Abstract

The Balikpapan Class 1 Agricultural Quarantine Laboratory is one of the laboratories in Indonesia that has a behavior-based work safety program, namely the Behavior-Based Safety (BBS) program which aims to observe worker behavior. The aim of this research is to obtain an overview of the implementation of Behavior-Based Safety programs at the Balikpapan Class 1 Agricultural Quarantine Laboratory. This research is descriptive qualitative research using direct observation methods and in-depth interviews. The research subjects consisted of 2 informants, 1 key informant, 1 main informant. The research results showed that workers at the Balikpapan Class 1 Agricultural Quarantine Laboratory understood unsafe acts. The implementation of the Behavior-Based Safety (BBS) program has been running well and appropriately.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the learning of narrative text writing skills, and the factors of narrative text writing skills. The type of research is descriptive qualitative with a case study approach. This research was conducted in class IV of SDN Pati Kidul 03 Pati Regency. Data collection techniques in this research were carried out in several ways, namely: observation, interviews, and documentation. The subjects in this research were the class IV homeroom teacher and 30 class IV students. The instruments in this research are the main and supporting instruments, the main instrument is the researcher himself, and the supporting instruments are observation sheets, interview guides, cell phones, pens and books. The results of this research can be concluded (1) The level of ability of class IV students is good, this can be seen from the assessment of the students, (2) Factors in the Ability to Write Narrative Texts in the implementation of learning. Students still lack understanding and difficulty in writing narrative essays. caused by internal and external factors.

Abstract

During adolescence, many biological, psychological and social changes occur, but in general the process of physical maturation occurs faster than psychological maturation. During adolescence, there are many things that cause people in general to experience mental disorders. Some mental disorders that usually occur are caused by various existing stressors which can cause anxiety disorders, depression and lead to suicide. Adolescents who grow up in a conducive environment will rarely experience mental disorders which are usually suffered by most teenagers who experience these mental disorders. This mental disorder can be prevented. There are many mental disorders whose symptoms and causes are difficult to determine. It is sometimes difficult to see the difference between ordinary teenage moodiness and signs of more serious illness, although the illness usually begins in late adolescence or young adulthood. Symptoms in adolescents may appear gradually over days, weeks, or weeks. several months or more

Abstract

The aims of this study were: 1) to describe the impact of alcohol on the lives of adolescents in Lamoluo Village, West Wawonii District, Konawe Islands Regency. 2) to explain the efforts made in tackling adolescents who consume liquor in Lamoluo Village, West Wawonii District, Konawe Islands Regency. The type of research used is research with qualitative analysis. The subjects of this study consisted of 5 people consisting of 3 teenagers as respondents 1 unscrupulous health workers 1 unscrupulous Konawe Islands Police as informants. The results of this study indicate that the impact of consuming liquor in Lamoluo Village, West Wawonii District, Konawe Islands Regency, namely that it will make drunkenness bring about changes in men's physical health, the impact of drinking among adolescents is not good for the people around them, causing adolescents to tend to be sensitive to emotional anger, easy to calm disturbed mind, causing fights, restless, hot, unconscious, often makes a mess, drives a motorcycle recklessly, shouts disturbing community competition. Efforts made in tackling teenagers consuming liquor. Carrying out religious education efforts, conducting household coaching, conducting socialization, carrying out outreach efforts for law and order and security.

Abstract

The human five sensory system, consisting of sight, hearing, smell, taste and touch, is an important part of everyday life. Disturbances in any one of the senses can significantly interfere with a person's quality of life. Therefore, effective treatment is needed to maintain the health and quality of function of the five sensory systems. Treatment of the sensory system involves a variety of approaches, depending on the type of disorder experienced. The use of medications, physical therapy, speech therapy, and surgical interventions are some of the commonly used methods.

Abstract

Premeditated murder or moord is a form of crime against life which is regulated in article 340 of the Criminal Code (KUHP). News of the premeditated murder of Brigadier J on July 8 2022 at the official residence of Inspector General of Police Ferdy Sambo has previously gone viral or trending topics on social media, the case of premeditated murder of Brigadier J who was killed by his own colleague, namely Bharada Richard Eliezer Pudhiang Lumiu alias Bharada E on orders from his superior, Inspector General Pol Fredy Sambo, who serves as head of the Indonesian National Police's propam division. The design in this research uses Robert N. Entman's framing approach. According to Entman, framing is the process of selecting and highlighting certain aspects of reality by the media. The media chooses certain issues to report and ignores other issues, and emphasizes certain aspects of the issues being reported. Framing can be defined as the process of making a message more prominent, meaningful, or remembered by the public. tolerant with the perpetrators, and the law in Indonesia should also be more firm and fair. The following are several important points that can be concluded from this case: Violation of the Code of Ethics and Law: Ferdy Sambo was proven to have violated the National Police's professional code of ethics and criminal law. He was involved in the planned murder of Brigadier J, as well as making efforts to obstruct the investigation process. Sambo was also proven to have manipulated and engineered the case to protect himself and the other perpetrators. Motive and Behavior The motive for the murder of Brigadier J is still being debated, but strong suspicions point to Sambo's motive for revenge and disappointment towards Brigadier J. Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there is a relationship between the anxiety of final year students and self-efficacy in choosing future careers in the class of 2020 at the Guidance and Counseling Study Program of Sanata Dharma University. This study used a correlation test with a sample of 60 respondents consisting of final year students at Sanata Dharma University, Guidance and Counseling Study Program. The data analysis techniques used are categorization, normality test, linearity test, and correlational hypothesis test. Data were collected using an anxiety scale with a valid item count of 34 with a reliability test value of 0.886 and a self-efficacy scale with a valid item count of 21 and a reliability value of 0.912.The results in this study prove: There is no relationship between the anxiety of final year students and self-efficacy in choosing a future career in the Guidance and Counseling Study Program of Sanata Dharma University.

Abstract

In the process of children's education, strengthening religious morals is very important to shape good character and behavior. This research discusses strategies for strengthening religious morality through the Imtaq center at KB Talia Insan Mulia. How this program helps children understand and practice religious and moral values, and how teachers and parents can work together to improve children's religious and moral values. we will explain how this can be fostered. The approach used in this research is a qualitative approach, the data collection method used in this research. 1) observation 2) interviews, and 3) documentation to investigate findings that actually occur in field and record them systematically as symptoms that appear in research subjects. The strategy of strengthening religious and moral values ​​at KB Talia Insan Mulia is carried out through the Imtaq Center, by providing knowledge about God and religion (Practice of Worship, giving alms, commemoration of religious holidays), good habits by providing examples/examples, getting used to good manners and behavior as well as collaboration between teachers and parents. So that the strengthening of religious and moral values ​​will continue through habituation both at school and at home.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the value of the moral education of the Caliphate of Umar bin Khattab in the fifth grade SKI book at Madrasah Ibtida'iyah, how relevant the value of moral education of the Caliphate of Umar bin Khattab is today, and the importance of moral education from an early age. This research is a type of qualitative research in the nature of library research. There are two data sources used, namely the primary data source, namely the book History of Islamic Culture for the fifth grade of Madrasah Ibtida'iyah. Then secondary data is data that provides information to data collectors indirectly, for example through other people or documents, as well as other books related to moral education and the history of Islamic culture. The data collection technique is by collecting materials that are relevant to the research and supported by other data sources that are considered to be closely related to this research. Next, data analysis in this research uses content analysis and then conclusions are drawn. Based on data analysis, it can be concluded that. The moral education values that can be taken from the Caliphate of Umar bin Khattab are honesty and trustworthiness, responsibility, caring for others, simplicity, fairness and firmness, and being firm in keeping promises. The relevance of moral education from the time of Caliph Umar until now is that it is responsive to public complaints and the culture of queuing. Abstract

This research is motivated by the Babakan Village, Pangandaran District, Pangandaran Regency which is not yet optimal in terms of the Mangrove Tourism Development Strategy by the Government. The aim of this research is to determine the Mangrove Tourism Development Strategy by the Babakan Village Government, Pangandaran District, Pangandaran Regency. The method used in this research is a descriptive qualitative research method. Data collection techniques include: Interview observation and documentation. The data processing techniques in this research are: data collection, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The locus of this research is Babakan Village, Pangandaran District, Pangandaran Regency. Based on the initial survey conducted by the author, it can be seen that the Mangrove Tourism Development Strategy by the Babakan Village Government, Pangandaran District, Pangandaran Regency has not been running optimally. The indicators of problems that arise include: 1. The village government is not improving development planning with community leaders in collaborating on mangrove tourism. 2. The village government does not introduce mangrove tourism enough so that there are still many people outside who do not know or recognize the existence of the Pangandaran tourist village. 3. The village government does not provide adequate support in terms of facilities and infrastructure.
