Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe religious moderation in Ma'arif Literacy Movement  program, Nahdlatul Ulama Central Java in the period 2018-2023. This research method is descriptive qualitative by using the techniques of observation, documentation, and interviews to collect the data. The results show that religious moderation through Ma'arif Literacy Movement  program was very effective in forming literate and moderate characters. The religious moderation characted instilled in Ma'arif Literacy Movement comes from Strengthening Character Education, basic principles of Aswaja Annahdliyah, Ukhuwah Nahdliyah, and Mabadi Khaira Ummah. Abstract

The purpose of writing this article  to describe how to process the results of the assessment of the aspects of knowledge made by MTs English teachers, both in assessing the learning process and student learning outcomes. Assessments made by teachers in determining the student's final grade, consisting of the Daily Test Score , the Mid-Term Test Score  and the End-Year Test Score . This assessment is carried out to measure students' abilities in the form of factual, conceptual, procedural, and metacognitive knowledge, as well as low to high level thinking skills. The competency measured in this activity is related to the achievement of Basic Competence (KD) on KI-3 conducted by MTs English subject teachers. The assessment technique used is in accordance with the characteristics of each. These include written tests, oral tests, and assignments. The method used in writing this article is descriptive analytic, to describe the ability of English MTs teachers, in making decisions using information obtained through measurement of student learning outcomes. As for the results of this writing, teachers are expected to be able to process the results of the assessment of knowledge used for the benefit of learning. For this reason, teachers must be able to process the results of the assessment of knowledge for various purposes, including to determine the success of learning, to do remedial or for enrichment. Abstract

This article aims to explain and describe the steps of the SKL KI KD analysis in the hope of helping teachers to harmonize the KD demands on the curriculum with KI achievement. Using one of the KD-3 and KD 4 examples of the 7th grade junior high school science subjects, the results obtained were that KD-3 was quite harmonious based on the thinking process dimensions and the knowledge dimensions of Anderson's Taxonomy. Although the level of KD-3 can be raised to the evaluation stage (C5) with dimensions of metacognitive knowledge, KI demands for junior high school / MTs are sufficient to procedural knowledge. Whereas in KD-4 using Dyer's taxonomy is included in the realm of abstract skills but can be said to be sufficiently aligned for the achievement of KI-4 in the concrete domain.  Key words: SKL KI KD Analysis, Knowledge Taxonomy, Psychomotor Taxonomy

Abstract

This study aims to mapping teachers’ pedagogical competence in terms of utilizing Information Technology and Computer (ICT) skills in learning. The research method uses qualitative approach based on the data taken from the Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS). The data sources used are based on the highest proportion of ICT skills which is Yogyakarta at 95.19, and the lowest one is Papua at 32.88. The results concluded that the proportion of ICT skills seen from gender is the same. In economy, the highest proportion is shown by the richest compared to the poorest spending group.  Teachers are required to quickly update their knowledge, skills, and competencies in the field of ICT. However, the uneven development of ICT results digital gap, since Indonesia is a large island nation and has tough challenges to hone the skill. Thus, researchers advise that it is necessary to develop internet network infrastructure throughout Indonesia.Keywords:  Proportion; ICT skills; Mapping; Teacher Competence

Abstract

Public relations is the most essential aspect of enhancing and maintaining the Institution's image. Ineffective implementation of public relations programs is frequently the cause of insufficient community participation. Therefore, it is necessary to analyze the sustainability of public relations initiatives in educational institutions through their management. This study was conducted at Madrasah Aliyah Sirnamiskin in the city of Bandung. This study aims to determine and analyze the management of public relations programs in Madrasah Aliyah Sirnamiskin Bandung City in an effort to increase community participation and the arrangement of an ideal madrasah environment. This study employs a qualitative research methodology with a descriptive technique of analysis. Annual programs, semester programs, quarterly programs, monthly programs, and weekly programs are the types of implementation of public relations programs that support increased community participation. In Madrasah Aliyah Sirnamiskin Bandung City, effective management in the preparation of public relations programs has implications for increasing community participation and constructing a positive madrasah environment.Keywords: Public Relations; Program; Participation; Society; Management

Abstract

This study aims to determine increasing mastery of the concept of biology teacher Madrasah Aliyah in West Java Province through distance learning. In this research, teachers are given distance training based on e-learning. The research type used is pre-experimental with one group of pre-test and post-test design. The design procedure of this research is to perform the 1st measurement on the subject (pretest) on the ability of mastery of the concept of biology aspects of virus and prokaryotes then subjects are given treatment for a certain period (exposure) through distance training. The 2nd measurement (post-test) is performed after the treatment is given. This research based on distance learning Theory.  The result of measurement of pre-test compared with result of post-test measurement, t- test statistic. The result of t-test shows there are significant difference of result of concept test of virus and prokaryotes between before and after doing Distance Learning. From the results of the study it can be concluded that there is an increase in test score of concept master before following distance training and after following distance training with medium N-Gain. Abstract

Religious extension agents have the main task of providing religious guidance and counseling to community communities who are the target group or fostered. Along with the development of religious and national issues, the Government, in this case the Ministry of Religion, considers the importance and strategic existence of this Religious Extension. So at the end of 2016 was selected and appointed thousands of Non PNS Religion Extension throughout Indonesia. In carrying out their duties and functions, they are still not uniform in terms of work mechanism and performance reporting. So the Ministry of Religion through the Director General of Islamic Guidance issued a policy in the form of Decree No. 298 of 2017 concerning Guidelines for Non Civil Servant Extension Workers. Through this policy there was a paradigm shift regarding the implementation of the duties and functions of Non PNS Religion Extension officers as well as the integration of work mechanisms and reporting on their performance. So that the performance of Non Civil Servant Religious Extension officers can be evaluated and accounted for accountability. So with this research can be seen concretely the implementation of the policy of Guidelines for Non Civil Servant Religion in integrating the work mechanism and performance reporting in the training activities at the Religious Training Center Bandung  Key words: Guidance, Implementation, Work Mechanism, Guidelines, Performance Reporting, Religious Counseling

Abstract

Tarekat Qadariyah Naqsabandiyah (TQN) is the research’s subject, due to the phenomenon of religious moderation among TQN practitioners. The research uses phenomenological method. The data are collected through participant observation, interviews, and literature review. Data analysis techniques are completed by reducing, presenting, and concluding. The results show that the practices; first, religious moderation’s form exists among practitioners of inclusive TQN and social solidarity. Second, internalized teachings of tanbih values are involving moderate attitude in religion, social protection, calm and peace in life. Third, tanbih teachings changes for the better and shows attitudes ranging from intolerance to tolerance, narrow thinking to wisdom and broadness, mutual respect, moderation in religion and among the practitioners even when they have different backgrounds. The role of “Guru Murshid” is the most important facet in maintaining religious moderation. Keyword: religious moderation; religious experience; tanbih; tarekat

Abstract

This study aims to describe and analyze the implementation of certification and post-certification teacher performance by using Terry's management theory (planning, organizing, mobilizing, and supervising, teacher certification, and teacher performance). The method used is descriptive qualitative method. Data collection techniques include in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation. To test the validity of the data by triangulation. The locus of research was conducted in Cianjur Regency. The data sources consist of the Ministry of Religion of Cianjur Regency, Supervisors, Heads of Madrasas, teachers, documents to certification related, and teacher performance. The implication is that the constraint factors are too strong compared to supporting factors and contribute to the sluggish and challenging attainment of certification requirements.Keywords: implementation, teacher certification; and performance

Abstract

The dynamics of Islamic propagation movement in Indonesia continues to grow significantly. From since its presence until now, the movement of Islamic propagation in Indonesia beloved country continues to show proud results. Although there are obstacles with the occurrence of religious violence events. But in general, Islamic da'wah development in Indonesia is more robust and dynamic. A condition of attainment of da'wah that must be maintained and developed. When looking at the aspect of the form of movement, at least against the three typologies, namely: the movement of propagation in structural, cultural, and social mobility. These three movements have advantages and disadvantages, so complement and complement each other to advance the da'wah of Islam in Indonesia. How is the typology of Islamic propagation movement, here is the explanation.  Key words: Da'wah, Jihad, Hijrah, Culture, Social Mobility, Structural.
