Abstract

Tanah yaitu material yang terdiri dari butiran mineral, organic, dan endapan yang relative lepas. Klasifikasi tanah sistem unified (USCS) dilakukan untuk menentukan pengelompokkan jenis tanah tanah berdasarkan distribusi ukuran butirannya.Jenis tanah baik itu sifat fisis dan mekanis merupakan faktor penting yang harus dipertimbangan dalam perencanaan konstruksi agar tidak terjadi kegagalan konstruksi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengklasifikasikan jenis tanah yang terdapat di Kecamatan Mandau Kabupaten Bengkalis. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode klasifikasi USCS. Peneltian ini menggunakan dari 4 titik yang terdapat di Kecamatan Mandau Kabupaten Bengkalis. Analisa yang dilakukan adalah dengan mengambil sampel tanah di lapangan, kemudian dilakukan pengujian sifat fisis di laboratorium. %. Untuk klasifikasi yang diperoleh yaitu tergolong tanah lempung dan tanah lanau. Klasifikasi tanah dipengaruhi oleh nilai Indeks Plastisitas (PI), dari hasil penelitian ini nilai Indeks Plastisitas terbesar yaitu sampel tanah titik sebesar 26.54 dengan klasifikasi tanah MH lanau tak organik. Kesimpulannya klasifikasi tanah berdasrkan metode USCS pada sampel tanah yang diuji yaitu tergolong klasifikasi tanah lanau dan lempung. Klasifikasi ini diperoleh berdasarkan nilai lolos saringan No.200 dan nilai LL serta PI.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the sentiment of participant reviews of the National Seminar on Information Systems and Computer Technology 2023 using Natural Language Processing (NLP). With the increasing use of social media and online platforms, sentiment analysis is becoming an important tool to manage and summarize information from diverse participant opinions. This research uses an NLP model adapted to the Indonesian language to provide more contextual and in-depth insights. The research process involved review data collection, data pre-processing, tokenization, stopword removal, stemming, and sentiment analysis using the Naive Bayes algorithm. The analysis results showed that 90% of the reviews were positive, with the most appreciated aspects including the quality of the seminar materials and the availability of facilities. Meanwhile, 10% of reviews were negative, mainly related to time management and interaction with speakers. These findings provide concrete guidance for organizers to focus on improving the less satisfactory aspects. Evaluation of the effectiveness of the NLP model showed that the technique was able to identify sentiment with higher accuracy than conventional methods, reinforcing the potential of NLP as an effective tool in local language-based sentiment analysis. This research contributes to the development of sentiment analysis methodology in the context of Indonesian language, as well as providing valuable references for further research in the field of sentiment analysis.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of individual morality and internal control on the tendency of accounting fraud in the financial management of Regional-Owned Enterprises (BUMD) in Siak Regency. Furthermore, it aims to analyze the influence of individual morality on the tendency of accounting fraud in the financial management of Regional-Owned Enterprises (BUMD) in Siak Regency. Additionally, it seeks to analyze the influence of internal control on the tendency of accounting fraud in the financial management of Regional-Owned Enterprises (BUMD) in Siak Regency. The sampling technique used is simple random sampling. The reason for using simple random sampling is because it is the easiest to apply, and every member of the population can be selected as a sample. Individual morality influences fraud prevention. Internal control affects fraud prevention. The research findings indicate that, simultaneously, individual morality and internal control have an impact on fraud prevention. Future researchers can expand the research object by giving more consideration to caution when generalizing the research object.

Abstract

Changes in asphalt temperature can cause deformation damage and cracks in the asphalt so that the appropriate temperature is needed to prevent damage in the field. Durability is the resistance of asphalt to changes in temperature, weather, water and air, asphalt with poor durability will cause the asphalt surface to be easily damaged and the surface can deform so that the asphalt becomes bumpy and endangers driving activities, poor durability also results in reduced road plan life. This study aims to determine the durability value of natural rubber asphalt using compaction temperature variations of 100 ℃, 100 ℃, 110 ℃, 120 ℃, 130 ℃ and 140 ℃. The research started with the examination of aggregate properties and asphalt properties then continued with making test specimens to determine the optimum asphalt content with variations of 5%, 5.5%, 6%, 6.5%, 7% obtained optimum asphalt content of 6.38%. Next, make test specimens with variations in compaction temperature of 100 ℃, 110 ℃, 120 ℃, 130 ℃ and 140 ℃. After the specimens are made based on the compaction temperature variation, durability testing is carried out for 30 minutes and 24 hours in a waterbath tool using a temperature of 60 ℃. From this test, the durability value is obtained at 100 ° C durability value 116%, 110 ° C durability value 103%, 120 ° C durability value 93%, 130 ° C durability value 85%, 140 ° C durability value 80%. The results of the calculation of the durability value. The results of the calculation durability value at a compaction temperature of 100 ℃ to 120 ℃ meet the specifications of Bina Marga 2020 where the durability value is at least 90%, while at temperatures of 130 ℃ and 140 ℃ the durability value does not meet the specifications of Bina Marga 2020. The conclusion of this research is that durability decreases with increasing compaction temperature.

Abstract

Many school facilities in big cities are located on the side of highways, where many vehicles travel at high speeds, thereby endangering children when crossing. The research aims to determine how effective the use of ZoSS is at SD Negeri 21 Pekanbaru. The method used is data analysis using the normal distribution statistic Z test. The research results show that in terms of markings and signs there are still many that are missing, some of the markings have faded. The level of service on the Pahlawan Kerja road is included in category D. The average instantaneous vehicle speed on the Pahlawan Kerja road is 40.46 km/hour, which means it still exceeds the permitted speed. The behavior of students at SD Negeri 21 Pekanbaru with a calculation result of -0.95 is still classified as not safe with a permissible error rate of 1.645. For the introductory behavior of students at SD Negeri 21 Pekanbaru it is classified as safe with a calculation result of 13.85 which is greater than the permitted error level. 1,645. The conclusion from the data that has been studied shows that the effectiveness of using ZoSS on the Job Hero road has not been effective. The suggestion regarding this problem is that there should be maintenance and additional traffic signs needed to complete the ZoSS facilities and training from the police for crossing guides so that the safety of students at SD Negeri 21 Pekanbaru is maintained.

Abstract

Jaringan wireless memberikan kemudahan akses data yang cepat dan fleksibel tanpa memerlukan kabel fisik. Namun, seiring bertambahnya jumlah perangkat dan volume data yang harus dikelola, PT Sinar Alam Permai Palembang menghadapi tantangan dalam menjaga kinerja dan keandalan jaringan. Perusahaan telah menggunakan teknologi wireless modern untuk mendukung kegiatan operasional, salah satunya dengan aplikasi Ekahau Site Survey. Aplikasi ini membantu merencanakan jaringan Wi-Fi, memetakan pancaran sinyal access point, serta mempertimbangkan pengaruh material bangunan terhadap kualitas jaringan. Meskipun jaringan tersebut menawarkan fleksibilitas dan mobilitas tinggi bagi karyawan, masalah seperti kecepatan yang tidak stabil, jangkauan sinyal yang terbatas, dan gangguan koneksi masih sering terjadi. Untuk mengatasi tantangan ini, evaluasi menyeluruh terhadap infrastruktur jaringan wireless diperlukan guna mengidentifikasi kelemahan yang ada. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan gambaran mengenai kondisi jaringan wireless di PT Sinar Alam Permai dan menemukan solusi efektif guna meningkatkan performa jaringan, sehingga dapat mendukung penerapan teknologi masa depan seperti Internet of Things (IoT) dan sistem berbasis cloud.

Abstract

Investment is a crucial foundation in financial management that opens opportunities to achieve long-term financial goals. One mutual fund investment platform at a PT is innovating to create a platform tailored to the needs of Generation Z users. However, the platform is currently still under improvement and/or renewal due to functional deficiencies such as the frontend and backend display, as well as the lack of an investment simulation feature that allows investors to predict mutual fund investments. This research focuses on adding an investment simulation feature using a Machine Learning algorithm that can automate the detection of trends and seasonality in mutual fund products. The method used in the website development is the Agile method in the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC). In conducting this research, an analysis of the platform's weaknesses and deficiencies was carried out to compare the website platform to be developed with another platform. Based on the analysis that has been carried out, the development of the platform's functionality and the addition of features were made, namely, updating the latest display on each page and the investment simulation feature. This research uses the PHP programming language and the Laravel framework as well as Firebase as its database. The programming implementation results in a platform that can predict mutual fund product simulations that can be used by investors, thus easily attracting Generation Z to invest in the website platform.

Abstract

In this research, the modified asphalt used is natural rubber asphalt, which has high elastic properties due to its high resilience and high strain ratio. The aim of this research is to analyze the marshall value with variations in compaction temperature using natural rubber modified asphalt. The results of this research showed that the temperature variation density value increased with the highest temperature density at 160℃ of 2.17 gr/cm and the lowest value at 110℃ of 1.91gr/cm. The Marshall value of the VFWA value increased with the highest increase at a temperature variation of 160℃ of 68.1% and the lowest value at a temperature of 110℃ of 31.5%. The VITM value relative to the Marshall value tends to decrease with the lowest decrease at a temperature variation of 160℃ of 3.20% and the highest value at a temperature of 110℃ of 5.67%. The VMA value of the temperature variation relative to the Marshall value tends to decrease at a temperature of 160℃ of 28. 39% and the largest value is at a temperature of 110℃ of 36.91%. The stability value at temperature variations on Marshall characteristics tends to increase with the highest increase at a temperature of 160℃ of 1702.49 and the smallest value at a temperature variation of 110℃ of 1323.41. The MQ value in temperature variations with respect to the Marshall characteristics increased at a temperature of 140℃ by 523.90mm and the lowest value at a temperature of 110℃ was 183.81 mm. Marshall characteristics with respect to flow values ​​tended to fluctuate with the highest increase at a temperature variation of 120℃ of 7.80mm. and the lowest at a temperature of 160℃ is 2.23mm. So, with each increase in compaction temperature, the marshall value at a temperature variation of 140℃ - 160℃ with the use of natural rubber modified asphalt meets the requirements of Bina Marga specifications.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the types of plants used, the parts used, how traditional medicine is used and the meaning countained contained in the traditional medicine of the Malay tribe in the Bagan Punak Pesisir Village by documenting ethnobotanical knowledge in traditional medicine in Bagan Punak Pesisir Village, Bangko District, Rokan Hilir Regency, Riau province. The research method used is a survey method with interview and observation techniques. The data collected includes the type of medicinal plant used, the part of the plant used and its medicinal benefits. The results of the research show that there are 7 types of medicinal plants used by the Malay community in Bagan Punak Pesisir Village. These medicinal plants come from various plant families, with the Zingiberaceae, Piperaceae, Acoraceae, Arecaceae and Rubiaceae tribes. The most commonly used plant parts are rhizomes (57.14%), followed by leaves (14.28%), sap (14.28%), and fruit (14.28%). Diseases treated with medicinal plants are fever, headaches and restoring enthusiasm. Ethnobotanical knowledge in traditional Malay medicine in Bagan Punak Pesisir Village is a cultural heritage that needs to be preserved.

Abstract

Plants belonging to the Dipterocarpaceae family are widely distributed across various regions of Indonesia, particularly in Riau Province, which is known for its high biodiversity. This family is primarily valued for its high-quality timber, which is extensively utilized in various industries. However, beyond its economic value as a construction material, these plants also have the potential to be a source of bioactive compounds, making it essential to further investigate their secondary metabolite content. This study aims to identify and analyze the types of secondary metabolites present in five species belonging to the Dipterocarpaceae family, namely Shorea acuminata, Shorea sumatrana, Shorea belanoides, Shorea singkawang, and Shorea pinanga. To determine the presence of these bioactive compounds, this research employs the phytochemical screening method, which is a fundamental technique in the chemical analysis of plants. The results of this study indicate that all tested samples from the five species showed positive results for the presence of several major groups of secondary metabolites, namely triterpenoids, steroids, phenolics, and flavonoids. The presence of these compounds suggests that plants within the Dipterocarpaceae family have significant potential for broader applications, particularly in the pharmaceutical, cosmetic, and health industries. Compounds such as phenolics and flavonoids are well known for their antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, and antimicrobial properties, which can play a crucial role in the development of natural medicines and active ingredients for health-related products
