ABSTRACT A mother's confidence in breastfeeding is a crucial factor influencing successful breastfeeding. Lack of knowledge and experience in breastfeeding often leads to postpartum mothers feeling insecure about breastfeeding their babies. Video-based lactation education is an effective educational method because it delivers information visually and audibly in an engaging manner. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of video-based lactation education on increasing breastfeeding confidence in postpartum mothers. The study used a quasi-experimental design with a pretest - posttest approach. The study sample consisted of 50 postpartum mothers selected using a purposive sampling technique. Data were collected using a breastfeeding questionnaire. Self-Efficacy Scale (BSES). Data analysis used paired t- test. The results showed that the average breastfeeding confidence score increased from 48.6 ± 7.5 to 67.8 ± 6.9 after video-based lactation education (p < 0.001). It was concluded that video-based lactation education was effective in increasing postpartum mothers' confidence in breastfeeding. ABSTRACT Early pregnancy in adolescents is a health problem influenced by various psychological factors, including self-efficacy and attitude. Self-efficacy plays a role in shaping an individual's belief in their ability to avoid risky behavior, while attitude reflects behavioral tendencies towards reproductive health. This study aims to analyze the role of self-efficacy and attitude in preventing early pregnancy in adolescents through reproductive health education. This study used a quantitative design with a cross-sectional approach . A sample of 110 respondents was selected using a purposive sampling technique. Data were collected using a questionnaire and analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results showed that self-efficacy (β = 0.45; p < 0.001) and attitude (β = 0.32; p < 0.01) significantly influenced early pregnancy prevention behavior, with self-efficacy as the most dominant factor. Reproductive health education has been shown to improve both variables. In conclusion, increasing self-efficacy and positive attitudes through education is an important strategy in preventing early pregnancy in adolescents. ABSTRACT Triage implementation is an important process in Emergency Department (ER) services to determine the priority of patient care based on the level of emergency. The accuracy of triage implementation greatly affects the efficiency of services and patient waiting time in receiving medical treatment. This study aims to determine the relationship between the accuracy of triage implementation and patient waiting time in the Emergency Department (ER). The study used an analytical design with a cross-sectional approach. The study sample consisted of 70 patients who came to the ER and were selected using a purposive sampling technique. Data were collected through observation and recording of patient medical records. Data analysis used the chi-square test. The results showed that patients with appropriate triage had a faster waiting time than patients with inappropriate triage. The results of the statistical test showed a p value = 0.021 (p < 0.05). It was concluded that there was a significant relationship between the accuracy of triage implementation and patient waiting time in the ER. ABSTRACT Local fermented foods are a source of natural probiotics that have the potential to provide benefits for digestive health, particularly in maintaining the balance of the gut microbiota. Consumption of fermented foods such as tempeh, fermented cassava, and traditional yogurt is known to contain microorganisms that can support the growth of beneficial bacteria in the digestive tract. This study aims to analyze the potential effect of local fermented food consumption on the gut microbiota status of adolescents. The study used an analytical design with a cross-sectional approach. The study sample consisted of 90 adolescents selected using a purposive sampling technique. Data were collected through a questionnaire regarding the frequency of fermented food consumption and examination of digestive health indicators. Data were analyzed using the chi-square test. The results showed that adolescents who regularly consumed fermented foods had better gut microbiota status than those who rarely consumed fermented foods. The statistical test showed a p- value of 0.015 (p < 0.05). It was concluded that consumption of local fermented foods has the potential to improve gut microbiota balance in adolescents. ABSTRACT Hospitalization in children often causes anxiety caused by the new environment, medical procedures, and separation from family. High anxiety can impact the child's psychological condition and hinder the healing process. One non-pharmacological intervention that can be carried out by nurses to reduce children's anxiety is the storytelling method. This study aims to determine the effect of the storytelling method by nurses on children's anxiety levels during hospitalization. The study used a quasi-experimental design with a pretest - posttest approach. The study sample consisted of 40 children undergoing treatment in the pediatric inpatient ward. Measurement of anxiety levels was carried out using a child anxiety scale before and after the storytelling intervention. Data analysis used a paired t- test. The results showed a significant decrease in children's anxiety levels after the storytelling intervention (p < 0.001). It was concluded that the storytelling method is effective in reducing children's anxiety levels during hospitalization. Keywords: Storytelling, Child Anxiety, Hospitalization, Pediatric Nursing

Abstract Preventive programs within the national health system play a crucial role in improving public health while simultaneously reducing long-term healthcare costs. This study aims to analyze the economic benefits versus costs of implementing preventive programs. The method used is a cost-benefit analysis approach , incorporating literature studies and secondary data from various national and international health sources. The results indicate that investments in preventive programs such as immunization, early screening, and health education provide significant economic benefits, including reduced disease burden, increased productivity, and improved health system efficiency. Therefore, preventive programs deserve to be a priority in national health policy. Keywords: Cost-Benefit Analysis , Preventive Program, National Health System, Health Efficiency
