The purpose of this study is to find out how the role of UMKM in the welfare of the community is carried out in UMKM Omah Bawis Pak Ucil. This research is a field research using a qualitative descriptive approach, using data collection techniques used are observation, interviews and documentation. The data sources used are primary data and secondary data. Primary data sources through interviews obtained through interviews with UMKM owners Omah Bawis and the community. While secondary data sources are obtained from relevant books and journals. The data analysis techniques used are data analysis techniques from Miles, Huberman, and Saldana. While the data validity technique used is triangulation of source and time. The location of this research used is the Omah Bawis Bontang UMKM Production House on June 3, 2023. The results of this study show that this is the role of UMKM in the Omah Bawis fisheries sector on community welfare. Viewed in terms of production which includes the provision and creation of something that is valuable and beneficial to society in the form of goods and services. The business, run by entrepreneur Omah Bawis Pak Ucil, aims to improve the family economy in the Bontang City community.

Abstract

The growing interest in Samarinda among tourists, fueled by easily accessible information and transportation, is the driving force behind this study. The preservation of the city's environment and cultural legacy becomes imperative with the inflow of tourists. Sustainable growth requires cooperation between the community and the government. The study intends to evaluate how Muslim tourists using the Mahakam situs toto River Cruise Tour make judgments based on social media, word-of-mouth, and service quality. Through the use of descriptive quantitative research, information is gathered from 100 Muslim visitors who were purposefully sampled using questionnaires. Results show that word-of-mouth does not greatly affect decisions, but social media does. Service quality has a big impact on where people choose to come. Concurrently, these factors contribute to 92.2% of the decision-making process, indicating their critical function in determining Samarinda's tourism environment.

Abstract

The problem that arises is the regulation of Permendag No. 18 of 2020, regarding the prohibition of the sale of used goods, but seeing that there are still many thrifty shops that are open causes people to be interested in buying these items. Fashion trends are now people's lifestyles that continue to stick in everyday life. One of them is thrift fashion which is quite popular among the public, especially teenagers. Thrift fashion is an alternative to exploring appearance, therefore getting used clothing at low prices but still of good quality is in great demand. Thus the purpose of this study was to determine the factors that influence the interest of the Muslim community to buy thrifting/second-hand clothes in Samarinda City. The research method used in this research is quantitative research. The population used was 775,993 muslim people in Samarinda city who were recorded at the Samarinda Central Bureau of Statistics. The sample used was 100 Muslim community respondent data in Samarinda city. The data collection technique used is a questionnaire with a measurement technique using a Likert Scale. The analytical method used is multiple regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that the price and quality factors partially and simultaneously have a significant effect on the interest of the muslim community to buy thrifting/second-hand clothing in Samarinda city.

Abstract

Customer value creates a company and how good customer value can provide customer satisfaction. And sustainable customer satisfaction can be achieved through customer value which must be continuously maintained or improved. With these efforts, it is hoped that customer loyalty itself, by increasing sustainable customer loyalty, can be fostered through the company's own strategy. Then the quality of service provided also greatly influences customer loyalty, by providing good service and according to customer expectations. And costs are also one of the factors that influence loyalty towards a company or agency. So this research aims to find out whether good service and customer satisfaction and also the costs provided by the cooperative can influence loyalty in Baitul Maal Wa Tamwil Usaha Usaha Bersama Terpadu Nusantara (BMT UGT NUSANTARA). The type of research used in this research is associative with quantitative data collection methods. Based on the calculation results, service quality has a simultaneous effect on customer loyalty, then satisfaction has a significant effect on loyalty, while service quality and satisfaction have a simultaneous effect on costs, while service quality has a significant effect on customer loyalty through costs. And customer satisfaction with loyalty through costs does not have a significant effect on customer loyalty. Abstract

The human resources within an institution play an important role in determining its success. To improve employee performance, namely by providing work culture and compensation. With a good work culture and compensation, employee performance will also increase. By implementing work culture and compensation, HR will improve performance for the goals to be achieved. This research aims to determine the influence of work culture and compensation on performance at Baznas East Kalimantan Province. This type of research is quantitative research. The method used is causal associative. Making employees who work at Baznas East Kalimantan Province the population in this research with a total of 18 people. The sampling technique uses a saturated sample technique, where the total population is 18 people. The data sources in this research were obtained from primary data from questionnaires and secondary data in the form of journals, other literature and sources related to the problems studied. Data collection was carried out using questionnaires and literature studies and using a Likert Scale as the measurement scale. Data analysis techniques include research instrument testing (validity test, reliability test), classic assumption test consisting of (normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test and linearity test) multiple regression analysis test, hypothesis testing consisting of (t test, f test ) and coefficient of determination test (R²). Based on the research results, it is known that the work culture variable has a significant effect on employee performance. Meanwhile, the Compensation variable has no significant effect on Employee Performance. The percentage of influence exerted by the Work Culture (X1) Compensation (X2) Employee Performance (Y) is 35.5% while the remaining 65.5% is influenced by other factors not included in this research.

Abstract

Tokopedia is one of the largest e-commerce companies in Indonesia which has now succeeded and successfully exploited the great opportunities of using the internet so that Tokopedia currently has a good image to be the main factor for someone in making purchasing decisions online. The decision to purchase a product is a very important factor that companies must pay attention to in every trading activity because from a purchasing decision a transaction will occur. Several factors that influence purchasing decisions at Tokopedia in this research are E-Service Quality, E-Trust, and Online Consumer Reviews. The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of E- Service Quality, E-Trust, and Online Consumer Reviews on Purchase Decisions on Tokopedia E-Commerce. The method used in this research is casual associative quantitative research. The population in this study were Tokopedia users, Generation Z Muslims in East Kalimantan, totaling 1,025,006 people with an age range of 10-24 years for generation Z. The sample used was 100 Generation Z Muslims in East Kalimantan Tokopedia users using a sampling technique, namely purposive sampling. The data collection technique used was distributing questionnaires via Google Form with a Likert Scale measurement technique. The results of this research show that E-Service Quality, E-Trust, and Online Consumer Reviews partially have a significant influence on Purchase Decisions on Tokopedia E-Commerce. Likewise, simultaneously E-Service Quality, E-Trust, and Online Consumer Reviews, partially have a significant influence on Purchasing Decisions on Tokopedia E-Commerce. The R2 value is 0.846, which means that 84.6% of the Buying Decision variable in Tokopedia E-Commerce is influenced by the E-Service Quality, E-Trust and Online Consumer Review variables. Abstract

Banking practitioners increasingly realize they can no longer serve customers with limited capabilities. Banking is also moving forward and collaborating to improve systems and strategies so that customers feel and prove to themselves that transactions with the help of technology make it easier. Starting from direct service carried out by employees, it becomes service independently without needing to go to the Bank first to make a transaction or something else. With the merger, the amount of capital has increased, so the use of BSI Mobile in Palangka Raya City should have developed and increased. This study aims to determine whether there is an effect of self-service technology on customer satisfaction of Indonesian Islamic banks in the city of Palangka Raya and whether there is an effect of self-service technology on customer loyalty to PT. Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) in the city of Palangka Raya and whether customer satisfaction affects customer loyalty. Indonesian sharia bank in the city of Palangka Raya. This study uses primary data obtained directly through a questionnaire. Taking the number of samples in this study using the purposive sampling method with the Slovin formula, and found as many as 100 respondents. This study uses quantitative analysis methods, and data is processed using SmartPLS version 4.0. This research proves that Self-Service Technology positively and significantly affects customer satisfaction by showing a coefficient value of 0.740 and a t-statistic of 9.872. Self-Service Technology has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty, with a coefficient value of 0.341 and a t-statistic of 2.779. Moreover, customer satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty, with a coefficient value of 0.362 and a t-statistic of 2.910. And coefficient value Self-Service Technology on customer loyalty of 0.268 and t-statistics of 2.667. can also be interpreted as customer satisfaction as a variable intervening to play a full role.

Abstract

Perbaikan ekonomi untuk berada dalam kondisi sejahtera yang mampu memenuhi kebutuhan. Keberadaan pembangunan infrastruktur fisik baru berupa Alun-Alun Trunojoyo tentunya akan berdampak terhadap kondisi lingkungan, sosial, budaya dan ekonomi. Dampak tersebut akan langsung dirasakan oleh PKL di lingkungan Alun-alun. Maka dari itu, berdasarkan fenomena tersebut peneliti memiliki tujuan penelitian yaitu untuk Mengidentifikasi Konsep Pembangunan Infrastruktur Taman Kota Alun-Alun Trunojoyo serta Untuk Mengetahui Dampak Dari Pembangunan Infrastruktur Alun-Alun Trunojoyo Kabupaten Sampang Terhadap Pendapatan ekonomi Pedagang Kaki Lima (PKL). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif deskriptif, berupa jenis penelitian lapangan. Sumber data terdiri dari data primer dan sekunder. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Dari hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dengan konsep pembangunan infrastruktur taman kota alun-alun Trunojoyo sebagai ruang publik, meliputi tiga komponen diantaranya yakni, pembangunan alun-alun Trunojoyo dikonsep untuk mampu mengakomodir segala aktivitas masyarakat. Selain hal itu, pembangunan ini bertujuan untuk mengenalkan sosial budaya di kota Sampang. Selanjutnya, adanya pembangunan ini agar meningkatkan pendapatan ekonomi masyarakat lokal khusunya pedagang kaki lima. Selain itu, dampak yang dirasakan oleh PKL yaitu berdasarkan indikator. Pertama, peningkatan volume penjualan, hal ini mempengaruhi peningkatan pendapatan. Kedua, bertambahnya variasi produk. Kegita, penambahan asset usaha. Terakhir, penambahan tenaga kerja, peningkatan aktivitas bisnis hal ini memaksa PKL untuk menambah tenaga kerja untuk mengurangi beban kerja baik tetap maupun paruh waktu terlebih dengan adanya acara publik maka dapat mengundang sejumlah besar orang atau pengunjang ke suatu lokasi, hal ini semakin meningkatnya dan kepadatan pengunjung ke alun-alun Trunojoyo menjadi berkah untuk pelaku pedagang kaki lima dalam mendapatkan laba dari barang dagangan yang mereka jual.

Abstract

Metode penelitiaan ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis survey yang bersifat deskriptif eksploratif dengan jumlah populasi 10.705 jiwa yang terdiri dari wilayah Utentkot, Keude Cunda dan Alue Awe dengan teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling pada 100 responden. Proses pengumpulan data melalui menyebarkan kuesioner dengan skala likert dan pengujian validitas serta analisis data dengan uji asumsi klasik dan hipotesis. Hasil penelitian ini yaitu 1) Promosi berpengaruh signifikan nilai t-hitung 7,224 > t-tabel 1,985 dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05 secara parsial terhadap minat masyarakat. 2) gaya hidup tidak berpengaruh signifikan nilai t-hitung -0,895<t-tabel 1,985 dengan nilai signifikansi 0,373 > 0,05. 3) Pekerjaan berpengaruh signifikan secara parsial terhadap minat masyarakat nilai t-hitung 3,729> t-tabel 1,985 dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05. 4) promosi, gaya hidup dan pekerjaan secara bersama-sama berpengaruh signifikan secara simultan uji F yaitu f-hitung 32,250 > f-tabel 2,47 dengan nilai signifikan 0,000 < 0,05. Dengan adanya penelitian ini dapat memberikan pandangan positif bagi pihak BSI Link yang terdapat di Utenkot, Alue Awe dan Keude Cunda dalam meningkatkan kualitas demi pelayanan masyarakat Kecamatan Muara Dua Kota Lhokseumawe.
