Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of organizational commitment and work discipline on the performance of employees of PT. PLN (Persero) Main Unit for North Sumatra Region. This research approach uses an associative and quantitative approach. The sampling technique used a sampling technique using the slovin formula totaling 65 people. The data collection technique used in this study used a questionnaire/questionnaire and interview techniques. The data analysis technique in this study uses Multiple Linear Regression, Classical Assumption Test, Hypothesis Testing (t-test and f-test) and Coefficient of Determination. The data processing in this study used the SPSS (Statistical Package For the Social Sciences) software version 16.0. The results showed that simultaneously organizational commitment and work discipline had a positive and significant effect on the performance of PT. PLN (Persero) Main Unit for North Sumatra Region. Based on the partial test, it shows that the organizational commitment variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and the work discipline variable has a positive and significant effect on the performance of PT. PLN (Persero) Main Unit for North Sumatra Region.

Abstract

Consumers continue to experience rashes due to inappropriate skin care, use of counterfeit products, and use of harmful ingredients such as skin care ingredients that influence Nature Republic skin care product decisions. The purpose of this study was to analyze and determine the effect of product quality, price and promotion which simultaneously or partially influences consumer purchasing decisions for Generation Y Skincare Nature Republic products in Binjai City. This research is a combined quantitative research. The population in this study was Generation Y in Binjai and the sample used in this study was 96 people using the Objective Sampling method. The data collection method in this study used a questionnaire. The data analysis technique in this study used multiple linear regression, classical hypothesis testing, t test and F test, and the coefficient of determination. Part of product quality has a big influence on purchasing decisions, part of price has a big influence on purchasing decisions, and promotions have a big influence on purchasing decisions. At the same time, product quality, price and promotion will have a significant impact on purchasing decisions for Generation Y skin care products in Binjai City. and promotions have a great influence on purchasing decisions. Abstract

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of ability and motivation on employee performance at PT. Kimia Farma (Persero) Tbk Medan Red Cross Branch. The sample in this study were 40 respondents who were employees of PT. Kimia Farma (Persero) Tbk Medan Red Cross Branch. The results of this study were collected through a questionnaire which was processed and analyzed using Multiple Regression. The sampling method in this study used the saturated sampling method. The data quality test used is a validity test using Corrected Item Total and a reliability test using Cronbach Alpha. To test the hypothesis in this study. The data analysis technique in this study is the classical assumption test, multiple linear regression test, hypothesis testing consisting of t test, and F test and perform a determination test. That there is a positive effect of the ability variable on the employee's work performance variable, there is a positive influence of the motivational variable on the employee's work performance variable for ability and motivation to have a significant influence on the work performance of PT Kimia Farma (Persero) Tbk Medan Red Cross Branch.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of skills and motivation on work performance at PT. State Savings Bank (Persero) Tbk Medan Branch. This study uses an association approach. The population of this survey includes all employees of PT. State Savings Bank (Persero) Tbk Medan with a sample of 95 people. Based on the test results, it is possible to get the effect of competence on the work carried out. The results of the t-test 2,444 > ttable 1,661, then H0 is rejected, this indicates that there is a compensation effect on work performance. Based on the partial test results, motivation has an effect on work performance, obtained tcount 2.451 > ttable 1.661. The results of the f test obtained the calculated F value of 13.922 and Ftable 3, 094 which shows that H0 is rejected means that compensation (X1) and motivation (X2) together have an effect on work performance (Y) with a significant 0.000 <0.05. R Square value of 0.232 > or 23.2% shows that 23.2 work performance variables (Y) are affected by compensation (X1) and motivation (X2), the remaining 76.8% is explained by other variables that are not known in this study. Due to the small population size, the entire population is         add sample.

Abstract

This study aims to identify and analyze the effect of product quality, price and word of mouth on the purchasing decision of Milkita Candy. This study uses marketing management theory with variables (product quality), (price), (word of mouth) and variables (purchase decisions). Researchers determine the population, namely all consumers who decide to buy dairy products. The sampling technique, or non-probability sampling, is used to determine the number of samples. The sample size for this survey is 69 respondents. On the other hand, evaluation, data analysis techniques mostly use linear regression analysis. Based on the results of data analysis, it can be concluded that the product quality variable has a partial effect on purchasing decisions because the product quality variable is important. Second, we can conclude that the price variable has a partial effect on purchasing decisions because price is very important. In addition, the word of mouth variable is also important, so it can be concluded that the word of mouth variable has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Abstract

This study aims to determine whether the Current Ratio and Debt To Asset Ratio have an effect either partially or simultaneously on Return On Assets in Food and Beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The approach used in this study is an associative approach. The population used in this study were 26 companies and a sample that met the criteria (purposive sampling) was 7 companies. The data collection technique used in this study uses documentation techniques and the data sources used in this study are secondary data sources published by companies on the official website of the Indonesia Stock Exchange.www.idx.co.id. The data analysis technique used in this study is a quantitative technique with multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing and coefficient of determination test. The results of this study are partially Current Ratio has no significant effect on Return On Assets. Partially the Debt To Asset Ratio has a significant effect on Return On Assets. Simultaneously Current Ratio and Debt To Asset Ratio have a significant effect on Return On Assets in Food and Beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2014-2019 period.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of skills and motivation on work performance at PT.
