Perguruan tinggi seharusnya terpanggil untuk menjawab tantangan-tantangan di atas melalui pelaksanaan darma ketiga pengabdian pada masyarakat, dan panggilan tersebut sejauh ini sudah banyak dilakukan namun program-program yang betul-betul pokus pada sasaran masih perlu diperbaiki, terutama mengeksplor potensi ekonomi kreatif yan gsejak lama ada dan sedang tumbuh di masyarakat. Berdasar pada latarbelakang itulah seminar nasional dengan Tema “Peran Penelitian dalam Menunjang Percepatan Pembangunan Berkelanjutan di Indonesia” penting untuk dilakukan. Seminar ini diharapkan akan member motivasi dan inspirasi, terutama kepada pengabdi untuk melahirkan berbagai karya, produk dan konsep aplikatif, terutama terkait dengan produk berbasis akselerasi percepatan pembangunan nasional.

Abstract

The study aims to get a picture of the quality of the management of the course and training institutions after getting accredited status in South Sulawesi; identifying factors supporting accredited Course and training institutions; and identifying factors that hamper accredited institutions. Courses and training in improving their quality. This research includes evaluation research, using a quantitative descriptive approach. Based on the results of research and data analysis, it was concluded (1) there was an improvement in the quality of the management of the Course and Training institutions in the Province of South Sulawesi which had been accredited in 2017; (2) get support (a) motivation and enthusiasm of the manager; (b) increasing teaching staff; (c) increasing learning / training facilities and infrastructure; (d) increasing managerial potential; (e) increasing frequency of meetings in discussing issues and developing courses and training institutions; (f) financial support from the government;  (g) increasing cooperation / partnership institutions; and (h) increasing participants in learning/training activities. (3) there are obstacles from (a) lack of professional teaching staff as needed; (b) lack of learning/training facilities and infrastructure;        (c) lack of funding to support operational costs and teacher incentives; (d) there has been no productive effort (e) the delay in funding support from the government when needed to support the learning / training program; (f) the number of competitors in the same course; and (g) the difficulty of establishing partner/collaboration institutions.

Abstract

Summary. This was a descriptive research aimed at developing a teaching material of competency-based-ilmu badi’ as one of alternative ways in improving education quality, particularly, in terms of the teaching of ilmu badi’ in the study program of Arabic language education, FBS UNM. The research type was research and development (R & D) following the 4-D developmental model of Thiagarajan. The research population was all students of the study program of Arabic language education, FBS UNM, consisting of 7 classes. Meanwhile, the research sample was one class of the students in the sixth semester that were taking the Balaghah 2 or Ilmu badi’ course. The instruments utilized in this research were a validation sheet of the teaching material, learning achievement test, questionnaire for students’ responses, and researchers’ field note. This research results in a product such a teaching material of Ilmu badi’ based on competency approach. Building on the validation result to the teaching material and the test result, it is acquired from the content expert that the teaching material is in the validity level as 88,33% and from the pedagogical expert that it is in the validity level as 90,66%. Whereas, the try out results show that the teaching material is practical with the score of 79,74% and it is highly effective with the average of the students’ score as 83,54. It means that the developed teaching material is effective, valid, and practical to use.Keywords: Development of Teaching Material, Ilmu Badi’, Competency

Abstract

This study aims to develop a Local Content teaching material based on local art. This study follows the procedure for developing the Richey Model Instructional System Design which consists of 6 stages. But in this study only reached stage 4. Development of teaching materials begins with needs analysis. From the needs analysis, it is designed local content learning materials based on local art which contain subject matter, learning objectives, and evaluation tools for learning outcomes equipped with assessment indicators. The initial design of Local Content teaching materials based on local art was validated and validated by material experts and the graphics of competent lecturers. In addition to the validation of the lecturers, several Cultural Arts teachers also provided input on the teaching materials that had been developed. Suggestions for material content validators are language adjustment with target users, enriching material, and clarifying images. While the general correction is typing errors. Suggestions and corrections from the validator are then analyzed by researchers to improve teaching materials developed. After the design of teaching materials is improved based on input from the validator, the local art-based local content teaching materials developed have been considered valid and ready to be tested in the field.

Abstract

Abstract. This study aims to explain the creativity of Moderate Teachers in Pandemic Covid-19 at Madrasah. The methodology in this article is ethnography which explains the language, culture, customs, and habits. The result of this research is; Moderate teachers always consider a modification in formulating learning indicators and objectives in the moderation itself in pandemic Covid-19. Abstract

Abstrak. Wanita bekerja dihadapkan pada peran ganda, yaitu sebagai wanita bekerja dan sebagai ibu rumah tangga. Proses pembagian peran wanita dapat menyebabkan ketidakseimbangan peran atau terjadi proses peran satu mencampuri peran yang lain, yang apabila terjadi secara terus-menerus dan dengan intensitas yang kuat dapat menyebabkan konflik pekerjaan keluarga. Bekerja sebagai seorang Dosen sangat berarti bagi wanita itu sendiri, hal itu dapat memberikan dampak yang positif seperti timbulnya harga diri, lebih mandiri dan dapat menunjang kehidupannya.Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menganalisis dampak produktivitas dan pendapatan yang mempengaruhi pola konsumsi dosen wanita UNM di Kota Makassar. Metode yang digunakan dalam pencapaian tujuan penelitian adalah lokasi penelitian ditentukan secara purpossive di Kampus UNM di kota Makassar. Sampel responden penelitian adalah dosen wanita diambil secara random. Selanjutnya teknik analisis data adalah menganalisis dampak produktivitas dan pendapatan yang mempengaruhi pola konsumsi dosen wanita UNM di Kota Makassar dengan multiple linear regression. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa pendapatan berpangaruh positif dan significant sedangkan produktivitas berpengaruh negative dan significant.Kata Kunci: Dosen, Konsumsi, Pendapatan, Produktivitas

Abstract

This Research and Development (R and D) concerns on Alternative learning media development regarding comic book biologyfor Human Digestive system subject. The R and D’s model used Analyze, Design, Develop, Implement, Evaluate (ADDIE). Validity test obtained from two expert validators and Practicality test obtained from the using of media by teacher and students. The Develop stage of this study conducted by validating comic book for further be implemented on SMP Negeri 1 Tinggimoncong, Class of VIIIA. The number of subjects comprised of 32 students. Data collected from interview, observation and questionnaire. The result of validity test showed the average of media feasibility percentage is  92%. While the subject matter feasibility gained 87%. Both of these result showed very decent category which was meant that the media is feasible to be used. The average of teacher and students respond gained 85% and 87% respectively toward positive respond. From the point of feasibility which had been evaluated by validity and practical test, this study can be conclude that comic book is valid and practice learning media to be implemented in learning process.

Abstract

Abstrak. Perkembangan teknologi Industri 4.0 saat ini memudahkan manusia dalam penyampaian informasi. Hal ini juga berpengaruh dalam lingkup pendidikan khususnya pembelajaran kelistrikan otomotif di sekolah menengah kejuruan dan pendidikan tinggi. Pembelajaran kelistrikan otomotif harus menyesuaikan diri dengan kemajuan teknologi pada era digital khususnya pada perkembangan teknologi industri 4.0 saat ini agar tujuan dari proses pembelajaran kelistrikan otomotif dapat tercapai. Pembelajaran kelistrikan otomotif saat ini masih dianggap sebagai mata pelajaran/mata kuliah membosankan yang menyebabkan partisipasi peserta didik juga cenderung pasif. Sehingga hal ini dapat berdampak pada rendahnya kompetensi peserta didik dalam mata pelajaran kelistrikan otomotif. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis perkembangan media interaktif sebagai kebutuhan pembelajaran kelistrikan otomotif di era digital industri 4.0. Penelitian ini melibatkan 2 dosen mata kuliah kelistrikan otomotif dan 30 mahasiswa pada salah satu perguruan tinggi di Indonesia. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dan angket. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rendahnya motivasi belajar mahasiswa terhadap mata kuliah kelistrikan otomotif disebabkan oleh terbatasnya penggunaan media digital maupun media trainer  yang digunakan dalam proses pembelajaran. Implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa pengembangan media pembelajaran interaktif sangat dibutuhkan untuk mendukung pembelajaran kelistrikan otomotif dalam meningkatkan kompetensi peserta didik di era digital industri 4.0.  Kata Kunci: Kelistrikan Otomotif, Media Trainer, Era Industri 4.0, Analisis Kebutuhan

Abstract

Abstrak. Perkembangan teknologi dan informasi pada saat ini sangat pesat, hampir semua bidang atau instansi memerlukan teknologi informasi untuk keperluan manajement data, kontrol sistem, komunikasi, dan lain sebagainya.  Adanya teknologi informasi memberikan kemudahan dalam pengelolahan data, kecepatan dalam proses layanan, aksebilitas yang tidak terbatas, hal tersebut membuat banyak instansi yang mendambakan adanya sistem informasi dalam area kerjanya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah merancang sistem informasi inventaris data obat berbasis website dan untuk megetahui kelayakan penggunaan sistem informasi inventarisasi obat berbasis website. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode penelitian rancang bangun dengan metode Rapid Application Development (RAD), memiliki 4 tahapan yaitu menentukan kebutuhan proyek, membuat prototype, rapid construction dan feedback, Implementasi dan finalisasi produk. Perancangan menghasilkan sebuah produk yaitu system informasi inventarisasi data obat berbasis website yang memiliki tingkat keberhasilan uji coba pengunaan 100%, uji keamanan aplikasi dalam kategori aman, uji link dalam aplikasi dinyatakan normal, dan aplikasi dalam kondisi optimalisasi yang normal. Simpulan dari penelitian ini adalah perancangan menghasilkan sebuah produk yaitu system informasi inventarisasi data obat berbasis website yang telah layak dari segi penggunaan, keamanan, link normal, dan telah dinyatakan optimal untuk digunakan. Kata kunci: Inventarisasi Data Obat, Sistem Informasi Obat, Aplikasi Obat

Abstract

The research aimed to determine the distribution of Lead (Pb) heavy metals in water, sediment and fish along the Jeneberang River. The research was conducted for 9 months, namely April to November 2018. The observation station consisted of 5 points, namely the Upper Jeneberang River, Bili-Bili Dam, Gowa Regency Twin Bridge, Jeneberang River Estuary and Losari Beach. Water sampling is carried out directly at each station that has been determined which is then analyzed in the laboratory. Supporting parameters which are secondary data include, measurement of temperature, dissolved oxygen, and pH carried out directly at the research station. Fish sampling is carried out on each station 2 times for 5 locations / stations. Sediment samples were taken using paralon pipes at a depth of approximately 20 cm, which were inserted into the sediments at each sampling station. To find out the condition of Pb lead heavy metal, data analysis is presented in the form of images and graphics. The results showed that the condition of the waters along the Jeneberang River associated with lead pollution is already on the verge of dangerous boundaries, but water quality such as temperature, pH and dissolved oxygen are still classified according to the needs of aquatic organisms. At all observation stations found several types of plankton, both phytoplankton and zooplankton, but the presence of plankton was not evenly distributed for all stations where phytoplankton and zooplankton species were found at all stations but other types were not found at certain stations.

Abstract

The study aims to: 1) describe the level of syntactic competence of Bahasa Indonesia Department of Universitas Negeri Makassar students; (2) describe the exposition writing skills of Bahasa Indonesia Department of Universitas Negeri Makassar students; and (3) prove the significant effect of syntactic competence toward the skills of writing exposition of Bahasa Indonesia Department of Universitas Negeri Makassar students. This research is quantitative research in the form of ex post facto. The population of the data is the whole students of fourth semester in Bahasa Indonesia Department of Universitas Negeri Makassar. The samples were taken by simple random sampling and assigned Class B with 43 students. The data collection technique is a test. The collected data were analyzed by using analysis of descriptive statistics and statistical simple linear regression test. The results of the study show that : (1) the level of syntactic competence of Bahasa Indonesia Department of Universitas Negeri Makassar students is  relatively adequate while the average obtained in the test of competence syntax is 70, the highest score is 88, and the lowest is 40; (2) the exposition writing skills of Bahasa Indonesia Department of Universitas Negeri Makassar students are relatively adequate with the average, the highest, and the lowest score are consecutively 74.6, 90, and 50 ; and (3) The effect of syntactic competence toward the exposition writing skills of Bahasa Indonesia Department student of Universitas Negeri Makassar is exist. Thus, it be concluded that the syntactic competence affect the skills of writing exposition of Bahasa Indonesia Department of Universitas Negeri Makassar students. Based on the results, we suggested that the students are given the knowledge of more in-depth syntactic devices before giving the writing task and the students are provided the knowledge and training related to the aspects of the effective sentences, active-passive voice, assignment words and the use of spelling for Bahasa Indonesia (writing letters and using the prefix di- and preposition di)
