Abstract

ABSTRACT The scantiness of water is a pressing global riddle that pertains to the inadequate availability of enough safe and clean water resources to fulfill human and ecological requirements. It emerges as a result of various factors such as population growth, climate change, pollution, ineffective water management, and unsustainable water usage practices. This summary offers an overview of the issue and highlights possible remedies. These solutions encompass actions like conserving water, collecting rainwater, improving irrigation methods, treating and reusing wastewater, employing desalination techniques, investing in water infrastructure, managing groundwater resources, establishing fair water pricing and governance, fostering public awareness and education, and fostering international cooperation. By implementing these strategies, we can address water scarcity and advance sustainable water management for the benefit of present and future generations.

Abstract

Fracture is a broken bone, a break in bone tissue that is commonly caused by forced injuries. The cause of fracture is an accident, be it a work accident, traffic accident. Broadly speaking, fractures are divided into three types, namely closed fractures, closed fractures, and complex fractures. The examination aims to determine the results of radiographic images, if there is a fracture or dislocation and is caused by KLL factors (traffic accidents). The aim of the study was to find out how the radiographic examination technique of Ossa Pelvis with the suspicion of a Ramus Pubis Fracture at the Radiology Installation of Efarina Berastagi Hospital in 2021. This type of research is descriptive research with data collection techniques by observation, documentation study and literature (library) study. The results of the examination of the Ossa Pelvis with the suspicion of a Ramus Pubis Fracture at the Radiology Installation of Efarina Etaham Berastagi Hospital are generally using AP (Anterior Posterior) projections using conventional X-rays. The x-ray film used is a high speed type combined with a fast screen intensifying (IS) where this type of intensifying screen (IS) film can produce images with good detail and sharpness. Thus the radiation dose can also be reduced for the patient and the operator himself. The film washing process should use Automatic Processing. It is hoped that it can be used as a reference for radiographic results, especially in cases of Ramus Pubis Fractures.

Abstract

Radiographs of the human bones are the bones consisting of the carpal bones, the metacarpal bones and the phalanges. Fractures are broken bones, usually caused by trauma or physical exertion, the force and angle of the force, the condition of the bone itself, and the soft tissue around the bone will determine whether the fracture is complete or incomplete. A complete fracture occurs when the entire bone is broken, whereas an incomplete fracture does not involve the entire thickness of the bone. The occurrence of fractures caused by traffic accidents. The purpose of this study was to determine the procedures for carrying out radiography of the human oss with suspected fracture at Efarina Pangkalan Kerinci Hospital. The type of research used was descriptive with data collection techniques by means of observation, documentation and interviews. The results of the examination of the human oss in fracture cases at Efarina Pangkala Kerinci Hospital are generally using postero-anterior and oblique projections. The ideal x-ray machine for ossa manus radiography is a portable x-ray unit or a mobile x-ray unit with relatively low capabilities. The x-ray film used is a high speed type combined with a fast screen intensifying (IS) where this type of film and intensifying screen (IS) can produce images with good detail and sharpness. Thus the radiation dose can also be reduced for the patient and the operator himself. The x-ray film washing process used should preferably use automatic processing. It is hoped that it can be used as a reference for radiographic results, especially in fracture cases.

Abstract

The world of health is one of the most important factors in life. Over time, it is only natural for the world of health to provide fast and appropriate services in order to create a comfortable, conducive and motivated work environment. Hospital health services are one type of public service that is often accessed by the public. At any time the community will always demand quality services, even though these demands are often not as expected, because services still display a convoluted, slow, expensive and tiring nature because the community is still positioned as the party serving not being served. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the quality of health services on patient satisfaction at the Montella Private Hospital, West Aceh District. The method used in this study is simple linear regression where this method is used to determine the linear relationship between the independent variable (X) and the dependent variable (Y). In addition, the simple linear regression method aims to determine the direction of the relationship between the independent variable and the dependent variable. whether positive or negative and to predict the value of the dependent variable if the value of the independent variable increases or decreases. The data used is data from the answers to the questionnaire using a Likert scale. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that testing from previous observational data indicates that the magnitude of the influence of Health Service Quality on Patient Satisfaction at Montella Private Hospital as measured through the questionnaire question indicators distributed to respondents in the Very high and good category because it is influenced by 97.50% ( R Square value) so that it is proven that the variable Quality of Health Services has a large positive and significant effect on patient satisfaction at Montella Private Hospital, while the remaining percentage value of 2.50% affects variables not examined in this study's observations.
