Abstract

Pembelajaran yang lebih ditekankan pada prosedur dan hasil dalam penyelesaian masalah tidak akan mengaktifkan strukur kognitif (berpikir) siswa dan tidak meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir matematis. Siswa hanya akan meniru prosedur yang dilakukan guru. Penelitian ini merupakan studi kasus pembelajaran matematika di kelas IV sekolah dasar pada materi pembagian bilangan bulat. Tujuan penelitian adalah mendeskripsikan struktur kognitif siswa dalam menyelesaikan masalah. Penelitian menggunakan metode kombinasi (kualitatif-kuantitatif) dengan desain concurrent embedded. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan secara trianggulasi yaitu observasi partisipan, wawancara yang mendalam, serta studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa struktur kognitif Siswa A memiliki struktur kognitif komparatif dan siswa B memiliki struktur kognitif penalaran logis. Siswa menggunakan struktur kognitif untuk memproses informasi dan menciptakan makna dengan cara (1) membuat koneksi, (2) menemukan pola, (3) mengidentifikasi aturan, dan (4) mengabstraksikan prinsip-prinsip. Kata kunci: struktur kognitif, berpikir matematis, bilangan bulat. ABSTRACT Learning that is more emphasized on procedures and results in solving problems will not activate the cognitive structure (thinking) of students and does not improve the ability to mathematical thinking. Students will only imitate the procedures performed by the teacher. This research is a case study of mathematics learning in the fourth grade of elementary school in integer division material. The research objective is to describe the cognitive structure of students in solving problems. The study uses a combination method (qualitative - quantitative) with concurrent embedded design. The data collection technique is done in triangulation, namely participant observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation studies. The results showed that the cognitive structure of class IV students reached the level of comparative cognitive structure (group A) and cognitive structure of logical reasoning (group B). Students use cognitive structures to process information and create meaning by (1) making connections, (2) finding patterns, (3) identifying rules, and (4) abstracting principles Keywords: cognitive structure, mathematical thinking, integers.

Abstract

This study focused on students’ inability to correctly use psychometric tests applied for complex numbers in the context of generating an Algebraic abelian group (closure, commutative, associatively, inverse, and identity). This was done using a psychometric test (Kuder and Richardson formula) and APOS Theory after they had been taught the relevant content. The 41 participants were second-year students in the Department of Statistics at the Federal Polytechnic Ile-Oluji. They were given a class test comprising eleven (11) objective questions, and 4 questions relating to group theory were extracted for this analysis. After that, six (6) students were interviewed to gain insight into their perspectives. It was observed that most of the students had difficulty understanding the concept of algebraic groups about complex numbers, founded on not seeing the relevance in the prerequisite knowledge of an algebraic group. Also, if the reliability test of the question is unacceptable, then a good percentage of the participant lacked the mental construction relating to APOS to answer such a question. Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan upaya integrasi nilai islam di MTsN 3 Aceh Tengah, mendeskripsikan perencanaan dan pelaksanaan program pembelajaran matematika MTs yang terintegrasi nilai Islam dengan pendekatan saintifik, dan mengetahui tingkat integrasi nilai Islam dengan pendekatan saintifik pada pelaksanaan pembelajaran matematika. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan analitif, jenis penelitian adalah penelitian kualitatif. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Tekhnik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data mengikuti konsep Miles dan Huberman. Pengujian kredibilitas dilakukan dengan triangulasi. Integrasi nilai-nilai Islam dalam pembelajarandiupayakan melalui program-program seperti menghafal ayat Al Qur’an, program one day one ayat. Perencanaan pembelajaran meliputi program tahunan, program semester, minggu efektif, kriteria ketuntasan minimal, silabus, dan RPP. Nilai islam yang dikembangkan adalah nilai hablun minAllah dan hablun minannafsi. MTsN 3 Aceh Tengah dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran telah melakukan tahapan pendekatan saintifik seperti mengamati, menanya, mencoba, menalar, dan mengkomunikasikan. MTs Negeri 3 Aceh Tengah melakukan integrasi nilai islam dengan pendekatan saintifik pada tingkat strategi dan tingkat materi di tiap pertemuan masing-masing sebesar 100%. Kata kunci: integrasi, nilai Islam, pendekatan saintifik. ABSTRACT The purpose of this study was to describe efforts to integrate Islamic values ??in MTsN 3 Aceh Tengah, describe the planning and implementation of MTs mathematics learning programs that integrated Islamic values ??with a scientific approach, and find out the level of integration of Islamic values with a scientific approach to the implementation of mathematics learning. This isa qualitative researchwith an analytic approach. The sample is obtained by a purposive sampling technique. Data collection techniques use observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques follow the concept of Miles and Huberman. Credibility testing is done by triangulation. The integration of Islamic values ??in the learning is pursued through memorizing Al Qur'an verses and one day one verse programs. The learning planning includes annual programs, semester programs, effective weeks, minimum completeness criteria, syllabus, and lesson plans. The Islamic values ??developed are the values ??of hablun min Allah and hablun minannafsi. The implementation of learning has carried out the stages of a scientific approach such as observing, asking, trying, reasoning, and communicating. Abstract

This research use development research wich aim to product mathematic learning that include implementation plans and woksheets based on pedagogical content knowledge in order to improve mathematical problem solving ability. The development model that used in this research uses four stages starting with define, then continue with design stage, next the develop stage, and the last stage is disseminate stage, or better known as 4D model. The mathematical problems that used in this research include linear programming problems that are solved with the integer programming method. The results of validation for the result of learning tools show that the pedagogical content knowledge with 4D method are suitable to used with very good categories. Meanwhile, the trial results show that the pedagogical content knowledge learning tools produced are practical and effective. This is able to support an achievement of research object that is able to improve the ability of students to solve math problems for linear programe case by using integer programming method. Abstract

Peserta didik belum menyadari pentingnya koneksi matematika sehingga masih menganggap bahwa setiap konsep dalam matematika itu berdiri sendiri dan tidak berkaitan dengan konsep matematika yang lain. Terdapat lebih dari 50% peserta didik yang merasa kesulitan saat menyelesaikan masalah kontekstual dan lebih dari 40% peserta didik cenderung malas untuk berdiskusi kelompok. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kemampuan koneksi matematika dan tanggung jawab peserta didik pada materi fungsi komposisi dan fungsi invers kelas XI. Subyek dalam penelitian ini adalah peserta didik kelas XI.IPA.7 SMA Negeri 11 Semarang. PTK ini dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus. Masing-masing siklus terdiri dari dua pertemuan. Hasil penelitian diperoleh persentase tanggung jawab peserta didik naik dari 64,71% menjadi 79,41%, nilai rata-rata pada tes kemampuan koneksi matematika peserta didik mengalami kenaikan menjadi 85,68, dan persentase ketuntasan kemampuan koneksi matematika peserta didik mengalami kenaikan menjadi 76,47%. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan Model Problem Based Learning dapat meningkatkan tanggung jawab dan kemampuan koneksi matematika peserta didik. Model pembelajaran ini dapat lebih optimal jika diikuti dengan pengelolaan kelas yang baik oleh guru. Kata kunci: koneksi matematika, tanggung jawab, model pembelajaran problem based learning ABSTRACT Students have not realized the importance of mathematical connection. They think each mathematics concept is independent and not related to each other. There are more than 50% of students who find it difficult to solve contextual problems and more than 40% of students tend to be lazy to discuss in a group. This study aims to improve the ability of mathematical connections and responsibilities of students on composition and invers of function. Subjects in this study were students of XI.IPA.7 SMA Negeri 11 Semarang. This action research is implemented in two cycles. Each cycle consists of two meetings. The results show that the percentage of students responsibility rose from 64,71% to 79,41%, the average score on the test of the mathematical connection ability increased to 85.68, and the percentage of mastery of mathematical connections increased to 76,47%. Thus, Problem Based Learning can enhanche the responsibility and ability of mathematical connections of students. This learning model can be more optimal with good classroom management. Abstract

This research is a descriptive study that aims to explain students' mathematical representation abilities in solving AKM numeracy questions after problem based learning is implemented, to explain the implementation of the problem based learning learning process and to explain students' responses to the problem based learning process. This research was conducted at SMP Negeri 45 Palembang. The subjects of this study were class VIII students in the odd semester of the 2021/2022 academic year. Data collection techniques used are tests, interviews, observations and questionnaires. Then the data were analyzed to get conclusions about the students' mathematical representation ability in solving the AKM numeracy questions after problem based learning was implemented, the implementation of the learning process and students' responses to the learning process with problem based learning. From the results obtained, it can be said that the mathematical representation ability of class VIII.2 students in solving AKM numeracy questions through problem based learning is good with all indicators of mathematical representation abilities appearing such as indicators of verbal representation, symbolic representation and visual representation. Abstract

Norma sosiomatematik merupakan sebuah norma sosial yang bernuansa matematika. Dengan norma sosiomatematika, kecerdasan yang dimiliki siswa dapat dikembangkan karena norma ini sangat terkait dengan negosiasi dan interaksi antar siswa dan interaksi siswa dengan guru. Namun norma sosiomatematik dapat dinyatakan baik dalam proses pembelajaran di dalam kelas jika minat belajar terhadap matematika yang dimiliki siswa juga baik, karena minat merupakan dorongan dari dalam diri seseorang tanpa ada yang memaksa. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimanakah analisis norma sosiomatematik ditinjau dari minat belajar matematika. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian jenis kualitatif dengan metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Data dalam penelitian ini berupa data norma sosiomatematik dan minat belajar matematika yang didapatkan dari hasil lembar obsevasi norma sosiomatematik, angket minat belajar matematika dan wawancara terhadap siswa kelas VIII-F. Penelitian ini menggunakan triangulasi teknik, yaitu mencocokkan data norma sosiomatematik dan minat belajar matematika melalui beberapa teknik yang berbeda, yaitu lembar observasi, angket dan wawancara. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, 30 subjek penelitian memiliki rata-rata norma sosiomatematik diatas persentase 50% atau dapat dikatakan subjek penelitian tersebut memiliki norma sosiomatematik dalam kategori baik dan untuk minat belajar matematika juga menunjukan kategori baik dengan hasil rata-rata 62 %. Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa norma sosiomatematik dapat dikatakan baik jika minat belajar terhadap pelajaran matematika juga baik. Kata kunci: norma sosiomatematik, minat belajar matematika. ABSTRACT Sociomatematic norms are a social norm that has mathematical nuances. With sociomatematic norms, intelligence possessed by students can be developed because this norm is closely related to negotiation and interaction between students and the interaction of students and teachers. But sociomatematic norms can be expressed both in the learning process in the classroom if the interest in learning about mathematics that is owned by students is also good, because interest is an encouragement from someone without being forced. The purpose of this study was to find out how the analysis of sociomatematic norms in terms of interest in learning mathematics. This research is a qualitative type of research with the method used is descriptive qualitative. The data in this study are sociomatematic normative data and mathematics learning interest obtained from the results of sociomatematic norms observation sheet, mathematics learning interest questionnaire and interviews with students of class VIII-F. This study uses triangulation techniques, which match the sociomatematic norm data and interest in learning mathematics through several different techniques, namely observation sheets, questionnaires and interviews. Based on the results of the study, 30 research subjects had the above average sociomatematic norms the percentage of 50% or it can be said that the research subject had sociomatematic norms in the good category and for mathematics learning interest also showed a good category with an average yield of 62%. Then it can be concluded that sociomatematic norms can be said to be good if the interest in learning about mathematics is also good. Keywords: sociomatematic norms, interest in learning mathematics.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: 1) perbedaan hasil belajar siswa yang diajar menggunakan video Digital Storytelling dengan siswa yang diajar tanpa menggunakan video Digital Storytelling, 2) efektivitas penggunaan video Digital Storytelling terhadap hasil belajar siswa. Penelitian ini dilakukan di SMA Muhammadiyah 4 pada siswa kelas X. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksperimen dengan teknik probability sampling. Desain pada penelitian ini menggunakan model pretest - posttest control group design. Pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan soal pretest dan posttest menggunakan skor pretest dan skor posttest. Teknik analisa data yang digunakan menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan analisis inferensial. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan ada perbedaan rata-rata hasil belajar siswa yang diajar menggunakan video Digital Storytelling dengan siswa yang diajar tanpa menggunakan video Digital Storytelling. Perbedaan rata-rata hasil belajar antara post-test eksperimen dengan post-test kontrol dari hasil uji Independent Sample Test tersebut adalah 8.67778 sehingga media Digital Storytelling efektif digunakan dalam pembelajaran trigonometri. Penggunaan video Digital Storytellling terbukti efektif digunakan pada pembelajaran trigonometri karena berdasarkan hasil uji independent sample test menunjukkan dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa. Kata kunci: media pembelajaran, video digital storytelling, hasil belajar. ABSTRACT This study aims to determine: 1) differences in student learning outcomes taught using Digital Storytelling videos and students taught without using Digital Storytelling videos, 2) the effectiveness of using Digital Storytelling videos on student learning outcomes. This research was conducted at Muhammadiyah 4 High School in class X students. This study was an experimental study with sampling using probability sampling techniques. The design in this study used a pretest - posttest control group design model. Data collection using pretest scores and posttest scores. The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis and inferential analysis. The results showed there were differences in the average learning outcomes of students who were taught using Digital Storytelling videos with students who were taught without using Digital Storytelling videos. The difference in average learning outcomes is 8.67778 so that the Digital Storytelling media is effectively used in trigonometric learning. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to compare whether there were differences in the learning outcomes of students in the Mathematics Education Study Program of the University of PGRI Adi Buana University Surabaya in the even semester of the 2019/2020 academic year in Calculus I when applying the online learning model using the WhatsApp group and using Google Class and to know which online learning model is better between the two. The research methods used in analyzing this research are using a quantitative research approach. The type of research used is a quasi-experimental research design, namely a posttest only comparison group design. The sampling technique was applied. is a simple random sampling technique where the population is 90 students and the sample used is 45 students from classes 2019 A and 2019 C. The data used in this study are sourced from primary data, namely the scores of the 2019A class and class students' Middle Semester Examination. 2019C and secondary data derived from observations and archives. The data analysis technique used was descriptive data analysis and inferential statistical analysis through a t-test using the MS Excel program. Based on the results of the research and discussion, it can be concluded that the online learning model using WhatsApp Groups is slightly better than using Google Classroom by paying attention to the system that is applied during learning. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkap bagaimana proses pembelajaran yang terjadi pada anak autis berkategori sedang dan rendah di sekolah inklusi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah survey eksploratif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah pedoman wawancara dan pengamatan langsung. Pengolahan data berupa analisis dari hasil wawancara dan pengamatan. Lokasi penelitian berada di SD Lentera Insan Kecamatan Cimanggis Kota Depok. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa anak autis yang berkategori sedang dan rendah dapat mengikuti proses pembelajaran dikelas bergabung dengan anak reguler. Pembelajaran matematika yang diberikan juga memiliki tingkat kesulitan materi yang lebih sederhana atau yang biasa disebut sebagai kurikulum adaptasi. Anak autis juga diberikan kurikulum tambahan berupa pengembangan kurikulum individual dengan anak berkebutuh khusus dilatih untuk dapat lebih mandiri. Selain itu kurikulum juga diberlakukan untuk anak bersosialisasi. Kata kunci: pendidikan inklusi, autis, pembelajaran matematika. ABSTRACT This study aims to reveal the process of learning that occurs in autistic children with special needs in medium and low achiever in inclusive school. The research method used was survey exploratory with a qualitative approach. The research location is in SD Lantera Insan District of Cimanggis Depok. The results show that the middle and low achiever of autistic children can follow the learning process along with the regular children.
