Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of product quality, price and digital marketing on purchasing decisions for Yamaha motorbikes at Maharaya Motor Makassar City The data analysis method used is validity test, reliability test, multiple linear regression, partial tests, simultaneous test and coefficient of determination to find out the hypothesis in this study. The results of the analysis of the data obtained by the researchers indicates that Product Quality (Xı) does not partially influence the Purchase Decision of yamaha Maharaya Motor Makassar City (1.572 <2.003) and a significant level (0.122 > 0.05). Price (X2) has a partial effect on purchasing decisions for Yamaha motorbikes at Maharaya Motor Makassar City (2.581 > 2.003) and significant (0.012 <0.05). Digital Marketing (X3) has no significant effect partially on the purchasing decision of yamaha Maharaya Motor Makassar City (-0.154 <2.003) and significant (0.878 > 0.05). Product quality, price and digital marketing have a significant simultaneous effect on purchasing decisions for Yamaha motorbikes at Maharaya Motor Makassar City (2.892 > 2.77). The R Square or R Square value obtained is 0.134, meaning 13.4% influence product quality, price and digital marketing on purchasing decisions for Yamaha motorbikes at Maharaya Motor Makassar City, while the remaining 86.6% is influenced by other variables not examined, such as promotion, location, purchase satisfaction and so on.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the quality of service on KM Ships. Dharma Rucitra 7 has a partial and simultaneous effect on passenger satisfaction at PT. Dharma Lautan Utama Makassar branch on the KM Ship. Dharma Kencana 7. The analytical methods used in this research are observation, interviews, questionnaires, documentation, and library research. Determination of the sample was determined by sampling saturation (census) and obtained as many as 60 respondents. The results showed that (1) Partially, Product Quality affects Purchasing Decisions at PT. Dharma Lautan Utama Parepare Branch. This is evidenced by the results of testing the hypothesis t test where, t count > t table (2.283 > 2.004) and significant < 0.05 (0.026 > 0.05). Partially, the price affects the purchasing decision at the office of PT. Dharma Lautan Utama Parepare Branch. This is indicated by the results of testing the hypothesis t test where t count < t table (3.764 > 2.004) and is significant > 0.05 (0.000 <0.05). While partially, Trust has an effect on Purchasing Decisions at the Office of PT. Dharma Lautan Utama Parepare Branch. This is indicated by the results of testing the hypothesis t test where, t count < t table (2.586 > 2.004) and not significant > 0.05 (0.012 <0.05), (2) Simultaneously Product Quality, Price and Trust affect Decision Purchasing at PT. Dharma Lautan Utama Parepare Branch. This is shown by the results of testing the hypothesis test f, where f count > f table (206.033 > 2.37) and significantly < 0.05 (0.000 < 0.05), (3) The results of the coefficient of determination of 0.917 indicate Product Quality as an independent variable affect the dependent variable, namely 91.7%.

Abstract

This research aims to determine: How is the understanding of tabe' culture among students at SMAN 4 Pinrang? How is the implementation of tabe' culture at SMAN 4 Pinrang? What is the influence of tabe' culture in shaping the character of students at SMAN 4 Pinrang? The approach used in this research is quantitative approach. The data collection techniques used are questionnaires or surveys, observation, and documentation. The data analysis used in this research is simple linear regression analysis. From the data obtained, it can be said that the understanding and implementation of tabe' culture at SMAN 4 Pinrang fall into the moderate category with a percentage of 58.33%. Meanwhile, the students' character at SMAN 4 Pinrang also falls into the moderate category with a percentage of 66.66%. Furthermore, it is found that there is an influence of tabe' culture in shaping the character of students at SMAN 4 Pinrang. This is supported by the partial testing results (t-test) which yielded a value of ????ℎi????????????g > ????????????????????????, that is, 5.218 > 1.691. The results of simple linear regression analysis indicate that if tabe' culture (X) increases by 1 point, the character of students (Y) will increase by 0.914 with a constant of 5.690. In other words, the better the tabe' culture, the better the character of the students will be

Abstract

The aimed of this study; First, to describe how the implementation of the law on abandoning livestock is reviewed from Article 549 of KUHP. Second, to find out the factors that hinder the enforcement of the law on abandoning livestock. This type of research is normative legal research, namely legal research carried out by examining materials library or secondary data. Data collection techniques in this research are: Literature Study. Furthermore, for data analysis, the researcher uses all data consisting of primary data and secondary data (primary, secondary and tertiary legal materials) which will be processed and analyzed qualitatively. The results of this research are:1) that the implementation of the law is reviewed from Article 549 of the Criminal Code regarding the abandonment of livestock in Regent Regulation Number 21 of 2021 concerning amendments to Regent Regulation Number 34 of 2018 concerning Control of Livestock Animals, it could be said that appropriate in its application, according to the results of the researcher, namely suitability of objectives, principles that can be implemented, clarity of formulation, law enforcement, analysis process and implementation formulation, appropriate program preparation. In the process of enforcement and action against negligence livestock, as the agency authorized for non-judicial control, Satpol-PP and fire brigade (DAMKAR). The handling and enforcement process follows Article 549 of the Criminal Code, such as fines being given to violators and confiscation of the violators' livestock.

Abstract

This research analyzes the utilization of technology and innovation to enhance the sustainability of Sari Tebu Nal SMEs in Parepare City. The research method used is qualitative method with data collection techniques through interviews, observation, and documentation study. The results of the research on sustainable technology innovation strategies in sugarcane juice SMEs can be seen from several aspects, namely innovations made in flavor innovation, packaging, and Social Media technology used in marketing products due to family support to establish sugarcane juice health drink businesses, as well as skills in creating new ideas in product making so that the products produced are highly developed, therefore the stakeholders of Health Drink SMEs need to be facilitated by the government in order to motivate new innovations in products. There needs to be sustainable innovation to create a new innovation so that the business can be widely known to the public and increase business revenue.

Abstract

The study analyzes the human resource development strategy at PT. PLN (Persero) UP3 Kota Parepare and its impact on employee performance. Using a descriptive qualitative method, the study found that PT. PLN (Persero) UP3 Kota Parepare successfully implemented effective training such as On the Job Training (OJT) and Off the Job Training (Off-JT), which enhanced employees' skills and knowledge. This strategy improved productivity, efficiency, adaptability to changes, employee satisfaction, retention, and a positive work culture. In conclusion, the human resource development strategy at PT. PLN (Persero) UP3 Kota Parepare has improved employee performance and had a positive impact on the company. This strategy must continue to be implemented and adjusted to meet labor market needs to ensure optimal employee performance

Abstract

This research aims at finding out whether the use of the building word method is effective in improving students' vocabulary mastery. This research is an experimental research which the experimental group was pre-tested and post tested. The population in this research is all X Grade students at MA Amaliyah Guppi Mamuju. The sample of the research is the grade X students of MA Amaliyah Guppi which was taken using Cluster sampling technique. The data was obtained through vocabulary test that consists of 50 questions. The result of the study shows that the use of the building word method is effective in improving students' vocabulary mastery at the class X students of MA. Amaliyah Guppi. The result of the study shows that there are significant differences in the students' vocabulary after treatments were given. The result of the value of Sig. (2- tailed) .000 is smaller than the probability significance value of 0.05 and the calculated t-test is greater than the t-table value where 5.267>2.093. Simply, the alternative hypothesis (H1) is accepted and the null hypothesis (H0) is rejected. Therefore, it can be concluded that the students' vocabulary mastery increased effectively by using building word method.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the responsibility of parking managers in collecting parking fees in Indonesia from legal and accounting perspectives. The research method used is normative legal research with a statutory approach and a conceptual approach. The results showed that the responsibility of parking managers in collecting parking fees in Indonesia is still not optimal. There are still many problems related to negligence of parking managers, extortion practices, lack of supervision, potential for civil lawsuits, and discrepancies between regional tax regulations and applicable accounting standards. To overcome these problems, a comprehensive effort is needed from various stakeholders, including local governments, law enforcement officials, tax accountants, and parking managers themselves. Strict law enforcement, regulatory harmonization, increased supervision, as well as increased awareness and legal compliance of parking managers are key to realizing the effectiveness of parking fee management in accordance with applicable legal and accounting principles to optimize parking fee revenue as one of the sources of local revenue, as well as to achieve social justice for the community.

Abstract

Covid-19 (SARS-CoV-2) is a new type of virus that began in the city of Wuhan, China in late 2019. Over time, the development of the Covid -19 Virus has greatly increased so that it has an overall impact on an organization. Currently, there are various methods in organizations that have been carried out to reduce the development of COVID-19, one of which is working from home during the New Normal period. This research aims to apply the K-Means and Weight Product (WP) methods in determining the priority of giving WFH schedules to all employees depending on the conditions of each employee. The K-Means method is used to group a number of covid-19 patient case data based on age and disease history. The output results of the process will be used as input criteria and criteria importance in the WP method. The use of the Elbow method makes it easy to determine the value of K in the clustering process on various data used. In this study, the best K value is 3 based on the evaluation results using the elbow method. The use of 2 criteria from the results of clustering covid-19 patient data in making decision models with the WP method provides more objective and precise decision results based on data / facts that have occurred. The functionality aspect of the system is very good after going through the process of testing the calculation results manually and using the system, both have the same results.
