Abstract

This study aims to determine partially the influence of leadership style, compensation, and sanctions on the performance of employees of the Perum Bulog Sub Division Regional II Parepare. To determine simultaneously the influence of leadership style, compensation, and sanctions on the performance of employees of Perum Bulog Regional Division II Parepare. Data collection techniques that researchers use in this research are observation, interviews, questionnaires, and documentation. The population in this study was the researchers, namely all employees of Perum Bulog Regional Sub Division II Parepare, totaling 37 people. In order for this research to be precise and professional, in this research a saturated sample technique was used, meaning that all employees of Perum Bulog Regional Sub Division II Parepare with a total of 37 people. The results of this study indicate that leadership style has no significant effect partially on the performance of the employees of Perum Bulog Regional Sub Division II Parepare. Compensation has a partially significant effect on the performance of employees of Perum Bulog Regional Sub Division II Parepare. Sanctions do not have a significant effect partially on the performance of employees of Perum Bulog Regional Sub Division II Parepare. Leadership style, compensation, and sanctions have a significant effect simultaneously. on the performance of employees of Perum Bulog Regional Sub Division II Parepare. The R square or R squared value obtained is 0.251 meaning that leadership style, compensation, and sanctions on employee performance have an effect of 21.1% while the remaining 74.9% is influenced by variables not examined such as work motivation, work environment, training work, and so on.

Abstract

DM is a disease with a fairly high number of sufferers in Indonesia, where based on 2018 RISKESDAS data, there are around 10.3 million people with DM. One effort to improve blood sugar in DM patients is by consuming brown rice which can reduce the risk of developing type II DM. This is because the magnesium content in brown rice aleurone can increase glucose metabolism in the blood by increasing the secretion of the insulin hormone. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between brown rice consumption and blood sugar in patients with type II diabetes mellitus at the Minasa Upa Health Center, Makassar. This type of research is analytical research with a cross sectional research design. The results of statistical tests using the chi-square test, there is a relationship between brown rice consumption and blood sugar in patients with type II diabetes mellitus (ρ = 0.000). The conclusion in this study is that there is a relationship between brown rice consumption and blood sugar in type II DM patients. It is recommended that there is awareness to pay more attention to the types of food eaten every day, namely by consuming brown rice as a substitute for white rice.

Abstract

This research is qualitative descriptive research. The instruments of the research are interviews, observation, and documentation. The population of the research is the students of class XI SMK Negeri SULBAR, and the sample of the research is students of class XI ATP (Plantation Agribusiness) as many as 18 students. The research was conducted from March to April 2023. The objectives of the research are to explore what kind of strategies are used by the teacher in teaching in the classroom, and the effective strategy used by the teacher in teaching in the classroom.

Abstract

This study aims to find out what are the criminal components contained in the civil law and common law legal systems and to find out the differences between the criminal components of the civil law and common law legal systems. In this study, the authors use a type of normative legal research, namely legal research that views law as a social phenomenon. The population in this study are objects of continental European law (civil law) and objects of Anglo-Saxon law (common law) whose sources are both legal science (literature) and the differences in the criminal components of the two legal systems in question. The results of this study indicate that the civil law legal system prioritizes legislation as its main pillar, in this system more laws are formed through statutory regulations. The sources of law in the Civil Law System appear to play a very important role in human-made laws or what are later referred to as statutes or written laws. Countries with a Romano-Germanic system are also called countries with a written legal system.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to influence organizational culture and work environment on employee performance at the Regional Revenue Agency (BAPENDA) in Sidenreng Rappang Regency. The data collection techniques that researchers used in this study were observation, interviews, questionnaires, documentation. As the population in this study, researchers took employees of the Regional Revenue Agency (BAPENDA) of Sidenreng Rappang Regency with the status of state civil servants. In order for this research to be precise and proportional, it was used, so in this study a sampling technique was used, namely purposive sampling, where the sample was selected based on certain considerations. Thus the number of samples in this study were 43 people. The results of this study indicate that Partially Organizational Culture Variable (X1) has a positive and significant effect on the performance of Regional Revenue Agency employees. Meanwhile, the Work Environment variable (X2) has a positive and significant effect on the performance of Regional Revenue Agency employees and the level of significance is greater. Simultaneously the Variables of Organizational Culture and work environment from the research results have a positive and significant effect.

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim to determine the effect of price and service quality on consumer satisfaction in car users Toyota Avanza Pt. Hadji Kalla Branch. Urip Sumoharjo Makassar This study uses a questionnaire to be given to consumers who use Toyota Avanza cars, as many as 52 samples from some of the existing population. Data were analyzed using the SPSS Version 16 program. The results of this study indicate that price has a significant effect on customer satisfaction in purchasing a Toyota Avanza car, service quality has a significant effect on customer satisfaction in purchasing a Toyota Avanza car, price and service quality have a significant effect on customer satisfaction in purchasing Toyota Avanza car. The results of multiple linear regression analysis between price and service quality simultaneously have a significant influence on customer satisfaction in purchasing a Toyota Avanza car.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and discover the relationships between education and training, allowances, workload, and the performance of civil servants (ASN) at KPKNL Parepare, both individually (partial) and collectively (simultaneous). The analysis method used is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, Validity Test, Reliability Test, Partial Test (t-test), Simultaneous Test (F-test), and Coefficient of Determination Test (R2) with a population of 32 individuals and a sample size equal to the population using a saturated sampling technique. The research results based on data analysis show that, individually, education and training (X1) do not have a significant effect on performance (Y). This is evidenced by the Sig. value of 0.150 > 0.05 and the t-value of -1.482 < t-table 2.048.. Furthermore, collectively, all X variables (education and training, allowance, and workload) have an influence on the Y variable (performance) based on the F-test results with an F-value of 23.505 > F-table 2.93.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine receivables turnover and inventory turnover in measuring financial performance at Perum Bulog Sub Divisi Regional Parepare in accordance with industry standards. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, documentation and literature study, the analytical method used in this research is quantitative and qualitative data. By using the ratio analysis of accounts receivable turnover, inventory turnover. The object of research is to use financial statements from 2019-2021 in the form of balance sheets and profit and loss, the results of calculating accounts receivable turnover, inventory turnover and average days of inventory at Perum Bulog Sub-Division Regional Parepare for the 2019-2021 period show that this value is still below the industry standard average while the calculation of the average days of receivables collection is in accordance with the average industry average. Receivable turnover in 2019 (14 times), 2020 (12 times) and 2021 (15 times) is not good because it is below the industry average standard of ≥ 15 times in the 2019-2021 period. The average days for collection of accounts receivable in 2019 (26 days), 2020 (24 days) and 2021 (24 days) are good because they comply with the industry average standard of ≤ 60 days. Inventory turnover in 2019 (1 time), 2020 (1 time) and 2021 (2 times) is not good because it is below the industry average standard, which is ≥ 20 times. The average inventory days in 2019 (365 days), 2020 (365 days) and 2021 (183 days) were not good because they exceeded the industry standard limit of ≤ 19 days. It can be seen that the accounts receivable turnover and inventory turnover in measuring financial performance are not in accordance with industry standards.

Abstract

In an effort to provide a quality and sustainable education, each study program needs to evaluate the Multimedia-based learning is an alternative learning that can be done in the classroom. Through based learning. In multimedia, the teacher can help lead students to get a learning situation in such a way as to provide a concrete understanding of the material presented. In this study, the development of interactive learning media for video editing based on Adobe Flash was carried out. The results of the study show that interactive learning animation simulations will deepen their understanding and increase their interest in editing. The results of the analysis also show that video editing learning media using the Adobe Flash application can be used as a support for online and offline learning to help students learn and see phenomena online.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine financial performance in terms of liquidity, solvency and profitability ratios. The data analysis method used in this research is quantitative descriptive by calculating the Current Ratio, Cash ratio, Debt To Assets Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, Return On Assets, and Return On Equity. The results of this study Current ratio in 2018-2020 is 1.22 times, 1.28 times, 1.48 times not according to industry standards. Cash ratio in 2018-2020 is 20%, 16%, 16% not according to industry standards. The 2018-2019 DAR is 31%, 32%, 31%, according to industry standards. DER 2018-2020 is 46%, 48%, 45% according to industry standards. ROA for 2018-2020 is 11%, 11%, 14% not according to industry standards. ROE for 2018-2020 is 16% 17% 20% not yet according to industry standards.
