Succession in a family company is very important for the continuity of the family business, especially if the founder/incumbent experiences something unwanted. In choosing a successor candidate, there are things that must be considered such as the readiness of the successor candidate and the relationship in the family relationship itself. PT Tancorp Abadi Nusantara has 4 prospective successors who at this time, each prospective successor is still in the process of succession by being deployed directly to each existing company. This makes each successor candidate have their own expertise in each field. In addition, harmonious family relationships in this family have also been fostered since the beginning even since the founder's father was still around. This research further discusses the readiness of prospective successors and relationships in family relationships as determining factors in the selection of prospective successors.

This study investigates the influence of product quality and brand image on consumer interest. The data used are the results of statistical analysis, using the significance value (p-value) as a measure to assess the significance of the effects of these variables. The findings show that product quality has a significant impact on consumer interest. The study also reveals that brand image has a significant effect on consumer interest, with a p-value lower than the predetermined significance level. From these analyses, it can be concluded that changes in product quality can significantly influence consumer interest. Additionally, a positive brand image can enhance consumer interest in a product or brand. However, the study acknowledges several limitations, such as the partial nature of the findings and the lack of implying a cause-and-effect relationship between the examined variables.

The purpose of this article is to find out how far corporate culture can increase millennial employee motivation. The organizational cultural values applied by BUMN companies are AKHLAK or an acronym for Amanah, Competent, Harmonis, Loyal, Adaptive, and Collaborative stipulated by the Ministry of BUMN in 2022. Millennial employees are currently the next future leaders of BUMN companies, it is important for company to increase the work motivation of millennial employees for the continuation of the company's existence. The method used in this research is in-depth interviews and observation, and data analysis techniques are data reduction and data verification. The results of the study show that corporate culture can increase millennial employee motivation. This means that if the company culture can be embedded and implemented by millennial employees, then millennial employee motivation will increase. With an organizational culture that has been embedded and implemented by all employees, it will have an impact on a work environment that leads to a positive direction. This positive work environment is an important factor in increasing millennial employee motivation. Good performance will arise from high employee motivation.

The purpose of this study is to find out whether work-life balance, salary satisfaction and work environment affect turnover intention in the millennial generation in Pati. The research method used is quantitative research with a descriptive approach conducted on millennial employees in Pati. The total population is all millennial generation employees in Pati. The sampling technique in this study was a non-probability sampling technique. The type used was purposive sampling. The data were obtained from respondents through the Google form. The data collection method was carried out by distributing questionnaires with the Google form according to an interval scale of 1 – 5, and then tabulated using statistical analysis with the SPSS computer program. The results of testing the effect of the work-life balance variable on turnover intention have a positive and significant effect. There is no positive and significant effect of salary satisfaction on tunover intention. The influence of work environment variables on tunrover intention has a positive and significant effect. The effect of the positive work-life balance variable on Turnover Intention is (4.952), while for the negative effect of salary satisfaction the t value is (-1.806). While the effect of positive work environment variables on Turnover Intention is (2.264).

Employee performance is an important element in an organization. Every organization must be able to maintain and improve employee performance. This should also be done by the Pekanbaru Class II A Penitentiary. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of hard and soft skills on the performance of employees, with training as a moderating variable. This research was conducted on Class II A Correctional Institution employees in Pekanbaru, totaling 127 employees, using the census method. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire, and the data analysis uses the Structural Equation Model (SEM).The results showed: 1) Hard skills have a positive and significant effect on employee performance; 2) Soft skills have a positive and significant effect on employee performance; 3) Hard skills have a positive and significant effect on employee performance that is moderated by training; and 4) Soft skills have a positive and significant effect on employee performance that is moderated by employee training. Based on the results of the research, the Class II A Penitentiary in Pekanbaru must be able to overcome employee performance problems, especially those related to employee training, hard skills, and soft skills issues.

Apart from natural resources, Indonesia also has a variety of manufactured goods and processed foods. Industry in Indonesia is quite good at managing typical Indonesian products, especially food and beverage products. UMKM's participate in the production of traditional processed foods and beverages by using their ideas and creativity, apart from the Indonesian industry. UMKM's are created by an individual, a group of people, or a company that creates products to serve the needs of the surrounding environment. These UMKM's undoubtedly face a number of challenges as they work to manufacture and market their goods. In Probolinggo City, to be precise in Mranggonlawang Village, Dringu District, one of the UMKM's at the KKNT-MBKM group 52 student service center has problems in marketing and product development activities. Planning a marketing strategy to launch UMKM's business activities is the goal of this service activity. The data collection method used is qualitative in nature including interviews, documentation, and observation of UMKM's actors at work. The development of UMKM's products and the success of their marketing efforts are the results of this service activity.

Social media makes changes to the business world, especially in terms of marketing or promotion. Social media is now a big opportunity for business because they use social media as a source of information delivery. Instagram is one of the social media that provides a place for business people to sell and market their products or services. Instagram is now widely used by the wider community. Anyone can use Instagram happily because the features provided are easy to apply. Instagram social media is used by business people as a means of introducing products or services to buying and selling online. The object of this study is how important is the role of Instagram social media for Kelapa Gading Fishing Services SMEs in Rembang, Blitar, East Java. This research uses qualitative methods, it can be concluded that Instagram plays a very important role for business people to introduce their products or services to people in various parts of the world by utilizing features and posting informative creative content so that readers can easily understand the content of the Instagram social media content.

Airport quality is very important for consumers who use airport services. Tjilik Riwut Airport serves both pioneer and domestic flights. Terminal Inspection Service is a unit that pays attention to the safety, comfort, smoothness and safety of passengers. The main task of the Terminal Inspection Service is to supervise and observe facilities that support operations. By using qualitative research methods, and supported by data analysis techniques, data reduction, data display, and conclusions in order to obtain valid and objective results. Analysis of the development of facility service standards at the Tjilik Riwut Palangkaraya Airport terminal, one of the facilities at Tjilik Riwut Airport, namely the Lift Facilities which are marked with the reason they cannot be used so that passengers who experience late show up cannot use these facilities to the fullest in certain circumstances. Other facilities that cannot be used are ATM Center facilities, which are decreasing in number, the Terminal Inspection Service is optimizing the development of service users at Tjilik Riwut Airport, Palangkaraya.

In the digital era like today, investment itself can be interpreted as an activity of placing capital or wealth owned by someone with the reason to gain profits in the future. It is also not uncommon to find some investors who deliberately show the condition of their stock portfolio with the intention of providing guidance to the general public regarding the investment activities they have carried out. In general, an influencer investor provides educational narratives to his followers by providing an overview or even a visualization of their experiences in stock investing activities. Influencer investors often provide an overview of the amount of profits that have been obtained with persuasive narratives so that they can attract followers' interest in doing things similar to what the influencer investors did. It doesn't stop there, the decision to buy shares is often also based on the responses given by followers of other investor influencers. The response of an investor influencer follower often results in a persuasive share purchase decision. This is often also known as the condition of being trapped by an investor in a FOMO phenomenon or Fear of Missing Out.

Compensation for employees of the Regional Personnel Agency and HR Development in Central Sumba Regency is the subject of this research. This research was designed as a qualitative descriptive study. Interviews, observations, and documentation are ways of collecting data; data reduction, draw data visualization, and analysis of stud results. The results showed that the researcher found a problem when inputting employee data by the salary treasurer, this was because the data provided was still done manually and a large number of employee data worked on by one employee is also one of the problems in the input process, because it is more prone to occur errors. based on the findings of a month-long research at the Office of the Staffing and Human Resources Development Agency in Central Sumba Regency. Practitioners came to the conclusion that as long as the payroll system was running quite well at the Office of the Central Sumba Regency Personnel and Human Resources Development Agency, there was still room for improvement and additions to ensure all components existed and functioned. properly to improve internal control.
