Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Celebrity Endorsement on purchasing decisions for fashion products at Akzr.id boutique in Makassar City. The data used in this study were primary data as many as 100 samples. This type of research is included in quantitative research. The population in this study were consumers of the Akzr.id boutique in Makassar city. The methods used to analyze the relationship between the independent variable and the dependent variable are descriptive analysis, assumption test, validity test, reliability test, t test, Heteroscedasticity Test, and simple linear regression analysis. The results showed that Celebrity endorsement has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions on fashion products at Akzr.id boutique in Makassar City.

Abstract

This research seeks to gain a comprehensive interpretation of the collaborative strategies enforced by Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). By using a qualitative analysis approach with a descriptive framework, this research utilizes SWOT analysis as an important tool for identifying variables in formulating organizational strategy. The findings of this analysis underscore the importance for MSMEs operating in the creative industries to carefully assess their internal strengths and weaknesses, as well as external opportunities and threats, to effectively navigate increasingly fierce market competition. In particular, the intrinsic strengths of MSMEs, characterized by creativity and adaptability, play an important role in product differentiation and attracting consumer interest. Nevertheless, the challenges posed by financial constraints and limited global market access require strategic mitigation. Opportunities arising from market expansion initiatives and the strategic use of information technology provide opportunities to increase the prospects for the success of MSMEs. However, increasing awareness of competitive pressures and potential risks while maintaining product quality remains paramount. Through SWOT analysis, MSMEs can design tailored strategies to increase their competitive advantage and ensure business sustainability. Creative initiatives such as leveraging social media platforms, forging partnerships with local suppliers and artists, driving product innovation, providing exceptional customer service, and diversifying sales channels are emerging as critical enablers to increase sales volumes and achieve success amidst a highly competitive market landscape.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the structure of industrial market clusters in the context of the public sector. The industrial market cluster structure refers to the pattern of relationships between companies in a sector that are interrelated in the aspects of production, distribution and marketing. This research uses a primary and secondary data analysis approach to identify patterns and relationships between entities in the public sector. Through the use of cluster analysis methods, this research describes the relationship between companies in the public sector based on characteristics such as industry specialization, geographic location, and marketing networks. The results of this analysis can provide valuable insights for policy makers and stakeholders in understanding the dynamics of industrial markets in the public sector as well as the potential for collaboration and competition between industry players.

Abstract

Every company aims to achieve a large gross profit because it has a direct impact on net profit and overall business continuity. A small gross profit can result in a small net profit, which can jeopardize the company's ability to maintain its operations. In addition, gross profit figures are critical for evaluating a company's performance and forecasting future cash flows. . A significant gross profit is expected by every company, especially since gross profit has a direct impact on the company's net profit. Therefore, companies strive for a large gross profit to ensure financial stability and growth. If the gross profit is low, then the net profit will also be affected, and this may threaten the viability of the company. In addition to being a financial indicator, the figures in gross profit can also be used to evaluate company performance and project future cash flow. This study aims to analyze the effect of production costs on the gross profit of a company in various industries. The method applied in this research is a qualitative descriptive method used by conducting a literature review of articles indexed by Sinta in 2018-2024. The results of the analysis show that production costs have a significant effect on gross profit with low production costs causing a decrease in production costs, goods sold and an increase in gross profit for the company.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze the positive influence of search convenience and access convenience on customer satisfaction, and the positive influence of customer satisfaction on customer loyalty. The unit of analysis used in this research is individuals who have made purchases through e-commerce applications such as Tokopedia, Shoppe, Lazada, Blibli, Bukalapak. At least 4 purchases have been made through the e-commerce application in the last 3 months. This research uses a cross-sectional time dimension, which means data is collected only once, perhaps over several days, weeks or months with the aim of answering research questions. The analytical tool used is the structural equation model (SEM).

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to describe the impact of using QRIS digital payment tools on the turnover of culinary traders. The research method used is descriptive qualitative by conducting direct interviews as a data collection instrument. Involving 20 culinary merchants in the Gegerkalong area, Bandung, West Java, this study aims to comprehensively understand the impact of using QRIS in the daily operational activities of merchants, as well as to explain the potential changes in sales turnover that may occur after QRIS adoption. The results show that the use of QRIS provides benefits in simplifying transactions, improving business efficiency, and facilitating cashless payments. Although there are some barriers such as technical issues, administrative costs, and lack of public understanding, the use of QRIS has the potential to increase the income of culinary merchants, especially in facilitating transactions with customers who prefer non-cash methods. In conclusion, the adoption of QRIS in culinary businesses can provide significant benefits in expanding the reach of digital payments and improving operational efficiency.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of the Potential, Preferences and Perceptions of the Bintais Julu Village Community on Attitudes towards Sharia Insurance. This type of research uses quantitative research methods. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires to the Bintais Julu Village Community. The sampling technique in this research was to use the Cluster Sampling technique and the number of samples used was 72 respondents. Data analysis uses validity, reliability, classical assumptions, multiple linear regression, t, f, and coefficient of determination tests using the SPSS version 23 program. The partial research results show that the potential variable has no significant effect on the attitudes of the people of Bintais Julu Village, with a t value of -1.711 < t table 1.995 and a significance value of 0.092 > 0.05. Meanwhile, for the preference variable, it is known that tcount is 2.926 > ttable 1.995 and the significance value is 0.005 <0.05. As well as the perception variable, it is known that tcount is 0.836 > ttable 1.995 and the significant value is 0.406 <0.05, which means that the preference variable has a partially significant positive effect on the attitudes of the people of Bintais Julu Village. Meanwhile, the research results simultaneously show potential and perception variables, and do not have a significant effect on the attitude of the people of Bintais Julu Village towards Sharia Insurance, with a fcount value of 4.506 > ftable 2.74 and a significance value of 0.006 < 0.05.

Abstract

Poverty is a major problem for countries throughout the world, developing countries themselves have a lot of poverty among their people. Poverty is a condition where a person cannot fulfill their basic needs such as clothing, food, shelter, health and education. One of the benchmarks for assessing the success of socio-economic development is poverty itself (Priseptian & Primandhana, 2022). The portrait of poverty in Indonesia's big cities is marked by the mushrooming of semi-permanent houses on riverbanks and along railway tracks. The portrait of poverty in post-reform Indonesia is at least reflected in the 2014 Human Development Index (HDI) data released by the United Nations Development Program (UNDP). The causes of poverty in Indonesia after the reform era are caused by internal and external factors. From the causes of poverty, a) unemployment, b) crime, c) dropping out of school, d) poor health, e) the next generation will emerge.

Abstract

Current technological advances provide space for many people. Slowly, the development of a person's knowledge increases with the knowledge of advances in technology and information. And this concerns the many e-commerce and online media that are emerging, which people from teenagers to adults can enjoy. This is the main factor for marketers to aggressively carry out marketing with market trends that have been developing in recent times. Finally, there is competition between one industry and another in capturing the market. One industry that is currently attracting attention is the beauty industry, namely skincare.

In optimizing economic development and regional growth in Indonesia, it is necessary to have an industrial spatial pattern in Small and Medium Industries and Home Industries. With the spatial pattern of industry, it can be known that the area with the highest industrial centralization and the lowest industrial concentralization area in Indonesia.
