<![CDATA[Review of the Implementation of Village Fund Management in Sitinjau Laut Subdistrict Based on the Kerinci Regent Regulation No 21 of 2019. The phenomenon that occurs in Sitinjau Laut Subdistrict has many problems, both in the areas of planning, implementation, administration, reporting, and village financial accountability. At the planning stage, the use of village funds tends to be more in the program to be implemented by the Village Head so that at the deliberation of the development plan, the impression of the community leaders present is only to listen and at the stage of discussing the plan to use village fund policies that are presented only certain people The results of the discussion of the work plan for the Use of Village Funds are not discussed in general so that the community does not even know that the village has received large funding assistance from the local government through the Regional Budget (APBD). village officials regarding village fund management policies. <![CDATA[The representation of women in the legislative field, especially in the election of legislative members in 2019 is quite large and of course will provide balance and color the formulation of laws and regulations, budgeting and supervision with a gender perspective in Sungai Penuh City, so that the presence of women in the political arena is not only a formality. The formulation of the research problem, namely, how is the representation of women in the legislative elections (Case Study at the Sungai Penuh City DPRD 2019)? The research objective is to determine the representation of women in the legislative elections (Case Study at the River City DPRD 2019). This research uses a qualitative approach where data is obtained through field interviews with 5 informants referring to 4 research indicators, namely 1. Socialization 2. Recruitment. 3. Cadreization 4. Communication. The data obtained in the field were analyzed based on the classification of the informants' answers which were described in the results and discussion of the research which was then carried out by the interpreter of the researcher.It is known that the representation of women in the legislative elections (Case Study at the Sungai Penuh City DPRD 2019) from the four research indicators, none of them can represent the voice of women in the Sungai Penuh City DPRD. The lack of maximum presence of women in legislative elections so that they do not get vote support.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this study was to determine whether there is a relationship between the performance of the Nagari government officials to community services and to determine the level of the relationship between the performance of the Nagari government officials to community services in Nagari Lunang Utara, Lunang District, Pesisir Selatan Regency using a quantitative approach. The number of respondents in this study amounted to 80 people with the data collection technique is random sampling. The results in this study indicate that the product moment correlation from the calculation obtained a correlation coefficient of r = 0.65 where this correlation coefficient is in the numerical interval of 0.600 - 0799 which means that it shows the level of a strong relationship and the magnitude of the relationship between the performance of the Nagari government apparatus to community services from the test. significance obtained by the t value of 7.55 while the value of t table with an error rate of α = 0.05 db = n - 2 = 80 - 2 = 78 is 1.66 so that tcount> ttable is 7.55> 1.66 with Thus, based on the significant test criteria, Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected, meaning that there is a relationship between the performance of the Nagari government apparatus to community services in Nagari Lunang Utara, Lunang District, Pesisir Selatan Regency, West Sumatra Province.]]>

<![CDATA[The title of this research is the role of the Village Guidance Officer (BABINSA) in Supporting Public Order and Security in Pengasi Baru Village, Bukit Kerman District. This study aims to determine the role of the Village Guidance Officer (BABINSA) in Supporting Public Order and Security in Pengasi Baru Village, Bukit Kerman District. This research uses a qualitative research approach with qualitative descriptive research type, this research is conducted in order to explain objectively and rationally about the object of research. Sources of data in this study were 9 people. What is taken is primary data and secondary data. The data collection technique was carried out by means of in-depth interviews, namely data collection techniques carried out by researchers to obtain information verbally through question and answer, who faced directly with a number of informants who could provide information related to research problems. That the routine activities carried out by babinsa are currently quite influential in their implementation. In realizing the professionalism of the TNI AD, every soldier should increase knowledge and improve higher education levels. The results of this study are expected to help contribute to the thoughts of the author for all parties, especially for the village of Pengasi Baru and members of the babinsa.]]>

<![CDATA[ABSTRACT Basically, everything that is done has a purpose, where that goal can be achieved after carrying out the activity. Likewise, this research activity also has a goal to be achieved. The purpose of this study is to find out how the response of food stall businesses to the obligation of halal certification in Pamekasan Regency and what are the inhibiting factors in carrying out halal certification. Not only that, this research is also expected to provide knowledge and thoughts of the wider community in realizing halal certification in accordance with Islamic teachings. This research was carried out using a qualitative descriptive research method in which the data was collected by interviewing informants (food stall actors) as a source of information. The results of the study show that it is halal for food stall business actors. The average food stall business actor perceives that halal certification is not too important for food stall business actors because it does not affect their sales. They also feel burdened with the obligation of halal certification because the requirements, especially the costs incurred are not commensurate with their income. <![CDATA[Buying and selling is the most powerful activity in the business world. As long as it comes from buying and selling, it is strictly prohibited and has legal interference. Therefore, it is incumbent on muslims to know the things that determine the legitimacy of these trades. As in the shallows, banyal traders who were less able to speak Indonesian, and many of the foreigners who could not speak madura, so there was a different use of language between the traders and the buyers for the study's purpose to interpret: (1) language use in the buy and sell agreement in the bangkalan region: (2) an islamic law perspective on the validity of the buying and selling agreements in different languages. The method used in the study is a descriptive method using qualitative data analysis that describes the perspective of islamic law regarding the use of different merchant and customer languages. The data collection was used with observation and recording of the source of this research asa distinct form of language between the merchants and shoppers in the bangtal region. The results of this study are described as follows: 1). The activity of using language in the buy and sell agreement in the bangkalan region: 2) the perspective of islamic law regarding the legality of the buying and selling agreements in different languages.]]>

<![CDATA[Pelaksanaan hutang piutang masyarakat Madura khususnya daerah Bangkalan menggunakan kata ariyah (ngenjhem) sedangkan dalam bahasa madura sendiri kata hutang itu (otang). Berdasarkan latar belakang penulis tertarik untuk meneliti perbedaan yang signifikan terhadap akad pinjam dan akad hutang serta keabsahan akad. Pinjam meminjam yaitu memberikan sesuatu yang halal kepada orang lain untuk diambil manfaatnya dengan tidak merusak zat nya dan akan mengembalikan barang yang sudah dipinjamnya tadi dalam keadaan utuh dan tidak berubah baik segi bentuk dan lainya. Sedangkan Qardh atau hutang itu tamlikul mal yaitu memberikan hak milik benda atau harta dengan system mengembalikan dengan yang sepadan artinya yang dihutangi menerima hak milik dan yang menghutangi menyerahkan hak milik. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian lapangan atau field research. Penelitian ini mendapatkan temuan, yaitu lafadz yang diucapkan ketika bertransaksi harus sesuai dengan yang dilakukan. Namun ketika kedua belah pihak mempunyai maksud yang sama dan pada implementasi yang dilakukan adalah akad hutang walaupun akad pinjam maka hukumnya sah. Madzhab Hambali berpegang teguh pada tujuan daripada tekstual dalam suatu akad.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine how the concept and application of Islamic business ethics in the production process of crab crackers in Polagan Village, Galis District, Pamekasan Regency. The purpose of this study is to understand what the concept of Islamic business ethics is and how it is applied in the production process, so that the results of this research resume can be used as a framework or model for other businesses in the future. The research method used in this study is qualitative with the type of field research, and data collection techniques are interview, observation and documentation techniques. This research is analytical descriptive. The data obtained from the field will be collected and analyzed using the point of view of Islamic business ethics which is presented in the form of a description with inductive thinking, namely a collection of facts that occur in the field in the analysis and then draw conclusions. The results show that the crab cracker production process in Polagan village has implemented and implemented the principles of Islamic business ethics. In carrying out their business and activities, business actors understand and apply Islamic principles or values in the following ways: Based on the Qur'an and As-Sunnah.]]>

<![CDATA[Undang-undang No. 33 Tahun 2014 tentang Jaminan Produk Halal (JPH) terhadap sadar halal para pelaku UMKM mulai diselenggarakan oleh pemerintah melalui Badan Penyelenggara Jaminan Produk Halal (BPJPH) Kementerian Agama. Hal ini sesuai dengan amanat UU No. 33 Tahun 2014 tentang JPH ditegaskan dalam pasal 3 dan pasal 4 UU No. 33 Tahun 2014 tentang Jaminan Produk Halal. Dengan adanya UU Nomor 33 Tahun 2014 tentang Jaminan Produk Halal (JPH) terhadap sadar halal para pelaku UMKM, maka di tiap-tiap daerah harus melaksanakan undang-undang ini khususnya Kabupaten Bangkalan yang terletak di pulau Madura dengan banyak warisan resep ramuan tradisional secara turun menurun. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi pustaka dan in-depth interview dalam studi lapangan, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: 1) Mendeskripsikan efektifitas peraturan sertifikasi halal umkm jamu di Bangkalan; 2) Mengetahui pemahaman pelaku UMKM di Bangkalan terhadap produk bersertifikasi halal. Manfaat pemberian sertifikat halal adalah untuk melindungi konsumen muslim terhadap produk makanan dan minuman yang tidak halal, memberikan rasa aman dan nyaman bagi konsumen untuk mengkonsumsi produk makanan dan minuman, karena tidak ada keraguan lagi bahwa produk tersebut terindikasi dari hal-hal yang diharamkan sesuai syariat Islam.Kata Kunci: Peraturan, Sertifikasi Halal, UMKM]]>
