Abstract

Online customer loyalty is important to ensure continuity of purchases at online stores. The study aims to explore and test the significance of a number of constructs in an effort to predict online customer loyalty. Literature studies suggest that online customer loyalty is closely related to the constructs of online customer satisfaction, online customer trust, and online service quality. The research was conducted using a survey design. The population and sample were online store customers. Sample data of 200 respondents were collected using purposive sampling technique and analyzed by structural equation modeling. The results of the study are: (1) online service quality affects online customer satisfaction, (2) online service quality affects online customer trust, (3) customer satisfaction has no significant effect on customer loyalty to shop at online stores, (4) online customer trust has a significant effect on online customer loyalty. The results of this study are important for online store managers in an effort to build customer loyalty.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the level of working capital turnover at the Regional Public Company (PERUMDA) Drinking Water in North Toraja Regency. The type of research used is a type of quantitative descriptive research. The results of the study show that working capital turnover at PERUMDA Water Supply Toraja Utara for the 2020 – 2022 period is less effective and efficient according to industry standard working capital turnover criteria but the ratio value increases every year. In 2020, working capital turnover is 2.09 times, which takes 172 days. In 2021, working capital turnover will decrease to 2.05 times, which will take 176 days. This year, the working capital turnover ratio will increase. In 2022 working capital turnover will increase by 2.47 times which takes 146 days and this year the value of the working capital turnover ratio has increased..

Abstract

This research is a qualitative research. This research discusses the analysis of Village Budget Performance in Lembang Rantebua, Sanggalangi District, North Toraja Regency. The aim of this research is to find out how well the village fund budget is performing in Lembang Rantebua, Sanggalangi District, North Toraja Regency. The data collection techniques used were interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique used is the effectiveness ratio and efficiency ratio. Based on the results of the analysis, it is stated that the Financial Performance of Lembang Rantebua, Sanggalangi' District, North Toraja Regency, when viewed from the effectiveness ratio, is categorized as effective, because the average effectiveness from 2019-2022 is 95.31% and the Financial Performance of Lembang Rantebua, Sanggalangi District, North Toraja Regency if Judging from the efficiency ratio, it is categorized as less efficient, because the average efficiency from 2019-2022 is 88.65%.

Abstract

This research aims to determine (1) whether there is an influence of office layout on employee work effectiveness at the DPMPTSP Office of Karanganyar Regency, (2) whether there is an influence of work spirit on employee work effectiveness at the DPMPTSP Office of Karanganyar Regency, and (3) whether there is a combined influence of office layout and work spirit on employee work effectiveness at the DPMPTSP Office of Karanganyar Regency. This research is quantitative in nature and employs the correlational method. The population of this study consists of all employees of the DPMPTSP Office of Karanganyar Regency, totaling 50 individuals. The sampling technique used in this study is saturation sampling. Data collection is conducted through the distribution of questionnaires with Likert-scale responses. The validity of the data is tested using Pearson's product-moment correlation, while reliability is assessed using Cronbach's alpha. Data analysis is performed using multiple regression analysis technique with the assistance of SPSS version 26. The research results indicate that 1) there is a positive and significant influence of office layout on employee work effectiveness. This is evidenced by the computed t-value being greater than the tabulated t-value (3,679 > 2,011) and a significance value (0,001 < 0,050), so it can be interpreted that the null hypothesis (H0) is rejected and the alternative hypothesis (H1) is accepted, 2) there is a positive and significant influence of work spirit on employee work effectiveness. This is evidenced by the computed t-value being greater than the tabulated t-value (2,215 > 2,011) and a significance value (0,032 < 0,050), so it can be interpreted that H0 is rejected and H2 is accepted, and 3) there is a positive and significant combined influence of office layout and work spirit on employee work effectiveness. This is evidenced by the computed F-value being greater than the tabulated F-value (36,034 > 3,190) and a significance value (0,000 < 0,050), so it can be interpreted that H0 is rejected and H3 is accepted. The results of the multiple linear regression analysis reveal ? = 38,579+0,409X1 + 0,259X2, and the coefficient of determination (R2) is 58,8%, which means that office layout and work spirit together influence work effectiveness by 58,8%, while the remaining 41,2% is influenced by other unexplained variables in this study. Thus, it can be concluded that the overall analysis results support the hypotheses proposed in this research.

Abstract

This research aims to (1) find out whether there is an influence of independence on students' achievement motivation; (2) find out whether there is an influence of future orientation on achievement motivation; (3) find out whether there is an influence of independence and future orientation on achievement motivation. The research uses a quantitative approach with descriptive correlational methods.. The population in this study were all students in class XII Office Management Automation, totaling 87 students, spread across 44 students in class A and 43 students in class B. Determining the sample size in this study used the Slovin formula with a sample size of 71 students. The research sample was taken using a proportional probability sampling technique with a proportion of class A totaling 36 students and class B totaling 35 students. The primary data collection technique in this research comes from answers to questionnaires. This questionnaire method is arranged according to a Likert scale with positive to negative gradations. Secondary data collection techniques in this research come from data sources that are not directly collected by researchers through libraries, documentation, books, scientific journals, written archives relating to the object under study. The data analysis technique uses the help of the IBM SPSS version 26 program. The research results show that (1) there is a significant positive influence of the independence variable on achievement motivation. This is proven by the significance value of 0.046 < 0.05 and the value of tcount > ttable (2.028 > 1.995); (2) there is a significant positive influence of the future orientation variable on achievement motivation. This is proven by the significance value of 0.002 < 0.05 and the value of tcount > ttable (3204 > 1.995); (3) there is a significant positive influence of the independence variable on achievement motivation. This is proven by the F test with a significance of 0.007 < 0.05 and a value of fcount > ftable (5.376 > 3.13). Based on the research results, it shows that the variables of independence and future orientation separately or jointly influence the achievement motivation variable..

Abstract

This study aims to find out how archive management supports administrative services at the Sukamulya village office, Pandeglang Regency. This research uses descriptive method with qualitative data. Observations included the implementation of the village archive management process and efforts to improve the capacity of village apparatus in archival management. The data analyzed were the results of observations and interviews with the village head and village secretary. The results of the study show that the governance of the Sukamulya village office archives refers to classification patterns, guidelines for managing letters, and guidelines for organizing files, but the implementation is still not optimal. This is related to the lack of existing human resources and the absence of a filing plan including budgeting. The efforts made to increase the ability of village apparatus in archival management are by holding archival seminars and training which are directly led by the Library and Archives Service of the Pandeglang Regency as an advisory agency for archivists at the District and Village levels.

Abstract

Motivation and work discipline play an important role in improving employee performenace, so in this case to get employee performance in line with what expected, the organization has the task of providing encouragement to employees, so that employees work diligently so as to achieve organizational goals, especially the office of social service of Banten Province. Based on the background of the problems described above, the formulation of the problem in this research is: 1). Is there an effect of motivation on employee performance at the Office of the Social Service of Banten Province, 2). Is there an effect of discipline on employee performance at the Office of Social Service of Banten Province, and 3). Is there an influence of motivation and discipline together?. The type of research used in this study is quantitative research, namely research that analyzes data using causal statistical figures, namely by using statistical formulas to help analyze data and facts obtained in make an accurate estimate of the characteristics of the entire population so that it is possible to achieve a description of each variable and the influence between variables at the Provincial Office of Social Affairs. This means that the variables of motivation and work discipline jointly (simultaneously) have a positive and significant influence on employee performance. Based on the statistical test results it can be seen clearly that partially all independent variables have an effect on the dependent variable. The influence of the two independent variables is positive, meaning that the better the motivation and work discipline, the better the employee performance will be. These results are in accordance with the proposed hypothesis. With the conclusion that motivation and discipline affect employee performance.

Abstract

The purpose o this study to determine the effect of (1) the variable self-confidence on the ability to speak in public (public speaking), (2) the variable organizational activeness on the ability to speak in public (public speaking), (3) the variable self-confidence and activeness organization towards public speaking skills. This research was carried out at the Office Administration Education Study Program, Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, Sebelas Maret University. This research is quantitative research with correlational methods. The population in this study was students from the class of 2020 and 2021, totaling 158 people with a total research sample of 113 people. The sample in this research was taken using a purposive sampling technique. The data collection technique used is through questionnaires. The data analysis technique used was multiple linear regression analysis techniques with the help of the SPSS 25.0 for window program. The research results show that: (1) there is a positive and significant effect of the self-confidence variable on public speaking skills as evidenced by a significance value of 0,00 < 0,05 and a tvalue 11,399 > ttable 1,98177; (2) there is a positive and significant effect of the organizational activity variable on public speaking skills as evidenced by a significance value of 0.00 < 0.05 and a tvalue 3,929 > ttable 1,98177; (3) there is a positive and significant effect of the self-confidence variable on public speaking skills as evidenced by a significance value of 0,00 < 0,05 and an Fvalue of 68,101 > Ftable 3,0788. The research results show that the collective effective contribution is 55,3% and the remaining 44,7% is influenced by other variables not included in this research. Thus, the overall results of this analysis support the proposed hypothesis.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of the work environment and workload on employee performance of Jambi City Population and Civil Registration Service employees. This research uses quantitative methods with data collection techniques by distributing questionnaires to 88 respondents. Hypothesis testing was carried out using descriptive analysis techniques the IBM SPSS 29 software application. The result of this research show that the Work Environment partially has a significant and positive effect on employee performance, workload partially has a significant and positive effect on employee performance, then work environment and workload simultaneously has significant and positive effect on the performance of Jambi City Population and Civil Regristration Service employees.

Abstract

This research aims to see the influence of work motivation and work commitment on employee performance at the Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Kota Jambi service using data collection techniques by distributing questionnaires to 88 respondents. Hypothesis testing uses Descriptive Analysis Techniques the SPSS application as a data processing tool. The results of this research show that work motivation has a positive and significant influence on the Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Kota Jambi. work commitment has a positive and significant influence on employee performance. Sugestions in the research: 1) regarding employee permomance variables, employees should make better work planning so that employees can complete work on time. 2) in the work motivation variabels, superiors should be better able to organize and survise employees so that employees have motivation from superiors so that employee performance can be even better. 3) in work commitment variable, employee should have a greater sense of family towards the angency/organization because the organization’s agency has a lot of meaning for each employee.
