Abstract

This research is an effort to determine the role of Islamic spiritual mental education in forming character for detention center inmates in Wonosobo. The questions to be answered through this research are: a. How is the implementation of Islamic mental spirituality education in the Wonosobo Detention Center? b. What are the methods and approaches used in Islamic spiritual mental education at the Wonosobo Detention Center? and c. What are the supporting and inhibiting factors in implementing Islamic mental spirituality education in the Wonosobo Detention Center? The research method used is field research. This research was carried out using observation, interview and documentation data collection techniques. The field data was analyzed using descriptive analysis. The results of the research show that the implementation of Islamic mental spirituality education in the Wonosobo Detention Center includes: consisting of Personality Development and Independence Development. The methods and approaches used in Islamic spiritual mental education at the Wonosobo Detention Center include: Lectures, Group discussions, Questions and answers, Individual mentoring, Worship practices, Self-reflection, Role-playing, Case studies, Use of audio-visual media and Spiritual therapy. Meanwhile, the general approaches used include, humanist approach, gradual approach, holistic approach, contextual approach, participatory approach. Meanwhile, supporting and inhibiting factors in the implementation of Islamic mental spirituality education in Wonosobo Detention Center include: a. Limited Resources, b. Resistance of Some Prisoners, c. Lack of Interest or Distrust.

Abstract

Muhammadiyah employs various dakwah (Islamic propagation) methods such as sermons, religious gatherings, formal education, social and health activities, as well as cadre formation and training. The communication media utilized include print, electronic, and digital media. Case studies demonstrate Muhammadiyah's success in enhancing religious awareness through educational programs and community empowerment, despite challenges such as local cultural resistance and limitations in technology adaptation. The strengths of Muhammadiyah's dakwah strategy lie in its inclusivity and high adaptability to modern technology, while its weaknesses include technological limitations among members and local cultural resistance. Muhammadiyah's dakwah has proven effective in increasing religious knowledge and transforming societal attitudes and behaviors to be more Islamic. Supporting factors for this effectiveness include the active involvement of the younger generation and the infrastructural support from Muhammadiyah's educational and health institutions. However, digital divides and local cultural resistance require specific strategies to be addressed. Muhammadiyah has successfully leveraged modern media for more effective dakwah compared to traditional methods, which were more emphasized in previous studies. The challenges faced by Muhammadiyah receive more in-depth attention in this study, highlighting the need for more adaptive and inclusive dakwah strategies. This study underscores the importance of adaptation and innovation in dakwah and the necessity for inclusive strategies to overcome existing challenges to achieve a more significant impact in enhancing religious awareness in society.

Abstract

This study aims to find out the methods used in learning books and also the supporting and inhibiting factors in the learning process of books at MTs NDM Surakarta Boarding School. This type of research is a qualitative descriptive research, and the data collection tools are in the form of observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis is carried out by giving meaning to the data obtained and then drawing conclusions.From the data collection process and data analysis carried out, the results were obtained in the form of learning resources (books) used in learning at the MTs NDM Islamic Boarding School, namely the book nahwu, shorof, tajwid, minhajul muslim, riyadhus sholihin, shofatut tafsir, muthola'ah insa'.The book learning process at the MTs NDM Boarding School involves asatidzah with students in conveying a series of learning objectives with interesting strategies. The values of moral education at the MTs NDM Islamic Boarding School contained in the book Minhajul Muslim are a process of changing behavior, student ethics, towards a better life and direction which is sourced from the Qur'an Hadith. The punishment of students when violating the rules of the Islamic Boarding School is as follows: The lightest punishment (reprimanded, Advised, picketed, memorized / read the Qur'an. Meanwhile, the punishment that is severe is getting an SP (Warning Letter / DO (Drop Out).

Abstract

This research aims to (1) determine the factors that cause bullying at SDN 1 Demak Ijo. (2) to determine the impact of bullying on the mental health of children at SDN 1 Demak Ijo. This research is qualitative research. This research was carried out at SDN 1 Demak Ijo. The research was carried out over a period of 3 months starting from April to June 2024. To find data, researchers used observation, interviews and documentation techniques. The data source was obtained from the class 3 homeroom teacher, 1 perpetrator and 1 victim. The results of the research show that: (1) the factors causing bullying at SDN 1 Demak Ijo are lack of empathy, inability to manage emotions, tendency towards group conformity, feelings of inferiority or insecurity, wrong understanding of power and control, negative behavior models, indifference towards impact of behavior and problems in personal life. (2) The impact of bullying behavior on the mental health of children at SDN 1 Demak Ijo, namely anxiety, silence, lack of self-confidence when carrying out school activities, weakness, fear of meeting the perpetrator and becoming gloomy.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the impact and role of the "Pushbike Fun Race" Event on the development of Push Bike sports in Mojokerto Regency as well as to find out the SWOT analysis owned in the implementation of the "Pushbike Fun Race" Event. The type of research used is qualitative research using interview, documentation and observation methods. The subjects in the study used 3 data sources, namely the chairman of KORMI Mojokerto Regency, the guardians of the participants, and the organizing committee. The results of the data analysis of this study show that there are various impacts after the event, including the Push Bike sport is now in the stage of entering the Community Sports Organization Branch, many people around the event location are interested in Pushbike sports, and it is one of the promotional events for tourist attractions. Meanwhile, the role of the "Pushbike Fun Race" event includes creating a positive image of the Push Bike event in Mojokerto Regency, as a liaison between Push Bike sports activists and institutions in Mojokerto Regency, and as a starting point for organizing the Push Bike event in Mojokerto Regency. Meanwhile, the results of the SWOT analysis show that the internal factor is balanced between strengths and weaknesses, in contrast to external factors, the opportunity factor is more dominating than the threat factor. It can be concluded that the "Pushbike Fun Race" event creates various impacts and positive roles for the development of Pushbike sports in Mojokerto Regency, then the SWOT analysis shows that the opportunity factor is more dominating than the other three factors contained in the "Pushbike Fun Race" event.

Abstract

This research aims to 1) find out how high democratic parenting patterns are in generation Z children, 2) identify low levels of democratic parenting pattern scale items, 3) find out how high (good) the social behavior of generation Z children is, 4) Identify Which items on the Generation Z social behavior scale have identified low scores, 5) Find out whether democratic parenting patterns contribute to the social behavior of Generation Z children.This research uses associative quantitative methods. The subjects of this research were 85 students at SMA Stella Duce 2 Yogyakarta who belonged to generation Z. Using two scales, the Parenting Patterns scale (44 valid items with a Cronbach's alpha reliability value of 0.927) and the Social Behavior scale (29 valid items with a Cronbach's alpha reliability value alpha of 0.927). Data collection using Google Form. Using descriptive tests, normality tests, linearity tests, simple linear regression tests, T tests and coefficient of determination tests.The results of this research show 1) as many as 45 students (53%) reported that they received a moderate democratic parenting style. 2) There are 13 items on the democratic parenting style scale which are identified as low (not optimal) in communication with parents which is still not two-way, parents' views on children sometimes still do not give children rights and opinions, lack of consistent application of discipline and fair, does not meet psychological needs. 3) A total of 34 students (40%) of the 85 students studied had high (good) social behavior. 4) There were no Low and Very Low item scores on the social behavior scale for generation Z children, 5) There was a contribution from parents' parenting patterns to generation Z's social behavior is 51.4% while 48.6% is influenced by other factors outside the research.

Abstract

This study aims to describe and reveal the form of presentation of Marandang Dance at the Pituah Bundo Studio, Payakumbuh City. The type of research is qualitative research with a descriptive analysis method. The research instrument is the researcher himself and is assisted by supporting instruments such as recording tools, recording tools Data collection techniques are carried out by means of literature studies, observations, interviews and documentation. The steps to analyze the data are data reduction, data display and drawing conclusions. The results of the study in general show that the Marandang Dance at the Pituah Bundo Studio is carried out in groups. The dancers consist of male dancers and female dancers. This dance is only performed at major events and art exhibitions in Payakumbuh City and outside Payakumbuh City. The duration of the performance is approximately ten minutes. The elements of this form of dance presentation are as follows: (1) Tapuak Mamuta Movement, Sambah Movement, Open Hand Movement, Swing Lambai Movement, Ambek Bukak Movement, Mambukak Furnace Movement, Puta Tusuak Movement, Cross Hand Movement, Wood Massage Movement, Material Malatakan Movement, Maaduak Kaali Movement, Balajan Lenggok Movement, Maayun Swing Movement, Ambiak Latak Movement, Lenggok Dulang Movement, Sanduak Randang Movement. (2) The Marandang Dance Floor Pattern uses a straight line and curved pattern. (3) The makeup used is beautiful makeup and dashing makeup. The clothing used by female dancers is Baju Kuruang. Meanwhile, the clothing used by male dancers is the Taluak Balango Shirt. (4) The properties used in this Marandang dance are cauldrons, kacik, sanduak, katidiang, trays, torches, firewood and Marawa. (5) Music accompaniment using musical instruments such as talempong, gandang, Tasa, Bansi, Saluang, Bass and keyboards.

Abstract

This research aims to reveal and describe the system and way of action and reaction of the main characters in the Randai Santan Batapi Sanggar Bungo Satangkai Manuscript. The type of research in this study is qualitative research with a descriptive analysis approach that aims to describe how the characters and actions of the characters in Randai Santan Batapi. The motorcycle taxi of this research is the Randai Santan Batapi Group of the Bungo Satangkai Studio. Supporting instruments are in the form of documentation results from recording tools, field data in the form of observation results, and interviews, and photo cameras. The results of the study describe that in the story of Randai Santan Batapi there is XIV Legaran story. From the journey of the Santan Batapi story, there are 6 stages starting from Exposition, Generating Circumstance, Rising Action, Climax, Denounment, and Cate Strophe. From the stages of the plot, we can find the characters in the story of Santan Batapi, Santan Batapi who has the character of a beautiful girl who has a sweet mouth and is full of sadness, Anggun Nan Tungga with a dashing and authoritative character, and Nan Domi Sutan with a wise and intelligent girl character. The characters from Randai Santan Batapi are able to perform actions and reactions in accordance with theater science in acting, even though the characters have never studied theater science in acting.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of motivation in improving the quality of employee performance at PT. Sarana Tani Pratama, a company engaged in fish canning, fish flouring, fish oil and cold storage. This research was conducted to explore the extent to which motivation can influence employee performance, in this case the fish canning industry. The background of this research is based on human resources which is one of the factors that greatly influences the level of performance quality. This research method uses a quantitative approach with data collection techniques using a questionnaire whose reliability and validity have been tested. The sample in this study consisted of 20 respondents.

Abstract

These days, literacy-based child advancement is exceptionally vital and a quality program. During their development period, children and youths require excitement and an environment that can fulfill their physical and mental needs according to their age. The need for a perusing culture in Indonesia is caused by low levels of education in children and young people, causing human assets in Indonesia to be uncompetitive due to a need for science and innovation aptitudes. One quality that can be used to energize interest and make strides is proficiency in understanding current formative needs, not as it were through print collections but through very advanced collections. Perusing books from an early age creates a child's creative energy and positively affects their level of inventiveness, presently and in the future. In any case, there is no set to encourage it, so it is vital to construct a children's library in Medan City, which is anticipated to be a casual instruction center with the capacity to organize and encourage cognitive exercises and potential educational abilities, learning resources and play facilities with a climate that's able to specific instructive, inventive, communicative and engaging characters.
