Abstract

The impact of the Covid-19 pandemic on the world of education lies in the learning process, although students cannot carry out face-to-face learning activities such as usually, but teaching and learning activities should not be stopped because at the age of Child or adolescent age is the ideal age to seek knowledge, especially science Religion, then to maintain the quality of student learning and even better then the need for guidance and supervision from the education supervisor or the usual This is called educational supervision. The research method used in this research is qualitative approach with the type of case study. The data collection technique uses interview, observation, and documentation techniques. After the data is collected, the process is carried out data coding and checking the validity of the data using a credibility test and confirmability. The result is that the supervisor formulates ideas for help teachers complete their tasks, improve teacher professionalism in the form of encouragement, guidance, and opportunities for the growth of skills and abilities of teachers, then carry out the stages of planning, implementing, evaluating, following up, and reporting

Abstract

In the current era of globalization and modernization, competition for quality and excellence cannot be avoided. So that in this era it is not enough if you only have good morals, but you also need to be equipped with expertise or skills that are relevant to work needs. Islamic boarding schools as non-formal educational institutions are also expected to be able to equip students in real life to solve problems that will be faced later in social life and be able to compete in this era. On the basis of this background, the researcher posed the following research questions: (1) what are the life skills development activities of salafi students (2) what is the role of Islamic boarding schools in developing the life skills of salafi students. This research is a qualitative research using a phenomenological approach. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. As for data analysis using flow model analysis which includes: data reduction, data display, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study are: (1) Life skill development activities at the Tahfizhil Qur'an Islamic Boarding School are integrated into activities in the boarding school, such as bahsu matsa-il, deliberations, muhadoroh, extracurriculars, and others. (2) The Tahfidzil Qur'an Islamic Boarding School for Girls according to its function acts as a facilitator and educates the development of life skills of student.

Abstract

The attention given by the government at the end of this decade to islamic boarding school, such as the determining of October 22 as the day of Santri, the islamic boarding school law, equality (Muaddalah) Ma'had 'Aly with one or two degrees, shows that in reality and in its field, islamic boarding school has a fairly important role. for the resilience, sustainability and integrity of the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia (NKRI). And base on the assumption that the islamic boarding school has never been exposed to radicalism, which makes researchers interested in focusing this research on how the model of the resilience of the Lirboyo Islamic boarding school Darussalam unit toward the ideology of radicalism and the application of this resilience to alumnus. Field research with a descriptive qualitative analysis approach, from primary and secondary sources, using observation, interviews, and documentation techniques then reducing, presenting, verifying data, and testing credibility with extended observations, triangulation, increased accuracy, negative case analysis, and our member checks also use in this study. The results of this study: (1) The Darussalam islamic boarding school resilience model is carried out by preventing contact with radical groups, delegitimizing radical ideologies, eliminating prejudice with other groups and the relationship between islamic boarding school and the government structure. (2) This resilience makes the attitude of islamic boarding school alumnus to be anti-violent, tolerant and have good relations with the government. This model and application become the islamic boarding school’s social capital with levels in the form of social bonding, social bridging and social linking

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the mustaqilli method on the understanding and proficiency of the Arabic language of MTS Al-Islam Nganjuk students. This research used interviews, observation, documentation, questionnaire, and test methods. At the same time, data analysis uses quantitative techniques with bivariate analysis. Bivariate analysis is applied because the variables analyzed consist of two kinds, namely dependent and independent. The statistical test used in this study is the Chi-Square test, while to test hypotheses 1, 2, and 3, the N-Gain Score test and the T-test are used. The results of this study indicate that the Arabic language learning process using the Mustaqilli method obtained data for class 1 by 26.4%, class 2 by 27.7%, and class 3 by 27.7%. Student motivation and teacher attention obtained data of 63.7%, class 2 of 60.4%, and class 3 of 57.6%. It concluded that 90.40% of respondents responded positively to learning Arabic using the Mustaqilli method. The pretest and post-test data of students in Control and experimental classes showed that in class 1, the ability and proficiency of the Arabic language of MTS Al-Islam using Control (Lecture) was 40% rated ineffective, and 60% rated less effective. While using the Experiment (Mustaqilli), 40% rated it adequate, and 60% very effective. For class 2 using Control (lecture), 10% rated ineffective, 70% were less effective, and 20% were quite effective. While using experiments (Mustaqilli), 20% were effective, and 80% were very effective. For Class 3, using Control (lecture) 100% is less effective, while the experiment (Mustaqilli) 30% is quite adequate, and 70% is very effective.

Abstract

There is always a revolution in learning to keep up with the times. The concept of education based on IOT (Internet Of Thing) opens the widest possible gate of learning independence for generation Z. The heutagogical approach using the Self-Determined Learning Model of Instruction (SDLMI) provides 3 phases in the form of setting a goal, taking action and adjusting goals or plans . The research was carried out with a qualitative approach using a simple random sampling technique. The results of the study, namely: (1) By setting a goal, students are able to know and measure their initial abilities and determine habits that must be changed so that they can add insight (2) In Take Action students are able to identify obstacles that hinder achieving goals and determine steps solutions that are carried out as a solution to the problem of the obstacles encountered. (3) By adjusting goals or plans, students are able to evaluate the determination of goals and actions that have been done in the form of optimizing the use of information technology and maximizing collaboration is observed to support the development of students' cognitive and metacognitive skills. (4) Students are able to question, consider and evaluate things needed during learning to improve abilities so that the steps taken become a self-reflection for students and become an experience of a learning process with a deeper understanding.

Abstract

This research focuses on designing, implementing, and evaluating a vocational-based curriculum in shaping the Islamic entrepreneurship spirit of class X students at MAN 1 Nnganjuk in the 2021/2022 school year. This research uses a qualitative approach. This research type is a case study, where the data is taken through interviews, field notes, records, photos, personal documents, etc. The results showed that the vocational-based curriculum in shaping the Islamic entrepreneurship spirit of students is contained in the following steps: (1) vocational-based curriculum design through skills programs at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri (MAN) 1 Nganjuk is to place its students in a central position (learner-centered-design) which in its implementation is based on experience or activities (activity/experience design). (2) From the results of the research data analysis, it is seen that the madrasah's efforts in shaping the spirit of Islamic entrepreneurship are to integrate the content of vocational program subjects, which include; Visual communication design (DKV), culinary, beauty, fashion, batik craft, and automotive with workshop and entrepreneurship subjects, and supported by religious material fiqh muamalah which has been taught in class X, where curriculum evaluation activities are carried out by the madrasah head and the vocational curriculum development team every time they start a new semester with a coordination meeting, while for vocational learning evaluation of students is carried out formatively (daily) and summatively (end of semester/end of the year assessment). With the various steps applied in the vocational curriculum, it is hoped that the character of students with an entrepreneurial spirit is formed with the characteristic of prioritizing Islamic values or what is commonly called Islamic entrepreneurship.

Abstract

What are the efforts of Islamic Religious Education Teachers in instilling Religious Character in Al-Huda Middle School Students in Kediri City? In instilling religious character in students, it becomes essential to strengthen and improve the morale of the nation's young generation, and teachers, as the spearhead of national education who play a significant role in carrying out the character building of students, are expected not to stop to innovate and be creative in creating strategies. Effective and efficient ways to improve the morals of students according to this national education goal. This study uses a qualitative approach and a descriptive type of research, taking the background at Al Huda Middle School, Kediri City. Abstract

This research focuses on (1) the process of internalizing multicultural education values in learning Islamic Culture History class VII at MTs Al Mahrusiyah Lirboyo Kediri, (2) the perspective of Skinner's operant conditioning theory on the internalization of multicultural education values in learning Islamic Culture History class VII at MTs Al Mahrusiyah Lirboyo Kediri. The research approach used is a descriptive qualitative approach. Data is collected in the form of words and images, not in the form of numbers. The data is collected through interviews, field notes, records, photos, personal documents, etc. Primary data is obtained by researchers as a source of information from the principal, Islamic cultural history subject teacher, Deputy Head of Student Affairs, Deputy Head of Curriculum, and seventh-grade students of MTs Al Mahrusiyah. The results showed that the teacher carried out the process of internalizing multicultural education values in learning Islamic cultural history by emulating the story of the prophet Muhammad SAW contained in the SKI material and the following steps: (1) determining multicultural values according to SKI learning indicators, (2) selecting materials that contain multicultural values, (3) conducting the learning process with the small group discussion method, and (4) evaluation. Other results show several things contradict the application of Skinner's operant conditioning theory, including (1) Skinner's operant conditioning theory shows that changing students' behavior only requires programmed learning. In contrast, the findings in the field show that in addition to programmed learning, there is also an environmental adjustment. The pesantren environment is the main supporting factor, and (2) Skinner's operant conditioning theory views behavior change as a learning process that does not require another process. At the same time, field findings show that students must experience the learning process first so that their behavior changes. In other words, learning is a process that mediates behavior.

Abstract

The use of smartphones by elementary school students is increasingly concerning. The importance of moral learning is expected to overcome Alpha generation students, who are born with the knowledge of intelligent devices. This research analyzes the use of smartphones in the moral learning of students at MI Hidayatul Muta'alimin Kediri City. At the same time, this qualitative research uses a descriptive approach. The data collection techniques used in this study are observation, interview, and documentation. This study uses the theory of generation and the opinions of the first scholar. The results of research conducted at MI Hidayatul Muta'alimin show that most students at MI Hidayatul Muta'alimin have the characteristics of the alpha generation. Moral learning for students at Madrasah Ibtida'iyah includes integrating moral development that has been formulated into all subjects, daily activities at school and programmed or planned activities. The implications of using smartphones in moral learning for students' support needs in the pandemic era. Still, they are no longer used in the offline learning era because they affect the mindset of students in terms of learning concentration and morals.

Abstract

The background of this research is that the memorization of the Koran by tahfidz students at the tahfidz al-Qur'an Ma'unah Sari Islamic Boarding School has experienced a significant decline. This type of research uses a quantitative approach, using simple linear regression analysis and multiple regression of the SPSS output. The focus of the research includes: (1) How is the Emotional Intelligence of the tahfidz students? (2). How is the Spiritual Intelligence of the tahfidz students? (3). How is the Memorization of the Qur'an of the Tahfidz students? (4). Is there a relationship between the Emotional intelligence of the students towards memorizing al- Qur'an? (5). Is there a relationship between the spiritual intelligence of the santri towards memorizing the Qur'an? (6). Is there a relationship between the emotional and spiritual intelligence of the santri towards the memorization of the al-Qur'an at the Tahfidzul Qur'an Maunah Sari Islamic Boarding School? The results of the study concluded that (1) the emotional intelligence of the tahfidz ma'unah sari students had an average score of 98.68 which was in the good category (2) the spiritual intelligence of the tahfidz ma'unah sari students had an average score of 140.8 included in the good category (3) the memorization of the Koran by the students of tahfidz ma'unah sari had an average score of 106.76 which was included in the good category. (4) the regression coefficient X is 0.793 which states that the addition of 1% emotional intelligence will increase the memorization of the Koran by 0.79 so that the higher the emotional intelligence of the students, the higher the level of memorization of the Koran by students. (5). the regression coefficient X is 0.607 which states that the addition of 1% spiritual intelligence will increase the memorization of the Koran by 0.607 so that the higher the spiritual intelligence of the students, the higher the level of memorization of the Koran by students. (6). The relationship of emotional intelligence and the spirituality of the students towards memorizing the Koran by 42% while the rest (100% -42% = 58%) is influenced by other variables not examined in this study
