Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh kurang maksimalnya pembelajaran bahasa Arab di SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Patuk terutama dalam hal mencapai prestasi belajar bahasa Arab yang disebabkan faktor kemampuan rata-rata siswa yang masih dapat dikatakan awam  huruf Arab, metode pembelajaran yang kurang variatif, dan alokasi waktu yang terbatas. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksperimen yang bertujuan untuk mengujicobakan metode pembelajaran bahasa Arab berbasis Multiple Intelligences dan mengetahui efektivitasnya dalam meningkatkan prestasi belajar bahasa Arab siswa.Penelitian ini berjenis penelitian lapangan dan bersifat kuantitatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik tes dan dokumentasi. Teknik tes terdiri dari multiple intelligences test, pretest, dan posttest. Teknik analisis data untuk menguji hipotesis yang diajukan adalah dengan melakukan uji-t melalui program SPSS 22 serta uji normalitas dan uji homogenitas yang dilakukan sebelumnya sebagai uji prasyarat.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan: 1) Terdapat perbedaan sigifikan antara prestasi belajar siswa kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol setelah treatment yaitu dengan signifikansi sebesar 0.006. 2) Metode pembelajaran berbasis MI efektif meningkatkan prestasi belajar bahasa Arab siswa kelas eksperimen dengan siginfikansi sebesar 0.022.قامت الباحثة هذا البحث على بعض الأسباب، هم قليل فعالية تعلم اللغة العربية في مدرسة محمدية الثانوية الأهلية الأولى فاتوك خاصة من حيث نيل نتائج الدرس لأن قدرة الطلاب في تعريف حروف العربية نقيصة، و قليل جنس مناهج التعليم العربية، و محدود الأوقات الجاهزة. أن هذا البحث بحث تجربي و هدفه تجريب منهج التعليم بالأساسس الذكائات المتعددة و معرفة فعاليته في ترقية نتائج درس اللغة العربية.هاذا البحث بحث ميداني كمي. استخدمت الباحثة طريقة الاختبار و التوثيق لجمع البيانات. و أما الاختبار ففيها اختبار الذكائات المتعددة و الاختبار القبلي و الاختبار البعدي. و في تحليل البيانات قامت الباحثة بالاختبار الفرق (Uji-T) بمساعدة SPSS 22 و الاختبار الطبيعي والتجانسي الذان قامت بهما الباحثة كشرط أساسي من قبل.دلت تبيجة تحليل الاختبار الفرق (Uji-T) على : ۱) أن هناك فرق هام بين النتائج الدراسية في قسم التجربة و قسم التوجيه بعد تطبيق المنهج بقيمة الأهمية 0.006. ۲) أن تطبيق منهج التعليم بالأساس الذكائات المتعددة  فعال في ترقية نتائج درس اللغة العربية لطلاب قسم التجربة بقيمة الأهمية 0.22.

Abstract

The curriculum evaluation is a necessity. In Indonesia, the latest implemented curriculum for schools and madrasah is 2013 scientific based-approach curriculum which has not been implemented in all levels of school yet. As a guidance of the implementation of 2013 curriculum for madrasah, the religious affairs minister has established a Guidance Book for students and teachers. The Indonesian government will gradually provide the Guidance Book for students and teachers covering all subject taught in the school, Arabic in particular. Recently, Indonesian government has established Arabic textbook for class X of Madrasah Aliyah, for class VII of Madrasah Tsanawiyah, and for class I and IV of Madrasaha Ibtidaiyah. This textbook is important in emerging the ideology for students. That is why, the development of discourse through the use of pictures and sentences become important since they are integrative and meaningful for students in organizing the information and concepts of a book. This paper describes the significance of the textbook in socializing and internalizing the moral characters as well as gender equality.

Abstract

Latar belakang: Penyakit hipertensi adalah salah satu penyakit tidak menular yang menjadi masalah kesehatan serius. Pada tahun 2011 Badan Kesehatan Dunia menyebutkan 50%-70% pasien tidak patuh terhadap obat antihipertensi. Rendahnya kepatuhan minum obat akan menyebabkan tekanan darah tidak terkontrol yang dapat meningkatkan risiko komplikasi. Tahun 2015 WHO menyebutkan bahwa penduduk Indonesia dengan usia 18 tahun ke atas akan mengalami hipertensi sebesar 23,8%. Tujuan: Penelitian ini mempunyai tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberian edukasi melalui booklet terhadap kepatuhan minum obat pasien hipertensi. Metode: Penelitian ini adalah penelitian observasional dengan rancangan one group pre/post test. Penelitian dilakukan terhadap satu kelompok responden, kemudian diberikan intervensi edukasi media booklet dan diukur kembali. Pengambilan data dilakukan dengan metode wawancara berdasarkan kuesioner yang telah valid dan reliabel. Hasil: Hasil uji statistik Wilcoxon menunjukkan  perubahan signifikan terhadap tingkat kepatuhan pasien hipertensi sebelum dan sesudah pemberian edukasi dengan booklet (p<0,05).  Simpulan dan Saran : Pemberian booklet pada pasien hipertensi sebagai edukasi dapat meningkatan kepatuhan minum obat di salah satu klinik di Sidareja. Perlu dilakukan penelitian lebih lanjut pada kepatuhan pasien Hipertensi dengan cara edukasi yang berbeda dan cakupan area yang lebih luas.

Abstract

The integration of Islamic financing in Banyu Biru Village has yielded impressive results, driving sustainable development and empowering the community. This approach has spurred economic growth while fostering social equity, environmental stewardship, and a sense of shared responsibility among residents. Notable achievements include the expansion of organic farming through interest-free loans and profit-sharing, the advancement of renewable energy projects, and the empowerment of marginalized groups via benevolent loans. Additionally, Islamic finance has encouraged collaboration among entrepreneurs with profit-sharing models and supported investments in cultural preservation. This financial model has also strengthened governance and accountability structures, boosting the village's resilience against economic shocks and fluctuations. Banyu Biru stands as a model of ethical and inclusive development, demonstrating the transformative potential of Islamic financing. By integrating economic, social, and environmental goals, the village exemplifies how Islamic finance can build resilient, sustainable communities committed to achieving multiple Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Abstract

One good way of expressing your thoughts and feelings is by writing. The existence of maharah kitabah learning can help students express their thoughts and feelings. In this digital era, there are many ways to practice writing skills. In this case, it can be seen from the development of maharah kitabah learning. The purpose of this study is to determine the digital development of maharah kitabah learning in the Sinta 2 journal for 2020-2022. The method used in this study is a literature review with a qualitative approach. Literature review will provide an overview of the development of a particular topic. Literature review will allow a researcher to identify a theory or method, develop a theory or method, identify gaps that occur between a theory and relevance in the field / to a research result. The results obtained from this study are, because this research is limited to accredited journals of the sinata 2 journal in 2020-2022, there has not been much development in digitalization in maharah kitabah learning in the sinta 2 journal in 2020-2022. So it requires special attention for reputable journals sinta 2 to further increase the use of digital technology, especially in maharah kitabah learning.

Abstract

This research was conducted because there is no availability of learning materials that are able to support the needs of students in improving their understanding and skills of Arabic, especially in  mahārah kalām . The research method used is library research with primary data in the form of Arabic teaching materials and secondary data in the form of relevant scientific articles. Data analysis techniques in this study consisted of data collection, data reduction, data display, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that the Arabic language textbooks for class IX for junior high schools published by KEMENAG in 2020 meet the eligibility standards of books according to the BSNP. And in the CEFR realm, the Arabic textbook contains language proficiency levels at A2 and B1 in mahārah kalām. The results of this research can add to teachers’ insight regarding the availability of learning media that is appropriate to the learning level students in mahārah kalām.

Abstract

Pada pengajaran bahasa Arab, guru sering menemukan kesulitan untuk mendapatkan siswa mampu berbicara. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memecahkan masalah melalui penelitian tindakan kelas dengan menggunakan TPR (Total Physical Response) di kelas IV A MI Sultan Agung, dan mendeskripsikan pelaksanaan pembelajaran bahasa Arab dengan metode TPR. Skor hasil tes pada tahap pertama akhir belajar bahasa Arab rata-rata 52.95, kurang begitu baik, dan tahap kedua telah mencapai nilai rata-rata 66,57 atau dengan,kriteria,baik. Kata Kunci: Arab, guru, siswa, belajar, berbicara.

Abstract

One of the problems in the implementation of the Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia No. 8 of 2016 Article 6 Paragraph 10 concerning equal rights to education for people with disabilities is the absence of Arabic language learning media that can be accessed by the visually impaired. Therefore, learning media that suits their needs is needed, using relevant materials and approaches, especially the CBI (Content-Based Instruction) approach. This study aims to develop and evaluate CBI-based Arabic language learning media for visually impaired students at MAN 2 Sleman Yogyakarta. Research and development (RD) methods with a quantitative approach were used, involving expert evaluations and effectiveness tests on grade 10 students. Data is collected through tests, questionnaires, interviews, observations, and documentation. The media results developed are in the form of an Android-based application with audio features from native speakers, including three chapters of material and practice questions. The analysis of pre-test and post-test scores with paired sample T-test and N-Gain showed an improvement in students' Arabic language skills, with a significance value of 0.037 and an N-Gain score of 62.57%.

Abstract

Abstract: The presence of children in a family brings both happiness and a great responsibility for parents to protect them from various forms of violence, including sexual abuse. In practice, in the ruling No. 36/PID.SUS/2023/PN/LBB, the judge issued an acquittal for Budi Satria in a case of sexual violence against his own child. This clearly reflects the weak implementation of the Child Protection Law and the urgent need to strengthen law enforcement, especially in cases lacking witnesses and evidence. This study aims to analyze the legality and effectiveness of child protection law enforcement using a normative juridical approach. The research adopts a normative juridical method focusing on the implementation of Law Number 35 of 2014 on Child Protection, particularly in cases of sexual violence committed by biological fathers. The study is descriptive-analytical, employing qualitative data analysis through the review of legal regulations, court decisions, and relevant literature. The findings reveal that legal protection for child victims of sexual violence, particularly when the perpetrator is a parent, faces significant challenges due to gaps in legal application and evidence gathering. The acquittal in the case of child molestation underscores the need to strengthen law enforcement, child protection, and comprehensive efforts to prevent violence through the active involvement of all stakeholders. Collective efforts from the government, non-governmental organizations, and the community are necessary to create a safe and supportive environment for children to grow and thrive, free from the threat of sexual violence.Keywords: Judge’s consideration, Free verdict, Sexual violence, Biological children, Child protection.

Abstract

Students often use Google Translate to translate unknown “educational terms”. However, Google Translate is often inaccurate. This study aims to develop an android-based educational terms dictionary application (Mu’jam al-Musṭalahāt al-Tarbawiyah) as an independent learning resource for PTKIN students, to determine its quality, and to determine students’ responses to the dictionary. This study is a development research with a procedural model. The development procedure in this study refers to the development research procedure by Timpus Litjaknov with development steps, namely analysis of the product to be developed, initial product development, expert validation and revision, small-scale field trials and product revisions, large-scale field trials, and the final product. The data analysis techniques used are quantitative and qualitative data. The results of this research are: 1) The Android-based Mu'jam al-Musṭalahāt al-Tarbawiyah dictionary has been successfully developed as an independent learning resource for students of state Islamic universities with the name of a trilingual educational terms dictionary, 2) Based on the assessment of media experts, the Mu'jam al-Musalahāt al-Tarbawiyah dictionary has very good quality with an average score of 3.50 and based on the media expert's assessment it is 3.50, 3) student response to the application The Mu'jam al-Musṭalahāt al-Tarbawiyah dictionary in small-scale field trials obtained an average score of 3.02, while in large-scale field trials it obtained an average score of 3.30.
