Abstract

This study explores the growth and future prospects of Danareksa Syariah within the Islamic capital market industry in Indonesia. Danareksa Syariah, as an investment tool that complies with Syariah principles, has become increasingly popular among investors, largely due to a growing awareness of the importance of aligning investments with Islamic financial guidelines. The research employs a systematic literature review methodology based on the PRISMA 2020 framework, analyzing articles published between 2018 and 2024. The findings suggest that Danareksa Syariah has significant potential for further expansion, positioning itself as an essential component of Indonesia’s Islamic capital market. However, several challenges continue to impede its growth, including low levels of financial literacy, susceptibility to market fluctuations, and the need for more robust regulatory frameworks to ensure sustainable development. Addressing these obstacles is crucial for maximizing the potential of Danareksa Syariah, as it could play a pivotal role in supporting Indonesia's broader economic growth. Enhanced educational initiatives, improved market stability, and strengthened regulations could all contribute to further solidifying the position of Danareksa Syariah within the Islamic capital market, ensuring its ability to meet the evolving needs of investors and foster economic resilience in Indonesia.

Abstract

Ibn Sina (980-1037) was a scientist besides being an expert in medicine, chemistry and geography, but he was also a prominent philosopher besides Ibn Arabi, Al Kindi, Al Gazali and others. Ibn Sina's philosophical thoughts have had a huge influence on the development of philosophy, from the past to the present.The theory of emannation (emanation), Divine Being, Soul/Nafs, is a fundamental theory, so it has never been overlooked in various philosophical studies, both western and Muslim philosophers. Ibn Sina Islamized western philosophy into a truly Islamic philosophy, thereby breaking down the doubts of some people who assumed that philosophy was not good, conflicted with the science of monotheism and so on.

Abstract

The campus library is one of the parties responsible for community literacy. Article 4 of Republic of Indonesia Law Number 43 of 2007 states that libraries have to increase the love of reading and expanding knowledge. Library literacy is a sense of familiarity with the resources, services, and organization of library collections. This research focuses on three things: (1) What is the role of literacy ambassadors in increasing community literacy? (2) What is the process of digitizing collections at UIN Banten to increase public literacy? And (3) How are campus library services integrated into increasing community literacy? This research uses qualitative methods focused on elaborating research problem points (Huyler & McGill, 2019). The results of this research are formulated as follows: 1. Literacy Ambassadors are tasked with increasing student literacy awareness, promoting library services, and building a literacy community, 2. Digitalization in the UIN SMH Banten Library prioritizes thesis collections that can be accessed by anyone, 3. Integration of Central and Faculty Library services is carried out by forming a team, training the library staff including involving Literacy Ambassadors, analysing library needs, integrating collection catalogues, establishing policies, and conducting outreach

Abstract

Kemampuan berpikir kritis pada pembelajaran matematika di sekolah masih tergolong rendah, hal ini dikarenakan pembelajaran yang masih monoton tanpa adanya inovasi dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran, Untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut, diperlukan media pembelajaran yang inovatif dan menarik, salah satu media pembelajaran yang sesuai adalah gamification. Penelitian ini merupakan studi literatur yang bertujuan untuk menganalisis penerapan media gamification dengan pendekatan Problem Based Learning (PBL) dalam meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kritis matematis siswa. Metode yang digunakan adalah kajian pustaka (literature review) dengan menelaah berbagai penelitian terdahulu yang membahas gamification, Problem Based Learning, serta kaitannya dengan berpikir kritis matematis. Hasil studi menunjukkan bahwa gamification sebagai media pembelajaran interaktif dapat meningkatkan motivasi dan keterlibatan siswa dalam proses pembelajaran matematika. Sementara itu, pendekatan Problem Based Learning memberikan kesempatan bagi siswa untuk mengembangkan keterampilan berpikir kritis melalui pemecahan masalah kontekstual. Kombinasi kedua metode ini berkontribusi dalam meningkatkan analisis, evaluasi, dan pemecahan masalah matematis, yang merupakan aspek penting dalam berpikir kritis. Dengan demikian, berdasarkan kajian literatur yang dilakukan, penerapan media gamification dengan pendekatan Problem Based Learning memiliki potensi besar dalam meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kritis matematis siswa.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kebijakan dan proses penganggaran sarana dan prasarana di SMKN 1 Tanjung, mengidentifikasi kendala yang dihadapi, dan mengevaluasi dampaknya terhadap pembelajaran. Metode yang digunakan adalah studi kasus merupakan penelitian yang bermaksud untuk memahami fenomena tentang apa yang dialami oleh subjek penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kelemahan manajemen fasilitas, seperti tidak adanya evaluasi pasca-pengadaan, minimnya pemeliharaan, dan keamanan yang rendah akibat ketiadaan pagar pembatas. Kendala lain meliputi: prosedur pengadaan yang lambat dan alokasi anggaran yang tidak berbasis prioritas. Dampaknya adalah kesulitan siswa dalam belajar, terganggunya kualitas pembelajaran, dan keterbatasan penguasaan kompetensi. Rekomendasi yang diberikan mencakup perbaikan evaluasi, pengalokasian anggaran berbasis kebutuhan, serta penguatan keamanan dan pemeliharaan fasilitas untuk mendukung mutu pendidikan.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the strategies implemented by the Thai Government to increase the number of foreign tourists after the Covid-19 pandemic using Sharron Dickman's 5A tourism framework. Employing a descriptive-qualitative method, this research utilizes literature study techniques for data collection and qualitative techniques for data analysis. The findings indicate that Thailand successfully revitalized its tourism sector by focusing on the 5A components. To enhance attractions, Thailand innovated by adapting to consumer preferences, easing lockdown policies, enforcing health protocols, conducting campaigns, initiating Travel Bubble programs, and launching the Sandbox program. For accessibility, the government introduced visa-free requirements, implemented the Thailand Pass system, optimized digital platforms, and developed new tourism routes. Accommodation improvements included health certifications for hotels, shopping venues, and restaurants. Facility infrastructure was strengthened through collaborations, minimal-contact initiatives, and enhanced health facilities. Finally, tourism activities were reimagined to align with post-pandemic preferences, emphasizing smaller crowds, personalized experiences, and promoting lesser-known destinations. These measures collectively enabled Thailand to regain its position as a leading tourist destination in Southeast Asia post-pandemic.

Abstract

An agreement is part of a contract that has legal consequences and is binding on the parties involved and also in the implementation of the existing agreement related to the law of property that is bound by the agreement that has been agreed upon. The agreement in question has met both formal and material requirements and if it is associated with consumer protection, the agreement of pacta sunt servanda in trading goods and/or services must bind and be bound by the agreement that has been made and not violate rights either intentionally or negligently. What has been agreed upon in the agreement usually concerns the costs that must be paid, the warranty period if the goods are damaged or defective and the availability of spare parts and replacements according to the price and quality of the goods and services that have been determined. This study uses normative juridical by reviewing literature and regulations from legislation by analyzing according to the problems to be studied. The result is that the agreement that has been agreed upon by the parties gets a guarantee or legal certainty because it is binding and must not be violated.

Abstract

Abstract: Parents' busyness and lack of reading space are some of the things that can cause children to be less familiar with books, so that students' reading interest decreases. This study aims to determine the description of students' reading interest in grades 3-6 before and after the implementation of the habit of reading short stories for 20 minutes before learning. This research method uses a pre-experiment with a One Group Pretest-Posttest design. The results of the study showed that the average score of students' reading interest before the implementation of the reading habit was 62.15 (low category), and after the implementation increased to 79.31 (high category). Based on the results of the analysis, it can be concluded that there was an increase in the average score of students' reading interest from the low category (62.15) to the high category (79.31) after the implementation of the habit of reading short stories for 20 minutes before learning. Abstrack: Kesibukan orang tua serta kurangnya ruang baca menjadi beberapa hal yang dapat menyebabkan anak kurang akrab dengan buku, sehingga minat baca siswa menurun. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran minat baca siswa kelas 3-6 sebelum dan sesudah penerapan pembiasaan membaca cerita pendek selama 20 menit sebelum pembelajaran. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pre-eksperimen dengan desain One Group Pretest-Posttest. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata skor minat baca siswa sebelum penerapan pembiasaan membaca adalah 62,15 (kategori rendah), dan setelah penerapan meningkat menjadi 79,31 (kategori tinggi). Berdasarkan hasil analisis, dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat peningkatan rata-rata skor minat baca siswa dari kategori rendah (62,15) menjadi kategori tinggi (79,31) setelah penerapan pembiasaan membaca cerita pendek selama 20 menit sebelum pembelajaran.

Abstract

Since English is an international language and a foreign language to Indonesians, mastering it is essential. These days, learning English is quite simple. People are aware of Mobile-Assisted Language Learning (MALL), which uses mobile technology to teach language skills and extends learning in a new environment. This study compared the effectiveness of Readable and Let’s Read applications in improving students’ reading skill. Using qualitative research, the participants are three students of STAIDAZ (Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Tarbiyah Darel Azhar). Both programs make use of Mobile-Assisted Language Learning (MALL) resources to enhance reading comprehension and fluency. Considering their varied characteristics, both applications aim to improve students’ reading skills.

Abstract

Effective integration into instruction and learning is crucial in the fast-changing environment of today’s education. The Technological Pedagogical Content Knowledge (TPACK) model offers a complete framework for understanding how teachers can use technology, pedagogy, and content knowledge can enhance students learning. This study investigates the theoretical foundations of TPACK, its role in addressing issues in technology-based instruction, and its practical applicability in educational context. This study emphasises the importance of TPACK in promoting effective, technology-integrated teaching methods by investigating the intersection of pedagogy, content, and technology.
