Abstract

Employee Performance Assessment Decision Support System Using SAW Method at PT Hasta Bersama Prima Jaya Based on Java. The purpose of this study is to develop an existing employee performance assessment decision support system to facilitate data collection and employee performance assessment process. The research methodology used in the data processing system is the literature study method, namely data collection carried out by taking data from various books in the library, journals and other books that can be used as a basis for analyzing problems that can be discussed in the study, as well as the field study method, namely by conducting direct observations such as interviews and observations. The algorithm in solving the problem used is Simple Additive Weighting. The results of this study are the existence of an application device made with the Java programming language and data storage using a MySQL database so that the process of data collection and employee performance assessment at PT Hasta Bersama Prima Jaya becomes more effective, efficient and practical.

Abstract

Karunia gold shop, as one of the gold trading retail players, has several branches in Cepu City and its surroundings. In order to improve operational sales efficiency, this shop will adopt the latest technology by implementing a sales information system. The purpose of this study is to develop an online cashier system based on QR Code at the Karunia gold shop for purchase/sale and payment transactions. Jewelry transaction data from 2018 was IDR 150,594,000, in 2019 it was IDR 109,309,000, and 2020 it was IDR 120,683,000. The structural model system development method uses web-based PHP programming and a MySql database. The results of the black box testing of the new system obtained a functional value of 72.3%. The final result is an Online Cashier System with QR Code which has the potential to increase transaction speed, facilitate gold stock management, and provide a different experience to customers in making effective, efficient and better transactions.

Abstract

Education is one measure of success or success in the knowledge/intelligence of students with their talents. Talent is an innate potential ability, which still needs to be honed and retrained so that it can become a capable ability, expertise and skills. Talent can be obtained from several ability tests that will be carried out so that children can find out what talents they have. MIS Mutia Rahma is a school that plays an important role in developing the talents of each of its students with various standards from the lowest to the highest. This school strives to maximize the potential of its students. Based on data obtained from 2010-2022, there are 1056 student talent development data. However, from this data it is not yet clear how the process of dividing groups and monitoring student talents is carried out. Therefore, an effective method is needed to process this data in order to classify the development of children's talents. The method that can be used to group data on children's talent development is the K-Means algorithm. Of the 20 data, there are 3 groups, namely group 1 has 7 data and group 2 has 11 data, and group 3 has 2 data with the most results obtained being cluster 2 with the group level of talent development in children aged (X) 8-10 years, who have the ability (Y) linguistic ability (KL), musical ability (KM), spatial ability (KS), kinesthetic ability (KK) & intrapersonal ability (KIP), the type of extracurricular (Z) that is developed in children is Football.

Abstract

In this digital era, patients expect ease of access and transparency in healthcare services. Klinik XYZ, currently using conventional methods, faces challenges in meeting these expectations, such as long queues, incomplete information, and difficulties in scheduling appointments with doctors. This study aims to develop a mobile application to enhance service quality at Klinik XYZ. The method used is Waterfall, involving the stages of needs analysis through observation and interviews, system design, coding, and testing. The findings show that the developed application can provide essential features such as doctor profiles, doctor schedules, appointment scheduling, service selection, ratings, news, and health tips. This application successfully improves the efficiency and quality of services at Klinik XYZ by reducing waiting times and providing a better user experience. The implications of this study indicate that integrating mobile technology into healthcare services can significantly enhance patient satisfaction and the operational effectiveness of the clinic. Abstract

The use of information technology is increasingly advanced in the 4.0 era, especially in the field of village government. The purpose of the web-based population data processing information system for Penggung Village, Boyolali, is to have a good impact on population data management. The problems faced, such as conventional data archiving that causes data accumulation and corruption, drive the need for this solution. The prototype development method was chosen because it provides high interactivity between users and developers. The system is equipped with features of population data management, automatic archiving, quick search, and CRUD function. The results of the study show that this system increases the efficiency and speed of information access and reduces the risk of data loss and corruption. The implementation of this web-based information system is expected to be an effective solution for the village government and provide a new perspective for future research.

Abstract

Nayu Barat II Public Elementary School is one of the public elementary schools in Banjarsari District. SD Negeri Nayu Barat II is located on Jl. Majapahit I No. 21, RT. 08/RW. 14, Nusukan, District. Banjarsari, Surakarta City. So far, information at SD Negeri Nayu Barat II is still provided in printed form. Students can easily find out information about SD Negeri Nayu Barat II apart from using information books, so they are trying to create another alternative by creating a website, apart from that, students are expected to be able to access information easily and efficiently. This website was created using WordPress with other supporting software, namely Apache Server. Apache is the name of a web server that is responsible for HTTP request-response and logging detailed information. Apart from that, Apache is also defined as a web server that is compact, modular, follows the HTTP protocol standard, and is of course very popular. The result of this final assignment is a web-based information system. By creating a web-based information system and implementing it in the process of disseminating school information, it is easy for parents/guardians to access it and gives the principal confidence to educate their children.

Abstract

Bread Sales Information System Based on CMS (Content Management System) “Rona Cake & Bakery” is a technological innovation that aims to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness in the bread and cake business “Rona Cake & Bakery”. In the increasingly advanced digital era, the use of information technology is crucial in achieving business success. This paper discusses in depth the development and implementation of a CMS-Based Sales Information System in the “Rona Cake & Bakery” business. This paper includes needs analysis, system design, implementation, and testing, as well as the expected benefits of using this system. The CMS-Based Sales Information System allows “Rona Cake & Bakery” to improve product sales management, expand customer reach, and improve the shopping experience for consumers. With this platform, customers can easily place orders online, choose the desired products, and make payments securely. The expected benefits of implementing this Sales Information System are increased operational efficiency, increased business competitiveness in the culinary industry, and increased customer satisfaction through better service

Abstract

In the rapidly evolving digital era, the digital marketing service industry in Indonesia faces the challenge of providing more effective and relevant solutions amid intense competition. This research utilizes the Design Thinking methodology to develop the UI/UX of the MARQETIQ website, aiming to enhance user experience by offering digital marketing services tailored to clients' specific needs. Through the five stages of Design Thinking: Empathize, Define, Ideate, Prototype, and Test. The researchers gained deep insights into user needs, formulated key problems, and created and tested innovative design solutions. The research findings indicate that this approach successfully resulted in a more intuitive and responsive website, facilitated the ordering process, and improved client satisfaction and loyalty. These findings demonstrate that applying the Design Thinking approach can significantly enhance user experience and the relevance of services in a digital marketing platform..

Abstract

The multimedia development process involves character design, animation, and interactive scenarios using Adobe Animate. This multimedia is designed to be easily accessible to various user levels, taking into consideration the aspects of user experience design.Evaluation results indicate that interactive multimedia created with Adobe Animate is effective in improving the biological concepts understanding of the human body. The interactive interface provides a more engaging learning experience, motivating users to explore further information and enhancing the retention of the concepts taught.This research contributes to the utilization of Adobe Animate as an effective tool for creating educational multimedia. With this approach, it is expected that the teaching of the human body can become more interesting and accessible to various learner groups. Additionally, the findings of this research may pave the way for the development of interactive multimedia based on Adobe Animate in the context of science education.

Abstract

Children under five are the gold brain generation where brain growth and development is currently developing. The toddler years are a time when children experience rapid growth, a very important period for basic growth to occur which will influence and determine the child's further development. In terms of food consumption, at this age children are still passive consumers, who are not yet able to pick and choose their own food according to their needs, so at this age children are very vulnerable to various health problems if they are malnourished.
