Abstract

This study aims to seek and provide compensation, the amount of non-financial compensation, and work motivation related to the morale of the employees of Perum Damri Medan. In this study, a population of 125 employees and 95 as a sample used a simple random sampling technique to become respondents in this study. Therefore, quantitative and descriptive approach methods are methods that can provide an overview, with questionnaire and interview techniques as the initial stage. SPSS software becomes a tool to test somanalysesis. get the results Based on that financial compensation, non-financial compensation, and work motivation has a number greater than the partial provision of 1986 and simultaneously valued at 16,348 greater than, 2.70 and a significantly less than 0.05. So financial compensation, non-financial compensation spirit, and work motivation have a positive influence on employee work.

Abstract

Since ancient times, humans have tried to create new materials that are strong, rigid, lightweight and inexpensive. The honeycomb structure is a man-made material that has a honeycomb geometry to minimize the amount of material used, to achieve a minimum weight so that a light mass is obtained for the construction. This honeycomb structure is commonly used in aerospace applications, transportation, F1 racing and many other industries. In general, the purpose of this research is to determine the level of deformation, stress-strain that occurs in the honeycomb structure which is tested statically in compression. The honeycomb is made using aluminum material with a thickness of 0.4 mm and then formed with varying hexagonal sizes, namely 2 mm, 4 mm and 6 mm. This compression test is carried out using a Universal Testing Machine with 2 positions, namely horizontal and vertical. The specimen is pressed until it finds a broken point that is visible on the graph. The results obtained from this compressive test are in the form of deformation values and the maximum force acting on the specimen. From the results of the comparison of hexagonal size variations, it can be concluded that the larger the size of the honeycomb hexagon, the greater the deformation that occurs

Abstract

Problem then cross often found in the city city big , for example city Kutacane . Problem congestion and chaos then cross often happened at the intersection roads , especially at intersections no signaled , the intersection of Jl. Lawe Sigala -gala and Simpang Goodbye Southeast Aceh District . This thing influenced by several factor that is the more increasing volume last traffic and the number of riders no obey regulations then cross . Analyze capacity and rate performance something deviation no signal so done data data from field , in the form of geometric data intersection ( width each leg of the intersection ), type and amount vehicles that cross intersection after multiplied with number equivalence from each _ vehicle , so obtained uniformity in unit car passenger (junior high school). Then calculated capacity and rate performance intersection that includes degrees boredom and procrastination deviation with method Manual of Indonesian Road Capacity 199 1 . Current then cross at the intersection Street lawe the biggest galaxies of the day Saturday of 311.25 SMP / hour . Current then cross at the intersection good luck biggest of the day Tuesday amounted to 292.27 SMP / hour . At the intersection lawe wolf score Degrees The biggest boredom is 0.161 ( DS <1) . At the intersection good luck Degrees The biggest boredom is 0.154 ( DS <1 ) . b based on DS Value shows that last volume cross on both intersection still under capacity basic requirements _ ie C 0 = 2700 smp /hour m. Congestion at the intersection _ Jl. Lawe Sigala -Gala and Simpang Goodbye Southeast Aceh Regency is caused by traders who use segment road and parking vehicles that do not regularly .

Abstract

The need for energy has now become a major problem that is increasingly complex in all countries in the world to support their economic growth. These various conditions require the need for new renewable energy that can answer these challenges. Wind energy and solar cells have become one of the solutions to reduce dependence on fossil energy. Wind energy and solar energy are actually the most promising sources of energy considering their sustainable nature and very large amounts to be used as electrical energy for lighting in simple people's homes. A wind turbine is a prime mover that utilizes wind energy to drive the turbine blades which are then transformed in the form of mechanical energy to rotate the turbine shaft. Solar energy is energy in the form of light and heat from the sun, which technology can be applied to a variety of energies, including solar thermal electrical energy. New and renewable energy with hybrid or combined systems for home-scale power plants is very much needed to ensure the continuity of the existence of electrical energy and efficiency. The combined and hybrid system models that have been developed and applied are hybrid solar cells and wind turbines.

Abstract

This thesis is concerned with the translation field, focusing on conjunctive relation in the process of English-Indonesian translation. Regarding the research methodology, having a focus on content analysis of qualitative method, observation and note taking method are applied for the data collection. The subject matter of the study is the conjunctive relation found in the novel Eat, Pray, and Love by Elizabeth Gilbert and its translation Makan, Doa, dan Cinta applying the theory proposed by Halliday, also involving the occurrence of the eight procedures of translation proposed by Newmark and loss and gain of information proposed by Nida. In relation to the explanation above, it is hoped that by recognizing conjunctive relation and the theory loss and gain of information, the translator will be able to pinpoint and restate meaning more effectively, so that it will be easier to get the intended meanings that want to be translated. Based on the analysis, it is found that all the conjunctive relation types in the data and some of the procedures proposed by Newmark occurs in the novel, and loss and gain of information also occurs in some processes of transferring the message of the conjunctive relation in the SL text into the TL text

Abstract

The vaccination program is expected to bring back a broad positive impact on society, namely social and economic productivity. However, to successfully implement this COVID-19 vaccination plan, at least three key factors are required, namely the COVID-19 vaccine (including its provision and use); health workers; and community involvement. For a COVID-19 vaccination plan to be successful, these three factors must be defined and integrated. Research on the new corona virus vaccine is one of the stages of providing vaccines, so almost all countries are competing for this vaccine research. Research and discovery of a COVID-19 vaccine has been very rapid, including the reason for its wide impact, but also because it is supported by very modern research techniques and a huge budget that the world has never seen before.
