Abstract

As long as there is an internet connection, social media can be accessed by anyone, regardless of location or time zone. Small and medium entrepreneurs use social media that is widely accessible, simple, and fast as a marketing medium to be bolder in promoting their products. The material in the UPN "Veteran" UPN "Veteran" East Java Thematic KKN activities is the difficulties faced by MSMEs in developing their businesses which are the inspiration for this article. The purpose of this research activity is to learn more about the importance of digitalization through social media, such as opening shops on Instagram, Tiktok, Facebook and Whatsapp, for businesses that can offer or encourage product sales with the aim of increasing sales turnover. The research method of this article is a qualitative research method arranged descriptively. Furthermore, the task of innovation is needed to encourage organizational progress in expanding market access by using virtual entertainment-based data innovation, especially in the use of WhatsApp Business which can be used as the leading promotional correspondence medium. With the existence of the Thematic Real Work Lecture program, it is hoped that by using social media in the form of WhatsApp Business for counseling and training on MSME development in the areas where the Thematic Real Work Lecture program is being carried out from UPN "Veteran" East Java can educate the wider community about the importance of social media in development business, keep abreast of the times and make the most of it.

Abstract

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) has long been recognized as an important pillar in a country's economic development. In the 21st century, MSMEs are increasingly gaining attention from the government, academia, and the general public as the driving motor of sustainable and inclusive economic growth. MSMEs have unique characteristics that distinguish them from large companies. They generally have a smaller scale, a limited number of employees, and limited access to financial and technological resources. Nonetheless, MSMEs have great potential in creating jobs, encouraging innovation, and improving public welfare. The existence of MSMEs has a significant economic impact. They became a major source of income for many families, reduced unemployment rates, and increased per capita income. MSMEs also play a role in reducing economic and regional disparities, as they often operate in rural and remote areas that are less affordable by large companies. In addition, MSMEs also play a role in promoting economic and environmental sustainability. In its smaller businesses, MSMEs tend to use resources efficiently and contribute to sustainable economic development. Many MSMEs are involved in sectors such as renewable energy, waste treatment, and environmentally friendly products However, MSMEs still face various challenges. Some of these include limited access to financing, a shortage of managerial skills, and limitations in utilizing technology.

Abstract

Kuliah Kerja Nyata (KKN) Universitas Pembangunan Nasional “Veteran” Jawa Timur is an activity that is expected to be a learning tool for students to become a forum for students to actively contribute to nation building in the field of UMKM development. The main potential of UMKM in the Keputih Village is a strategic area, because of tourism and also being close to universities, making it the target market for marketing UMKM in Keputih. But there are obstacles in the process of developing and selling its products. There are culinary centers in the Keputih Village that have problems that have not implemented digital marketing, UMKM actors are still implementing conventional marketing. Based on the results of observations and observations made using the survey method, and interviews that have been carried out with the Keputih Village and UMKM actors, the main obstacle for UMKM actors is marketing. From this problem, students plan strategies to help UMKM players to capitalize on product marketing to develop UMKM businesses. As a result of this service activity, UMKM products have developed and the marketing aspects through digital are going well.

Abstract

The problem that is the focus of this study is the problem of location variables (X1), service quality (X2) and customer trust (X3) to the dependent variable, namely customer satisfaction (Y). The customer population of PT Tri Adi Bersama (ANTERAJA) is 7300 people. This research uses quantitative methods. Sampling technique with purposive sampling approach. The data analysis technique used in this research is validity and reliability test, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression test, coefficient of determination, t test and F test. From the results of this study that the location variable (X1) has a partially significant effect on customer satisfaction (Y), this can be seen from the significant t value of 0.005 <0.05. service quality (X2) has a partially significant effect on customer satisfaction (Y), this can be seen from the significant t value of 0.005 <0.05. customer trust (X3) has a partially significant effect on customer satisfaction (Y), this can be seen from the significant t value of 0.029 <0.05. Simultaneously location (X1), service quality (X2) and customer trust (X3) have a significant influence on customer satisfaction (Y), this can be seen from the significant F value of 0.000 <0.05.

Abstract

E-commerce or electronic commerce is growing rapidly with advances in technology. The database is one of the main components in the E-commerce system which functions to store transaction data and customer information. Therefore, analysis of database performance on E-commerce systems is very important to ensure data availability and reliability. This study is intended to analyze database performance on E-commerce systems. The method used is a literature study conducted to gain a better understanding of the basic concepts and theories related to E-commerce systems and databases. Then perform database performance analysis using several parameters, such as response time, throughput, and resource usage. The results of the study show that database performance on E-commerce systems is still adequate, but there are still some problems that need to be fixed, such as increasing response times and using resources more efficiently. Therefore, continuous improvement is needed so that database performance on the E-commerce system is optimized so that it can provide a better shopping experience for users and increase profits for business owners.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of subjectives norms, attitudes in entrepreneurship and perceived behavioral control on entrepreneurial intention among management students in Surabaya. The research was conducted by distributing questionnaires. The responses obtained were 222 data using judgmental sampling techniques which were processed using the PLS research model. The results showed that all of the proposed research hypotheses were accepted. There is an influence of subjective norms on attitudes, perceived behavioral control and entrepreneurial intention. In this study, it was also found that attitudes and perceived behavioral control had an effect on entrepreneurial intention. In addition, this study found the mediating effect of attitude and perceived behavioral control

Abstract

This research was conducted at PT X which aims to find out the implementation, the impact of the implementation and the effectiveness of implementing e-Correspondence according to the views of employees at PT X. In this study the authors used a qualitative method with a case study approach. Data collection techniques used are interviews, observation and literature study. This data analysis technique includes data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results obtained in this study are that the use of e-correspondence at PT X has not been implemented optimally, as evidenced by the presence of several obstacles that occur. Therefore, regular implementation must be optimized so that employees have a basis for carrying out effective correspondence activities.

Abstract

In general, copper is the main ingredient for making batik stamps in Indonesia, where the price is quite expensive, so it is considered not affordable for all groups, resulting in the use of reverse stamps only in certain circles. Over time, another alternative emerged, namely paper-based batik stamps. Paper is a material that is easy to find and inexpensive. Based on this, making batik stamps from paper has advantages and disadvantages as well as the characteristics of batik stamps used from various types of paper will be explained in this study. The method used is a qualitative-descriptive trial. The process of collecting data is done through experiments and documentation. The results of the research show that making batik stamps from paper is quite simple, does not require a special process and can be done by yourself. The advantage is that it is made faster and the materials are cheap. The downside is that this paper is not durable because the more it is used, the quality of the batik stamp will decrease because the paper cannot retain heat properly. It is hoped that the implementation of these innovations will encourage MSMEs players to be aware of the benefits and improve resource efficiency, such as cost savings, competitive advantage, and access to new markets.

Abstract

The increase in digital systems has led to an increasingly important need for information in the current era of globalization. Facilities and infrastructure in technology really support the success of an information so that it is conveyed properly and correctly. This is exemplified by the use of computers in people's lives which are used to facilitate work and in everyday life. Therefore, the role of a computer-based management information system is very much needed in order to provide a competitive advantage so that it can be prioritized on a high scale. With the presence of an information system, an agency, institution and organization will add value to obtain, manage, distribute and utilize information competitively and efficiently with the aim of improving organizational performance and making decisions to achieve the goals of the organization. If the information system is accurate and relevant, it can be used to support company decision making. But sometimes a bad database system on the system will produce problems. So the system must be continuously reviewed and modified to maintain its quality. So we need a number of relational schema relations and databases to produce a schema relation to store information properly and make decisions easily.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of lifestyle on consumptive behavior, determine the influence of self-control on consumptive behavior and determine the influence of financial literacy on consumptive behavior. In this study, researchers used quantitative methods using primary data and survey techniques as data collection techniques. The respondents of this study were 276 students of PGRI Semarang University, Faculty of Economics and Business, Management Study Program by distributing questionnaires through google form. The results of the t-test study of lifestyle variables have a significant effect on student consumptive behavior. Self-control variables did not have a significant effect on students' consumptive behavior. Financial literacy variables have a significant effect on student consumptive behavior. Test F (Simultaneous Test) showed a f_hitung value of 62,508 with independent variables of lifestyle, self-control, and financial literacy having a significant simultaneous effect on student consumptive behavior.
