This study discusses the direct influence of school image and price perception on word of mouth and the decision of parents to choose school children and the indirect effect of school image on parents' decision to choose school children through word of mouth as an intervening variable and the indirect effect of price perception on parents' decision to choose school children through word of mouth as an intervening variable. This research uses path analysis, F test, t test and sobel test. The sampling technique in this study is using the Slovin formula of 194 respondents from 3 school AL Azizi, Al-Amin and Aisyiyah schools in kelurahan Wage, kabupaten Sidoarjo. The results of this study indicate that the school's image has a positive and significant effect on the decision of parents to choose a child's school, the perception of price has a positive and significant effect on the decision of parents to choose a child's school, the school's image has a positive and significant effect on word of mouth, the price perception has a positive and significant effect on word of mouth, word of mouth has a positive and significant effect on the decision of parents to choose school children. In addition there is a significant mediating effect, word of mouth mediates the effect of the school's image on the decision to choose school and there is no mediating effect between the perception of price on the decision of parents to choose a child's school through word of mouth.

The purpose of this study was to examine and explain the leadership style in mediating role of emotional intelligence on job satisfaction of employees at the Central Bureau of Statistics of Southeast Sulawesi province. The approach of this research is a survey method with a reseach expalanatory reseach. Collecting data in the research done by using the instrument in the form of a questionnaire. The population of this study were employees of the Central Statistics Agency southeast Sulawesi province 50 people while the sampling technique used is accidential sampling. Analytical equipment used to test the hypothesis is Partial Least squer (PLS). The results showed that the style of leadership and a significant positive effect on emotional intelligence and employee satisfaction, Then the emotional intelligence and significant positive effect on employee satisfaction and leadership style. Finally, this research can prove that the leadership style acts as a partial mediation (partial mediation) effect between intelligence emosionl and employee satisfaction. That is significantly influenced by the style of leadership in emotional intelligence and leadership style influence employee satisfaction and emotional intelligence significantly influence employee satisfaction.Keywords: leadership style, emotional intelligence, and job satisfaction

The purpose of this study was to examine and analyze The Role of Motivation in Mediating the Influence of Knowledge Management and Work Involvement on the Performance of Local Government Employees in South Konawe Regency. This type of research is explanatory research. The population of this research is the Officials of Local Government Organizations in the Regional Government of South Konawe Regency. The number of samples determined is 5 (five) Regional Government Organizations which were selected purposively. The research sample was taken using the census technique as many as 104 people. Collecting data using a questionnaire. The analytical tools used are descriptive analysis and SEM analysis with SmartPLS. The results showed that knowledge management directly had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, work involvement directly had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, motivation directly had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, knowledge management directly had a positive and significant effect on motivation, direct work involvement has a positive and significant effect on motivation, the effect of knowledge management on employee performance mediated by motivation has a positive and significant effect and the effect of work involvement on employee performance mediated by motivation has a positive but not significant effect

The purpose of this study was to examine and explain the influence of leadership style, work motivation and work discipline both partially and simultaneously on employee performance at the Population Control and Family Planning in South Konawe Regency. This research approach is quantitative using survey methods and explanatory research design. The data was collected by cross-section using an instrument in the form of a questionnaire. The population of this study were employees of the Population Control and Family Planning Office of South Konawe Regency, by using the method of determining respondents by census, so that the sample size was set at 84 employees. The analytical tool used is the Multivariate Regression Analysis.The results showed that the leadership style had a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Finally, leadership style, work motivation and work discipline simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance. GameStop Corp's financial scandal has rocked the world with enormous price increases caused by manipulation of information. This study aims to dissect, examine, and analyze prevention solutions from the financial scandal case. This research is a qualitative research with a descriptive approach. The research data were taken from the media, online newspapers, and several other relevant sources. The data analysis technique used in this study is the Miles and Huberman Model Data Analysis Technique. GameStop Corp.'s financial scandal case. is a financial scandal in the form of fraud and pump and dump behavior/asset price manipulation. A solution is needed to prevent cases of financial/corruption scandals with the main scheme through pump and dump behavior/asset price manipulation. Solutions to prevent pump and dump behavior/asset price manipulation include limiting predatory short sales on assets due to excess, especially “naked” short selling.

This research intends to empirically examine and analyze the effect of job aids on the performance mediated by the satisfaction of elementary school teachers in Wangi-Wangi and Wangi-Wangi Selatan. This research is explanatory which intends to explain the position of the researched variables as well as the correlation and the effect among one variable and another. The result shows that: (1) Job aids has positive and significant effects on teachers satisfaction in Elementary Schools in Wangi-Wangi and Wangi-Wangi Selatan. (2) Job aids has positive and significant effects on teachers performance in Elementary Schools in Wangi-Wangi and Wangi-Wangi Selatan. (3) Satisfaction has positive and significant effects on teachers performance in Elementary Schools in Wangi-Wangi and Wangi-Wangi Selatan. (4) Satisfaction can mediate the effect of job aids on teachers performance in Elementary Schools in Wangi-Wangi and Wangi-Wangi Selatan.

This study aims to explain and examine the effect of the work environment, leadership style, organizational culture on job satisfaction and employee performance, job satisfaction on employee performance, then examine and explain the role of job satisfaction in mediating the influence work environment, leadership style, and organizational culture on employee performance. This research approach is survey with explanatory research design. The data was collected in a cross-sectional manner using an instrument in the form of a questionnaire. The population in this study were all 49 Civil Servants (PNS). The sampling technique is a saturated sample (census) where the entire population is used as the research sample. The data analysis technique to answer the research hypothesis is Partial Least Square (PLS).The results showed that the work environment had a significant effect on job satisfaction, but the work environment had no effect on employee performance, leadership style had a significant effect on job satisfaction and employee performance, organizational culture had a significant effect on job satisfaction and employee performance. Then job satisfaction had a significant effect on employee performance. In addition, the results of this study indicate that job satisfaction acts as a complete mediation the influence of the work environment on employee performance. Then job satisfaction does not mediate (no mediation) the influence of leadership style on employee performance. Furthermore, job satisfaction acts as a partial mediation the influence of organizational culture on employee performance.

The development of the Sengkang silk weaving SME industry in Wajo District has experienced ups and downs due to the ability of its resources and the ability to produce quality products but technological limitations that have an impact on increasing the competitiveness of the Sengkang silk weaving SME industry in the global market. From this, the objectives of this research are (1) To find out and analyze the quality of leadership resources on the competitiveness of Sengkang silk weaving SMEs, (2) To find out and analyze product quality on the competitiveness of Sengkang silk weaving UKM, and (3) To analyze the quality of leadership resources and product quality simultaneously on Sengkang silk weaving SMEs.The research sample of 30 respondents from a total population of 152 SMEs using a minimum sample of 15 questionnaire statements. The analytical method uses Multiple Linear Regression with the help of SPSS 22.0 application. Hypothesis test results in this study: (1) There is a positive and significant relationship between the quality of leadership resources on competitiveness, (2) There is a positive and significant relationship between product quality on competitiveness, (3) Product quality as the most dominant variable influencing on the competitiveness of Sengkang silk weaving SMEs.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Work Engagement, Openness to Experience, Neuroticism, Turnover Intention pada karyawan di Hotel Mulia Jakarta. Pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah non-probability sampling kepada 130 karyawan di Hotel Mulia Jakarta dengan menyebarkan kuesioner secara online. Metode analisis data yang digunakan merupakan metode regresi linier sederhana dengan SPSS versi 25. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa Work Engagement dan Neuroticism berpengaruh negatif terhadap Turnover Intention, sedangkan Openness to Experience berpengaruh positif terhadap Turnover Intention. Implikasi bagi hotel, manager, dan perusahaan membuat suatu kegiatan pelatihan yang dapat menambah wawasan para karyawan, mengapresiasi ide-ide baru karyawan, serta dapat mengatasi stress dengan baik.
