Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the susceptibility of catfish to Aeromonas hydrophila bacteria, and to know the blood picture of catfish infected with Aeromonas hydrophila bacteria. The method used in this study used an experimental method with a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) or Competely Randomized Design (CRD) (Gomez and Gomez, 1984) with 4 (four) treatments and one control each with 3 replications. The results showed that catfish had a strong susceptibility or resistance to Aeromonas hydrophila bacteria. The Lethal Dose value of 50 was 106 cfu/ml, meaning that Aeromonas hydrophila bacteria was able to kill 50% of the catfish population when it was 5.4 x106 cfu/ml. The lowest average red blood cell count was in treatment A, which was 23.89x106 cells/mm3 and the highest in treatment D, which was around 37.5x106 cells/mm3, while the highest and lowest mean total leukocyte counts were 43.07-82.72x103 cells/mm3, still within the range of values. normal. The average hemoglobin concentration was lower than the normal value range in treatment A, which was 6.52 gr% and in treatment D, it was around 12.42 gr%

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of different weights and media on the growth rate of Infusoria (Paramecium sp). The method used in this study is an experimental method using a completely randomized design (CRD). The results of the Variety Sidik Analysis (ANASRA) showed that the growth of Infusoria (Paramecium sp) in each treatment was significantly and very significantly different (Significant) where F count > F table 5% (5.795 > 3.68) and (8.765 > 3.68 ), means that the growth rate of Infusoria (Paramecium sp) is different in each treatment or experiment. The highest cell division was on day V (five) with 5,160 cell divisions and an average of 1,720 cells in the A2B1 treatment and the lowest division occurred on day IX (nine), namely 40 cells with an average of 13.4 cells in treatment A1B3. Further test results using the Least Significant Difference (LSD) test showed a significant (significant) difference in the A2B1 and A2B3 treatments (3,563 > 2,940.452), whereas in the A2B1 and A2B2 treatments (2,563,333 < 2,940,452), A2B2 with A2B3 (1000 < 2940.452), A1B1 with A1B2 (2320 < 2940.452), A1B1 with A1B3 (2780 < 2940.452) and A1B2 with A1B3 (460 < 2940.452) this shows no significant difference (non significant

Abstract

Intention of this research that is to know influence of different temperature to continuity of carp fish life of majalaya (Cyprinus sp) and to know best temperature to continuity of carp fish life of majalaya. Method which is used in this research is method " eksperiment" that is an research method by performing a some unit activity of attempt to see an result of which is gone domicile and affirm relation I come from among variable perceived or investigated. Result of research of gone of is continuity of highest life that is obtained at treatment of B2 (temperature 28oC) mean equal to 88%, followed by treatment of A1 (temperature 26oC) equal to 85%, treatment of C3 (temperature 30oC) equal to 83,33%, and continuity of mean life of down at treatment of D4 (temperature 32oC) that is equal to 81%

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out how to identify KHV (koi herpes virus) in koi fish (cyprinus carpio) using the Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR) method. This research is a survey research, namely identifying KHV in koi fish (Cyprinus carpio) using the PCR method. The results of this study indicated that the sample was declared negative for KHV if the band that appeared was parallel to 640 bp (internal DNA from the sample based on the manual kits and primer used), then the sample was free from HPI/HPIK KHV virus group. Whereas for samples that tested positive for KHV, the bands that appeared were parallel to 229 bp and 440 bp (the KHV Virus DNA composition used was based on the kits used). So the KHV found in infected Koi fish has DNA of 229 bp and/or 440 bp. This shows that the samples examined were positively infected with the KHV virus

Abstract

This research was conducted based on the low number of tax employees in helping taxpayers carry out their tax obligations. This results in some taxpayers using the services of tax consultants. Taxpayers expect tax consultants to be able to help and solve tax problems that are being pursued by taxpayers. The purpose of this study is to foresee the use of services in the coming month at the tax consultant's office Rahmat Accountax. The method used in this study is a quantitative method. The data is processed in the form of quantitative data in the form of months, years, and the number of people who use services at the Rahmat Accountax office in January 2020-March 2022. This research is to predict the development of service use with the Single Exponential Smoothing (SES) method. The Single Exponential Smoothing method is a method used in short-term forecasting that is usually only 1 month ahead which assumes that the data fluctuates around a fixed mean value without a trend or consistent growth pattern. From the analysis that has been carried out, the author can conclude that the forecasting of service use at Rahmat Accountax has decreased from the previous month, namely as many as 8 clients to 7 clients with α=0,2

Abstract

This research aims to dig deeper into the implementation of nonlinear functions in economic mathematics in everyday life. Nonlinear functions in economics have become an increasingly popular research topic in recent decades, with wide applications in various fields, including macro and microeconomics, finance, and business. This research uses qualitative methods with literature review techniques. In this method, data is collected from various related literature sources such as books, journals and online articles. The research results show that nonlinear functions play an important role in various aspects of daily life. From personal financial planning to macroeconomic policy, a good understanding of nonlinear functions and their application to mathematical economics can provide significant benefits to individuals and society as a whole. In addition, this research also highlights the importance of economic mathematics education in helping people understand and apply these concepts in everyday life

Abstract

Koi fish (Cyprinus carpio) is one of the most popular ornamental fish with high economic value and can compete in local and international markets. One of the obstacles in koi fish farming is growth and survival caused by changes in temperature. One of the factors that affect temperature changes is water level. This study aims to determine the effect of water level on the growth and survival of koi fish seeds. This study used an experimental method with a completely randomized design (CRD). There were 4 (four) treatments tested, namely P1 (15 cm) as control, P2 (20 cm), P3 (25 cm), and P4 (30 cm). Each treatment was repeated 3 times, resulting in 12 experimental units. The variables taken were fish length and weight, and water quality (temperature, pH, DO, ammonia). The results showed that. The ideal container water level and can provide the best results to support the growth of koi fish fry is 25 cm. At a water level of 25 cm, weight growth of 0.034 grams/day, length growth of 0.018 cm/day, specific growth rate of 0.021%/day, and survival rate reached 100%. Meanwhile, water quality parameters during the study were in the optimal range, namely temperature 19 - 23 °C, pH 7, dissolved oxygen 5 - 8 mg/L, and ammonia 00.1 - 0.06 mg/L.

Abstract

The field of mathematics is a scientific discipline that can solve economic problems. This is because the field of mathematics can be used in dealing with financial audit problems that use images and numerical ideas in critical thinking. Apart from that, branches of mathematics such as the application of systems of linear equations can influence economics. Therefore, this research is intended to find out in more depth about the Application of Systems of Linear Equations in Economics. The aim of this research is to find the effect of implementing systems of linear equations in economics. To achieve this goal, the author uses library research methods with the aim of collecting data or information with the help of technology in the form of computers and various sources in libraries such as books, journals, articles and similar research results. From this research, several explanations regarding the Application of Systems of Linear Equations which can influence the field of Economics are produced, including: 1). The application of the Linear Equation system can influence Demand in the economic sector; 2). The application of the Linear Equation system can influence supply in the economic sector; 3). Application of a Linear Equation System can result in market balance (market equilibrium); 4). Implementation of a Linear Equation System can affect Tax; 5). Application of the Linear Equation System can affect subsidies. From the research conducted, the author hopes that it will become a reference in the world of economics and become a reference in carrying out efforts to improve the economy.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the application of linear function concept in economics and business. A linear function is the simplest function because it only has one independent variable and has a power of one. This research is qualitative research that uses a literature study method with an exploratory approach. Data collection techniques are carried out by collecting valid secondary data sources from books, scientific journals and the internet. The research results show several linear function models, namely the demand function Qdx = -a.Pdx +b , the supply function Qsx = a.Psx +b , the market balance point from the linear equation Pdx = Psx , the consumption function C = C0 + cY , the savings function S = C0 + (1 - c ) Y, and the production cost function TC = TFC + TVC.
