In the era of globalization and rapid technological advancement, there is an urgent need to update the curriculum to remain relevant to contemporary demands while maintaining Islamic values. This case study reveals how the integration of technology in teaching and the application of active learning methods can enhance the quality of Islamic education. The study's results indicate that these innovative approaches not only enrich students' learning experiences but also prepare them to face social and technological challenges in the future. However, the implementation of these innovations also faces challenges such as resistance from the local community and the need for teacher training. Recommendations for further research include exploring the impact of curriculum innovations in various madrasah contexts and an in-depth analysis of student learning outcomes.

Abstract

The business world grapples with the persistent challenge of environmental sustainability. To foster environmentally conscious entrepreneurial practices, it's crucial to understand the factors influencing green entrepreneurial behavior. This paper examines the relationship between green entrepreneurial intention, green entrepreneurial behavior, and the role of social support, specifically from family members. Through a systematic literature review of 20 recent articles published between 2020 and 2024, the study investigates this critical connection. The study's findings highlight a crucial connection between social support, specifically from family, and the transition from green entrepreneurial intentions to actual green entrepreneurial behavior. This connection suggests that familial support plays a vital role in motivating and enabling individuals to translate their environmental aspirations into concrete actions. By understanding this dynamic, the research provides valuable guidance for both entrepreneurs and policymakers. This collaborative approach can significantly contribute to the widespread adoption of sustainable practices within the business world, ultimately benefiting both the environment and society as a whole.

Abstract

This theoretical study is a study to examine Green Human Resources Management practices among company employees. Despite much research on GHRM, there is no holistic model that addresses its impact on organizational, individual, and team performance. This research aims to examine 190 GHRM papers and build a holistic model in the application of the GHRM concept mediated by Job Satisfaction and its relationship to Employee Performance. Design/Methodology/approach through a literature review, this research analyzes related research results from various scientific disciplines relevant to the topic. The findings of this research found that the role of GHRM and job satisfaction are key success factors in creating good employee performance. Organizations need to implement GHRM, because this has an impact on employee satisfaction and increases employee job satisfaction to increase GHRM so that it can influence employee performance holistically. The limitation of this research is that it is only a literature review, it does not consider questionnaire surveys and workplace evaluations as future research opportunities. The originality/value of this research integrates theoretical studies regarding GHRM and job satisfaction which results in the importance of the company's role in human resource management practices in improving performance.

Abstract

Antitrust and cartel violations in the business sector reveal various fundamental problems that need to be addressed to realize healthier business competition, with a focus on low legal awareness among business actors, obstacles in law enforcement, challenges in regulatory oversight, and lack of regulatory effectiveness. This research aims to identify factors that hinder the effective implementation of antitrust and cartel laws in the business sector in Indonesia. This research uses a qualitative approach by conducting in-depth interviews with various related parties, including business actors, regulators, and legal experts. Data analysis was carried out using thematic techniques to identify patterns and main themes that emerged from the interviews. The research results show that low legal awareness among business actors is one of the main factors that exacerbate the problem of antitrust violations and cartels. In addition, law enforcement is hampered by limited human and financial resources, as well as regulatory oversight that is not yet effective in the regions, also making it difficult to achieve the goal of optimal legal protection. The implications of this research suggest the need to increase legal education, reform law enforcement, adapt more flexible regulations, and strengthen the supervisory system as strategic steps to increase compliance with business competition law to increase healthy business competition in Indonesia.

Abstract

Customer loyalty towards Make-Up Artist (MUA) services in the Special Region of Yogyakarta is the focus of this study, which seeks to investigate the effect of brand image, service quality, and product quality. The researchers in this study used a quantitative approach. All clients in the Special Region of Yogyakarta who have used the services of a Make-Up Artist (MUA) will be the focus of this research. In 2024, the research will take place between May and June. Primary and secondary data are both used in this study. The population's size is a mystery, and it's endless. We used the Lemeshow technique to choose 100 respondents for our research, which allowed us to achieve a 95% confidence level and a 5% margin of error. The quota sampling method is used in the data collecting strategy. In this study, we use brand image (X1), service quality (X2), and product quality (X3) as independent factors. The loyalty of customers is the dependent variable (Y). The study employs an operational definition that encompasses indicators and variables, with the measuring scale using a Likert scale. The instrument was subjected to validity and reliability assessment by the research team. A battery of standard hypothesis tests, including those for normality, multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity, and descriptive statistics, were used in the study. The SPSS statistics 27 was used in the data analysis procedure. Research conducted in the Special Region of Yogyakarta found that customer loyalty is positively and significantly impacted by the brand image, service quality, and product quality of Make-Up Artist (MUA) services.
