Abstract

This study aims to evaluate how these changes in taxation policy affect the economic dynamics of the region. Through a quantitative approach and using secondary data from Statistics Indonesia, this research includes a Difference in Difference analysis to compare the changes in economic growth before and after the changes in tax regulations in Central Kalimantan. This evaluation is important because fiscal policy, especially in terms of taxation, has great potential to affect people's welfare, the region's competitiveness in attracting investment, as well as the growth of key sectors. The results will provide a deeper understanding of the implications of fiscal policy on the regional economy, provide valuable input for future policy decision makers, and serve as a guideline for other regions that may face similar policy changes.

Abstract

This research aims to determine labor absorption in the Kraksaan area. This research uses a qualitative approach with a non-probability sampling method. This research concludes that retail businesses have no effect on labor absorption in the Kraksaan area because only a small number of workers are needed in retail businesses. The reason these retail stores do not absorb workers in the Kraksaan area is because retail stores see the seriousness of the way they work and also other reasons. Retail business owners currently lack confidence in the shops they set up, which causes these real businesses to develop less.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the quality of human resuorces. work professionalism and work commitment at the siberut padang national park office. This research uses a quantitative method with a population ot 40 respondents and a ssmple of 40 respondrnts. Uses multiple linear regression to application. The results  of the research show that the quality of human resources has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the siberut padang national park hall office, work professionalism has a positive and significant effect on empoloyee performance at the siberut padang national park haal office, work commitment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the siberut padang national park hajj office

Abstract

This scientific work aims to provide understanding and knowledge to readers and researchers about how important it is to carry out system analysis and warfare in a field, especially in the Functional field in order to improve or improve the quality of a company or the field itself. System design is the depiction, planning, sketching of several separate elements in one complete and functioning unit. This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive analysis method. The results of the research are that from several weaknesses obtained in the process of observing the system running in the UPT Finance Section - Food Crop Protection and Horticulture, a system development plan is needed. One way is by optimizing computer use, such as designing a desktop-based system to input data in real time and then improving data validation mechanisms and storage processes. A development plan that can be carried out using a computer will simplify the process of sending reports from the field easily and quickly.

Abstract

In a company or organization, even in an agency, the leader definitely leads, when he leads, he definitely has subordinates who can help or do more than that, because the leader cannot possibly work alone, but in practice the leader works according to the SOPs and provisions that have been set. There are both acceptable and unacceptable provisions. However, with this policy, where will the company be taken, to a thriving company or even to an era of destruction. Therefore, leaders must carry out supervision in order to create good and correct employee performance. So the aim of this research is to determine the role of functional supervision in improving employee performance. This research uses a qualitative library research method, by looking for materials that discuss the role of functional supervision. The result is that administrative supervision is important so that errors that occur can be corrected immediately. There are 3 (three) steps to achieve this, namely: 1) creation of standards, 2) comparison of standard functions and 3) corrective action. Most importantly, managers can play a role in implementing the supervisor's work in improving employee performance, namely: 1) Interpersonal relationships, including: as a figure, as a leader. ) and as a broker (Gaison Manager). 2) Information person (information role), including: Monitor, information determiner (conveying information from outside to inside) and speaker (informant). 3) Relation to decision making (decision-making role), including: as an entrepreneur, problem solver, resource allocator, and negotiator

Abstract

The city of Pempek as the capital city of South Sumatra Province is well-known as the word "empek-empek" which has the potential to develop food tourism, considering that some of the typical folk foods of this area are of interest to local residents and migrants, including tourists. For consumers, prices are all forms of monetary costs sacrificed by consumers to obtain, own, utilize a number of combinations of goods and services from a product. Abstract

This research is motivated by the many problems that occur on Angso Duo Island, Kota Pariaman, including the quality of services and facilities provided to tourists who visit Angso Duo island, Kota Pariaman, so that many tourists are not satisfied with the services and facilities that tourists get. , this type of research is descriptive using quantitative methods that aim to explain and describe the effect of service quality and facilities on visitor satisfaction on Angso duo Island, Pariaman City. The sample used by researchers in this study was 100 tourists, and the data collection techniques used by researchers were observation and distributing questionnaires to tourists visiting Angso Duo Island, Kota Pariaman. The data analysis technique used is Instrument test, Classical Assumption test, hypothesis testing, multiple regression analysis and the coefficient of determination. The results show that the variable Quality of Service (X!), and Facilities (X2) simultaneously have a significant effect on visitor satisfaction on Angso Duo Island, Kota Pariaman, this is proven with a significant value of 0.00 ≤0.05 based on the partial test showing that : 1 Service Quality Variable has a simultaneous effect on visitor satisfaction on Angso Duo Island, Pariaman City, 2. Facilities Variable has a significant effect on visitor satisfaction on Angso Duo Island, Pariaman City, on the Coefficient of Determination test which shows that the R2 value is 0.363 or 36.3% which shows that the variable Quality of Service and Facilities can explain visitor satisfaction on Angso Duo Island, Kota Pariaman by 36.3% and the remaining 63.7% is explained by other factors.

Abstract

The rise in energy prices and reference interest rates, including in Indonesia, has caused inflation to spike. PT Pegadaian offers a solution for individuals facing financial difficulties during inflation by providing loans with valuable items as collateral. To adapt to the inflationary situation, PT Pegadaian employs cross-selling strategies, primarily through face-to-face interactions and social media. This study, conducted at PT Pegadaian CP Basen Yogyakarta, aims to understand the implementation of cross-selling by frontliners and identify challenges. This research falls under a field study with a qualitative descriptive method, utilizing both primary and secondary data sources. Data collection techniques include literature research and field research. The results of the analysis reveal that the implementation of the cross-selling strategy remains unchanged, similar to the period before the inflation increase. This involves offering Pegadaian products through face-to-face interactions and social media. Challenges faced by Frontliner Pegadaian CP Basen Yogyakarta in implementing the cross-selling strategy include limited marketing time, customers already using similar products from other institutions, and a lack of customer knowledge regarding the variety of products offered by Pegadaian

Abstract

The Hasanah Card product is one of the products owned by Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI). Hasanah Card products use mudharabah and musyarakah contracts, namely obtaining profit sharing. However, as the sharia banking sector in Indonesia continues to develop, marketing strategies are needed to face competition, especially in financing products. Marketing is carried out in order to fulfill people's needs and desires for a product or service. This research aims to find out what strategies BSI KC Padangsidimpuan implements in marketing Hasanah Card products. Through a marketing strategy analysis approach, this research tries to identify the factors that influence the marketing success of Hasanah Card and formulate strategic recommendations that can increase the marketing effectiveness of the product. This research uses qualitative methods while the data collection methods used are interviews, observation and documentation. The results of this research show that the Hasanah Card marketing strategy carried out by BSI KC Padangsidimpuan uses a marketing mix system which is usually called product, price, place, promotion.

Abstract

In today's increasingly fierce global competition, every organization must have the ability to innovate in the development of information systems. This is important to achieve company goals, increase its effectiveness, and maintain its competitiveness. Companies require continuous and ongoing changes in the development of technology and information systems. Similarly, management information systems in insurance marketing function by disseminating relevant information to the marketing department, thereby enabling them to make effective decisions in marketing operations. Factors such as pricing, packaging, new product development, distribution, media, and advertising play an important role in the overall success of a product. Management information systems certainly have an important role, including in Islamic insurance marketing. The role of Management Information Systems (MIS) in Islamic insurance marketing remains important. SIM helps manage information regarding customers, products, and transactions with sharia principles. This allows Islamic insurance companies to monitor product performance, analyze customer needs, and respond to market changes more effectively.
