Abstract

In this 5.0 era or the current digital era, new companies have emerged that utilize the development of technology. Fintech is an alternative to online loan financing that is so easy to feel at this time. In addition, the existence of fintech really affects the lifestyle of today's economic society which is so fast and instant, without requiring a complicated process. The ease of online lending is felt by all circles, especially among private employees in Serang, where the needs are increasing from the increasing need for basic necessities for those who are married and the prices of goods are increasing, with these conditions private employees take Fintech online loan financing for their daily needs because of the ease in terms of registration and disbursement which is very fast. From the data that researchers found, there is an increasing financial gap experienced by private employees in Serang, where the ease of fintech (Financial Tecnology) in online loans is very easy without knowing the impact that will be experienced by private employees, and in the end when payday closes the hole digs the hole, meaning that when payday covers debt and credit. Thus the researcher wishes to discuss the ease of fintech in online lending to private employees in the attack area. The method that researchers use is to use descriptive qualitative methods through a descriptive analysis approach that aims to describe the phenomenon to be studied. As one of the procedures in analyzing or investigating by providing a description of the state of the subject or object in the study, it can be in the form of individuals, institutions, society and others, which are based on the facts that exist or are found as they are. The results of this study are In the attack area the majority of companies in payroll for their employees, in collaboration with financial institutions that encourage employees to understand and use fintech. With the ease of fintech itself, many employees fall into online loan financing which results in various impacts, whether from positive or negative impacts, but the development of this technology provides benefits that are very helpful for private employees in meeting their daily needs.

Abstract

Events are one of the public relations activities that can be used to promote a company. In Public Relations studies, events are called special events. An event organizer is a type of business in the field of entertainment. An event organizer is tasked with organizing and designing the course of an event. PT Infia Pariwara Nusantara is a company that specializes in event activities. PT Infia Pariwara Nusantara creates its own events such as Jakarta Sneakers Day, Melodi Alam, and Fantoystic World, and also provides event, campaign and production activity services for brands. The Jakarta Sneakers Day event itself has been held by PT Infia Pariwara Nusantara since 2017 and immediately received public attention. The purpose of this research is to find out the Special event Jakarta sneakers day, the image and influence of the Special event Jakarta sneakers day on the image of PT. Infia Pariwara Nusantara. The theories used in this research are Public Relations theory, Marketing Public Relations theory, Event theory, Special Event theory, and Image theory. The conceptual approach used in this research is Lesly's special event concept, namely 5 W + 1 H and is linked to Nimpoeno's image formation theory which explains Perception, Cognition, Motivation and Attitude. This research is quantitative research with a survey method and the data collection technique used is a questionnaire. The population in this study was 34,640 visitors to Jakarta Sneaker Day and the sample used was 100 respondents using the Taro Yamane formula. The sample data collection technique in this research used random sampling. The results of this research show that there is an influence between the Jakarta Sneaker Day Special event on the image of PT. Infia Pariwara Nusantara. This can be seen from the correlation coefficient of 0.650. The magnitude of the influence of the Jakarta Sneaker Day Special event on the image of PT. Infia Pariwara Nusantara is 0.422 or equal to 42.2%. Meanwhile, the remaining 57.8% was influenced by other variables not examined in this research

Abstract

This research aims to develop hypercontent-based learning materials for thematic learning at SMP Negeri 13 Makassar. The development method used is the ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation) development model. The analysis stage is carried out to identify learning needs and student characteristics. The design stage includes planning the hypercontent structure and graphic design. The development stage includes creating content and learning media. Implementation was carried out through limited trials on selected groups of students. Evaluation is carried out to measure the effectiveness of learning materials developed based on student responses and learning performance. The research results show that hypercontent-based learning materials can increase students' interest and understanding of thematic learning materials. The implication of this research is the importance of applying technology in developing learning materials to facilitate interactive and interesting learning for students in this digital era.

Abstract

This research is based on the Public Relations Campaign Strategy carried out by Prepp Studio to maintain the Company's image. Competition in the world of local and international brand business is widespread, one of which is Prepp Studio which must be ready to face various challenges in the current market. Therefore, an appropriate and appropriate Public Relations campaign strategy is needed. This research aims to determine the Planning, Implementation and Evaluation used by Prepp Studio's Public Relations Campaign Strategy in maintaining the Company's Image. This research uses a descriptive analysis method with a qualitative approach. The data collection techniques used were interviews, observation and literature study. This research uses the theory of Public Relations Strategy stages, namely Planning, Implementation, and Evaluation. The results of this research are the planning carried out, namely finding the target market and market segmentation, preparing the team, and formulating ideas and targets. Implementation carried out, namely the implementation of what has been formulated, as in the Public Relations Campaign Strategy, preparing advertisements, collaborating with other brands, then create content and giveaways as well as social media updates. The evaluation carried out is monitoring analytical data from targets, as well as public responses, and also holding evaluations which are held once a week, to produce a better company image.

Abstract

Ikatan Cinta became one of the most influential soap operas with very high ratings. The soap opera Ikatan Cinta raises the story of romance, family, and social issues that occur in society. This soap opera has an influence that is considered quite large in society, especially in the teenage community. This study aims to determine the effect of the soap opera Ikatan Cinta on Teenage Behavior (Survey on Teenagers of RT 008 RW 012 Kedaung, Pamulang, South Tangerang). This research uses quantitative method by conducting a survey on 50 teenagers in RT 008 RW 012 Kedaung, Pamulang, South Tangerang. The data analysis used in this research is simple linear data analysis with two variables, namely Sinetron Ikatan Cinta as the independent variable and Teen Behavior as the dependent variable. The results of this study indicate a very strong and significant correlation between the influence of Love Bond soap operas on Teenage Behavior with a correlation coefficient of 0.824. The results of hypothesis testing show that the thiitung value is 10.0757893> 1.67722 ttabel, so Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, meaning that there is a significant influence between the influence of the Love Bond soap opera on Teen Behavior.

Abstract

One party that plays an important role in public information disclosure is government public relations, which is obliged to provide information and outreach to the public. Public Relations of the Republic of Indonesia Ministry of Social Affairs, carries out government public relations functions for the Family Hope Program and also goes to the field to socialize a program run by the Republic of Indonesia Ministry of Social Affairs, so that the public gets information related to the Republic of Indonesia Ministry of Social Affairs program. This research aims to describe the function of government public relations in internal and external communication as well as the socialization of a PKH program owned by the Ministry of Social Affairs, as well as how it is completed. The theory used is the government's public relations function. The method used is descriptive with a qualitative approach. The information sources consisted of key informants and two informants, located at the Indonesian Ministry of Social Affairs and 1 informant from the PKH assistant and one community who received the PKH program and one community who did not receive the PKH program. The results of this research outline show that the public relations function of the Ministry of Social Affairs collaborates with several national and regional media to facilitate their outreach with the aim of conveying information to the public regarding the Ministry of Social's government programs.

Abstract

To achieve the highest level of brand loyalty, namely top of mind among loyal traders, SR12 producers carry out marketing public relations. This research aims to measure the influence of marketing public relations on SR12 brand loyalty among SR12 traders in kel. Rawabuntu subdistrict. Serpong. This research uses marketing public relations theory from Kottler & Keller, 2016, and brand loyalty from Aaker, 2014. This research methodology uses a quantitative approach with a survey method with a questionnaire instrument. The sample taken was 53 respondents who were SR12 traders in kel. Rawabuntu subdistrict. Serpong. The data analysis technique is simple linear regression. Overall, this research shows that the influence of marketing public relations on brand loyalty can be seen from the conclusion that the average value on variable X (marketing public relations) is 2.60 and the average value on variable Y (brand loyalty) is 3.00. It is shown that the calculated t coefficient value is 4.852 > t table 1.675 with a significance value of 0.000 which is still below 0.1, so the hypothesis in this study is accepted. And the hypothesis test was carried out using the t test based on the coefficient of determination R square value of 31.6% while the remaining 68.4% was influenced by other factors and the limitations of the error instrument. This explains that there is an influence of marketing public relations on SR12 brand loyalty among SR12 traders in kel. Rawabuntu subdistrict. Serpong..

Abstract

To become an entrepreneur, strategies are needed in order to become a successful entrepreneur. In this study, STIE Ganesha's strategy in creating young entrepreneurs is by establishing the Ganesha Laboratory Entrepreneur (GLP) Institute, in accordance with the vision of STIE Ganesha itself, namely creating students and graduates of STIE Ganesha who have entrepreneurial character. The research method used is qualitative research with data collection techniques through interviews and observations. Researchers interviewed lecturers and students at STIE Ganesha. The results of the study state that STIE Ganesha has so far helped its students to become young entrepreneurs, namely by holding webinars or workshops for students, including students in the P2MW programme, holding mini expos of food made by students, and forming an Entrepreneurial Student Association (HIMARA). Therefore, universities are a place for students to start a new or ongoing business.

Abstract

Various educational video media are not used at SMP Negeri 3 Sorong Regency. The objective of this study is to create educational video media based on Doratoon that is both valid, practical, and effective for instructional purposes. Employing a research and development (R&D) methodology, the study utilizes the ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation) model. Data gathering techniques consist of observing, conducting interviews, documenting, and employing data collection instruments. The participants in this study were 24 eighth-grade students from SMP Negeri 3 in Sorong Regency. The validation results for the development of Duratone-based educational video media were obtained through reviews by material and media experts with an average material percentage of 97% and an average media percentage of 86% meeting the "very valid" criteria. Class 8B students achieved an average of 87% in the “Very Good” category. The practicality of the teaching aids was assessed through a survey of respondents with an average score of 95.1% which indicated that it met the criteria of "very practical". The effectiveness of the media was also assessed through a survey of respondents with an average score of 95.7%, which means it is very effective to use. These findings indicate that the creation of educational video media based on Doratoon is both valid, practical, and efficient for use.

Abstract

Hotel receptionists play a crucial role in creating a positive first impression on guests. Good English language skills are essential for receptionists to effectively communicate with guests from various countries. Role-playing is an effective training method to enhance the English language skills of hotel receptionists. This systematic review evaluates the effectiveness of role-playing in English language training for hotel receptionists. Twenty studies from Google Scholar and Scopus were analyzed to assess the impact of role-playing on various aspects of receptionists' English language skills, such as fluency, vocabulary, grammar, and confidence. The review findings indicate that role-playing has a significant positive effect on all the English language skills aspects studied.
