Abstract

Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi penerapan etika bisnis pada perusahaan manufaktur di Bekasi, Indonesia, dan dampaknya terhadap keberlanjutan perusahaan. Etika bisnis meliputi kepatuhan terhadap peraturan, transparansi, tanggung jawab sosial, kesetaraan dalam perlakuan terhadap karyawan, integritas, kualitas produk, keberlanjutan dan manajemen rantai pasokan yang etis, sehingga setiap elemen berperan penting dalam membangun kepercayaan dan meningkatkan reputasi dan kinerja perusahaan yang berkelanjutan. Metode yang digunakan bersifat deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Data dikumpulkan melalui dokumentasi, wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan analisis induktif untuk memahami makna dan konteks lokal. Teknik triangulasi diterapkan untuk memastikan validitas data dengan menggabungkan berbagai sumber informasi. Metode ini memberikan wawasan yang lebih holistik tentang dinamika yang terjadi dalam suatu fenomena sehingga seringkali tidak ditangkap oleh data statistik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perusahaan yang secara konsisten menerapkan etika bisnis dapat membangun kepercayaan di antara para pemangku kepentingan, termasuk karyawan, mitra pemasok dan pelanggan. Kepercayaan sangat penting dalam menjaga keberlanjutan dan meningkatkan daya saing perusahaan. Praktik etika yang baik berkontribusi pada kepuasan karyawan dan pelanggan, reputasi positif dan pengurangan risiko hukum, sehingga mendukung keberlanjutan jangka panjang. Manajemen memiliki peran dalam menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang etis melalui pengembangan kebijakan, pelatihan, dan evaluasi rutin. Komitmen penerapan etika bisnis dapat lebih siap menghadapi tantangan dan memberikan kontribusi positif bagi pertumbuhan ekonomi yang berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji upaya pemberdayaan ekonomi masyarakat prasejahtera di Kecamatan Lembang, Bandung Barat melalui sinergi antara pemerintah, lembaga keagamaan, dan potensi lokal di bidang pertanian, peternakan, dan pariwisata. Menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus, penelitian ini menganalisis program-program pemberdayaan yang telah dilaksanakan, tantangan yang dihadapi, serta dampaknya terhadap peningkatan kesejahteraan masyarakat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sinergi multi-stakeholder yang efektif, pemberdayaan berbasis potensi lokal, dan penguatan kapasitas masyarakat merupakan faktor kunci keberhasilan upaya pemberdayaan ekonomi di wilayah tersebut.

Abstract

Revolusi dalam industri makanan menyatakan bahwa halal menjadi nilai penting terhadap pemilihan produk pangan. Hal ini juga merupakan gambaran jenis makanan yang memenuhi tingkat kualitas tertinggi serta standar keamanannya. Sertifikasi halal dibutuhkan untuk meningkatkan kualitas dan juga berperan penting dalam memberikan kenyamanan dan keamanan terhadap konsumen Muslim. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui peran serifikasi halal terhadap keputusan membeli produk DARZ Food pada siswa SMAN 2, SMAN 3, dan SMK PGRI 4 Pasuruan. Metode pengumpulan data penelitian ini adalah kuesioner sertifikasi halal yang memuat dimensi syariah, idiologi, ilmu, pengalaman, dan pengamalan. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada 60 responden. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer dan sekunder. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah uji normalitas data, uji linearitas data, uji heteroskedastisitas, uji regresi sederhana dan uji t dengan menggunakan IBM SPSS 25. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Sertifikasi Halal (X) berpengaruh terhadap Keputusan Membeli (Y). Hasil dalam pengujian dapat dilihat dari hasil uji regresi linier sederhana. Hasil signifikansi t sebesar 0,000 < 0,05 sehingga Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel Sertifikasi Halal (X) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Keputusan Membeli (Y). Dan juga dapat dilihat dari t hitung sebesar 10,971 yang berarti t hitung lebih besar dari t tabel sebesar 2,002.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the company’s solvency ratio. Studies on solvency ratios showthat this ratiohas a crucial role in assessing whether a company can pay its long – term costs. The solvency ratio provides insight into the company’s cash flow management and its potential to avoid bankruptcy or face financial challenges. The company's financial statements serve as indicators of future growth and offer a glimpse into its potential for successful performance. Additionally, these statements aid in decision-making processes within the company. Beyond just financial statements, a company’s financial performance is vital, representing its achievements as measured by various ratios that act as benchmarks in financial reports. Evaluating financial performance is essential for companies as it allows for an assessment of their operational effectiveness and efficiency.

Abstract

The assessment of a company's financial level can be done by analyzing the company's financial statements. To find out whether the company's financial condition is in good condition, various analyses can be carried out, one of which is a ratio analysis. One of the tools to assess financial performance is the Profitability Ratio analysis which aims to measure the effectiveness of overall management aimed at the size of the level of profit obtained. The better the profitability ratio, the better the profitability of a company. The purpose of calculating financial ratios is needed for a company to be able to find out the good and bad financial conditions in the processing of a company. Financial statements prepared by a company can be used as an internal managerial decision-making tool as well as for external parties of the company. With the analysis of the financial statements, it can be known the state and development of the company that has been achieved by the company in the past and in the current time, both private enterprises and state-owned enterprises. In this study, the researcher used a case study method where the researcher read and summarized the profitability ratio that had been carried out by previous researchers.

Abstract

As time goes by and technology advances, purchases can not only be made offline but can also be made online. Currently, many shops are starting to join and adapt to the digital world because of the increasingly diverse consumer behavior in making purchases. Shops are currently collaborating with the marketplace world that helps the online buying and selling process. One of the marketplaces that is widely visited by Indonesian consumers is Shopee. Shopee provides a variety of community needs in various choices. The payment system on Shopee also has many choices, including the COD system (pay on the spot), Shopeepay, via Bank and there is also a shop now pay later or later week system known as the SPayLater system. This study analyzes Sharia Business Management on the SPayLater service on the Shopee platform through the perspective of the Qur'an, with a focus on the application of Islamic principles in financial practices. This service that allows users to shop with deferred payments poses challenges related to compliance with the prohibition of usury and the principle of fairness in transactions. Through a qualitative approach, this study explores how Shopee seeks to integrate Sharia values, such as transparency and responsibility, into its operations. The research findings show that although SPayLater offers easy access for consumers, there is a risk of public misunderstanding regarding Sharia compliance in this system. This research is expected to provide insights for the development of Sharia financial products and strengthen the understanding of the application of the teachings of the Qur'an in modern business.

Abstract

Islamic economics is developing as an alternative to the conventional economic system that is often unable to address the challenges of economic inequality and environmental crisis. This article reviews the development of the Islamic economy in Indonesia, identifies key challenges and opportunities, and analyzes the role of government and digital technology in enhancing the inclusiveness of the Islamic economy. Through a literature review, this research finds that regulatory support and the integration of digital innovation can strengthen the sustainability of the Islamic economy in Indonesia. These results emphasize the importance of a maqashid sharia-based approach to create an equitable and sustainable economic system

Abstract

This research aims to explain the influence of the cooperative or canteen of the Daarul Ilmi Integrated Islamic Boarding School on Sharia Economic values ​​and the influence of entrepreneurship based on Islam in accordance with Maqosyid Syariah and economic goals according to Adam Smith. The method used in this research is a qualitative descriptive method. The results of the analysis of the research data show that there is a positive or negative influence between the attitudes of the market community and the boarding school students, and this cooperative has helped a lot with the economy of the Islamic boarding school and the surrounding community, and the students at the Daarul Ilmi Integrated Islamic Boarding School.

Abstract

His study analyses the effect of work-life balance and physical work environment on employee performance, with job satisfaction as an intervening variable at PT POS Indonesia. This study uses primary and secondary data and is analysed by path analysis using IBM SPSS 26. The sampling technique used is non-probability sampling with the saturation method, where 42 statements were distributed via Google Forms to 148 respondents. The results showed that work-life balance has a direct effect on job satisfaction, as well as the physical work environment which also has a significant impact on job satisfaction. In addition, work-life balance and physical work environment simultaneously affect job satisfaction. Work-life balance and physical work environment each have a direct impact on employee performance. Job satisfaction also plays a role in improving employee performance. Overall, work-life balance, physical work environment, and job satisfaction simultaneously affect employee performance. Sobel test results confirm that job satisfaction can moderate the relationship between work-life balance and physical work environment on employee performance.

Abstract

Abstrak Studi ini menyelidiki dampak risiko likuiditas terhadap stabilitas bank di Indonesia dari tahun 2010 hingga 2023. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor utama yang memengaruhi risiko likuiditas dan menilai stabilitas komparatif antara bank dengan tingkat likuiditas tinggi dan rendah. Pendekatan kualitatif digunakan, dengan memanfaatkan data dari laporan keuangan dan pedoman regulasi yang disediakan oleh Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK). Temuan penelitian mengungkapkan peningkatan yang konsisten dalam Rasio Kecukupan Modal (CAR), yang mencerminkan peningkatan kesehatan keuangan di antara bank-bank, sementara rasio Pinjaman Bermasalah (NPL) menunjukkan tantangan yang berkelanjutan dalam pengelolaan kredit. Meskipun Rasio Likuiditas (LDR) tetap stabil, penurunan menjadi 87% pada tahun 2023 menunjukkan potensi kerentanan. Secara keseluruhan, penelitian ini menyoroti pentingnya manajemen likuiditas yang efektif dan kepatuhan terhadap peraturan dalam menjaga stabilitas sistemik dan mendorong pertumbuhan ekonomi di sektor perbankan Indonesia. Kata kunci: rasio likuiditas, stabilitas bank, Indonesia, dan keuangan.
