Abstract

ABSTRACT The results of the analysis show that the implementation of village funds includes communication, resources, both natural and human resources, commitment and bureaucracy. The roles and responsibilities of the village government, village officials and the community in managing village funds are based on budgeted mechanisms and programs. The challenges and obstacles faced in managing village funds both externallyand internally. External challenges are in the form of regulatory changes that make it difficult to prepare documents. Internal challenges are more directed to the readiness of therequired documents to carry out the process of disbursing and realizing the budget. There are also obstacles faced, namely internally related to regulations or regulations that often become obstacles in the process of disbursing village funds. Externally, namely the difficulties encountered related to the process of disbursement or realization to the target recipients of the budget. In addition, there is also an evaluation process for managing village funds, which consists of an evaluation process, coordination and consultation mechanisms, roles in the village as community members, knowledge of village funds and village fund management.T he suggestions that can be given are the need to increase competence through internal socialization to each stakeholder who has an interest in managing village funds, the need to revise the mechanism and flow of village fund management at the village level so that budget realization reaps community satisfaction as a target and the need for transparency regarding the evaluation of the use of village funds. Abstract

The problem of this study is the difference between the parents’ life and the school chosen for the child, so the aims of this study is to describe the factors that influence parents’ motivation in choosing PAUD in Gugus Pelangi, Kota Lama, Kupang. This study uses a quantitative approach with descriptive research and survey research methods. The research subjects were parents of students in PAUD in Gugus Pelangi add up 138 subjects. Data were collected using a questionnaire. The result showed that the factors that influence parents’ motivation to send their children to school is extrinsic factors are costs 80, school location and environment 69%, facilities 63%, school achievement 59%, vision and mission 47%, distance between school and house 33%. Intrinsic factor is parental understanding 59%. So these results indicate that the factor that most influences parents’ motivation in choosing schools for their children is the cost factor.

Abstract

Decision-making is an essential thing in determining the direction of a program. One form of decision-making is choosing college majors. Internal and external factors strongly influence this determination, but interest and motivation to learn in a student. Where this study aims to see the influence of interest and motivation to learn in making decisions to choose majors, this research is a quantitative type with an ex post facto model using primary data (the variables x1, x2, and x3 consist of 10, 13 and 15 statements). Determination of this research using the incidental method through the distribution of online questionnaires. The analysis used in this process is multiple regression with the help of the SPSS 23 application; where before the regression is carried out, the researcher must pay attention to the instrument test and classical assumptions. Based on the results of the analysis that has been carried out, it can be concluded that there is a positive and significant influence between interest (variable x1 of 0.353) and motivation (variable of x1 of 0.282) on the decision to choose majors.

Abstract

This study aims to find out the relationship between the intensity of device use (Smartphone) and the language development of children aged 3-4 years in Kelapa Lima Village Coconut Lima Rt 027 / Rw 012 Kupang City. The methods carried out in this research are quantitative research with correlational research design. The subject of this study was a total of 3-4 years old children aged in Kelapa Lima Subdistrict of Kelapa Lima Village which amounted to 50 children consisting of 21 boys and 29 girls. The subject-taking method in this study used Purposive Sampling. Data collection tools use questionnaires and documentation using likert scales. Analytical techniques include: normality test and hypothesis tester. The results of the study found that there is a very strong significant relationship between the intensity of smartphone use to the language development of children aged 3-4 years in Kelapa Lima Subdistrict, Kelapa Lima Village Rt 027 / Rw 012 Kupang City. It can be seen from the coefficient between the intensity of the use of gadgets (Smartphones) to the development of the rhitung language = 0.887> r-table = 0367 with a very strong relationship rate with a significant 0.000 < 0.05.

Abstract

Abstract Learning problems during the Covid-19 pandemic for various levels of education experienced many problems. This study wants to examine various learning problems in online PKBM and the use of certain applications to support the teaching and learning process in community education. The purpose of this study is to explain or analyze the use of certain applications that provide easy learning and teaching for tutors and students, during the Pandemic. The Se-Tara Daring application through the Learning Management System helps students access learning materials, carry out learning evaluations, and control learning so that the continuity of learning goes well. The results showed that learning activities using the Se-Tara Daring application, which was maximized with Whatsapp Group, Email Id, and mobile phone numbers could support the continuity of learning. The teaching and learning process runs continuously or smoothly and continuously using the Se-Tara Daring application so that it can run well. This research uses the descriptive qualitative research method because this research wants to define, explain and tell a phenomenon or event as it is. This method uses data collection techniques of observation, interviews, and documentation studies. Analysis of the data used is data analysis of Miles and Huberman. The analysis uses data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. Kata Kunci application, Se-Tara Daring, community study and activity center, learning.

Abstract

Abstract Community empowerment is a very important service activity and must be carried out in an effort to free the community from various adversities, backwardness and backwardness. One of the cities deemed necessary to implement community empowerment activities is Purus Beach, West Padang City. As for the community empowerment activities, the Nagari Children Festival event was held. This nagari children festival event is intended to explore, promote, and preserve cultural arts around the city of Padang through the nagari children's games, which are organized by the Association of Indonesian Tourism Ambassadors (ADWINDO) of Padang City and under the auspices of the Padang City Tourism Office on March 6, 2022. owned by a nagari child who was buried by the time At Purus Beach, West Padang City, this event is a big step in promoting, and preserving the culture of, tourism development. The effectiveness of this FAN activity at Purus Beach, Padang City on March 6, 2022 as a solution to cultural and environmental problems around Purus Beach is very effective because this activity's main goal is to revive children's and youth's interest in playing local games which as we can see at this time, most children and teenagers rarely play local games such as cakbur, cocky, galah and others.

Abstract

Early childhood is a child who is in the age range of 0-8 years, where currently all aspects of child development must be stimulated, especially children's cognitive development. Physical, social and cognitive development of a child will develop very rapidly when the child is 1-2 years old. The very rapid development of technology at this time makes everything easier, especially the means of developing cognitive aspects of early childhood through the medium of YouTube. The purpose of this study is to explain how to overcome the impact of YouTube social media for early childhood. This study uses a qualitative field method with this type of research. This research is a qualitative research that is library research which uses books and other literatures as the main object. The provision of social media to children must also be accompanied by parents, because YouTube has positive and negative impacts that can affect children's cognitive development. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the role of the teacher in developing the social emotions of early childhood. The type of research used in this study is a literature study. Literature study is a method used to collect data or sources related to the topic raised in a study. The results of this study indicate that ideally an early childhood child has a sense of empathy for his friends, likes to share, help and cooperate. But seen in the current phenomenon, there are still many young children who are not sensitive to their environment, do not like to work together with friends. If this is allowed and there is no initiative from educators or parents to develop children's social and emotional development, then children can become anti-social and their emotional social development needs to be handled by theschool and parents of early childhood.
