Abstract

This study aims to: to find out how to handle guest complaints, how to maintain the hotels citra and affect of handling guest complaints by the room attendant on the hotels citra at Jivana Resort Lombok. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method that uses survey and interview methods. The results of this study show in away Listen carefully to guests' complaints, do not interrupt ,Stay polite and say thank you because the guest has brought the problem to you, If necessary apologize for the incident that happened to him, Mention the guest's name so that they feel cared for, Focus your attention on the guest's problem, Immediately follow up the guest's complaint to the relevant section, Make sure the guest's complaint is followed up, check if it is in accordance with the wishes of the guest, Make clear policies, Address minor issues quickly to the relevant sections, Improve online reputation, Ensure that guest complaints are followed up, check whether they are in accordance with guests' wishes, while Jivana Resort Lombok's Citra is very good because the existing SOPs have been implemented in accordance with established standards, Handling every complaint that occurs is very influential on the citra of the hotel.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out how much influence work stress (X1), workload (X2) have on cyberloafing (Y1) and employee performance (Y2). This study uses an explanatory research approach with quantitative methods. Collecting data in this study is by distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents. Data analysis techniques use SPSS software version 16, where data will be processed, described and discussed to answer and prove the hypotheses proposed. The research results are as follows: (1). Job Stress (X1) has a positive and significant effect on Cyberloafing behavior (Y1). (2). Workload (X2) has a positive and significant effect on Cyberloafing Behavior (Y1). (3). Job stress has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (Y2). (4). Workload (X2) has a negative and insignificant effect on employee performance (Y2). (5) Cyberloafing behavior (Y1) has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (Y2).

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out and measure the effect of organizational culture on employee engagement, performance and employee loyalty in the millennial generation (PT Tirta Sukses Perkasa, Packaging Department). The selection of the research sample used a saturated sample technique of 100 respondents, and was obtained at PT Tirta Sukses Perkasa, Packaging Department. For statistical tests and data processing is done using Partial Least Square (SmartPLS 4). The results showed (1) Organizational Culture has a significant positive effect on employee engagement. (2) Organizational Culture has a significant positive effect on employee performance. (3) Organizational Culture has a significant positive effect on employee loyalty. (4) Employee Engagement has a significant positive effect on employee loyalty. (5) Employee performance has a significant positive effect on employee loyalty.

Abstract

This study aimed to examine the relationship between work motivation and employee performance. A simple linear regression analysis was conducted using data collected from employees in Lapas Kelas IIA Sumbawa. The results showed a weak positive correlation between the work motivation variable (X) and employee performance variable (Y). The regression analysis revealed that work motivation significantly influenced employee performance. The correlation coefficient between the two variables was 0.359, indicating a weak positive relationship. The analysis also indicated that 12.9% of the variation in employee performance could be explained by the work motivation variable, while the remaining 87.1% was influenced by other factors not considered in this study. This suggests the presence of other factors that also play a role in determining employee performance.

Abstract

The Research was conducted at the Department of Transportation of Southeast Sulawesi Provincial to analyze the role of leaders and interpersonal communication in supporting the successful implementation of the Simponi ASN Application. The approach used in this research is a qualitative descriptive approach. The data collection techniques used in this research were interviews, observation and documentation studies. The informant selection technique used was purposive sampling. The data analysis technique used an interactive analysis model consisting of data collection, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The research results found that success in implementing the ASN Simponi Application within the Department of Transportation of Southeast Sulawesi Provincial was supported by leadership factors and effective interpersonal communication.

Abstract

Good employee performance can be determined by applying the right leadership style and motivation, because by providing the right leadership style and motivation to employees will make employees have high motivation so as to produce quality employee performance. Based on a survey of researchers directly that according to employees of PT. Citra Indojaya Perkasa led by PT. Citra Indojaya Perkasa does not listen to the opinions of its employees and the motivation given by the company to employees must be maintained because it is to maintain effectiveness and achieve the company's vision and mission. The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of Leadership Style (X1) and Motivation (X2) on Employee Performance (Y) in the Security Division of PT. Citra Indojaya Perkasa. In this study using Quantitative Statistics method. After the calculations were carried out through SPSS it was known that the results of this study stated that the variables of Leadership Style and Motivation simultaneously had an effect on employee performance. Thus it can be stated that the motivational variable cannot stand alone, the existence of a good leadership style can affect the motivation of its employees.

Abstract

This study aims to (1) Know the implementation of archive shrinkage (2) Know the supporting and inhibiting factors for archive shrinkage. (3) Data collection by observation, document analysis and direct interviews. The validity test technique used is triangulation of methods and data sources. Sampling techniques with Purposive Sampling and Snowball Sampling. Data analysis techniques used in research 1. Data Collection, (2) Data Reduction, (3) Data Presentation, (4) Conclusion Drawing and Verification. The results of the study are as follows: The archive depreciation activities carried out consist of: (1) Archive transfer activities from the Processing Unit / Creator Unit to the Main Archives Unit, and (2) Destruction of inactive dynamic archives that no longer have use value. The types of archives that are depreciated are all types of archives that can be depreciated but not all archives can be destroyed, for static archives it cannot be destroyed, but submitted to regional archival institutions. Meanwhile, dynamic archives can be destroyed by burning or shredding. Obstacles in archive shrinkage, (1) Difficulty in sorting archives, (2) Lack of expert staff, (3) Many archives are messy. Efforts to overcome obstacles (1) There is a clear policy and foundation related to archive shrinkage. (2) There is socialization and monitoring every year from the regional archive institution, namely Disarpus. (3) The existence of archival shrinkage in order to reduce the archives that accumulate in the office. Impact of archive shrinkage: (1) Optimizing the use of office space, (2) Reducing the need for storage space, and creating a more orderly and organized work atmosphere. (3) It is easier to manage archives, both static and dynamic archives, (4) Reduce archives that accumulate and those that are no longer used.

Abstract

The tight competition among companies engaged in tourism bus transportation services encourages companies to look for the right marketing strategy so that the company can win the competition, one strategy to win the competition is to provide customer satisfaction. Factors that influence customer satisfaction include service quality and price. This study aims to analyze the effect of service quality and price on consumer satisfaction of PT. Midas Transportation Bogor. Based on the results of this research is expected to be useful as input and information for the PT. Midas Transportation Bogor regarding the factors that influence customer satisfaction such as service quality, and price in order to be able to meet the criteria of customer satisfaction. The population of this study are consumers who have used the tourism bus transportation services of PT. Midas Transportation Bogor. The sample in this study were 64 consumers of tourism bus transportation services of PT. Midas Transportation Bogor. Testing the coefficient of determination (R2) is 51.4% while the rest is 48.6%. The relationship between service quality and price is strong with a correlation coefficient of 0.717. Based on the results of hypothesis testing, it shows that the variables of service quality and price simultaneously or partially have a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction of tourism bus transportation services at PT. Midas Transportation Bogor.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out: (1) the effect of Student Activeness in Organization Activities on student communication skills, (2) the effect of Office Administration Internships on student communication skills, (3) the effect of Student Activities in Organization Activities and Office Administration Internships on student communication skills of student of Office Administration Education Sebelas Maret University. The research method used descriptive correlational with a quantitative associative approach. Data collection technique carried out by using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis techniques with the help of the SPSS 26 program. The results of this study are: (1) there is a positive and significant effect of student activeness in organizational activities on student communication skills (tcount(2,64) > ttable(2,01)); (2) there ias a positive and significant effect of office administration internships on student communication skills (tcount(3,59) > ttable(2,01)); (3) there is a positive and significant effect of student activeness in organizational activities and office administration internships on student communication skills (Fcount(12,72) > Ftable(3,22)). The regression equation obtained is Y = 7,16 + 0,49 X? + 0,40 X?

Abstract

This research aims to find out how dynamic records are managed, what obstacles are faced in implementing dynamic records management, and how efforts are made to overcome the obstacles faced in implementing dynamic records management at Agency A. This research uses qualitative methods. The data sources in this research are informants, namely the Head of the KUL sub-division, ASN Staff in the KUL section, HR and Legal Staff, and Staff. Data collection techniques in this research used observation, interview, and documentation techniques. Data analysis techniques include data reduction, data display, and conclusion. The results of the research include the creation of archives (receiving and creating archives), recording and filing archives, storing archives, using archives, maintenance (filing, structuring, and storing), and depreciation including the activities of transferring and destroying archives.
