The identification, it can be explained that motivation students to use under serve in volleyball game is lowest, because facilities and equipment is not compare to the number of students. This research uses a demonstration method. The aim in this research is find out result of the bottom serve in volleyball games with the demonstration method at SMP Negeri 30 Buru. Data of classroom action research (PTK) was carry out in two cycles, there are cycle 1 and cycle II. Data for each cycle is obtained from the results of observations and performance tests based on indicators an assessment rubric. This score is final complete or not to continue in cycle II. serving volleyball in class VII SMP Negeri 30 Buru. the results of student ability tests during two cycles, namely cycle I 73.93%, cycle II 84.66%, there was an increase of 11% in the use of the demonstration method by teachers from cycle I to cycle II, an increase of 11%. improved. This shows that teacher's success in learning process.

Based on the results of hypothesis, it is known that there is an influence of arm muscle strength endurance training on the number of uppercut at Unpatti Wushu Club Athletes. This training process for 6 weeks with a training frequency of 3 times a week, so that the total training process for 15 athletes were 18 times. From the length of the process, it is known that the planned training program can improve the results of Uppercut hitting ability as proven statistically, namely t-count = -8.282 and compared with the t-table value on dk/df N-1 (15-1 = 14) of 2.145. Thus it can be understood t-count > t-table. This shows that there is a very significant influence of arm muscle endurance training on the number of uppercuts in Unpatti Wushu Club Athletes. These results can be achieved through planning an objective and systematic training program based on the abilities of Unpatti wushu club athletes.

This is comparative research, The variable was the comparison result of learning for Passing in the Football Game using the TGT and Jigsaw Learning Models for 25 students in class XI SMK Negeri 8 West Seram, Data sources come from teachers, students and researcher. Data collection techniques using observation, tests, and documentation or archives. the good results, and Very Good criteria (89-100), the TGT learning model amount to 4 students and the TGT Jigsaw learning model amount to 1. Explained in Figure 4.3. For obtain good criteria (77-88) the TGT learning model, were 13 students and the Jigsaw learning model, were 14 students. The sufficient criteria (65-76) for the TGT learning model are 6 students and the Jigsaw learning model is 10 students. Meanwhile (<=64) is only found in TGT with 2 students.

Increasing step learning outcomes to the Game of Badminton for Class VIII SMP Negeri 1 Kabupaten Buru. The Thesis of Physical Education Health and Recreation Program, in Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, Pattimura University. This research aims to improve the learning outcomes of back and forth movements in the game of badminton for class VIII SMP Negeri 1 Kabupaten Buru. This research uses a type of classroom action research where the data collection. The results explain that when the training method to learning the steps to change the badminton game, there is an increase in student learning outcomes. Suggestions for PJOK teachers that they can use the practice method, especially regarding the material on changing steps in the game of badminton at SMP Negeri 1 Kabupaten Buru.

This research is Classroom Action Research (PTK). This research was carried out in two cycles, each cycle consisting of planning, implementing actions, observing and reflecting. The research subject were class XII SMA Negeri 3 Southeast Maluku, totaling 24 students. The data sources are teachers, students and researchers. Data collection techniques using observation, tests, and documentation or archives. Based on the results of the analysis, a significant increase was obtain from pre-cycle to cycle I and from cycle I to cycle II. Of pre-cycle total of 24 students, only 14 students completed and 10 students did not or a percentage 75% and 25% students did not complete. Then the cycle I show an increase, 14 students or 75% were complete category and the remaining 10 students or 25% were in the complete category. In cycle II the increase in student learning outcome was 100% or 24 students complete category. conclusion that the use of visual audio media can be used to improve javelin throw learning outcome for class XII SMA Negeri 3 Southeast Maluku.

This research is a field experiment research with one group pre test and post test design. The sample in this study were all Patriot Fc futsal goalkeepers, totaling 10 players. The instrument used in this research is a test of the ability to save the ball, which aims to measure the reaction speed of the goalkeeper in saving the ball. In the t test that has been carried out above based on the average value and standard deviation that has been analyzed, the tcount is 7,943. As for the table is 2,262. Which means that tcount > ttable (7.943 > 2.262) then the alternative hypothesis (Ha). Based on the results of testing the hypothesis in this study, it was found that there was an effect of reaction speed training on the goalkeeper's ability to save the ball on the Patriot Fc futsal team, Physical Education and Research Program Fkip, Unpatti.

The importance of maximal aerobic capacity fitness in daily activities is undoubtedly the higher the level of health, the better aerobic capacity fitness will be. Good aerobic capacity fitness can support activities in daily life. Having good aerobic capacity, people will be able to carry out daily activities for a longer time than people with low aerobic endurance fitness. Maximum aerobic endurance can be interpreted as a person's ability to carry out daily life without causing excessive fatigue and still have the ability to fill other light jobs. Especially for class X mia students, the use of aerobic endurance is very important, because maximum aerobic endurance is the main capital for a class X Mia student at SMA Negeri 31 Central Maluku to help achieve achievements and make endurance movements that are in accordance with their abilities. The aim of this study was to determine the maximum aerobic endurance level of students and students of class X Mia SMA Negeri 31 Central Maluku. The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative method through test instruments. The population in this study amounted to 28 students and students aged 13-15 years. The sample used was the entire population, namely 28 female students and students aged 13-15 years according to the 12-minute Cooper test norm for maximum aerobic endurance Rizal, 2019. Based on the results data processing of the 12-minute Cooper test results for aerobic endurance and the overall sample was in the very poor or very poor category, the 12-minute running test became a weakness for students of Class X Mia SMA Negeri 31 Central Maluku with a very poor or very poor percentage due to lack of Aerobic endurance exercise and body mass index and muscle mass of class X Mia students are different from muscle mass and body mass of students who are dominant with the hormone testosterone. This also makes the body mass of students and students better than students who do not do sports activities well, because of the lack of aerobic endurance in students and many students who do not do sports activities well

Tujuan dari peneelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa dengan menerapkan model pembelajaran Tipe Team Games Tournament (TGT) Pada siswa Kelas X1 Sma Angkasa Lanud pattimura Ambon. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu penelitian tindakan kelas. Subjek penelitian yaitu siswa kelas XI SM Angkasa dengan jumlah 15 Orang. Data yang diperoleh melalui tes, observasi dan dokumentasi. hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan selama siklus sebagai berikut: Hasil belajar Menggiring bola dalam permainan sepak bola melalui Model pembelajaran Kooperatif tife team Games Tournamen(TGT) menunjukan peningkatan .Hal ini dibuktikan dengan hasil analisis data menggiring bola selama dua siklus,yaitu siklus 118,14% atau 15 subjek penelitian Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa model pembelajaran kooperatif Tife Team Games Tournamen(TGT) efektif untuk membelajarkan menggiring dalam permainan sepakbola pada siswa kelas XI SMS Angkasa Lanud Pattimura Ambon. Berdasarkan hasil diatas maka dapat dikatakan bahwa penerapan model pembelakaran Team Games Tournament (TGT) dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa

Health is the most valuable asset, the expression is said when the person has fallen ill. Healthy at least a person is very dependent on the behavior of the person's daily life. Therefore, everyone needs to be given information about health so that they can lead a life in accordance with health principles. Health aims to improve people's standard of living optimally. In order to achieve this goal, the community is encouraged to know the problems and find ways to overcome the various problems that arise. So far, health development has focused more on efforts to cure diseases, so that the focus of government attention has been directed more towards the development of health facilities such as health centers and hospitals. Soekamto, et al in Titu, (2015) stated the purpose of the learning model is "a conceptual framework that describes a systematic procedure for organizing learning experiences to achieve certain learning goals, and serves as a guide for learning designers and teachers in planning learning activities." The jigsaw type cooperative learning model can improve personal health learning outcomes in fifth grade students of Talaga Pange Public Elementary School. Through the application of the jigsaw type cooperative method, it can improve personal health learning outcomes. -the average achievement of the results obtained by the subject or student.

Penelitian ini bertujan untuk mengetahui berapa besar pengaruh latihan Sprint ABC terhadap penigkatan Peningkatan Kecepatan lari 60 Meter Pada Atlet Pemula Di Club SSC. Data yang diperoleh dan di analisis dalam penelitian ini meliputi data tes awal (pree-test) dan tes akhir (post-test) dari hasil lari 60 meter setelah semua data di kunpulkan data data-data tersebut. Tenik pengambilan data menggunakan one group pretest and posttest design yaitu eksperimen yang dilaksanakan pada suatu kelompok saja tanpa kelompok pembanding (Arikunto, 2010). Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan dapat di lihat thitubg 9,621 kemudian di bandingkan ttabel baik pada taraf siknifikasi 5% maupun 1% dengan terlebih dahulu menentukan db atau df =N-1=10-1=9 untuk taraf siknifikasi 5 % diketahui nilai ttabel =1,833. Sedangkan untuk taraf siknifikan 1 % diketahui nilai ttabel = 2,821. itu berarti baik pada taraf siknifikan 5 % maupun 1% nilai thitung > ttabel atau dengan kata lain 9,621>2,821. Berdasarkan kriteria pengujian hipotesis jika thitung < ttabel maka hipotesis alternatif atau Ha di terima dan sebaliknya menolak H0 atau hipotesil nihil. Dengan demikian dapat di simpulkan bahwa hipotesis alternative diterima dan secara jelas menerangkan bahwa latihan Sprint ABC memberikan pengaruh terhadap Peningkatan Kecepatan lari 60 Meter Pada Atlet Pemula Di Club SSC.
