Abstract

Performance is the result of employee work seen from the aspects of quality, quantity, working time, and cooperation to achieve the goals set by the organization or company. Employee performance will not produce maximum output or targets if it is not based on a high level of education and good experience. The higher the level of education, the higher the productivity and performance of the employee, as well as work experience, the more experienced the employee will occupy a higher position. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of educational level on employee performance, to determine the effect of work experience on employee performance and to determine jointly the effect of education level and work experience on employee performance at PT Pegadaian Syariah Metro Boulevard Cikarang Branch. In this study the authors used the theory of educational level according to (Nurkholis, 2013) and work experience according to (Hermawan, 2017) and the theory of employee performance according to (Hendrayani, 2020). The method used in this study is a quantitative method by distributing questionnaires. Subjects in this study used a sample of 32 respondents. The sampling technique uses the census method or total sampling. Sources of data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. The data analysis method used in this study is the classical assumption test, hypothesis test, correlation test, multiple linear regression test and test the coefficient of determination using SPSS version 25 for windows. The results of the study showed that the variable level of education had an effect on employee performance at PT Pegadaian Syariah Metro Boulevard Cikarang Branch, this can be seen from the results of the t test on the education level variable showing that the t_count value is 2.977 > t_table is 2.042. Work experience also turns out to have an effect on employee performance at PT Pegadaian Syariah Metro Boulevard Cikarang Branch, this can be seen from the results of the t test on the work experience variable showing that the t_count value is 2.142 > from t_table is 2.042. The results of the F test show that the F_count value is 25.919 F_count > F_table (25.919 > 3.32), so it can be said that the variable Level of Education (X1) and Work Experience (X2) simultaneously or jointly affect Employee Performance (Y)

Abstract

In buying and selling distributors, there is a possibility that the product will expire or be damaged. Distributor attempts to accept Returns due to expiration or damage by the buyer. In this case the replacement and exchange can be interpreted as khiyar in replacing the goods in the sale and purchase. Where goods that have been purchased can be returned if the item is defective and expired in accordance with the written agreement. This system is intended so that traders do not bear much loss and still trust the goods. The application of this return system has been widely implemented in stores because most traders are currently only focusing on sales without caring about the return system, so distributors and traders will feel safe with their merchandise. So the purpose of this writer is to find out about the return or exchange of expired products according to the perspective of Islamic Business Ethics at PT Essei Perbama. Buying and selling is an act or transaction that has been prescribed in the sense that there is already a law in Islam. The legal basis for buying and selling comes from the Qur'an, hadith and ijma. Therefore all buying and selling transactions must be in accordance with Islamic rules. This research method is collected by interviews, observation, documentation. The data sources used are primary and secondary. Data collection techniques were carried out by means of triangulation (combined), data analysis was inductive/qualitative in nature, data analysis used a descriptive qualitative approach by examining the practice of buying and selling bakery products at PT Essei Perbama. The results of this study conclude: First, the reality of replacing goods in buying and selling at PT Essei Perbama is due to expired and damaged goods encountered by shop buyers (khiyar disgrace and khiyar ru'yah) or because the product is not selling well (khiyar conditions). When viewed from Islamic business ethics, in buying and selling distributors at PT Essei Perbama there is the principle of monotheism where everything is done solely for the sake of Allah, the principle of justice where the seller is, the principle of freedom where the buyer can exchange goods that have defects or even do not sell, the principle responsibility in which the seller is responsible for goods that are not suitable or defective and the principle of good faith which is realized by carrying out transactions based on good faith, transparent and not harming / tyrannizing other parties. Even so, buyers who deliberately make damaged products that don't sell well are practices of taking other people's rights, tyrannizing one of the parties and including consuming property in a vanity.

Abstract

Bank Muamalatis the first commercial bank inIndonesia to implement Islamic sharia principles inconducting its operations. Established in 1991, initiated by the MUI and the Government of Indonesia, and commenced operations in 1992, supported by Muslim scholars and businessmen well as the wider community. The purpose of this study is to determine whether there is influence of services, influence sharing and location to customer interest. The population of this study is that the data obtained from the questionnaire Muamalat customer savings with the sample are 70 respondent. This study uses a quantitative approach to the data measured by questionnaires distributed to customers Muamalat interest associated. The technique of data analysis uses the double analysis regresi with the program SPSS 23 Version to see the aim of connection. The question that used for this research has been tested in reliability and validity with reliability and validity tested, and the instruments are reliable and valid as a measuring instrument. The results of this study, partially that services (0.008) and location (0.000) have a significant effect on customer interest at PT Bank Muamalat Branch Cikarang. But variable influence sharing have not significant effect on customer interest with value of significant 0.228.

Abstract

Humans are social creatures who need one individual to another. Therefore, humans cannot live alone without others' services or assistance. They meet each other in order to meet their daily needs, one of which is by renting. The problem of rented rent that occurs in Cikarang Pusat, Bekasi is the practice of applying down payments according to Maslahah theory. Renting is a form of muamalah activity that humans often do to make ends meet. This need can be in the form of benefits of goods or services that they do not have, such as renting a temporary residence. Some people in Cikarang Pusat, Bekasi rented houses for temporary living by applying down payment. Meanwhile, the majority of Ulama argued that the application of down payment is prohibited and the law is invalid for it contains gharar (vagueness) elements. This study aims to investigate the application of down payment in rent in Cikarang Pusat, Bekasi according to maslahah theory. This research is a qualitative descriptive research with interview and documentation data collection methods. The research documentation used references relating to rent, down payments and others related to this research. The results of this study indicated that the application of down payment in rented rent in Cikarang Pusat Bekasi was done through paying a portion of the money at the beginning of the rent as a sign of it. The remaining payment then was paid at a later date according to the agreement. If the tenant continued the rent, the down payment would be counted as rent payment. However, if the tenant canceled the transaction, the down payment became the property of the landlord. In applying this down payment, there were parties who felt aggrieved by both the landlord and the tenant. It was allowed, because there were provisions related to down payment stated in the Compilation of Sharia Economic Laws; if the transaction cancellation was carried out by the tenant, the down payment was no needed to be returned by the landlord. However, if the cancellation was made by the landlord, the down payment had to be returned to the tenant. In addition, it was carried out with the aim of avoiding any broken promises between the landlord and the tenant.

Abstract

Islamic Financial Institutions (LKS) that operate with a non-usury system do provide distinct benefits for Muslims apart from being muamalah and also seeking the pleasure of Allah SWT. LKS distributes funds to the public in the form of financing. The objectives of this study are: (1) To explain the management strategy used by KJKS Shakira Arha Mula Purwakarta in an effort to increase members' interest in Murabahah financing. (2) To explain what are the driving factors for KJKS Shakira Artha Mulia in implementing the management strategy used. Interest in the community is the main factor that must be owned to attract them to become a member of a group or just to be a user, people will have an interest in an object if they gain an understanding that is easy to accept and also has a realistic element. Here people are often not interested in new things while it can be a help for themselves. This condition can also be divided into non-bank Islamic financial institutions, namely Islamic Cooperatives. The research method in this research research uses qualitative methods. Then the data was analyzed using data analysis methods, data analysis proposed by Miles and Huberman. While checking the validity of the data using observation persistence and data triangulation techniques. Meanwhile, the supporting data is taken from Observations, Documentation, and Statements from Management and Members. The results of the research are: Strategic Management carried out to increase members' interest in financing products: 1) conducting market segmentation, 2) after setting the target market then doing positioning, then 3) carrying out the marketing mix and the strategy implemented is the 4P marketing mix (price, place, product, and promotion). The driving factors in increasing members' interest in murabaha financing products are divided into two classifications. There are internal factors and external factors. Internal Factors Include: Member Participation, and HR Management. The external factors include: Government provisions and policies for cooperatives, cooperative locations, and the KJKS Shakira Artha Mulia Purwakarta service system.

Abstract

The development of information technology is increasing along with the times. The development of information technology can encourage digital economic growth because it will be more effective and efficient in terms of time. One form of implementation between technology and information with digital economic growth is the payment of non-cash transactions. This study aims to find out how the effect of ease of Islamic financial literacy on students' interest in using DANA electronic money as a transaction tool, to find out how convenience influences interest in using DANA electronic money as a transaction tool. And to find out how the influence of Islamic financial literacy and convenience simultaneously on the interest in using DANA electronic money as a transaction tool. In this study, researchers used the theory of financial literacy according to the OECD (2013) to build Islamic financial literacy requires knowledge, skills, attitudes and beliefs. The convenience theory according to Jogiyanto (2015) is that several indicators are easy to learn, controllable, clear and understandable, flexible, easy to master and use. The theory of interest according to Muklish Muhammad nur Zulfahmi (2018) there are three indicators that can be used to encourage interest, namely, encouragement within the individual, social motives and emotional factors. This study uses a quantitative approach and primary data. The population in this study were 112 students of STEBI Global Mulia Cikarang Islamic Economics Study Program with ages 19 to 35 years. The sample in this study was taken from the population using the slovin formula, so there were 88 respondents. The results of this study partially show that Islamic financial literacy has a significant effect on students' interest in using DANA electronic money as a transaction tool, because the t-value is 6.372 > the t-table value is 1.988 with sig 0.001 <0.05. Convenience has a significant effect on students' interest in using DANA as a transaction tool, because the t-value is 8.766 > the t-table value is 1.988 with sig 0.001 <0.05. Whereas Islamic financial literacy and convenience simultaneously have a significant effect on students' interest in using DANA electronic money as a transaction tool, because the calculated F value is 238.377 > table F value of 3.10 with sig 0.001 > 0.05.

Abstract

Public knowledge about Islamic banking is still small compared to conventional banking. This is not comparable to the people of Indonesia who mostly embrace Islam. Under these conditions, Islamic banking should be more attractive to the Indonesian people, especially the Muslim community. And there are still many people who do not understand Islamic banking, so not many people use Islamic banking services. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of community knowledge about the Mudharabah contract on the interest in saving at Islamic banks in the Malangnengah village community. This study uses a quantitative approach to data collection methods or questionnaires, interviews and documentation. The population in this study is the community of Malangnengah Village and the sample as research respondents will be taken using the Purposive Sampling technique with the slovin formula, namely 94 people. The data obtained from this study were analyzed using the IBM SPSS 25 program. In this study the authors used the theory of knowledge according to Gazalba (1992) knowledge is what is known or the work of knowing. This knowing work is the result of knowing, realizing, realizing, understanding, and being clever. Knowledge is all owned or the contents of the mind. Mudharabah theory according to Fatwa of the National Syari'ah Council NO: 07/DSN-MUI/IV/2000 concerning Mudharabah Financing (Qiradh) states that Mudharabah is a business cooperation contract between two parties in which the first party (shaibul mal, LKS) provides all the capital , while the second party (mudharib, customer) acts as manager, and business profits are shared between them according to the agreement set forth in the contract. Interest theory According to Muhibbin Syah (2001) interest is a tendency and high excitement or a great desire for something. The results of this study indicate that the community's knowledge variable about mudharabah contracts (X) influences the interest in saving in Islamic banks in the Malangnengah Village community (Y), this can be seen from the results of the t test on the variable community knowledge about mudharabah contracts that it is known that the t_value is 7.744 > from the t_table value of 1.661.

Abstract

Buying and selling online is now widely known by the public. Many phenomena occur on one of the social media in the form of Instagram, which is the most popular place for online sales and for popularizing accounts. In buying and selling online on Instagram, many sellers (traders) use the services of buying and selling followers on Instagram so that their online shop is known by many people and is more trusted. Apart from that, there are not a few phenomena that misuse buying and selling followers as a means of online fraud. The purpose of this study is to find out the practice of buying and selling Instagram followers in the Dark Store, and to find out the practice of buying and selling Instagram followers in the Dark Store according to a Sharia Economic perspective. Social media is an important part of human life in this digital era. The function of social media in doing business is used as a media for product promotion. One of the buying and selling that uses technology as a medium is buying and selling online. Buying and selling online is mostly done by some people because of the convenience in making transactions, namely not having to meet directly between the seller and the buyer. This research approach uses qualitative research methods. Qualitative research is research that produces analytical procedures. The purpose of this qualitative research is to understand the condition of a context by directing it to a detailed and in-depth description of the portrait of the condition in a natural context (natural setting), about what actually happened according to what it is in the field of study. The mechanism used in the practice of buying and selling followers is carried out like buying and selling online. If viewed from buying and selling in general based on the Fatwa of the National Sharia Council-Indonesian Ulema Council Number 110/DSN-MUI/IX/2017 through the suitability table there is sharia incompatibility in buying and selling followers. Buying and selling followers is included in illegal buying and selling because the object being traded is not clear in form or in terms of the ownership status of the object, it does not completely belong to the seller or there is no permission from the owner. So the conditions and pillars of the sale and purchase are not fulfilled. Then secondly, from the point of view of the benefits in buying and selling followers, it tends to bring a lot of harm and is prone to fraud and this transaction contains an element of taking advantage of narrowness which contains deception so that one party loses out. This can be seen from the object being traded is not in accordance with the agreement at the beginning so that there is a loss from the buyer regarding the reduced number of followers he bought quickly without the buyer knowing at the beginning of time and there is no guarantee or guarantee from the seller for active followers. This buying and selling still has its benefits but is fictitious in nature, it can even lead to fraud which can harm the public and consumers.

Abstract

The influence of service plays an important role in a company, because the company's success in expanding the market is by producing goods or services according to predetermined quality standards, as well as providing excellent service in the service sector. And Customer Satisfaction is the level of one's feelings after comparing the performance that is felt in accordance with his expectations. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of customer service on Islamic banking customer satisfaction in students of the STEBI Global Mulia Cikarang Islamic Banking Study Program. The method in this research is quantitative research. The population used in this study were STEBI Global Mulia students from the Islamic Banking study program batch 2018-2021, totaling 120 students. Data collection techniques using questionnaires, observation and documentation. The processed data is validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test and simple regression. The results of this study indicate that Islamic bank customer service with a known tcount value of the Customer service variable (X) is 9.404 and a ttable value of 1.990 means 9.404 > 1.990 thus Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. As well as a significant value of 0.000 more than 0.05, it can be concluded that Islamic bank customer service (X) empirically has a positive effect on customer satisfaction at STEBI Global Mulia students.

Abstract

During the last 4 years there has been an increase in receipt of zakat funds at the Bekasi Regency National Amil Zakat Agency. The increase in receipt of zakat funds for 4 years is not in accordance with the potential for zakat in Bekasi Regency. Based on the 2021 zakat data outlook of the National Amil Zakat Agency (BAZNAS), the total potential for zakat in Indonesia in 2021 is IDR 327.6 trillion, in West Java it is IDR. 36.1 trillion and in Bekasi Regency 3.7 trillion (BAZNAS, Puskas, 2022). If seen from these data, it can be said that there is a gap, because of the total potential for zakat in Bekasi Regency, the zakat collected is only Rp. 15.7 billion or only 0.4% of the total receipt of zakat funds from Bekasi Regency in 2021. This study aims to find out how the influence of trust on people's interest in paying zakat at the Bekasi Regency National Amil Zakat Agency, to find out how the influence of knowledge about zakat on people's interest in paying zakat at the Bekasi Regency National Amil Zakat Agency, and to find out how the influence of trust and knowledge about zakat simultaneously on the public's interest in paying zakat at the Bekasi Regency National Amil Zakat Agency. In this study, researchers used the theory of trust according to Izzatunnafsi Kurniawan (2019) to build trust, seven core values are needed, namely openness, honesty, integrity, competence, sharing, respect and accountability. The theory of knowledge about zakat according to Itaq Pangestu (2016) there are several indicators to find out knowledge about zakat, including whether or not zakat is known, knowledge about whether zakat is necessary or not, knowledge about zakat law, knowledge about the amount of zakat and the purpose of zakat being ordered. Theory of interest according to Muklish Muhammad Nur and Zulfahmi (2018) there are three indicators that can be used to measure interest, namely encouragement from within the individual, social motives and emotional factors. This study uses a quantitative approach with primary data. The population in this study was the adult community of Kampung Babakan Banten, Sumberurip Village, Pebayuran District with ages from 18 to 40 years of 335 people. The sample in this study was taken from the population using the Slovin formula, so there were 182 respondents. The results of this study indicate that partially trust has a significant effect on people's interest in paying zakat at the Bekasi Regency National Amil Zakat Agency, because the t-value is 3.078 > the t-table value is 1.973 with sig. 0.002 <0.05. Knowledge of zakat has no significant effect on people's interest in paying zakat at the Bekasi Regency National Amil Zakat Agency, because the t-value is 0.751 < the t-table value is 1.973 with sig. 0.453 > 0.05. Meanwhile, trust and knowledge about zakat simultaneously have a significant effect on people's interest in paying zakat at the Bekasi Regency National Amil Zakat Agency, because the calculated F value is 4.912 > the F table value is 3.05 with sig. 0.008 < 0.05.
