disposition effect, herding, and risk aversion which has a positive and insignificant effect on investment decisions. Furthermore, financial behavior bias with indicators of Overconvidence, disposition effect, risk aversion, representaveness and anchoring moderated by Financial Literacy is not significant on investment decisions, but herding indicators have a significant effect on investment decisions but in a negative direction.

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of looking at the direct effect of transformational leadership on job involvement, the direct effect of compensation on job involvement. And see the mediating role of organizational culture in influencing the relationship between transformational leadership on job involvement and the influence between compensation on job involvement. This study used 74 respondents as civil servants of the Bau-Bau City Health Office. The sampling technique in this study was carried out by means of the census technique so that the entire population was used as the research sample. The research data were collected using a questionnaire and analyzed using PLS. The results of this study indicate that there is a positive and significant influence between transformational leadership on job involvement, transformational leadership also has a positive and significant effect on organizational culture. Meanwhile, compensation has a positive effect on job involvement although it does not affect it significantly. The same results were also found on the effect of compensation on organizational culture that compensation affects organizational culture positively, although not significantly. Meanwhile, mediation was found to influence the relationship between transformational leadership and job involvement partially. Meanwhile, the mediation of organizational culture on the effect of compensation on job involvement is full mediation.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze empirically the effect of providing benefits, job satisfaction and work motivation on employee performance at the Muna Regency Regional Secretariat. This research is explanatory which intends to explain the position of the variables studied and the relationship and influence between one variable and another variable.The population in this study were all employees at the Muna Regency Regional Secretariat totaling 167 people. Determination of the number of samples in this study using the Slovin formula so that the number of samples was 63 people. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis.The results showed that: (1) Provision of benefits, job satisfaction and work motivation had a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Muna Regency Regional Secretariat. For this reason, the first hypothesis in this study was accepted. (2) Provision of benefits has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Muna Regency Regional Secretariat. This can be interpreted that employees who receive the benefits also have high performance. For this reason, the second hypothesis in this study was accepted. (3) Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Muna Regency Regional Secretariat. For this reason, the third hypothesis in this study was accepted. (4) Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Muna Regency Regional Secretariat. For this reason, the fourth hypothesis in this study was accepted. Keywords: provision of allowances, job satisfaction, work motivation and employee performance
