Abstract

The formation of student character through habituation and example can be the basic capital for character building in Islamic educational institutions. With this habituation and example, students get real examples where they study. This study aims to describe the character formation of students through habituation and example of teachers at MIN 1 Minahasa. This study used descriptive qualitative method. The results showed that the formation of student character through habituation at MIN 1 Minahasa was carried out by habituation in carrying out the dhuha prayer, greeting parents, teachers, older siblings, and peers. Students are accustomed to wearing uniforms, memorizing short verses and Asmaul Husna, the attributes of Allah, and getting used to reading prayers before and after the lesson begins and ends. Meanwhile, character building through the example of teachers is carried out by providing advice related to character education during the implementation of the morning apple, the learning process, and students' daily activities at school.

Abstract

Divorce in a marriage relationship is a legal thing according to positive religion and law, but in its implementation it is important to implement some terms and conditions. The purpose of this study is to examine basic education because of the ability to represent divorce to legal counsel according to Islamic law and positive law as well as the similarities, differences and advantages and disadvantages of representing divorce to legal counsel according to Islamic law and positive law. This research method is a literature study with a ushul fiqh approach that refers to the arūriyah theory, some of the literature used is primary sources from the Civil Procedure Code (KUHAP), the Koran and al-Hadith, as well as secondary literature in the form of the book al- Fiqh al-Islami wa Adillatuhu by Wahbah Zuḥailī and Fiqh al-Sunnah by Sayyid Sabiq. The results of this study indicate that according to the guidance of Islamic law, separation from marriage can occur to avoid the bad effects that can occur. Meanwhile, according to positive law, it is related to the low level of community regarding the proceedings in court. Representing the process according to Islamic law can be done only through speech, while according to positive law it cannot be done by speech alone, but formally by using a special power of attorney. The similarities in representing the divorce process include being allowed to use the help of other people or legal counsel. The advantage of appointing a representative in a divorce case is that there will be process and time efficiency, although with the disadvantage of increasing the cost of rental services

Abstract

This research actually aims to see the existence of pesantren in the midst of the pull of modernity and the economic needs of the community. Because along with the development of social life which with the progress of the times and the economic needs of the community will change course. We know that at first, pesantren were used as printers for ulama, but now we see not only that and now they have developed into officials, technocrats, businessmen, and others. Therefore, this research was conducted using a qualitative descriptive analysis with a phenomenological approach. Researchers will see firsthand the phenomena that occur in Islamic boarding schools in Medan City. And based on the results of the study it was found: a) The existence of pesantren is the most important thing in the midst of modern human life, therefore people who are economically capable feel proud of their children studying in pesantren, b) They are proud to study in pesantren because the learning system is modern and can continue their education to higher education. General PT, c) The willingness of parents to send their children to Islamic boarding schools because from an economic point of view it is more profitable, for example, in pesantren, the budget is clear, while if their children are sent to public schools, the financing can be greater, because children are freer to use their money.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe the role of the Salafiyah Syafi'iyah Sukorejo Islamic Boarding School in empowering the community's economy so that in the future an ideal system or construction of community economic empowerment can be realized that Islamic boarding schools can do. This research is included in qualitative research with a phenomenological approach, which is a form of research that aims to understand the real social reality as it is. Collecting data by interview, observation, documentation, and focus group discussion (FGD) and using interactive analysis. The results of this study indicate that the role of Islamic boarding schools in the economic empowerment of the surrounding community is very important in improving and improving the economic welfare of the surrounding community in the form of entrepreneurial motivation and management of business units, which exist in Islamic boarding schools, among others: trompa craftsmen, laundry services, shops, canteens, investment, convection, and trade. It does not only involve the students but also the community around the pesantren.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze and master about the efforts tried by Ma' had Aly Nurul Jadid Paiton Probolinggo in building Multidimensional proselytizing cyberspace era through digital literacy to its academic community. This research uses a qualitative approach to phenomenological types, where researchers seek to master about entwined and growing phenomena. The method of gathering information is tried through participant observation, interview and documentation. Analysis of information is tried through the stages of presentation of information, reduction of information and withdrawal of conclusions. The results showed that digital literacy was tried by Ma' had Aly Nurul Jadid Paiton Probolinggo in building multidimensional proselytizing cyberspace era. Abstract

This study aims to determine the implementation of learning for children with special needs during the COVID-19 pandemic at SLB Pembina Palembang. This type of research is descriptive qualitative. Data collection techniques using interviews, observation and documentation. Data analysis used in this research is data reduction, data presentation and conclusions. The results showed that the implementation of online learning carried out at SLB Pembina Palembang took the form of assignments, WA groups, use of zoom, alternate schools, home visits, and development of worksheets. A number of obstacles are felt by teachers and students when implementing online learning including parents cannot be actively involved, inadequate facilities, limited teachers, limited learning resources, and low student motivation

Abstract

Indicators of personality competence, teachers must have a high work ethos and responsibility in carrying out their duties. The teacher's high work ethos will indirectly have an impact on students' learning motivation. This research is quantitative correlation research. The data collection method used a questionnaire method which was distributed to 39 respondents and the documentation method. The data analysis method used the percentage formula and product moment correlation with results: 1) The work ethic of the PAI teacher at SMA Ma'arif NU Nurul Huda Pucuk in school year of 2020/2021 was in the high category with a total percentage gain of 67.64%. 2) The learning motivation of class XI students of SMA Ma'arif NU Nurul Huda Pucuk in school year of the 2020/2021 was in the high category with a total percentage gain of 64.7%. 3) PAI Teacher's Work Ethic on Learning Motivation of Class XI Students of SMA Ma'arif NU Nurul Huda Pucuk for the 2020/2021 Academic Year. Based on the calculation of the Product Moment Correlation which has been adjusted to the rTable level of 5%. It can be seen that rCount (0.349) > rTable (0.316), which means that the alternative hypothesis (Ha) is accepted, namely that there was an influence of PAI teacher work ethos on the learning motivation of class XI students in school year 2020/2021 with a low interpretation because it is in the coefficient interval 0.20 – 0.399.

Abstract

Learning is a complex process that occurs in everyone throughout his life. The learning process occurs because of the interaction between a person and his environment. One alternative that can be done by teachers so that students can play an active and independent role in developing their knowledge is to use picture modules. Picture modules help teachers and students in implementing the teaching and learning process in schools because the picture media students will be more interested in learning. The purpose of this study was to determine the students' understanding of SDN Pulogedang Jombang in understanding corpse material using a picture module. This type of research is development research (R&D). The product developed is in the form of a picture module of corpse material. The instruments used in this study were an assessment questionnaire by two validators, a student questionnaire assessment sheet and pre-test and post-test questions on learning outcomes. Based on the results of the validation sheet, the illustrated module is classified as suitable for use in learning Islamic Religious Education on corpse material. This can be seen from the results of the validation of the first and second material experts of 3.2. Students' understanding of the use of the illustrated module can be seen from the results of the pre-test and post-test with an average score of 68.45 increasing to 87.06.

Abstract

This research and development aim to produce products in the form of interactive learning media based on Android with the help of Smart Apps Creator (SAC) software, for valid, practical, and effective Thematic learning for students. The media contains teaching materials about Capital Letters and Punctuation, equipped with audio, illustrated examples, and practice questions. This type of research is Research and Development (RnD) research using the ADDIE development model. The stages/steps of the ADDIE development model, namely 1) Analysis, namely analyzing problems, user needs, and systems for teachers and students; 2) Design, namely the design of the product to be developed; 3) Development, namely product development and manufacture; 4) Implementation, namely the process of testing the validation of experts and their application; and 5) Evaluation, namely conducting an evaluation with the aim of completing the shortcomings and needs so that the product is feasible to apply. This application product was validated by 3 experts, namely material (content) experts, media, design, practicality tests carried out by the homeroom teacher, as well as opinions from students to get responses from the application of this application. Based on the research that has been done, the data obtained and processed resulted in an average score of 4.1 material experts, 4.2 media experts, and 4.4 design experts, which these three experts were included in the valid category; the average score of the practicality assessment of 4.5 is included in the practical category, and the effectiveness assessment score has increased by 0.59 including in the high category and is said to be effective, it can be concluded that android-based interactive learning media is suitable and feasible to be applied as a learning medium. And can help the learning process to be more practical and effective in thematic learning.
