Abstract

This research methodology outlines the systematic approach to conducting a bibliometric analysis on the integration of Total Quality Management (TQM) in business practice. TQM is a widely studied and implemented management philosophy aimed at improving organizational processes and enhancing overall performance. Through bibliometric analysis, this study seeks to provide a comprehensive understanding of the existing literature landscape, key research trends, influential authors, and thematic clusters related to TQM integration in business practice. The methodology covers the selection of databases, search strategy formulation, inclusion and exclusion criteria, data extraction, analysis techniques, and interpretation methods. By employing rigorous bibliometric techniques, this research aims to contribute to the advancement of knowledge in the field of TQM and its practical implications for businesses.

Abstract

This study explores the relationship between intellectual capital, government support, social entrepreneurship, and local economic success in Indonesia. Data were gathered from a broad sample of respondents who represented local businesses, government authorities, and social entrepreneurs using a quantitative research approach. The study utilized structural equation modeling (SEM) in conjunction with partial least squares (PLS) analysis to investigate the correlations between the variables. The results show that social entrepreneurship and government assistance have a major positive impact on local economic performance. It was also shown that intellectual capital acted as a mediator in these partnerships, underscoring its critical function in converting government assistance and social entrepreneurship into concrete economic results. The study highlights the significance of creating an environment that is supportive of entrepreneurship and innovation and advances our knowledge of the mechanisms driving economic progress in Indonesia. The knowledge gained from this study has important ramifications for stakeholders, practitioners, and policymakers who want to encourage local sustainable economic growth.

Abstract

Novotel Cikini is a four-star hotel located in South Jakarta. During the Covid- 19 pandemic, Novotel was one of the hotels affected by covid. Therefore, Novotel must strive to maintain its business in the covid era with a special strategy. The strategy itself is a plan that is prepared with the aim of achieving something that has been determined. One of the existing strategies is marketing strategy. Marketing strategies are usually used by corporate companies with the aim of one of which is to survive in Covid-19. The method used in this research is a research method with a qualitative approach, the analysis method used is the SWOT analysis method. The results of this study indicate that Novotel had a strategy before Covid-19 in the form of implementing targeting, positioning, segmenting strategies. While the strategy during the pandemic is to use a pivoting strategy, positioning strategy, contact experience. For strategies after covid are short-term, medium-term, and long-term strategies.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Effect of Service and User Interface on Consumer Satisfaction of Remittances from South Korea to Indonesia through the GME Application. The method used in this study is quantitative with an explanatory research approach. From the SPSS output, it is known that the hypothesis criteria of the t test (partial) on the service variable are rejected when the sign > 0.05 and accepted when the sign > 0.05 SPSS test results show that 3,896 and H_o1 t_hitung≤t_tabel H_a1 t_hitung≥t_tabel,t_hitung t_tabel1,655 there is a linear relationship between the service and the user interface significantly  liniearity of 0.000 < 0.05. User interface variables are rejected when the sign > 0.05 and accepted when the sign > 0.05 SPSS test results show that 2,392 and H_o1 t_hitung≤t_tabel H_a1 t_hitung≥t_tabel,t_hitung t_tabel1,655 there is a linear relationship between the user interface to consumer satisfaction with significant  linearity of 0.018 < 0.05. It was concluded that the service and user interface affect customer satisfaction in sending money from South Korea to Indonesia through the application GME, is expected to provide more services in the process of transferring money between countries.

Abstract

The focus of training is usually on specific skills that are needed today. Meanwhile, holistic learners tend to aim to achieve the highest level of knowledge awareness and appreciate the benefits it provides for their lives [1]. A holistic learning process is needed to identify all components that influence student development. Small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) are the subject of holistic learning because they have an economic potential that is of concern to always develop. The research approach is carried out through literature mapping, focusing on visual synthesis of the data collected and is an observation based on questions. Learning involves the learning model that best suits students, which focuses on learning through experience captured by kinesthetic memory. Holistic does not only focus on technical skills but also pays attention to internal motivation for achieving these skills. The existence of interaction not only increases the accumulation of knowledge but also a sense of mutual belonging to bear the same burden in successful learning. The next aspect is transformation which involves tools and facilities that support the change process, such as the use of information systems that facilitate collaboration and data analysis for learning evaluation. Holistic learning approach, MSMEs can develop their businesses in a way that is not only financially profitable, but also socially, environmentally and economically sustainable.

Abstract

Compliance in paying taxes is indispensable. Taxpayer compliance is an obligation or act of compliance in its obligation to pay taxes where taxpayers must fulfill all their tax obligations and rights. Compliance itself is divided into 2 parts, namely formal compliance and material compliance. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze whether there is a difference between formal compliance and material compliance in PBB-2 payments in Bondowoso District. The research method used in this study is comparative research with a quantitative approach. This study will compare whether or not there is a difference between formal compliance and material compliance in Bondowoso District. This study used a sample of 3544 respondents who were taxpayers in Bondowoso Regency. This study used purposive sampling and used technical data analysis Normality Test, Homogeneity Test, Independent t-test (Mann-Whitney Test), testing was carried out using the SPSS Software program (Statistical Package For The Social Sciences) Version 21. The results of this study show that there is no difference between formal compliance and material compliance in PBB-P2 payments in Bondowoso District.

Abstract

The research is aimed at analyzing the operating costs in determining the company's revenue on PT. Surya Trans Cemerlang Karawang. Operating costs are one of the important factors that can determine the revenue of this research company using quantitative descriptive methods. The data used is secondary data from the financial report of PT. Trans Brilliant Solar Karawang for the period 2021-2023. The results of the research showed that the operating costs of P. Trans brilliant solar from 2021 to 2023 noted significant fluctuations in several major cost categories. The fall in employee salaries and office operating expenditure, as well as rising road cash costs and spare part expenditures, are key factors in the fluctuations. Nevertheless, the ratio of operating costs to company revenues is relatively stable in the range of 0.53 to 0.63%. This analysis provides an understanding of the company's operational efficiency relative to the income generated, helping in long-term financial planning and strategic decision-making. Despite fluctuations, the company managed to maintain a balance between cost and revenue, demonstrating a commitment to optimum efficiency and operational sustainability. Implications of this analysis show the company's efforts to improve operational efficiency while remaining responsive to market fluctuations, enabling for the development of more effective long-term financial strategies and commitment to compliance with relevant policies and standards, which underlie the basis for sustained operational survival and future growth.

Abstract

The problem in this study is the decline in the performance of Sri Wulan's Shopee affiliate program in recent months, which is inversely proportional to the Insight profile and Instagram story and even Sri Wulan's followers who continue to increase every month. This study aims to determine how influential and significant the variables of marketing communication and marketing affiliation are on product purchase interest on Sri Wulan's Instagram, where marketing communication here focuses on Shopee affiliate marketing Instagram Sri Wulan as an affiliator in the field of fashion style. The method used in this research is quantitative with the Structural Equation Model (SEM) analysis tool using Smart-PLS software version 4. The sample collection technique in this research uses non-probability sampling, namely purposive sampling using the Slovin formula, so that the sample results are 400 respondents with a Likert scale. Based on the results of hypothesis testing, it is found that there is a significant relationship between marketing communication on buying interest in fashion products, there is also a significant relationship between affiliate marketing on buying interest in fashion products for followers of Sri Wulan's Instagram account (@swulann01).

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the pricing of time and materials in determining the price of painting and welding services set by the Abdi Jaya Motor workshop in determining the appropriate price. The data used in this study are primary and secondary data obtained directly from Abdi Jaya Motor workshop. The analysis used is a quantitative descriptive method that uses time and material prices to calculate the price of painting and welding services. The methods used in this research are (1) direct interviews with stakeholders, (2) direct observation, and (3) data recording. The research results obtained are that pricing using time and material pricing is lower than the price set by CV. Abdi Jaya Motor. The conclusions obtained based on the results of the data analysis that has been carried out are: (1) The total cost of producing one hour of service is IDR 24,783, with the results of the calculation of the price of repair services obtained, namely for painting the body per panel with a standard color of IDR 544,417.64 and IDR 568,109.34 for the red color, while for welding the price per meter is IDR 81,347.16, (2) The mark up charged on materials is 14.1%. The implications of this research are expected to be able to review the use of the time and material pricing method in determining the price of car body repair services, on the grounds of the calculation results, the price of car body painting and welding services is relatively affordable in order to attract the interest of many customers and when using the time and material pricing method, it is expected to make it easier if there are irregularities in finance because financial records are carried out in more detail and precisely.
