Perguruan tinggi seharusnya terpanggil untuk menjawab tantangan-tantangan di atas melalui pelaksanaan darma ketiga pengabdian pada masyarakat, dan panggilan tersebut sejauh ini sudah banyak dilakukan namun program-program yang betul-betul pokus pada sasaran masih perlu diperbaiki, terutama mengeksplor potensi ekonomi kreatif yan gsejak lama ada dan sedang tumbuh di masyarakat. Berdasar pada latarbelakang itulah seminar nasional dengan Tema “Peran Penelitian dalam Menunjang Percepatan Pembangunan Berkelanjutan di Indonesia” penting untuk dilakukan. Seminar ini diharapkan akan member motivasi dan inspirasi, terutama kepada pengabdi untuk melahirkan berbagai karya, produk dan konsep aplikatif, terutama terkait dengan produk berbasis akselerasi percepatan pembangunan nasional.

Abstract

Abstract. This study examines the culture of academic quality at the Faculty of Education, Makassar State University with the focus of the study being: (1) General description of academic quality culture; (2) The leadership strategy in developing an academic quality culture; (3) Supporting and inhibiting factors in its implementation. This study uses a qualitative approach to the type of expansiatory research. Sources of data in this study were faculty leaders, department leaders, lecturers, and students. Data collection techniques in the form of observation and in-depth interviews. Data analysis techniques are data reduction, data exposure and conclusion drawing or data verification. Checking the validity of the data is done by triangulating techniques and sources. The results showed that (1) The cultural picture of academic quality including lecturing activities carried out had not fully referred to the semester learning plans and operational standards. For reference and literacy culture has not been supported by the availability of adequate library facilities and internet networks. Scientific activities are carried out on a scheduled basis such as national and international seminars and workshops, character development and student creativity programs; (2) Strategies and policies that have been carried out by leaders at both the department level and faculty level refer to the vision and mission. The programs implemented include training in the development of instructional media for lecturers, workshops, publication of scientific papers, and the provision of learning facilities to support the lecture process. (3) Supporting factors are the competence of existing human resources that are adequate and understand their respective duties and duties, there is support from the academic community to faculty leaders so that all policies can be implemented and implemented properly. The inhibiting factor is the presence of several lecturers who get additional assignments outside so as to hamper lectures, facilities and infrastructure that are still limited such as inadequate lecture rooms and some learning facilities such as LCDs and laboratory equipment Keywords: Academic Culture, Quality

Abstract

Abstrak. Perkara kekerasan seksual sangat bertentangan dengan nilai-nilai Pancasila, hukum, religi dan adat istiadat, nilai etika, dan nilai-nilai kemanusiaan yang menjunjung tinggi perdadaban dan keadaban sekaliapun dalam era globalisasi yang menjunjung tinggi kebebasan masih menjadi pertanyaan besar. Apakah kekerasan seksual itu dapat ditinjau dari berbagai dimensi nilai dan disiplin ilmu. Kasus kekerasan seksual yang terjadi pada lingkungan perguruan tinggi kian mencuat satu persatu. Penelitian ini bersifat normatif dengan menggunakan Pendekatan peraturan perundang-undangan dan teori. Kesiapan Perguruan Tinggi dalam pelaksanaan Permendikbud Nomor 30 Tahun 2021 tentang Pencegahan dan Penanganan kekerasan Seksual di Lingkungan Perguruan Tinggi khususnya di Universitas Negeri Makassar saat penelitian dilakukan belum begitu optimal karena masih dalam tahapan proses pembentukan dan perekrutan, mengingat Permendikbud masih sangat baru. Universitas Negeri Makassar telah menangani beberapa kasus kekerasan seksual di lingkungan kampus. Saat penelitian dilakukan satuan tugas (satgas) kekerasan seksual di Universitas Negeri Makassar merupakan satgas yang bersifat ad-hoc. Kata Kunci: Kekerasan Seksuak, Kekerasan Kampus, Pola Patriarki

Abstract

Through the ability of children's creativity which includes fluency, flexibility, authenticity and elaboration. This is because the child really expresses his idea when the activity takes place. Teacher teaching activities show that the teacher teaches finger painting. The purpose of this study was to determine children's creativity through finger painting in kindergarten. The approach chosen in this study is qualitative. The technique of collecting data through observation, interview, and documentation techniques. The results of the study explained that children's creativity through finger painting was first; the factor of Talent in the child, which is a potential that is possessed for the child who comes from within the child, is a provision for him to create the latest works when the activity is truly in harmony with the potential possessed. Second; The role of the environment which includes the family environment and school environment. The family environment is how the role of parents gives stimulation or motivation to their children and understands the extent of their child's potential. While the role of the school environment, namely the interaction of teachers and parents of children to know more about the development of children and the role of schools in preparing adequate facilities and infrastructure in upholding the growth and development of children's potential.

Abstract

Abstrak. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat pengaruh dana desa terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi di Sulawesi Selatan. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data kuantitatif. Berdasarkan dimensi waktu dan sumbernya masing-masing yaitu data panel dan data sekunder, berupa data dana desa dan pertumbuhan ekonomi dari 21 kabupaten di Sulawesi Selatan pada tahun 2015-2019. Teknik dokumentasi digunakan untuk memperoleh data tersebut yang tersedia di instansi terkait seperti Badan Pusat Statistik dan pemerintahan kabupaten di Sulawesi Selatan. Untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh dana desa terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi menggunakan pendekatan ordinary least square (OLS) melalui regresi liner sederhana (simple linier regression). Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa dana desa berpengaruh negatif terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi di Sulawesi Selatan. Namun, hasil ini tidak sesuai dengan teori dan beberapa penelitian sebelumnya, begitu juga dengan fakta empiris di lapangan.Kata Kunci : Dana Desa, Pertumbuhan Ekonomi

Abstract

Abstrak. Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi tanggapan pembaca teradap cerpen yang berkaitan dengan covid-19. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah responsive pembaca terhadap cerpen terhadap covid-19 di Koran mingguan Indonesia. Pencapaian tujuan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kualitatif. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada Program Pascasarjana Universias Negeri Makassar di Makassar mulai bulan April 2021 sampai dengan Oktober 2021. Subjek penelitian adalah mahasiswa program pascasarjana UNM yang dijadikan sebagai sumber data atau sumber informasi, informan oleh peneliti. Objek penelitian adalah tanggapan mahasiswa sebagai pembaca cerpen dan fenomena sosial yang ada dalam cerpen covid- 19. Analisis data kualitatif tanggapan pembaca terhadap cerpen diklasifikasi, ditabulasi dengan menggunakan aplikasi NVivo 12 Plus. Hasil respons pembaca tentang amanat dalam cerpen terdiri atas: pencegahan virus corona, manusia tidak boleh angkuh dan sombong, pelaksanaan protokol kesehatan, dan manusia sebagai sumber wabah, dan kerusakan. Pembaca umumnya menerima dan merespons positip cerpen. Mereka menerima cerpen aau merespon positif cerpen tesebut dengan memberikan argument bahwa cerpen itu oleh pengarang menarasikan berbagai hal yang berkaitan dengan pandemic covid-19, yaitu penanggulangan covid-19.Kata Kunci: Resepsi, Cerpen Covid-19, Mahasiswa

Abstract

Literature, especially short stories as one of the material in Indonesian language subjects is very strategic as a media for implementing environmental awareness character education. The purpose of this study was to explore Kompas short stories with environmental themes to be used as teaching material in high school. The method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive method. The data source used in this study is the Kompas short stories of the 2018 weekly edition of 42 short stories. While the data collected is the result of a review in the compass short stories. Data collection techniques use non-interactive techniques by conducting intensive readings on short stories and actively recording with the content analysis method. This study uses an ecocritical approach. Data validity to test the validity of this study using data triangulation and triangulation methods. Data analysis techniques used an interactive analysis model. Data analysis was carried out by following the models of Miles and Huberman (1992), namely: (1) identifying short stories as research objects, (2) reducing data, (3) presenting data, (4) interpreting data obtained according to theory, and (5) compiling conclusions. This type of research is descriptive qualitative with the content analysis method. Data is collected by inventorying environmental phenomena. The results showed that only 6 short stories were environmental themes, around 14.2%. The Kompas short story entitled Flood of Submissions, Pilgrimage of Love, Father's Durian, Slerok, Second Death, and Men Who Suffer if Praised can be used as teaching material in high school.

Abstract

Abstract. This research aims to know (1) Form of solidarity Pa’'Taksi in the village Tetewatu Lilirilau District of Soppeng District (2) factors that encourage and (3) factors that impede the solidarity Pa 'Taksi in the village Tetewatu District Lilirilau District Soppeng.The type of research used is a qualitative descriptive that illustrates how the solidarity relationship of fellow Pa'Taksi in the village Tetewatu District Lilirilau subdistrict Soppeng. The technique of determining the informant using the purposive sampling technique by selecting an informant of 8 people as Pa'Taksi to facilitate researchers in obtaining information.The results of the study showed that the solidarity form of fellow Pa'taksi in the village of Tetewatu district of the district of Soppeng is a mechanical solidarity, it is seen from the collective work of mutual mutually and embedded flavors Empathy among them. The close relationship between them is also based on the norm and customs prevailing in the local village. The factors that promote solidarity are the common moral responsibilities, and the intensity of meetings between them. Abstract

Abstrak. Penelitian eksperimen ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Latihan Tendangan Bola Bergerak Terhadap Hasil Tendangan Kearah Gawang Pada siswa MAN 1 Sinjai. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa  kelas atas MAN 1 Sinjai  dan yang dimaksud adalah seluruh siswa sebanyak. Sampel penelitian yang digunakan sebanyak 20 siswa MAN 1 Sinjai. Teknik analisis data adalah  dianalisis dengan menggunakan rumus statistik dengan teknik analisis data dengan menggunakan t-test. Hasil penelitian dengan nilai t hitung 6,387 dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000. Ternyata nilai signifikan yang diperoleh 0,000 lebih kecil dari 0,05. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa Ha diterima dan Ho ditolak. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa hipotesis diterima, artinya ada pengaruh Latihan Tendangan Bola Bergerak dapat meningkatkan Hasil Tendangan Kearah Gawang Pada Siswa MAN 1 Sinjai.Kata Kunci: Latihan Tendangan Bola Bergerak, Hasil Tendangan Kearah Gawang

Abstract

Abstract. The problem in this research is the application of integrated quality manajemen in order to improve student achievement at SMK TRI’S Maros. The method used in this research is naturalistic qualitative, Collecting data through observation, interviews and documentation. Subjects in this study : prinscipals, teachers, employees and students. The validity of the data used is triangulation, interactive analysis through data collection activities. Data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The results of this study indicate that:1. The quality of services provided to student at SMK TRI’S Maros has met good service standards, in this case the facilities and infrastructure are adequate,.2. In the learning process has show the quality of good human resources and has S1 and S2 qualifications in accordance whit their expertise. 3. SMK TRI’S Maros seen from the quality of the environment is good, it is proven that the geographical location of the school is strategic because the school is on the axis between Makassar and Maros so that it is easy for students to reach. Especially for those who do not have a vehicle.4. Interms of quality, the learning process is considered good because it is supported by high teacher responsibility. This is evidenced by the realization of a conducive learning plan with the readiness of lesson plans for each subject and the teachers’s learning process using mathematics geography learning for each learning material as well as proper evaluation of learning for each.Keywords: Integrated Quality Management, Implementation leaorning, Student Achievement

Abstract

Abstrak. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of using the Quantum Teaching method on learning outcomes in science practicum activities for class V UPTD SDN 3 Parepare. The use of the Quantum Teaching method is carried out through 5 stages which include (1) Grow, (2) Experience, (3) Name, (4) Demonstrate, (5) Repeat. The research procedure was carried out in three stages, namely; (1) Giving Pretest, (2) Giving Treatment, (3) Giving Posttest. Obtained from this research through the results of pretest and posttest data analysis, that the use of the Quantum Teaching method affects learning outcomes in science practicum activities for class V UPTD SDN 3 Parepare. This is because in the Quantum Teaching method, students are actively involved in the teaching and learning process both at the beginning of learning to the end of learning so as to create an effective and efficient learning environment. Kata Kunci: Learning Outcomes, Science Learning, Quantum Teaching
