This study aims to analyze the influence of TPAK, education, and inflation on economic growth in the poorest provinces in Indonesia using a sample of 10 provinces during the period 2015 to 2023 and is analyzed from an Islamic economic perspective. The purpose of this study is to examine how economic factors that affect the rate of economic growth based on Islamic values can be applied to achieve fairer and more equitable economic growth in the 10 poorest provinces in Indonesia. The research method used is quantitative, with a panel data regression analysis approach to test hypotheses about the relationship between the variables mentioned. The data was obtained from official sources such as Indonesia's Central Statistics Agency (BPS), covering the level of labor force participation, education level, regional inflation, and GDP. The results of the analysis show that the level of labor force participation and education level have a negative effect on the rate of economic growth in the 10 poorest provinces in Indonesia. Meanwhile, the inflation rate has a positive influence on the rate of economic growth in the 10 poorest provinces in Indonesia. Simultaneously, labor force participation rates, education levels, and regional inflation together have a positive effect on the rate of economic growth in the 10 poorest provinces in Indonesia. This study highlights to consider the factors that have been analyzed as a design to increase the rate of economic growth in Indonesia. With a deeper understanding of these factors, it is hoped that it can provide a better picture for the future economic growth rate.

This study analyzes the characteristics of poor households receiving the Family Hope Program (PKH) and those receiving both PKH and Non-Cash Food Assistance (PKHBPNT) in Indonesia in 2023. Data were obtained from the raw data of the March 2023 National Socio-Economic Survey (Susenas), focusing on 27,747 poor households. Descriptive analysis and binary logistic regression were used to identify factors influencing the receipt of assistance. The results show that the presence of school-age children, elderly members, and persons with disabilities significantly increases the likelihood of poor households receiving PKH and PKHBPNT. Additionally, poor households in rural areas are more likely to receive assistance compared to those in urban areas. However, several indicators, such as the presence of toddlers, the occupation of the household head, and per capita floor area, do not have a significant influence. These findings indicate biases in the distribution of assistance, where poor households with more complex living conditions tend to receive assistance more frequently. This study recommends improving the selection mechanisms and data updating to enhance the targeting accuracy of social assistance programs, thereby increasing their effectiveness in reducing poverty and improving community welfare.

This research analyzes the role of economic institutions—reflected through interest rates, tax policies, and investment climate—in influencing domestic credit distribution in ASEAN-5 countries. Employing a descriptive quantitative approach, the study uses secondary data from the World Bank covering the period 2013–2022, focusing on Indonesia, Singapore, Malaysia, the Philippines, and Thailand. Panel data regression is used to estimate the effects of institutional variables. The findings reveal that interest rates and the number of new business registrations—an indicator of investment climate—positively and significantly impact domestic credit distribution. Conversely, tax levels show a significant negative effect, indicating that lower tax burdens are associated with greater credit distribution. These results underscore the importance of institutional quality in shaping financial intermediation within ASEAN-5 economies and provide insights for policymaking to strengthen credit markets.

Employability is a person's work readiness in entering the job market and the world of work. In work readiness, skills needed by the world of work are needed, these skills will support job seekers and those who are new to work to be ready in the world of work. This study is to analyze the influence of digital literacy which includes the ability to use information and communication technology effectively. Self-efficacy or individual confidence in their ability to achieve goals is expected to mediate the relationship between these variables and employability, namely the ability to get and maintain jobs. Through a survey conducted on 175 respondents from alumni of BPVP Padang training participants in 2023, research data processing was carried out using the SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) method, with the type of Structure Equation Modeling (SEM) used, namely Smart PLS. The results of the study showed that digital literacy has a direct effect on employability, but is not mediated by self-efficacy. This finding indicates the importance of digital literacy to increase employability.

Unemployment remains a major issue in Indonesia's development, especially among vocational education graduates. This study examines the effect of the Pre-Employment Card Program in reducing the unemployment rate. This study uses data from the 2023 National Labor Force Survey (Sakernas) with logistic regression model analysis. The number of samples used was 1,481, consisting of 201 unemployed groups and 1,280 employed groups. Results show that apprenticeship experience and vocational education background significantly reduce the risk of unemployment, while the Pre-Employment card program and certified training show no significant impact. Higher education and income are negatively correlated with unemployment, while women are more at risk of unemployment. The findings emphasize the importance of practical experience and vocational education strategies that match labor market needs. This study provides insights for labor policies in developing countries.

This study covers the three dimensions that make up the HDI to know the mutual influence between the dimensions of decent living standards, health, and education. The research method used is the Panel Vector Auto Regression method. The data used is panel data consisting of 11 districts/cities in Maluku Province during 2010-2022. The decent standard of living dimension and the Health dimension have a two-way effect, the same condition occurs in the Health and Education dimensions. The decent standard of living dimension only has a unidirectional influence on the Education dimension. The results of the Implus Response Function show that all dimensions in the model have a permanent response due to a shock from another dimension. Variance decomposition results show that only the Health dimension has a smaller proportion of series movement due to the shock of the dimension itself compared to the shock of the decent standard of living dimension. The application of this research is to provide a point of view for policymakers, that to improve the welfare of the community as measured by HDI, the policies designed need to stimulate all dimensions of HDI externally and also build harmonization between dimensions so that they influence each other and encourage an increase in HDI internally.
