Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of business strategies in Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) with a case study of Mie Gacoan using SWOT analysis. Mie Gacoan is one of the rapidly growing culinary brands in Indonesia, known for its affordable prices and extensive outlet network. This research employs a qualitative descriptive approach with observational methods, where data is collected through direct observation of operational activities, customer service, inventory management, and promotional strategies at Mie Gacoan outlets. The results indicate that Mie Gacoan has strengths in competitive pricing, high sales volume, and strategic locations. However, there are weaknesses such as long queues and inconsistency in service across different branches. Opportunities that can be leveraged include the development of new menu items, collaboration with influencers, and expansion into new areas. On the other hand, the main threats come from intense competition, rising raw material prices, and changing consumer preferences. This SWOT analysis provides a strategic overview for Mie Gacoan to capitalize on its strengths and opportunities while addressing its weaknesses and threats, thereby enhancing competitiveness and maintaining customer loyalty in the competitive culinary industry.

Abstract

The development of information technology has opened up new opportunities for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in increasing operational efficiency and business competitiveness. In the Madura region, the MSME digitalization process cannot be separated from the strong socio-religious context, where sharia economic values also influence the pattern of technology adaptation. This study aims to examine the implementation of information technology in MSMEs in Madura, with a focus on the integration of sharia economic principles in the digitalization process. The research approach used is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation of MSMEs in various sectors. The results of the study show that the use of technology by MSMEs in Madura has helped increase operational efficiency, especially in terms of communication, promotion, and transaction recording. On the other hand, business actors continue to maintain business practices that are in line with Islamic values, such as honesty, transparency, and avoidance of usury practices. However, obstacles are still found in the form of low digital literacy, limited infrastructure, and minimal ongoing assistance which cause digitalization to not run optimally. Therefore, a supporting strategy is needed in the form of contextual training, an integrated and simple technology system, and strengthening the digital ecosystem based on sharia communities. This finding shows that digitalization and sharia values are not two contradictory things, but can strengthen each other in the development of sustainable and ethical MSMEs.

Abstract

This research examines the implementation of financial risk management in multinational corporations through a systematic literature review of 15 selected scientific articles from 2020-2024. The analysis identifies a significant evolution from traditional approaches toward integrated Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) that influences corporate performance. Key findings reveal that ERM implementation effectiveness is influenced by ownership structure, risk committee characteristics, integration of intellectual capital, knowledge management, and digital transformation. Contemporary trends demonstrate convergence between financial risk management and ESG aspects, with digital technology applications accelerating risk identification and mitigation capabilities. The research recommends developing customized risk management approaches, strengthening regulatory frameworks, and accelerating technology adoption in financial risk management for multinational corporations in an era of global uncertainty.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the influence of service quality, product quality, and price on the level of consumer satisfaction at Fadistron Stores. The approach used is quantitative through the survey method, with data collection carried out through the distribution of questionnaires to customers who have used products or services from the store. Data analysis was performed using multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS software version 29. The findings of the study revealed that service quality had a significant negative influence on customer satisfaction (coefficient -0.073; significance 0.039). Product quality has a positive but insignificant effect (coefficient 0.068; significance 0.113), while price has a positive and significant effect (coefficient 0.163; significance 0.000). Simultaneously, three independent variables affect customer satisfaction. The VIF and Tolerance values show the absence of multicollinearity, so the regression model is reliable. These findings show that price is the most dominant factor in influencing customer satisfaction, while improving service quality needs further attention.

Abstract

Company value is a key parameter used by investors to measure a company's success by looking at its share price, where an increase in share price will have a positive impact on company value and the welfare of its owners. This study aims to determine the influence of profitability, investment decisions, and liquidity on company value in the food & beverage sub-sector on the BEI (2021–2024). This study uses a quantitative method with multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The research sample consists of 21 food & beverage companies selected using purposive sampling techniques. The results indicate that profitability (ROA, ROE) has a positive impact on company value, investment decisions (PER) have a positive impact on company value, and liquidity (CR) does not affect company value. A company's ability to meet its short-term obligations is not always seen as the primary signal in assessing the company's growth prospects. In the context of signaling theory, information about liquidity is considered insufficiently strong to influence investors' perceptions of company value. This means that companies with good liquidity can meet their short-term obligations, thereby enhancing investor confidence and positively impacting company value.

Abstract

Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is a form of corporate responsibility that encompasses social, economic, and environmental aspects. CSR reporting is based on the Triple Bottom Line concept, which emphasizes that a company's operations should not only be profit-oriented but also have a positive impact on the environment and surrounding community. This study aims to analyze the influence of company size, leverage, and board of commissioners size on Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) disclosure, as well as the moderating role of profitability in this relationship. The methods used in this study include multiple regression analysis with a t-test for testing the main hypothesis, as well as Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) to test the influence of moderating variables. The research sample consists of 15 non-cyclical consumer sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the period 2022–2024. The results of the study indicate that leverage and board of commissioners size significantly influence CSR disclosure, while company size does not influence CSR disclosure. Additionally, profitability can only moderate the relationship between leverage and CSR disclosure, but cannot moderate the relationship between company size or board of commissioners size and CSR disclosure.
