Human resources (HR) is a productive team that works as the driving force of an organization, both in institutions and companies. They are a valuable asset, so they must be trained and developed. Human resources include providing training, recruitment, and employee career development. Employee career development is the process of identifying employee career capabilities and applying the right model to attain them. Career development will affect the performance of an employee because career development is a formal approach taken by the company to ensure employees in the company with suitable qualifications, abilities, and experience when needed. Employee career development refers to a company's efforts to guide, train, and develop employees for the progress of a company. Examples of employee career development include rewarding employees with performance improvement training and employee transfers. Over time, some employees' performance development can help, support, and facilitate the smooth running of organizational or business activities.

XYZ as a company that produces ships and maintains ships is a very important company in the maritime world. This company has several divisions, especially the QHSE (Quality, Health, Safety, Environment) division. The QHSE department has an obligation to maintain safety in work areas, such as new building areas. Therefore, the HIRARC Method is used to identify hazards, assess risks, and mitigate risks. In this research, the HIRARC method is used to analyze the level of risk at the new PT. The results of the study show that the criteria for moderate risk are 2, high is 7, and extreme is 7. This shows the need for treatment at new building stations in order to reduce the level of work accidents.

Industry always carries out production planning for success in various sectors and reduces the occurrence of failures, defects in the products produced and other problems in warehouses and other production areas. One of the crucial or important problems in the company is in the warehousing (warehouse), where the case study I took was 4 problems in the warehouse including full warehouse capacity, arrivals not on schedule, heavy equipment experiencing damage and differences in data in files and reality. Of these 4 problems, they will be resolved using FMEA (Failure Mode and Effect Analysis). In completing the FMEA, the final result was the largest RPN value at full warehouse capacity with the cause of the problem being limited locations that could be built with RPN 294. This led to remedial efforts to resolve the company's problems. Hopefully, with this resolution, it can help companies reduce the risk of less than optimal warehouses in the company.

In the current era of rapid progress, the development of various types of business continues to develop and becomes increasingly competitive. This encourages companies to always strive to increase market share and attract consumer attention. The aim of this research is to understand the impact of brand image and product innovation on customer loyalty, with customer satisfaction as a mediating variable, especially for Indomie consumers in Surakarta. There were 100 participants in this research and data was collected through an online survey using a Google form. The sampling technique was carried out using purposive sampling techniques and primary data types, as well as collecting questionnaires. The aim of this research is to determine the role of competitive advantage, product innovation, and the UMKM Sugar Souvenir business network on the economic performance of the Bobojong Manggu village. The data collection techniques used were direct observation and interviews. The research method used is descriptive qualitative, namely by collecting, processing, presenting and describing data obtained directly from observations of the research site and the results of interviews so as to obtain actual information and make it easier for readers to understand the contents of this research. The results of the research that has been carried out can be concluded that UMKM Sugar Souvenir have a quite large role in the economy of the Bobojong Manggu village. By seeing the potential of the local community who has the basics and abilities in the field of sewing, UMKM Sugar Souvenir recruited them with the aim of minimizing unemployment. This UMKM product innovation was also able to make the village cleaner because the existing plastic waste was used and recycled to make a product.

A common problem in the management of garbage is the low awareness of the public to avoid dumping at the bottom of the river. As it becomes increasingly difficult to find a decent dumping place and inadequate transportation of the waste, the people dump the waste on the banks. Moreover, the lack of means and facilities to support the dumping causes the people to discourage dumping to the rivers and other sources. The research method I chose was the questionnaire method. Share survey questions and interviews with respondents. Research instruments are lifting and individual interviews. The information collected using this method is often quantitative. Quantitative research is research that requires large amounts of data. This is because the population of quantitative research participants is very varied. The conclusion from the discussion is that the results before educating the importance of preserving the environment and carrying out the cleaning program of the river cytepus by after doing so, that the rating of the respondents has increased to positive that means that this activity is effective in its implementation for 1 week in the month of November 2023, after the rainy season comes once there is a minimum of flooding and river does not flood into the road. In order to prevent flooding, it is important to carry out sanitary work in the community's environment and river transport, manage the garbage properly, carry out the disposal of organic and inorganic waste, give education on the importance of keeping the environment and the river clean.

Quantitative research design with the subject of work safety and occupational health in offshore wind farms at GEO QUIP MARINE. Research method for collecting data using a questionnaire survey as research. This analysis shows that work safety and health hazards for marine geotech workers greatly influence work at this company and provide positive goals for the progress of this company. As the wind power sector grows and becomes an established source of renewable energy, it introduces new materials, technologies and processes that expose workers to increased and unique occupational risks. In this paper, we conducted an overview of the scientific and industrial literature on online scientific databases and search engines to identify the extent to which occupational health hazards and risks specific to wind power generation have been considered. Our review reveals the importance of work safety and the introduction of work safety tools at offshore wind farms such as PPE, H2S, and other equipment that influence offshore work maintenance is the focus of research, mainly including self-reported data from offshore wind farm employees. Factors such as vibration, welding fumes and other hazardous substances, weather conditions and biological hazards have not been addressed by research, although the presence and combination of these factors may raise concerns. Therefore, further research is needed into the unique and combined risks and hazards faced by workers across all stages of the wind energy production life cycle. This will increase knowledge and provide opportunities to manage occupational health and safety hazards in existing and newly built installations as well as provide input for future regulations and other preventative measures.

This research was conducted to find out how the role of product innovation and business networks in the development of the Acy Family business. Observation and interviews were the data collection techniques used in this study. The analysis method used is a descriptive qualitative analysis method, namely by collecting, processing and presenting data obtained when conducting research so that complete information is obtained about what is researched. Based on the results of the analysis that has been done, it can be concluded that product innovation and business networks play a very important role in the development of a business. Acy Family uses product innovation and business networks as tools to support its business development. With product innovation and an extensive business network, it will expand the market share of the business so that business income will increase which will have a good impact on the development of a business.

The accompanying facilitator is a program from PT Bank BTN Syariah Tbk which aims to empower productive underprivileged mothers who are MSME actors by providing business assistance to customers. Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises are the biggest drivers of economic growth in Indonesia. However, in running their businesses, MSMEs often experience difficulties such as small scale businesses having difficulty accessing markets, limited capital, limited employees and limited knowledge. Where this happens to MSME actors, underprivileged women who are productive BTPN Syariah customers who are in rural areas who lack access to information to expand the market for products or services, due to the limited knowledge of MSME actors. The access to knowledge facilitator program aims to increase customers' entrepreneurial knowledge capacity so that they gain wider market access. In empowering productive underprivileged mothers, BTPN Syariah provides access to accompanying facilitators to customers with the aim of providing significant benefits and effects regarding increasing income, accessibility and customers gaining knowledge about entrepreneurship. It is hoped that this empowerment can improve the performance of MSME players so that they can develop business in businesses run by Bank BTPN Syariah customers.

This research aims to identify the role of performance evaluation in organizations. The focus of this research is to understand how implementing a good performance evaluation system can have a positive impact on the organization. This research method focuses on critical analysis of scientific literature, case studies, and expert views in the field of human resource management. Using this approach, this research involves synthesizing information from various sources to construct a comprehensive understanding of how performance evaluation can be a catalyst in organizational development. The results of this research outline the importance of implementing performance evaluation as a strategic tool for identifying employee strengths and weaknesses, as well as designing programs employee development as an important strategy in organizational development.
