The problem of this study is the participants' low understanding of learning models and their application in the classroom, especially for Madrasah teachers. The low mastery ability and application of learning models directly influence the lack of effective learning process, and the low interest in learning students. Teacher curriculum demands are required to apply classroom learning models, according to the demands of the 2013 curriculum. The purpose of this study is to find out the participants' understanding of the material of learning models through the application of learning models in the Education and Training Learning Models. This research is a field reserch qualitative descriptive approach. The subjects in this study were Participants in Training Model Learning Models for Madrasah Teachers in Bekasi City, West Java. Data collection techniques were carried out using questionnaires, observation, and documentation studies. The results of the study showed that the mastery of the participants' learning models material improved. This can be seen from the increase in posttest scores from pretest: The lowest value of pretest 12 posttest 28, the highest value of pretest 68 posttest 88, and the average value of pretest 40.93 and posttest 69.47.Key words: Learning models; madrasas teacher; Pretest; Postest

Research in the field of teachers Raudhatul Athfal still very less, this discussion fills the shortage. This study aims to find out the teacher's understanding of improving the ability of the expressive language of children through puppet activities that are practiced in the eyes of the Training Practice of Thematic Substance Technical Training Raudhatul Athfal in 2018. Researchers use descriptive research type with a qualitative approach to reveal facts in the field what is obtained through active discussion, brainstorming, and classroom learning practices. As for the result of research that is through the activity of puppet show, the ability of expressive language of children can increase along with the teacher's understanding of language development as one of the development areas that must be achieved from the 6 areas of development contained in the Level of Achievement Level of Child Development as stated in Permendiknas no 137 and 146 of 2014 on the National Standard for Early Childhood Education and Curriculum 2013 Early Childhood EducationKey words: Expressive Speak, Puppet Show, Learning Practice

Pancasila has critical, fundamental, rational, systematic, comprehensive thoughts and eventually this system is a value. Pancasila provides fundamental and universal foundations for human beings in social, national, and state. Thus, through the philosophical values of Pancasila, the development of science education is expected to make it as main reference to national education system, which takes place as way to achieve goals and national objectives. The method in this paper is descriptive analytical. The data entered is the most relevant and primary related to the study of Pancasila and education science, then analysis is carried out to produce an ideas. The results demonstrate that educational philosophy of Pancasila as the spirit of national education system should actually lived as source of values and reference to planning the development of science education in Indonesia, both theoretically and practically. The purpose of this study is to identify the implementation of management standard policies in quality assurance for Madrasah in Cianjur Regency. The approach used is descriptive qualitative with research techniques of observation, interviews, and documentation studies. Data collection was carried out through orientation, exploration, and member checks. The results showed that the implementation of madrasah management and quality assurance standards were quite optimal. It could be seen from the activities of planning programs, implementing programs, conducting program monitoring and evaluation as well as implementing effective leadership, constraints and solutions. Madrasas are quite capable of implementing management standards correctly although there are still many shortcomings, including, routine management activities, formalities, low awareness of the importance on quality, lack of regulation understandings, finance activities, and availability of facilities-infrastructure. The madrasas are respectively pesantren-based strategic places, collaboration ability to involve with the community, principal’s effective leadership, and high enthusiasm to improve the madrasah’s quality through implementing education management standards.Keywords: implementation; education management standards; madrasa quality

Violence in the name of religion often occurs. Yet when viewed in terms of religious substance, it turns out all religions teach peace, harmony, and goodness. But in fact, why there are acts of violence in the name of religion? Here is where the historical and sociological roots are traced to the rise of violence in the name of religion. Indeed, within a certain period and period, there is often religious violence as an implication of conflict of interest among people who use religious legitimacy. So here is the importance of restoring religious understanding to its original substance values. Apparently, relevant to the religious life of Muslims in Indonesia is to continue to foster and develop Islamic moderation thoughts that are balanced, fair, and mid. Here is the urgency of strengthening the thinking of moderation of Islam in Indonesia as expected by the Ministry of Religious Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia. This article intends to disclose the relationship between leadership and employee motivation with its performance. Theorizers’ generally agree that leaders have an important role in motivating employees. It turns out boosting their performance. By means of tracing and analying from the various related literature, it can be concluded that one's performance is heavily influenced by the presence of leaders who are able to give adequate appreciation to their accomplishment. It also becomes supreme motivation over the employees to continuously maintain and improve their performance over time.Keywords: Leadershi; Motivation; Performance

The purpose of this article examines the advantages of understanding the spirit of progressive Islam, compliance with organizational policies related to social welfare. The research is carried out at SDIT Muhammadiyah Cirebon. The subjects of this study were the principal, 15 Educators, and 5 Education Personnel. This research uses qualitative which uses instruments in form of interviews, observations, and documentation, also strengthened quantitatively by questionnaires. The approach used is cultural interpretation. Descriptive statistical analysis is used to describe the general state, and the data obtained from the questionnaire will be analyzed statistically descriptively. The results showed that organizational policies are based on the spirit of progressive Islam, and the policy of SDIT Muhammadiyah’s principal through transforming, habituating, as well as forming values. Another finding is that the educators at SDIT Muhammadiyah are socially and financially prosperous. It can be concluded that education personnel have prospered socially in addition to compliance with the principal’s policies, also because the progressive Islam principles’ understanding.Keywords: Progressive Islam; Organizational Policy; Social Welfare; Muhammadiyah

This research was carried out to expose the potential for mathematical representation of geometric materials. Students in the middle grades were used for this study. Case study methodology is used to conduct this study from a qualitative perspective. A mathematical representation instrument based on a five-item description is utilised to convey the findings of the inquiry. According to the findings, out of the four indications of "mathematical representation," students' abilities on picture representation indicators are higher than their abilities on other indicators of "mathematical representation," such as visual, mathematical expressions, and text representation. According to the other findings, the capability of representing text had the lowest ability overall, as shown by the number of students who were unable to solve the problem that was presented to them. Other results showed that text representation had the lowest ability, as seen by the number of students who did not complete the assignment.Keywords: mathematical representation skill; planar shape; problem-solving aptitude

The purpose of this article is to describe the process of civilizing Islamic values in educational activities in the formal education environment. In theory, formal education institutions are considered effective in cultivating Islamic values for character building for learning citizens. Professional practitioner activities combine constellations of values, goals, sanctions, knowledge and methods that are consistently manifested in the form of certain moral ideas. The operational forms as are expressed in everyday actions with a specified level of system and target. The study was carried out through observation and interviews with purposive participants and also snowballing method. All available information is analyzed qualitatively. The results of this study state that the civilizing of character values in formal education institutions becomes effective because psychologically students will be more obedient, fearful, and reluctant to teachers than parents or the general public. The main key is consistent in the application of rules, evaluation, reward and punishment in applying religious character, moderate, intelligent, independent and nationality which is a benchmark for the successful planting of Islamic values to shape the nation's character.
