This research departed from the problems during the Covid-19 pandemic. Students used social media, especially TikTok as a medium of entertainment. Students have not been able to filter the content in the TikTok application, thus it is feared that it can have a negative impact on their character. The research method used was pre-experimental experiment one group pretest-posttest design. Data were analyzed using descriptive analysis, normality test, and paired sample t-test. The descriptive analysis results showed that after being given treatment, it was known that 7 students were in the high category and 14 students were in the very high category. The significance value is 0.000 0.050 or t table ≤ t count 2.093 ≤ 28.289. Hence This or That game is effective for introducing moderation values to early childhood.Keywords: Covid-19; Moderation Value; Social Media.

This article intends to examine the concept of education and training in the form of information and communication technology-based teaching materials for the athlete's teacher. This training is very important for them considering the teacher's low ability to use technology in the learning process. The research method used is the study of literature. The results of the analysis show that Substantive Technical Training in Teaching Material Preparation can be implemented to improve the competence of RA teachers in utilizing ICT-based learning media.Key Words: Learning Media; ICT; Education and Training; Raudhatul Athfal

The background of this study is based on the still large amount of training learning that has not optimized the role of participants in the learning process while instilling and familiarizing attitudes. The purpose of this study is to describe the management strategy of training learning based on the Teams Learning Tournament (TLT) learning model. The method used in this study is the Pre-experimental method in the form of One-shot Case Study with the technique of collecting data through observing the results of giving action in learning. The results of the study show that the learning tournament-based training model management strategy is more effective in creating a fun learning process and fostering attitudes, especially discipline, responsibility and cooperation, so that the learning outcomes can be better. Because with the TLT model all training participants are required to show loyalty to their groups while producing quality group products, so that individual contributions are needed by the group. Groups formed can compete in a healthy manner. Keywords: training, education and training learning, Teams Laerning Tournament learning model, managing strategies.

This study aims to know teaching techniques applied by English teachers who taught Indonesian for foreigners (BIPA) as several hindrances were encountered such as material decision, terms of Indonesian grammar, characters of foreigners, reading mastery, lack of vocabulary and its use, and so on. The descriptive qualitative was employed by the researcher. The sample was 15 teachers who practiced teaching Indonesian for 15 foreigners in Bengkulu. The methods for collecting the data were using observation checklist and interview guidelines. The collected data were analysed qualitatively by using content analysis. The results showed that teachers employed several teaching techniques. The second, the problems encountered by teachers were lack of experience, low language knowledge, inappropriate method or technique, and age, while the students’ problems were less practice or exposure, mispronunciation, lack of vocabulary, grammatical understanding, and age. This research suggests that the teachers should teach Indonesian in more effective and efficient techniques.Keywords: Teaching Indonesian; Beginner; Teaching techniques; Hindrances

Boarding school’s acceptance of new things while retaining the old things on good terms (ashlah) allows the boarding to survive and align with existing developments and deconstructs new values using the yellow book as a reference, including state, social politics, human rights, sociocultural diversity, and democracy responses. This study employs a qualitative approach with descriptive methodologies: observation, interviews, and documentation for data gathering, and focuses on management theory. The results demonstrated that each level of management is properly implemented. Furthermore, the term democratic education is not explicitly stated in the curriculum of boarding education; however, the spirit, values, ideas, perceptions, and practices of democracy manifested in daily life, such as the building of the spirit of cooperation in the student’s learning process, appreciation for fellow students and teachers, cleric and kyai, as well as the election of chairman regularly. The curriculum, which is considered to hidden, is firmly stated as numerous characteristics of the boarding school outside the studied ones, such as organizational aspects, social, and cultural systems, yet it is able to affect changes in students' values, perceptions, and actions.Keywords: Management; Democratic Education; Diversity Behavior

This study aims, firstly to reveal the values that can be developed in the subjects of social studies. both want to know the efforts that have been done by IPS MTs teachers. in implementing character education in IPS learning. The method used in this research is qualitative descriptive research. The research object is the teachers of IPS MTs in West Java who become participants of substantive training in increasing the competence of young teachers of IPS MTs. in Bandung Religious Training Center which took place on 06 s.d. April 17, 2017. Technique of data retrieval is done by interview, and filling in questionnaire. The results of this study indicate that; First the teachers carry out character education in IPS learning as a hidden curriculum (hidden curriculum). Both learning strategies conducted by teachers in implementing character education in IPS learning is through learning materials and activities such as disciplinary cultivation, honesty, and responsible attitude, hard work, and never give up. The problem in this research is how dakwah management is applied to majelis taklim and how is the activity empowering women? This research is a field research with a qualitative descriptive approach. The object is majelis taklim Ar-Ridwan, Garut. The data collection technique is done by using interviews, questionnaires, observation and documentation study. The results show dakwah management implemented in the majelis taklim and its activities has empowered women. This can be seen from the implementation activities handled by the management of majelis taklim, where the benefit experienced by the members is as much as 75%, and their satisfaction level on religious study materials associated with women empowerment in health and economy sectors raises 62.5%. The Istihsan method is a legal argument whose existence is not agreed upon by ushul scholars, so the legality of the law born from this method has been debated until now. The research method used is normative juridical, which is literature study. The approach used is by comparing between the opinions of Mutakallimin and Fuqaha. Researchers conclude that The Istihsan actually has a strong foundation from both the Qur'an and al-Hadith. Its existence is an independent syara', that it can be implemented in actual problems, notably in the field of muamalah. The difference of opinion among Ushul scholars about to have Istihsan or not actually goes back to the standard of Urf as one of Istidlal methods. Implementing the method in the field of muamalah (Islamic Economy) can be found within contract of Salam, Istishna' and sale and purchase (Bai' al-Taqsith or Bai' bi Tsaman al-'Ajl). The purpose of this study to determine the effectiveness of the preparation of web-based teaching materials exelearning as a new curriculum, with a quantitative descriptive method. Web-based authoring application program known as eXe (the elearning xhtml editor) is an open source program developed and easy to use by people who do not understand html programming language though, this application can be opened through the application android mobile phone or leptop with internet protocol (IP) address or IP address without bandwidth. The new curriculum is expected to enrich the creative and interactive classroom learning, the research results obtained average score of competence test 47.27, the effectiveness percentage of 54.54% with high category, 18.18% with high enough category, and 27.30% low category.Key words : effectiveness, teaching material, exelearning

Understanding the concept of Sadd al-Dzariah as a whole is a necessity owned by Islamic law researchers and fuqaha to establish the status of a law which develops in the community, and the issues of jurisprudence fiqh throughout these changing times, in particular. This study result is to refute the assumption of Imam ibn Hazm who rejected Sadd al-Dzariah as one of law devices or evidence to establish the law. He considered that Sadd al-Dzariah is a form of ijtihad using ratio approach and cannot be used as hujjah, as it departs from the assumption or presumption; not a belief, let alone Nash. The thing that should be understood in the concept of Sadd al-Dzariah in the context of Islamic law is the maintenance effort to all orders and prohibitions, and not to add provisions established in Syara'.Keywords: Sadd al-Dzariah; Islamic law; Hujjah
