Abstract

Mental health is an important indicator in determining an individual's quality of life. Individuals experiencing mental health disorders generally show a decline in productivity in daily activities. Maintaining mental health requires consistent efforts, such as consulting with psychologists or watching programs engaging with content that offers tips on mental health, like the account @wantja. The Instagram account @wantja is one of the accounts that frequently shares content emphasizing the importance of maintaining mental health and self-awareness. This research aims to determine whether there is an influence of the exposure to the Instagram account @wantja on the followers' knowledge about mental health, focusing on three main variable indicators: frequency, duration, and intensity of viewing. In addition, this research examines control variables, namely Gender and Education. This study utilizes George Gerbner's Cultivation Theory, which posits that prolonged exposure to media content shapes the audience's perceptions and knowledge.Data was collected through an online survey of 100 followers of the Instagram account @wantja (ages 16-27), selected through purposive sampling with a margin of error of 10%.This research employs a quantitative approach. The research findings indicate that the frequency, duration, and intensity of viewing significantly influence the knowledge, awareness, and comprehension of followers regarding mental health. Intensity of viewing shows the strongest influence, followed by frequency and duration. Furthermore, the results of the tests on the control variables of gender and education level also indicate that there is no significant effect. This means that all Instagram followers are equally influenced by the exposure to the content of @wantja in shaping their level of knowledge about health, regardless of the gender and education level of the Instagram followers.

Abstract

Indonesia has a tiered government structure from the national to local levels, where village governments play a strategic role in regulating and managing national development interests. The village head, as a leader elected by the community supported by the village apparatus, has a strategic role in realizing good public services at the village level. The quality of service and the achievement of village development targets are highly dependent on the optimal performance of village apparatus. However, based on data and interviews with village officials in Karangtengah District, Cianjur Regency, it was found that the phenomenon of complaints such as inadequate compensation and low digital literacy is still one of the obstacles in optimizing the performance of village officials in Karangtengah District, Cianjur Regency. This study aims to find out how compensation and digital literacy affect the performance of village apparatus in Karangtengah District, Cianjur Regency both simultaneously and partially. This study uses a quantitative method approach, with the purpose of research being causal descriptive. Data was collected through a survey from a sample of village apparatus taken from 16 villages as many as 118 people, then analyzed using the Partial Least Square Structural Equation Model (PLS-SEM) method to test the relationship between the variables studied. It is hoped that the results of this study can show that compensation and digital literacy have a significant influence on the performance of village apparatus. Thus, this research can make an important contribution to local governments in formulating policies that can support increasing compensation and digital literacy of village officials. With this policy, it is hoped that village officials will be able to work more optimally in providing services to the community.

Abstract

The decline in employee participation in the Bukit Asam Innovation Award (BAIA) at PT Bukit Asam Tbk (PTBA) signals the need to explore factors influencing innovation behavior. This study focuses on the role of organizational justice and ethical leadership in shaping employees’ innovative actions. A quantitative method was employed, using descriptive and causal approaches. Data were gathered through structured questionnaires distributed to 325 employees selected via stratified random sampling. Structural Equation Modeling based on Partial Least Squares (PLS-SEM) using SmartPLS 4.0 was applied to analyze the data. Descriptive analysis shows that organizational justice is perceived as “very high,” ethical leadership as “very good,” and innovation behavior as “good.” The hypothesis test results confirm that both organizational justice and ethical leadership significantly and positively influence innovation behavior, with a combined contribution of 72.1%. This demonstrates that a fair organizational climate and ethical leadership practices are essential drivers of innovation. The research provides practical implications for PTBA, especially in evaluating and enhancing policies related to fairness and leadership to foster a more innovative organizational culture. Moreover, the study contributes to the literature by empirically supporting the relationship between organizational justice, ethical leadership, and innovation behavior. It is recommended that future research explore similar variables in different company or industry contexts to validate and expand the findings.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the effect of audit risk (AR) and professional skepticism (PS) on audit quality (AQ), with the utilization of information technology (UIT) as a moderating variable at Public Accountant Firms (PAF) in Jakarta. The novelty of this study lies in its examination of how technological integration may influence the relationship between auditor behavior and audit quality—a topic that remains underexplored in the Indonesian auditing context. This research employs a quantitative approach with 163 auditor respondents from both Big Four and non-Big Four PAFs. Data were analyzed using the SEM-PLS (Structural Equation Modeling - Partial Least Squares) method with SmartPLS 4.0. The results reveal that AR and PS significantly affect AQ, but UIT does not significantly moderate the relationship between AR or PS and AQ. These findings provide insights for PAFs to enhance audit quality by strengthening professional skepticism and managing audit risk effectively. While the moderating role of UIT was not supported, this suggests future research opportunities to explore other potential moderating variables or expand the scope to different regions or industries.

Abstract

This study analyzes phonological errors in the recitation of Surah Al-Baqarah verses 1-5 by Indonesian vocalist “NB” through a YouTube video. The research focuses on identifying errors in sound production, particularly related to makhraj (articulation points) and the characteristics of letters, as well as deviations in pronunciation. The method used is descriptive qualitative with content analysis and free listening techniques. The results reveal 13 phonological errors, including letter substitutions (e.g., ? replaced with ?), phoneme additions, and stress (Nabr) errors. These errors stem from a lack of understanding of makhraj and letter characteristics, as well as interference from the speaker's native language. The impact of these errors not only disrupts the clarity of recitation but also risks altering the meaning of the verses. This study emphasizes the importance of in-depth learning of phonology and tajwid to prevent the fossilization of phonological errors, especially for non-native Arabic learners. The findings are expected to serve as a reference for developing more effective methods for teaching the pronunciation of Hijaiyah letters.

Abstract

Small businesses have become an important part of the Indonesian economy, but most of their performance has not been able to meet the growing demands of customers. This study aims to analyze the factors that can influence the marketing performance of small businesses in Bogor City using descriptive and verification methods. A survey of 350 respondents was conducted to determine a general description of the influence of market orientation, entrepreneurial marketing, and marketing capabilities on marketing performance, as well as the mediating role of marketing capabilities. Analysis of the influence between variables was conducted using the Structural Equation Modeling method, with data processed using Lissrel 10.2. The test results show that market orientation influences marketing capabilities, and entrepreneurial marketing influences marketing capabilities. The marketing capabilities of market orientation and entrepreneurial marketing influence marketing performance. Marketing capabilities can mediate the influence of market orientation on marketing performance and mediate some of the influence of entrepreneurial marketing on marketing performance. The novelty of this study is the discovery of a mediation relationship model of marketing capabilities in the influence of market orientation and entrepreneurial marketing on the resulting marketing performance.

Abstract

This paper explores the concept of network governance and its potential application in managing Ruang Terbuka Hijau (RTH), or green open spaces, in urban Indonesia. Despite the Indonesian government's regulation mandating 30% of urban areas to be allocated for RTH, only a fraction of cities have met this requirement, and governance inefficiencies remain a significant barrier. This study uses a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) methodology, adhering to the PRISMA 2020 approach, to assess how network governance can be applied to overcome the challenges faced in managing green spaces. The review identifies key studies, actors, and themes within network governance, highlighting its potential to improve collaboration, resource sharing, and stakeholder engagement in RTH management. The findings suggest that network governance offers a promising framework for fostering collaboration among local governments, community groups, and private sectors, addressing issues like limited resources, spatial planning deficiencies, and political will. This paper concludes by proposing a roadmap for future research and policy applications to enhance urban resilience through effective green space governance.

Abstract

Digital transformation is reshaping all industries, including the banking sector. One key driver is the shift in customer behavior toward smartphone-based financial transactions. Bank BCA introduced the myBCA mobile banking application to address this trend; however, its adoption remains relatively low. This study investigates the factors influencing customer adoption of myBCA, addressing a research gap in understanding mobile banking adoption in the context of a new platform with low user uptake. The study extends the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) by integrating six additional variables: Perceived Trust (PT), Social Influence (SI), Perceived Risk (PR), Perceived Security (PS), and Habit (HT), alongside Perceived Usefulness (PU) and Perceived Ease of Use (PEU). Intention to Use (ITU) is positioned as a mediating variable. Data were collected from 400 respondents via online surveys using simple random sampling. Analysis was conducted using PLS-SEM with SmartPLS. Results indicate that PU, PEU, PT, SI, PS, and HT positively influence Adoption of Mobile Banking (AMB) through ITU, while PR has a negative effect. ITU explains 59.5% of the variance, while AMB is explained by 48.1%. The novelty of this research lies in its comprehensive model that incorporates behavioral, security, and trust-related variables to explain adoption in a newly launched mobile banking platform—an area not widely examined in existing TAM-based studies. This study offers theoretical contributions for future research and practical insights for Bank BCA to enhance myBCA adoption by focusing on trust-building, security assurance, and habitual engagement strategies.

Abstract

This quantitative study investigates the impact of QRIS financial literacy and e-wallet promotions on the cashless society phenomenon, while also exploring its social-religious implications through the lens of Maslahah. Using a mixed-method approach, the study collected data from East Java residents who had used QRIS or e-wallets at least once, through accidental sampling. Quantitative data were analyzed using SmartPLS 3.0, complemented by qualitative interviews. The results show that QRIS financial literacy has no significant effect on the growth of the cashless society. Although literacy levels are increasing, they are not consistently followed by QRIS usage due to the availability of diverse non-cash alternatives. In contrast, e-wallet promotions have a significant and positive influence on cashless behavior. Respondents are more likely to adopt e-wallets due to attractive promotions and the influence of their social environment. From a Maslahah perspective, the cashless society has the potential to deliver social and economic benefit but also poses risks—particularly if it fuels impulsive, non-beneficial consumption. Maslahah serves as a guiding framework, encouraging the cashless movement to align with values that promote communal well-being and ethical financial behavior. This study recommends that Bank Indonesia intensify financial education on QRIS to boost adoption. Meanwhile, e-wallet platforms should continue offering positive promotional strategies to enhance user engagement while aligning with Maslahah principles to ensure responsible usage.

Abstract

This study examines the impact of technology orientation, human resource readiness, and management support on digital competency and its implications for operational team performance at PT Petrosea Tbk, a mining services company undergoing digital transformation via the Minerva platform since 2018. Despite ongoing efforts, team performance in productivity, efficiency, and quality remains inconsistent. Using a quantitative approach, data were collected from 72 operational team leaders through proportionate stratified random sampling and analyzed using PLS-SEM via SmartPLS 4. The results show that management support (? = 0.406; p < 0.01), technology orientation (? = 0.319; p = 0.02), and HR readiness (? = 0.235; p = 0.017) significantly influence digital competency. In turn, digital competence (? = 0.374; p = 0.01) significantly enhances operational team performance and mediates the relationship between all independent variables and performance outcomes. The R² values of 0.551 for digital competency and 0.715 for team performance indicate a moderately strong model. This study contributes to the digital transformation literature in the mining sector by empirically validating how internal organizational resources and capabilities drive performance through digital competence. Practical recommendations include enhancing training for data analysis and platform usage, strengthening management’s digital support role, and improving technological accessibility and innovation.
